In the presence of tert-butyl iodide, alkyl azides are converted into the corresponding iodides at room temperature, whereas, N-t-Bu anilines are obtained from aryl azides under the same experimental conditions. A mechanism is proposed to explain this unusual reactivity.  相似文献

Toxicity assays applied to wastewater treatment   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The utility and validity of toxicity tests for monitoring of wastewater treatment have been assessed. The evaluated acute toxicity tests have been Vibrio fischeri, Selenastrum capricornotum and Daphnia magna tests. The validation studies indicated that the acute toxicity tests can be considered as high sensitivity analytical tools to detect common environmental concentrations of the pollutants at concentration levels as low as ng l−1. The toxicity tests showed to have discriminatory ability to distinguish between different degrees of toxicity, and the toxic specificity of the compounds on target organisms. Synergistic, additive or antagonistic effects were evaluated indicating the capacity of the toxicity test to assess the combined effects of chemicals in wastewaters. The reproducibility of these tests, calculated as relative standard deviation, is acceptable in the range of 5-22.3%. The application of multivariate date analysis proved that toxicity and chemical measures are complementary analytical tools for monitoring of wastewaters quality. The toxicity tests are useful analytical tools for screening of chemical analysis and as an early warning system to monitor the treatment of WWTPs. The use of single toxicity test or battery of tests is the best approach to evaluate the risk because they are reliable indices of the toxic impact of effluents in the aquatic environment. The toxicity tests were applied in the quality control of different European WWTPs.  相似文献

Efficient methods of preparation of disubstituted exo-glycals by palladium cross-coupling reaction on the readily available dibromo exo-glycal and methoxycarbonyl exo-glycal have been developed. Hydrogenation of these new monosubstituted and disubstituted exo-glycals proceeded with a high stereocontrol and led to original C-glycosyl compounds.  相似文献

The geometry and chemical bonding in the closo metal-free boranes and the isoelectronic carboranes and C2Bn−2Hn with 2n + 2 skeletal electrons are based on the most spherical deltahedra with a preference for degree 5 vertices, particularly for the boron atoms. Such deltahedral boranes can be considered to be three-dimensional aromatic systems, as indicated by strongly diatropic nucleus independent chemical shift values for (n = 6, 8, 9, 12). Metallaborane structures, particularly those with 9-11 vertices and only 2n rather than 2n + 2 apparent skeletal electrons, are often based on isocloso deltahedra with the metal atom at a degree 6 vertex. Dimetallaborane structures, particularly the rhenium derivatives Cp2Re2Bn−2Hn−2 (8 ? n ? 12), are based on highly non-spherical and very oblate deltahedra with the metal atoms typically at degree 6 or 7 vertices, which are the lowest curvature sites of the deltahedra. A viable model for the skeletal bonding in such dimetallaboranes can be developed if each of the two metal vertices is assumed to contribute five internal orbitals to the skeletal bonding. This leads to 2n + 4 skeletal electrons, which are partitioned into n surface bonds and a formal metal-metal double bond inside the oblate deltahedron.  相似文献

A convenient and rapid synthesis of hitherto unknown 3-aroyl-4-aryl-2-phenylamino-4H-benzo[g]chromene-5,10-diones in high yield from β-aroyl-thioacetanilide, aromatic aldehyde, and 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone via InCl3 catalyzed one-pot three-component tandem Knoevenagel condensation–Michael addition–intramolecular cyclization–elimination reaction sequence is disclosed for the first time. This domino protocol has been used to obtain highly substituted pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-5(4H)-ones and 7,7-dimethyl-7,8-dihydro-4H-chromen-5(6H)-ones from N,3-diaryl-3-oxo-propanethioamide, aromatic aldehyde, and 4-hydroxycoumarine or dimedone under mild reaction conditions. A plausible reaction mechanism is proposed. The 4H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-5-one and 7,7-dimethyl-7,8-dihydro-4H-chromen-5(6H)-one derivatives possessing 3-(2-chlorobenzoyl)-2-phenylamino-substituents further cyclized under basic conditions to yield penta-cyclic 7,13-diaryl-5,14-dioxa-13-aza-benzo[a]naphthacen-6,8(7H,13H)-dione and tetra-cyclic 6,12-diaryl-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-chromeno[2,3-b]quinolin-1,11(6H,12H)-dione, respectively.  相似文献

The regioselective syntheses of substituted pyrrolo[2,3-b]quinoxaline, pyrido[2,3-b]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazine, pyrido[2,3-b]pyrrolo[3,2-e]pyrazine and pyrido[3,4-b]pyrrolo[3,2-e]pyrazine are reported. Differential reactivity between two amino groups in ortho-diaminopyridine can be exploited to obtain new regio-defined unsymmetrical pyridopyrrolopyrazine derivatives. Weak electron-donating methyl or moderately electron-withdrawing carboxylic groups attached to the aromatic ortho-diamines reduce the regioselectivity of obtaining unsymmetrical substituted pyrrolo[2,3-b]quinoxaline. The fluorescence properties of the resultant 1-alkyl pyridopyrrolopyrazine and substituted pyrrolo[2,3-b]quinoxaline derivatives are presented.  相似文献

The interaction of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone with secondary amines has been studied. The synthetic procedure was developed in order to synthesize a series of new N,N-disubstituted o-aminophenols. The interaction of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone with dimethylamine leads to 2-(N,N-dimethylamino)-4,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol, which is oxidized in the reaction medium by the parent 3,5-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone forming spirocompound 4,5′,6,7′-tetra-tert-butyl-3′-methyl-3′H-spiro[1,3-benzodioxol-2,2′-[1,3]benzoxazole].  相似文献

We have discovered a new route to 3-acylated indolizine structures via iodine-mediated hydrative cyclization. Reaction mechanism is proposed for this novel transformation, which involves a 5-exo-dig iodocyclization, deprotonation, incorporation of another iodo group, deprotonation, and subsequent replacement of the diiodo group by H2O. Various 3-acylated indolizine derivatives were obtained using this mild procedure in good yields.  相似文献

Methoxylated phenylethanals were treated with concentrated hydrochloric acid in 1,4-dioxane to give methoxylated 2-phenylnaphthalenes or 1,2,9,10-tetrahydro-1,9-epoxydibenzo[a,e]cyclooctenes. Yields in 2-phenylnaphthalenes were quite good and 1,2,9,10-tetrahydro-1,9-epoxydibenzo[a,e]cyclooctenes could be easily isolated. 2-Phenylnaphthalenes were obtained by a tandem aldol condensation-intramolecular Friedel-Crafts cyclisation and 1,2,9,10-tetrahydro-1,9-epoxydibenzo[a,e]cyclooctenes by a O-condensation followed by a double intramolecular Friedel-Crafts alkylation.  相似文献

A concise synthesis of highly functionalized 5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinoline-3-carbonitriles is delineated through base induced ring transformation of 4-sec-amino-2-oxo-5,6-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromene-3-carbonitriles with S-methylisothiourea sulfate and 1-carboxamidinepyrazole hydrochloride, separately, in DMF. Under analogous reaction conditions the ring transformation of 4-sec-amino-2-oxo-5,6-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromene-3-carbonitriles by formamidine acetate provided 4-sec-amino-benzo[h]quinoline-3-carbonitriles in moderate yields, while with benzamidine hydrochloride, the reaction followed the same mechanism to yield 2-phenyl-4-sec-amino-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinoline-3-carbonitriles.  相似文献

Phospholipid additives are a cost-effective medium to separate deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) fragments and possess a thermally-responsive viscosity. This provides a mechanism to easily create and replace a highly viscous nanogel in a narrow bore capillary with only a 10 °C change in temperature. Preparations composed of dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DMPC) and 1,2-dihexanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DHPC) self-assemble, forming structures such as nanodisks and wormlike micelles. Factors that influence the morphology of a particular DMPC–DHPC preparation include the concentration of lipid in solution, the temperature, and the ratio of DMPC and DHPC. It has previously been established that an aqueous solution containing 10% phospholipid with a ratio of [DMPC]/[DHPC] = 2.5 separates DNA fragments with nearly single base resolution for DNA fragments up to 500 base pairs in length, but beyond this size the resolution decreases dramatically. A new DMPC–DHPC medium is developed to effectively separate and size DNA fragments up to 1500 base pairs by decreasing the total lipid concentration to 2.5%. A 2.5% phospholipid nanogel generates a resolution of 1% of the DNA fragment size up to 1500 base pairs. This increase in the upper size limit is accomplished using commercially available phospholipids at an even lower material cost than is achieved with the 10% preparation. The separation additive is used to evaluate size markers ranging between 200 and 1500 base pairs in order to distinguish invasive strains of Streptococcus pyogenes and Aspergillus species by harnessing differences in gene sequences of collagen-like proteins in these organisms. For the first time, a reversible stacking gel is integrated in a capillary sieving separation by utilizing the thermally-responsive viscosity of these self-assembled phospholipid preparations. A discontinuous matrix is created that is composed of a cartridge of highly viscous phospholipid assimilated into a separation matrix of low viscosity. DNA sample stacking is facilitated with longer injection times without sacrificing separation efficiency.  相似文献

A convenient new method was developed to prepare two types of vinyl cyclopropane derivatives through gold-catalyzed cyclization of 1-alkynyl cyclopropyl tert-butyl carbonates 2. Different from the previous reported 5-exo-dig route, the 6-endo-dig addition is the preferred pathway to provide six-membered cyclized carbonates. Two factors, including stereoelectronic effect and steric effect might affect the regioselectivity. Therefore, low steric aliphatic substrates afforded only six-membered isomers. The synthetic utility of compound 3 was also explored to afford a series of β-carbonyl cyclopropanol derivatives.  相似文献

The combination of the 5-N-tert-butoxycarbonyl (Boc) group of laurylthio sialoside and cyclopentyl methyl ether (CPME) as a solvent enhanced the reactivity and α-selectivity of the sialyl donor during sialylation. Selective deprotection of the N-Boc group of sialoside, including an acid-sensitive isopropylidene function, was successfully achieved by Yb(OTf)3-SiO2. Transformation of N,N-Ac,Boc into an N-acetylglycolyl group of sialoglycoside was easily performed via selective N-deacylation of the mixed Ac-N-Boc carbamate, subsequent Boc group removal, and acylation.  相似文献

The addition of 3-methylindolylmagnesium bromide to tetra-O-benzyl-α-d-gluconothionolactone yields the expected indole N-gluconothioamide as its hemiorthothioamide tautomer. The thiol function is alkylated to yield the corresponding orthothioamide, a 1′-alkylthio-substituted N-glycoside. Alternatively, the 1′-alkylthio-N-glycoside can be accessed from the corresponding indole N-gluconamide via a boron trifluoride-etherate mediated orthoesterification with ethanethiol. Radical reduction of the orthothioamide yields the N-glycosides in 2:1 stereoselectivity in favor of the β-N-glycoside, while reduction via the oxonium ion leads to an improved 6:1 selectivity.  相似文献

New ortho-bromodiarylamines in the benzo[b]thiophene series were prepared by palladium-catalyzed amination, either in the benzene or in the thiophene ring. These were submitted to palladium-catalyzed cyclization, under different required conditions, to give several differently substituted thieno[3,2-c] or [2,3-b]carbazoles and indolo[3,2-b]benzo[b]thiophenes. Recently, chromatographic fingerprinting has become one of the most powerful approaches to quality control of herbal medicines. However, the performance of reported chromatographic fingerprinting constructed by single chromatogram sometimes turns out to be inadequate for complex herbal medicines, such as multi-herb botanical drug products. In this study, multiple chromatographic fingerprinting, which consists of more than one chromatographic fingerprint and represents the whole characteristics of chemical constitutions of the complex medicine, is proposed as a potential strategy in this complicated case. As a typical example, a binary chromatographic fingerprinting of “Danshen Dropping Pill” (DSDP), the best-sold traditional Chinese medicine in China, was developed. First, two HPLC fingerprints that, respectively, represent chemical characteristics of depsides and saponins of DSDP were developed, which were used to construct binary chromatographic fingerprints of DSDP. Moreover, the authentication and validation of the binary fingerprints were performed. Then, a data-level information fusion method was employed to capture the chemical information encoded in two chromatographic fingerprints. Based on the fusion results, the lot-to-lot consistency and frauds can be determined either using similarity measure or by chemometrics approach. The application of binary chromatographic fingerprinting to consistency assessment and frauds detection of DSDP clearly demonstrated that the proposed method was a powerful approach to quality control of complex herbal medicines.  相似文献

Hydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid (HOSA) was used as an efficient nucleophilic amination reagent for 2-chloropyrimidines, 2-chloroquinolines, and 1-chloroisoquinoline. The newly obtained heteroaromatic hydroxylamine-O-sulfonates subjected to the reaction with acyl isothiocyanates underwent tandem nucleophilic addition-electrophilic 5-endo-trig cyclization. The mechanism of the cyclization was investigated with use of the long-range corrected hybrid density functional ωB97X-D/6-31+G and SM8 (DMF) solvation model. The structures of the heteroaromatic hydroxylamine-O-sulfonates and N-(5-methoxy-2H-[1,2,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-a]pyrimidin-2-ylidene)benzamide were confirmed by single crystal X-ray analysis. N-(2H-[1,2,4]thiadiazolo[3,2-a]isoquinolin-2-ylidene)benzamide exhibited a pronounced in vitro cytostatic activity against human tumor cell lines SISO, LCLC, A-427, DAN-G, and RT-4 (IC50 in the range 1.47-2.97 μM).  相似文献

Click chemistry was adapted to the immobilization of various Cinchona alkaloid derivatives bearing alkyne functionality onto azide-modified silica gel surfaces. The developed protocol employs very mild reaction conditions, with catalytic amounts of copper(I) iodide (1-5 mol %) in acetonitrile at room temperature, ensuring complete chemical integrity of the multi-functional ligands. The utility of this approach is demonstrated by the attachment of didehydroquinine tert-butylcarbamate to azido-grafted silica gel to produce an effective chiral stationary phase for HPLC enantiomer separation. A comparison of the chromatographic behavior of this click-immobilized phase with that of a commercially available thioether-linked chiral stationary phase revealed very similar performance characteristics for various model analytes. This observation suggests that the click-immobilization may offer an appealing alternative to the established silica gel-grafting technologies, allowing for the specific benefits of high and readily controllable loading levels under noninvasive conditions.  相似文献
