Well-defined nitrogen-doped, hollow SiO2/TiO2 hybrid spheres were successfully prepared through a two-step sol-gel synthesis combined calcination process using triethylamine as the nitrogen source. In this approach, polystyrene (PS)/silica microspheres were first synthesized. Subsequently, the amine-treated PS/SiO2/TiO2 hybrid spheres were obtained by sol-gel method. Finally, the elimination of the PS core, nitrogen-doping process, and crystallization of amorphous TiO2 were simultaneously conducted in the calcination process to acquire the final products. The as-prepared hybrid spheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The results of XRD, FTIR, and XPS spectra indicated that nitrogen was really doped into the anatase TiO2 shell and confirmed that most nitrogen dopants might be present in the chemical environments of N-Ti-O and Ti-N-O. It was found that the absorption shoulder of nitrogen-doped hollow SiO2/TiO2 hybrid spheres vastly shifted to the visible region up to around 530 nm. The photoluminescence (PL) bands showed spectral lines at about 421, 472, and 529 nm, which were attributed to the self-trapped excitons, F and F+ centers. Moreover, the intensity of the PL spectra band of hollow SiO2/TiO2 hybrid spheres increased with as the amount of titanium tetrabutoxide (TBOT) precursor increased. However, the doping of nitrogen into hollow SiO2/TiO2 hybrid spheres led to the drastic quenching of photoluminescence because of the increase in the separation efficiency of the photoinduced electron and hole pairs.  相似文献

SnO2 double-shelled and triple-shelled hollow spheres were tailored by adjusting concentration of tin (IV) chloride solution during the process of the tin (IV) ions infused carbonaceous spheres. The structures of these SnO2 multi-shelled hollow spheres were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and their possible formation mechanism were also discussed. In virtue of triple-shelled hollow porous structure and higher specific surface area, SnO2 triple-shelled hollow spheres exhibited enhanced photocatalytic properties compared to SnO2 double-shelled hollow spheres.  相似文献

In this paper, we describe how WO(3) hollow spheres have been synthesized in solution phase by the controlled hydrolysis of WCl(6) using novel carbon microspheres as the templates. All of the products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The as-synthesized spheres had large diameters of about 400 nm and thin shells of about 30 nm composed of numerous small nanocrystals. Prompted by the porous structure and small crystal size of the shell wall, we constructed WO(3) hollow-sphere gas sensors and found that these sensors had good sensitivity to alcohol, acetone, CS(2), and other organic gases.  相似文献

以聚苯乙烯(PS)胶球为模板, 通过一步法结合煅烧后处理制备了空心球复合材料In2O3/ZrO2-TiO2. 采用X射线衍射(XRD)、 X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(UV-Vis DRS)和氮气吸附-脱附等测试手段对复合材料的结构、 组成和形貌进行了表征. 结果表明, In2O3/ZrO2-TiO2复合材料的晶型结构以锐钛矿型TiO2为主, 同时存在少量含有Ti—O—Zr键的混合氧化物. 该复合材料经聚苯乙烯模板处理后呈现空心球状结构, 球壁由纳米粒子堆积而成. In2O3/ZrO2-TiO2空心球复合材料的比表面积较大(66.92 m2/g), 且In2O3与ZrO2-TiO2复合后光吸收发生了红移. 对该复合材料光解水制氢性能的研究结果表明, 空心球状In2O3/ZrO2-TiO2具有较好的产氢效果(56.7 μmol/g, 8 h), 明显高于P25、 ZrO2、 空心球状ZrO2-TiO2及粉末状In2O3/ZrO2-TiO2.  相似文献

提出了一种在掺氟的SnO2(FTO)导电玻璃上组装碳纳米管(CNTs)/Fe-Ni/TiO2多孔复合膜光催化剂的新方法.采用喷涂热解法(SPD)将掺杂镍和铁的含有嵌段聚合物P123的二氧化钛前驱体溶胶涂覆在FTO导电玻璃上,制备Fe-Ni/TiO2多孔膜,再采用化学气相沉积法(CVD)在Fe-Ni/TiO2膜上原位生长CNTs,得到CNTs/Fe-Ni/TiO2多孔复合膜光催化剂.CNTs/Fe-Ni/TiO2复合膜具有多级孔结构特征,在TiO2表面原位生长的CNTs不但具有较好的石墨化结构,且CNTs较均匀地分布在整个膜层的孔中.考察了CNTs/Fe-Ni/TiO2复合膜光催化剂的结构和性能,并通过降解甲基橙溶液评价了复合膜的光催化活性.结果表明,CNTs的复合及铁和镍的掺杂等改性显著提高了TiO2膜材料的光催化活性.  相似文献

采用垂直沉积法组装了平均球径为188 nm的三维有序二氧化硅微球阵列。以该阵列为模板,通过在TiO2前驱体溶胶中多次浸渍热处理循环,随后采用超声辅助的NaOH溶液腐蚀去除硅球模板,制备了>20层厚的反转结构的二氧化钛多孔膜。该二氧化钛薄膜在550 ℃下热处理20 h其多孔结构保持不变,表明采用此方法制备的二氧化钛多孔膜具有较好的热稳定性。X射线衍射图表明550 ℃下热处理得到的是具有锐钛矿结构的二氧化钛多孔膜。透光光谱显示了光子带隙出现在~400 nm。通过SEM观察,二氧化钛多孔膜  相似文献

采用阳极氧化法和阴极电沉积法制备了Fe2O3,CuO和NiO纳米粒子改性的高度有序的TiO2纳米管(TiO2-NT)阵列.运用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM),X射线衍射(XRD)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱等手段对Fe2O3/TiO2-NT、CuO/TiO2-NT和NiO/TiO2-NT复合电极进行表征.以苯酚为模拟污染物,考察复合电极的光电性能.结果表明,金属氧化物(Fe2O3,CuO,NiO)纳米粒子成功沉积在TiO2-NTs的管口、内壁和管底.金属氧化物改性复合电极的光电催化活性比未改性的TiO2-NTs提高了2倍以上.Fe2O3/TiO2-NTs在可见光区显示出最高的吸收强度.以Fe2O3/TiO2-NTs为阳极处理苯酚废水,光照120min后苯酚去除率达到96%,而未改性的TiO2-NTs的苯酚去除率只有41%.此外,Fe2O3/TiO2-NTs在生成低毒中间产物方面表现出良好的性能.较高的复合电极光电催化活性主要是由于TiO2纳米管和过渡金属氧化物纳米粒子间构筑的高界面面积异质纳米结构,有效地促进了电子转移,抑制了光生电子-空穴对的复合.  相似文献

The various polymorphs (anatase, rutile, and brookite) of TiO(2) with different nanomorphologies have been synthesized by a facile microwave-assisted solvothermal process without surfactants, employing TiCl(4) or TiCl(3) as precursors in various alcohol (ethanol, propanol, butanol, and octanol) media. The samples have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron microscopy, and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area analysis. The Ti/Cl ion concentration, reaction pH, and size of the alcohol molecule are found to control the morphology, crystal structure, and crystallite size of the TiO(2) particles. Among the various TiO(2) polymorphs synthesized, the rutile TiO(2) spheres built up of nanorods that were synthesized with TiCl(4) in octanol have an average pore size and surface area of, respectively, 5 nm and 404 m(2)/g and exhibit the best electrochemical performance with a capacity of >200 mAh/g after 100 cycles and high rate capability. The excellent electrochemical properties originate from the nanorod-building morphology and mesoporosity of TiO(2) spheres that provide good electrical contact, accommodates the strain smoothly, and facilitates facile lithium-ion diffusion.  相似文献

 采用具有锐钛矿晶粒的TiO2溶胶与聚苯乙烯球形粒子混合制得涂膜液,通过浸渍提拉法制备薄膜,然后在超声波振荡条件下,以甲苯为溶剂,将薄膜中的聚苯乙烯球选择性地溶解去除,在室温下获得了锐钛矿型多孔TiO2薄膜. 与致密的TiO2薄膜相比,该多孔TiO2薄膜具有较高的光催化活性. 该方法有以下两方面的优点: 一是实现了多孔TiO2薄膜的室温制备,增大了薄膜基材的选择范围; 二是可以通过添加不同粒径的聚苯乙烯球,较为方便地实现了对薄膜孔径的调节.  相似文献

以钛酸正丁酯为前驱体, 采用静电纺丝技术制得了纯锐钛矿TiO2纤维, 并以其为基质, 通过水热法制备了具有异质结构的WO3/TiO2复合纤维. 利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 能量色散光谱仪(EDS)、 透射电子显微镜(TEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)等对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征. 以罗丹明B的脱色降解为模型反应, 考察了样品的光催化性能和储能光催化性能. 结果表明, 花状WO3微球包裹在TiO2纤维上, 得到了具有异质结构的WO3/TiO2复合纤维光催化剂. WO3与TiO2复合有利于光生载流子的输运和分离, 增强了体系的量子效率, 提高了光催化活性. WO3/TiO2 复合纤维经光照处理后, 在黑暗条件下显示出储能光催化特性.  相似文献

Multilayer films (PW(12)-TH)(n) (PW(12)=PW(12)O(40)(3-), TH=thionine) were immobilized on porous anatase TiO(2) microspheres by layer-by-layer (LbL) self-assembly method. The porous structure of TiO(2) was confirmed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that TiO(2) template particles had a round shape with an average diameter of 250 nm. The composite films were characterized by FTIR spectroscopy, UV diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and XRD spectroscopy. The results confirmed the successful immobilization of (PW(12)-TH)(n) composite films onto TiO(2) microspheres, and the growth of PW(12)-TH layer pair was uniform. SEM and TEM were also used to characterize the morphology. When PW(12)-TH composite films were assembled on the template, the surface became rougher with the increasing number of layer pair. The lattice fringe of TiO(2) became weaker when immobilized (PW(12)-TH)(n). The photocatalytic properties of the microspheres toward a rhodamine B (RhB) solution were investigated under visible light irradiation. The combination of TiO(2) and PW(12) showed an excellent photocatalytic performance. Both TH sensitization and PW(12) adsorption played important roles during the process of photocatalysis. Moreover, the catalytic property and reusability of as-prepared catalyst were relevant to the number of PW(12)-TH bilayer. The kinetics of the photodecomposition to rhodamine B followed the first-order reaction.  相似文献

采用阳离子聚苯乙烯微球作为模板,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,氨水为催化剂,制备了中空TiO_2微球.采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及比表面测定仪对其形貌和结构进行了表征,并考察了模板粒径、钛源用量以及催化剂用量对中空TiO_2微球形貌的影响.通过物理共混法将其引入至聚丙烯酸酯乳液中并成膜,研究了复合薄膜的保温性能、抗紫外性能及力学性能.结果表明,锐钛矿相中空TiO_2微球模板粒径、钛源用量以及催化剂用量影响中空TiO_2微球的空心尺寸、壁厚及壳层致密性.中空TiO_2微球可显著提升聚丙烯酸酯薄膜的保温性能、抗紫外性能和力学性能.采用不同粒径的模板制备的中空TiO_2微球对复合薄膜的各项性能均有影响,其中模板粒径为140 nm时复合薄膜性能最优,光反射率提升63%,导热系数降低27%,且在波长小于360 nm范围内,紫外透过率几乎为0,抗张强度增加100%,断裂伸长率提升62%.  相似文献

通过简易的水热法"一锅"制备了Co3O4空心球。借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)等对Co3O4的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,产物由Co3O4纳米粒子构成,并形成明显的空心多孔结构。循环伏安法(CV)测试表明,所制得的Co3O4空心球呈现良好的电化学性能。本文同时对Co3O4空心球结构的形成过程和可能的机理进行了分析和讨论。  相似文献

Uniform hollow Lu(2)O(3):Ln (Ln = Eu(3+), Tb(3+)) phosphors have been successfully prepared via a urea-assisted homogeneous precipitation method using carbon spheres as templates, followed by a subsequent calcination process. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transformed infrared (FT-IR), thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), photoluminescence (PL) spectra, cathodoluminescence (CL) spectra, kinetic decays, quantum yields (QY), and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectra were employed to characterize the samples. The results show that hollow Lu(2)O(3):Ln spheres can be indexed to cubic Gd(2)O(3) phase with high purity. The as-prepared hollow Lu(2)O(3):Ln phosphors are confirmed to be uniform in shape and size with diameter of about 300 nm and shell thickness of approximate 20 nm. The possible formation mechanism of evolution from the carbon spheres to the amorphous precursor and to the final hollow Lu(2)O(3):Ln microspheres has been proposed. Upon ultraviolet (UV) and low-voltage electron beams excitation, the hollow Lu(2)O(3):Ln (Ln = Eu(3+), Tb(3+)) spheres exhibit bright red (Eu(3+), (5)D(0)-(7)F(2)) and green (Tb(3+), (5)D(4)-(7)F(5)) luminescence, which may find potential applications in the fields of color display and biomedicine.  相似文献

Three-dimensionally ordered macroporous (3DOM) magnesium (Mg) oxide (MgO), MgSO4, calcium (Ca) carbonate (CaCO3), and strontium (Sr) carbonate (SrCO3) were prepared using a colloidal crystal of polymer spheres as a template. Ethanol or ethanol-water solution of metal salts (acetate or nitrate) and citric acid was infiltrated into the void of the colloidal crystal template of a monodispersed poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) sphere. Heating of this PMMA-metal salt-citric acid composite produced the desired well-ordered 3DOM materials with a high pore fraction, which was confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) diffuse reflectance spectra. The presence of citric acid is crucial for production of the 3DOM structures. Reaction of citric acid with metal salt produces metal citrate solid in the void of PMMA spheres, which is necessary to maintain the 3DOM structure during the calcination process. 3DOM CaCO3 shows opalescent colors because of it's photonic stop band properties.  相似文献

TiO(2) colloids with the most probably particle size of 10 nm were deposited on the surface of macroporous diatomite by a layer-by-layer (LBL) assembly method with using phytic acid as molecular binder. For preparation of colloidal TiO(2), titanium(IV) isopropoxide (Ti(C(3)H(7)O)(4)) was used as titanium precursor, nitric acid (HNO(3)) as peptizing agent and deionized water and isopropanol (C(3)H(7)OH) as solvent. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), N(2) adsorption-desorption, and UV-vis spectra are used to assess the morphology and physical chemistry properties of the resulting TiO(2) coated diatomite. It was shown that the mesoporosity has been introduced into macroporous diatomite by LBL deposition. The mesoporosity was originated from close-packing of the uniform TiO(2) nanoparticles. More TiO(2) could be coated on the surface of diatomite by increasing the deposition cycles. This hierarchical porous material has potential for applications in catalytic reactions involved diffusion limit, especially in photocatalytic reactions.  相似文献

采用甲醇法制备三维有序大孔结构(3DOM)TiO2,再经过有机胺(EtO)3Si(CH2)3NH2(APS)功能化修饰后,通过自组装技术将取代型杂多酸盐K5[Ni(H2O)PW11O39](PW11Ni)与其负载,从而制备了三维有序大孔取代型多金属氧酸盐-有机胺-TiO2杂化催化剂3DOM PW11Ni-APS-TiO2。通过FT-IR,ICP-AES,XRD,UV-Vis/DRS, XPS和SEM等测试手段对其组成、结构和形貌等进行了表征,结果表明,通过自组装技术将APS功能化修饰的3DOM TiO2与杂多酸盐PW11Ni负载后,该杂多酸盐PW11Ni通过Ni-N配位键与3DOM TiO2键合。同时,所制备的3DOM PW11Ni-APS-TiO2具有TiO2锐钛矿结构,且该合成产物由于模板剂聚苯乙烯(PS)胶球的作用呈现着规则、有序和开放性的三维有序大孔结构,其通透性的孔结构十分有利于反应过程中反应物和产物分子的扩散。紫外光催化降解罗丹明B实验结果表明,3DOM PW11Ni-APS-TiO2的紫外光催化降解活性明显高于直接光解和其他对比体系。  相似文献

A novel method of fabricating core-shell structure particles, comprising nearly monodisperse polystyrene (PS) spheres as cores and Fe3O4 as shells, is submitted. In this research, the magnetite (Fe3O4) shell was prepared by seeded growth from the reaction of FeCl2 with diethylene glycol (DEG) in aqueous solutions. The thickness of the shell were controlled in the range of 0-60 nm by using slow injection. The composition and the structure of the shell were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TG), and vibrating-sample magnetometry (VSM). It is found that there are some differences between the magnetic composite spheres shelled with Fe3O4 and pure Fe3O4 particles, such as the size of the magnetites and the ferromagnetic property. Furthermore, the spheres exhibited the superparamagnetic characterization when the thickness of the Fe3O4 shell was less than 15 nm.  相似文献

Indium hydroxide, In(OH)3, nano-microstructures with two kinds of morphology, nanorod bundles (around 500 nm in length and 200 nm in diameter) and caddice spherelike agglomerates (around 750-1000 nm in diameter), were successfully prepared by the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB)/water/cyclohexane/n-pentanol microemulsion-mediated hydrothermal process. Calcination of the In(OH)3 crystals with different morphologies (nanorod bundles and spheres) at 600 degrees C in air yielded In2O3 crystals with the same morphology. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and photoluminescence (PL) spectra as well as kinetic decays were used to characterize the samples. The pH values of microemulsion play an important role in the morphological control of the as-formed In(OH)3 nano-microstructures from the hydrothermal process. The formation mechanisms for the In(OH)3 nano-microstructures have been proposed on an aggregation mechanism. In2O3 nanorod bundles and spheres show a similar blue emission peaking around 416 and 439 nm under the 383-nm UV excitation, which is mainly attributed to the oxygen vacancies in the In2O3 nano-microstructures.  相似文献
