The distribution of the precipitated active component has been analyzed using the concepts of moisture transfer mechanism for the evaporation of porous materials. Formulas are proposed for the low-dispersity phase, depending on the precipitation parameter. The calculations performed using a statistical porous environment model are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data.

The reactions of Re2X4(-dppm)2 (X=Cl or Br; dppm=Ph2PCH2PPh2) with H2S in THF afford the dirhenium (III) complexes Re2(-H)(-SH)X4(-dppm)2, the first examples of the oxidative addition of an S-H unit across an electron-rich metal-metal triple bond. The bromide complex Re2(-H)(-SH)Br4(-dppm)2 (C2H5)2O crystallizes in the space group P21/n witha=16.631(2) Å,b=15.967(3) Å,c=19.904(2) Å, =92.698(7)°,V=5279(2) Å3, andZ=4. The structure which was refined toR=0.053 (R w=0.070) for 4903 data withI>3.0(I), shows the presence of an edge-shared bioctahedral geometry with a very short Re-Re distance of 2.4566(7) Å. While the hydrogen atoms of the -H and -SH ligands were not located in the X-ray structure determination, their presence is confirmed by IR and1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Two novel heterometallic cubane-like and double cubane-like clusters, {MoCu3S3(S2COEt)}(O)(Ph3P)3 I and {Mo2Cu6S6(SCMe3)2}(O)2(Ph3P)4 II, were synthesized by reaction of {MoCu2S3}(O)(Ph3P)3 with CuS2COEt and CuSCMe3, respectively. ClusterI crystallized in the triclinic space group (2) witha=12.766(6) Å,b=22.904(5) Å,c=10.522(3) Å, =99.86(2)°, =109.68(2)°, =86.84(3)°,V=2854(2) Å3,Z=2,R=0.049 for 6622 observed reflections (I>5(I)) and 410 variables. ClusterII crystallized in the triclinic space group (2) with dimensionsa=14.212(4) Å,b=14.725(5) Å,c=12.396(8) Å, =110.32(4)°, =90.40(5)°, =62.88(2)°,V=2129(2) Å3,Z=1,R=0.039 for 6020 observed reflections (I>3(I)) and 461 variables. ClusterI consists of a neutral cubane-like molecule with the core {MoCu3S3(S2COEt)}2+, in which one corner of the cubane-like core is a novel triply bridging bidentate 1,1-dithiolato (xanthate, S2COEt) ligand. ClusterII is a double cubane-like one, in which two cubane-like cores {MoCu3S3(SCMe3)}2+ are connected by two Cu-S bonds of the triply bridging monothiolato (SCMe 3 ) ligand. Two different pathways of unit construction from a small heterometallic cluster {MoCu2S3}(O)(Ph3P)3 have been outlined. Comparisons of the selected bond lengths and bond angles for the cubane-like core {MoCu3S3 X} (X=Cl, Br, S2COEt, SCMe 3 ) are given. Spectroscopic properties of the title clusters are also reported.  相似文献

Acid alkali hexafluoroaluminates of K and Rb were prepared by precipitation of alkali fluoride containing H3AlF6 solutions with ethanol. Compounds were characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy,1H-NMR and chemical analysis. The constitution is MI(H3O)2AlF6. Lattice parameters were determined.Dehydration and thermal decomposition were investigated by thermal analysis (TG, DTG, DTA) on a derivatograph-Q and by high temperature X-ray diffraction. Thermal decomposition is accompanied by liberation of H2O and HF and a condensation of [AlF6]3– octahedra forming layer structures. Stable intermediate products are MIAlF4·0.5H2O and MIAlF4. At higher temperatures hydrolysis occurs.
Zusammenfassung Es wurden saure Kalium- und Rubidiumhexafluoroaluminate durch Fällung aus Alkalifluorid enthaltenden H3AlF6-Lösungen mit Ethanol dargestellt. Die erhaltenen Verbindungen wurden chemisch, röntgenographisch, IR- sowie1H-NMR-spektroskopisch charakterisiert. Die Konstitution der Verbindungen ist MI(H3O)2AlF6. Die Gitterkonstanten wurden aus Röntgendiffraktionsdaten bestimmt. Entwässerung und thermische Zersetzung wurden mittels Heizguiniertechnik und Thermoanalyse (TG, DTG, DTA) an einem Derivatograph-Q untersucht. Bei der thermischen Zersetzung erfolgt eine HF- und H2O-Abgabe sowie eine Kondensation von AlF 6 3– -Oktaedern unter Ausbildung von Schichtstrukturen. Als stabile Zwischenprodukte wurden MIAlF4·0.5H2O und MIAlF4 nachgewiesen. Bei höheren Temperaturen werden Hydrolysereaktionen beobachtet.

Calorimetric and growth data are reported for the anaerobic growth of a strain of Serratia marcescens in a glucose-limited medium over the temperature range from 20 to 32°. Power-time curves and growth curves evolve in a well-known regular wayvs. increasing environmental temperature. The growth rate constants in the heat dissipation sensek Q =Q/Q or, alternatively, in the biomass production sensek m =m/m are maximum at 30°, constantk m being greater than constantk Q throughout the studied temperature interval. On the other hand, the metabolic efficiency is defined in a thermodynamic context and found to be maximum at 28°.
Zusammenfassung Kalorimetrische Werte und Wachstumsdaten werden für das anärobe Wachstum des Kulturstammes Serratia marcescens in einem Glukose-limitierten Medium im Temperaturbereich von 20–32° C angegeben. Leistungs-Zeit-Kurven und Wachstumskurven zeigen mit ansteigender Umgebungstemperatur den gut bekannten regulären Verlauf. Die Wachstumsgeschwindigkeitskonstanten (im Sinne der Wärmeableitungk Q =Q/Q einerseits oder im Sinne der Produktion von Biomassek m =m/m andererseits) gehen bei 30 °C durch ein Maximum, wobei im untersuchten Temperaturintervall die Konstantek m größer alsK Q ist. Der metabolitische Wirkungsgrad ist thermodynamisch definiert und weist ein Maximum bei 28 °C auf.

Crystals of [Cu(o-Andp)(H2O)2] · 2H2O (where o-Andp2–is -anisidine-N,N-di-3-propionate) were synthesized and studied using X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are triclinic: a= 12.063(1) Å, b= 12.483(3) Å, c= 13.586(2) Å, = 91.29(1)°, = 111.67(1)°, = 104.00(1)°, V= 1830.5(5) Å3, space group P , Z= 2, and R= 0.0528 for 5965 reflections with I2(I). The two crystallographically independent complexes are isostructural. The tetragonal–bipyramidal coordination of copper(III) involves three O atoms, the N atom of the tetradentate ligand o-Andp2–, and two O atoms from water. The aminodipropionate group of the ligand (average Cu–O 1.939 Å and Cu–N 2.051 Å) and one of the coordinated water molecules (Cu–O(w) 1.991 Å) lie in the equatorial plane. The second water molecule (Cu–O(w) 2.32 Å) and the methoxy O atom of o-Andp2–(Cu–O 2.37 Å) are in the apical positions of the bipyramid.  相似文献

Sodium salicylate (NaSal where Sal=2-hydroxybenzoate), when mixed with dibenzo-24-crown-8 (DB24C8) yields a bimetallic complex [NaSal]2DB24C8 in most polar organic media, while potassium salicylate (KSal) under similar conditions shows a tendency to yield 11 or 21 complexes depending upon medium or synthesis. However, the presence of both NaSal and KSal together results in a unique mixed cation complex of composition NaKSal2DB24C8. This product melts sharply (190-92°C) without decomposition, displays IR spectral characteristics comparable to those of [Na(Sal)]2DB24C8, and is stable in aqueous media as shown by the detectable cation effect on the UV absorption bands of Sal and DB24C8. Single crystal X-ray analysis of NaK(Sal)2DB24C8 reveals that the system represents a co-crystallization complex of individual (KSal)2DB24C8 and (NaSal)2DB24C8 molecules. The crystals are monoclinic,P21/c,a=19.976(2) Å,b=9.031(1) Å,c=25.541(5) Å,=122.065(9)°, Å3,T=298 K,Z=2+2, CuK =1.5418 Å, and 2 (2.5°–100°). FinalR factor for the 3012 observed reflections (F>3) is 0.092. Both the Na2- and K2-molecules possess crystallographic centers of symmetry with one metal and its associated anion on each side of the crown ring. However, the conformations of the crowns are very different in the two molecules, with the K2-crown being nearly planar and the Na2-crown being quite puckered. Four oxygen atoms from the DB24C8 (KO, 2.680–2.908 Å) and three carboxyl oxygen atoms (KO, 2.472–2.708 Å) from separate salicylate ions coordinate with each potassium. Three oxygens from the crown (NaO, 2.536–2.65 Å) and three carboxyl oxygens (NaO, 2.31–2.563 Å) coordinate with each sodium. The salicylate ions lie on opposite sides and nearly perpendicular (77.2°, Na2-molecule; 82.7° K2-molecule) to each crown but coordinate to both of the metal ions within a molecule. The K+K+ and Na+Na+ distances in the respective molecules are 3.95 and 3.34 Å. A higher activity of Na–X than Na–Y in CH3SH+SO2 reaction at 343 was observed. The increase of the copper content in the samples causes an increase of their activity. Water, sulfur, dimethyl disulfide, dimethyl trisulfide and sometimes dimethyl sulfide are registered as reaction products. (CH3)2S3 is formed as a result of the reaction between sulfur and (CH3)2S2.

Crystals of [97N(35)]uBr2 (IV) and [97N(35)][u2Br3] (V) were prepared by ac electrochemical synthesis from uBr2, N-allylquinolinium bromide, on copper electrodes in the ethanol–benzene medium. X-ray diffraction study has shown that crystals IV and V are monoclinic: space group A21/a, a = 13.776(3) Å, b = 14.304(3) Å, c = 13.147(2) Å, = 107.90(1) Å, V = 2465(2) Å3, Z = 8 for IV and space group P21/n, a = 13.881(2) Å, b = 15.446(2) Å, c = 7.111(1) Å, = 104.64(1)°, V = 1475.0(8) Å3, Z = 4 for V. Structures IV and V are built of the N-allylquinolinium cations and different anions i.e., (CuBr2) n- n forming infinite chains in IV and peculiar {[CuI 4Br6]2–} n arranged in polymeric chains in V. In the latter case, two independent metal atoms have trigonal–pyramidal and trigonal–planar environments. In the structures of both compounds, the C=C bond of the allyl group is not involved in coordination with the Cu(I) atom.  相似文献

Photobromination of SiH4 under uv-irradiation at various wavelengths has been studied. Rate constants for the elementary reactions Br(2P3/2)+SiH4HBr+SiH3 (k=3.2×10–11 exp(–21.8±2.5)/RT, cm3/s) and Br* (2P1/2)+SiH4HBr+SiH3 (k*=(3±1)×10–13 cm3/s) have been determined in the temperature range from 300 to 415 K.

Ab initio calculations including electron correlation are reported for the water and methylene molecules as a function of geometry. A large contracted gaussian basis set is used and the multiconfiguration wave functions, optimized by the iterative natural orbital procedure, include 277 and 617 configurations for H2O and CH2 respectively. The method of selecting configurations, yielding first-order wave functions, is discussed in some detail. For H2O, the SCF geometry is r=0,942 Å, =105,8°, the correlated result is r=0,968 Å, =103,2°, and the experimental r=0,957 Å, =104,5°. The water stretching force constants, in millidynes/Å, are 8,72 (SCF), 8,75 (CI), and 8,4 (experiment). Bending force constants are 0,88 (SCF), 0,83 (CI), and 0,76 (experiment). For methylene the SCF geometry is r=1,072 Å, =129,5°, while the result from first-order wave functions is r=1,088 Å, =134°. The predicted CH2 force constants are 6,16 (SCF) and 6,13 (CI) for stretching and 0,44 (SCF) and 0,33 (CI) for bending.
Zusammenfassung Es wird über ab intito-Rechnungen mit Berücksichtigung der Elektronenkorrelation berichtet, die an Wasser- und Methylenmolekülen als Funktion der Geometrie durchgeführt worden sind. Dazu benutzt man einen großen kontrahierten Gauß-Basissatz. Die Multikonfigurationswellenfunktionen, die unter Benutzung von natürlichen Orbitalen nach der iterativen Prozedur optimiert werden, enthalten für H2O 277 Konfigurationen und für CH2 617. Die Auswahlmethode, die zu Wellenfunktionen 1. Ordnung führt, wird diskutiert. Im Falle des Wassers erhält man die SCF-Geometrie zu r=0,942 Å, =105,8°, das korrelierte Resultat ist: r=0,968 Å, =103,2° und das experimentelle r=0,957 Å, =104,5°. Für Wasser ergeben sich die Valenzkraftkonstanten (in Millidyn Å–1) 8,72 (SCF), 8,75 (CI) und 8,4 (Experiment). Die Deformationskonstanten sind 0,88 (SCF), 0,83 (CI) und 0,76 (Experiment). Im Falle des Methylens ist die SCF-Geometrie r=1,072 Å, =129,5°, während man mit Wellenfunktionen 1. Ordnung r=1,088 Å und =134° erhält. Die CH2-Kraftkonstanten werden für die Valenzschwingung zu 6,16 (SCF) und 6,13 (CI) bzw. für die Deformationsschwingung zu 0,44 (SCF) und 0,33 (CI) vorausgesagt.

In the system U–La–N a new phase of composition La2U2N5 was observed. The differaction pattern of this phase can be indexed with a tetragonal unit cell:a=8.43 Å,c=8.50 Å andc/a=1.008. The pseudocubic sub-cell withaca/2 is closely related to the CsCl-type.

Diphenylphosphine oxidatively adds to the ReRe bonds of Re2 X 4(-dppm)2 (X=Cl or Br; dppm=Ph2PCH2PPh2) and Re2Cl4(-dpam)2 (dpam=Ph2AsCH2AsPh2) to afford the dirhenium(III) complexes Re2(-X)(-PPh2)HX 3(-LL)2. The dppm complexes have also been prepared from the reactions of Re2(-O2CCH3)X 4(-dppm)2 with Ph2PH, and a similar strategy has been used to prepare Re2(-Cl)(-PPh2)HCl3(-dmpm)2 (dmpm=Me2PCH2PMe2) from Re2(-O2CCH3)Cl4(dmpm)2. Phenylphosphine likewise reacts with Re2 X 4(-dppm)2 to give Re2(-X)(-PHPh)HX 3(-dppm)2. An X-ray crystal structure determination on Re2(-Cl)(-PPh2)HCl3(-dppm)2 confirms its edge-shared bioctahedral structure. This complex crystallizes in the space group (No. 148) witha=21.699(3) Å, =84.50(4)°,V=10084(5) Å3, andZ=6. The structure was refined toR=0.049 (R w 0.069) for 5770 data withI>3.0(I). The Re-Re distance is 2.5918(7) Å. Oxidation of the bromide complex Re2(-Br)(-PPh2)HBr3(-dppm)2 with NOPF6 produces the unusual dirhenium(III, II) cation [Re2(-H)(-Br)[P(O)Ph2]Br2(NO)(-dppm)2]+ which has been structurally characterized as its perrhenate salt, [Re2(-H)(-Br)[P(O)Ph2]Br2(NO)(-dppm)2]ReO4 · 2CH2Cl2. This complex crystallizes in the space group (No. 2) witha=14.187(7) Å,b=16.419(5) Å,c=16.729(5) Å, =98.76(2)°, =110.11(3)°, =104.66(3)°,V=3414(6) Å3,Z=2. The structure was refined toR=0.040 (R w =0.051) for 5736 data withI>3.0(I). The presence of a phosphorus-bound [P(O)Ph2] ligand, a linear nitrosyl and a bridging hydrido ligand has been confirmed. The title metallocenium salts form crystalline 2:1 host:guest inclusion compounds with-cyclodextrin, [(5-C5H5)2M]PF6 · 2-CD · 8H2O (1, M = Fe;2, M = Co;3, M = Rh). The X-ray crystal structures of1 and3, and the lattice constants, crystal system and space group of2 have been determined. In the crystals of1 and3, two -cyclodextrin molecules are arranged head-to-head to form a dimer by means of intermolecular hydrogen bonding across the secondary hydroxyl faces of adjacent -CD monomers. The dimers are stacked along the crystallographicc axis to form a channel-type structure. The metallocenium cation is encapsulated within the cavity of the dimer, while the PF 6 anion is located outside the cavity, being centered between the primary hydroxyl faces of adjacent dimers. Eight water molecules of hydration per asymmetric unit reside in the spaces between the -CD columns. In view of the almost identical crystal data for2 a similar structure can be assumed for the cobaltocenium adduct.  相似文献

Heats of solution of nine electrolytes in 1,2-dichloroethane and of three electrolytes in 1,1-dichloroethane have been determined calorimetrically at various electrolyte concentrations and extrapolated to zero concentration to yield H s o values for these electrolytes. It is shown that values of H t o for transfer from water to the dichloroethanes of 11 electrolytes are often negative, so that these electrolytes can be more stable enthalpically in the less polar solvents. Combinations of the H t o values with previously determined G t o values yield values of S t o for transfer of 11 electrolytes from water to the dichloroethanes. These S t o values are mostly very negative; they can be correlated very well by the method of Abraham, and in this way S t o values for transfer of numerous other anions and cations have been predicted. The Ph4As+/Ph4B convention yields single-ion entropies of transfer from water to the dichloroethanes in reasonable agreement with values calculated by the correspondence-plot method.  相似文献

The mechanism of the step I and step II of thermal decomposition of 3CaO · Al2O3 · 6D2O was studied. The presence of Ca(OD)2 was proved in the products of the first step of decomposition. In the calorimeter cell of the Dupont 990 thermoanalyser the enthalpy changesH r,I=59.2kJ/mole D2O for step I (210–410°) andDH rII,1=69.0 kJ/mole D2O for the first fast part of the step II (stage 1 of the step I, encompassing the temperature interval 410–560°) were measured. This indicates that the dissociation of Ca(OD)2 is not the only transition taking place in the first fast part (stage 1) of the step II.
Zusammenfassung Der Mechanismus der I und II Stufe der thermischen Zersetzung von 3CaO · Al2O3 · 6D2O wurde untersucht. Die Gegenwart von Ca(OD)2 wurde in den Produkten der ersten Zersetzungsstufe nachgewiesen. In der Kalorimeterzelle des Thermoanalysers Dupont 990 wurde die EnthalpieänderungenH r,i 59.2 kJ/Mol D2O für Stufe I (210 bis 410°) undH r,II,I=69.0 kJ/Mol D2O für den ersten schnellen Teil der Stufe II (»Etappe 1 der Stufe II «) im Temperaturbereich von 410 bis 560° gemessen. Dies zeigt, daß die Dissoziation von Ca(OD)2 nicht der einzige Übergang in der ersten, schnellen Phase (Etappe 1) der Stufe II ist.

Résumé On a étudié le mécanisme des deux premières étapes de la décomposition thermique de 3CaO · Al2O3 · 6D2O. La présence de Ca(OD)2 a été mise en évidence dans les produits de la première étape de décomposition. Les variations d'enthalpie correspondant à la première et à la deuxième étape de la décomposition ont été mesurées à l'aide de la cellule calorimétrique du thermoanalyseur Dupont 990; elles s'élèvent respectivement àH i,I= 59.2 kJ/mole D2O pour l'étape I (210–410°) etH r,II,1= 69.0 kJ/mole D2O pour la première partie, rapide, de l'étape II («stade l de l'étape II », couvrant l'intervalle 410–560°). Ceci indique que la dissociation de Ca(OD)2 n'est pas la seule transition qui ait lieu dans la première partie (stade 1) de l'étape II.

The reaction of the heterometallic vinylidene cluster RuCo2(CO)9(3-2-C=CHPh) with the diphosphine ligand 4,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)-4-cyclopenten-1,3-dione (bpcd) proceeds readily in the presence of Me3NO to furnish the new cluster RuCo2(CO)7(bpcd)(3-2-C=CHPh) as the sole product. This cluster has been isolated by preparative chromatography and characterized in solution by IR spectroscopy. The molecular structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, which has confirmed the chelation of the bpcd ligand to the ruthenium center and the change in the coordination mode exhibited by the vinylidene ligand. RuCo2(CO)7(bpcd)(3-2-C=CHPh) crystallizes in the triclinic space group P , a = 10.5788(9), b = 11.909(1), c = 19.526(2) Å, = 84.491(9)°, = 78.068(8)°, = 63.760(7)°, V = 2158.7(4) Å3, Z = 2, and d calc = 1.581.  相似文献
