The reactions of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene, N3P3Cl6, with mono (1 and 2) and bis(4-fluorobenzyl) diamines (3-5), FPhCH2NH(CH2)nNHR (RH or FPhCH2-), produce mono (1a and 2a) and bis(4-fluorobenzyl) monospirocyclophosphazenes (3a-5a). The tetraaminomonospirocyclophosphazenes (1b-2d) are obtained from the reactions of the partly substituted phosphazenes (1a and 2a) with excess pyrrolidine, morpholine and 1,4-dioxa-8-azaspiro[4,5]decane (DASD), respectively. The tetrachlorobis(4-fluorobenzyl) monospirocyclophosphazenes (4a and 5a) with excess pyrrolidine, morpholine and DASD afford the fully substituted bis(4-fluorobenzyl) monospirocyclophosphazenes (4b, 4d-5d) in boiling THF. In addition, monochlorobis(4-fluorobenzyl) monospirocyclophosphazenes (4e and 4f) have also been isolated from the reactions with excess morpholine and DASD in boiling THF. The structural investigations of the compounds have been verified by elemental analyses, MS, FTIR, 1H, 13C, 19F (for 1d and 2d), 31P NMR, HSQC and HMBC techniques. The crystal structures of 3a, 4a, 5a and 2b have been determined by X-ray crystallography. The compounds 2a-5a, 1b-2d, 4b, 4d-5d, 4e and 4f have been screened for antibacterial effects on bacteria and for antifungal activity against yeast strains. The compounds 1b and 4b showed antimicrobial activity against three species of bacteria, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus, and two fungi, Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis. Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) were determined for 1b and 4b. The MIC values were found to be 5000 μM for each bacteria. The most effective compound, 4b has exhibited activity with a MIC of 312 μM for C. albicans and 625 μM for C. tropicalis. DNA-binding and the nature of the interaction with pBR322 plasmid DNA are studied. All of the compounds induce changes on the DNA mobility and intensity. Prevention of HindIII digestion with the compounds indicates that the compounds bind with AT nucleotides in DNA.  相似文献

Two known papuamides C (1) and D (2) together with two new depsipeptides, papuamides E (3) and F (4), were isolated from an undescribed sponge of the genus Melophlus collected in the Solomon Islands. The planar structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies. Papuamides C-F (1-4) showed cytotoxicity against brine shrimp with LD50 values between 92 and 106 μg/mL.  相似文献

The reactions of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazatriene, N3P3Cl6, with N-alkyl-N-ferrocenylmethylethylene diamines, FcCH2NH(CH2)2NHR1 [R1 = Me (1) and Et (2)], and sodium [3-(N-ferrocenylmethylamino)-1-propanoxide] (3) produce spirocyclic monoferrocenyl tetrachlorophosphazenes (1a3a). The tetrapyrrolidinophosphazenes (1b3b) are prepared from the reactions of corresponding phosphazenes (1a3a) with excess pyrrolidine. The reaction of 1a with excess morpholine affords geminal-morpholino phosphazene (1c), whilst the reactions of 2a and 3a give diethylaminotrimorpholino (2c) and fully substituted morpholino products (3c), respectively. The structural investigations of the compounds are examined by Fourier transform IR, MS, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, DEPT, HETCOR, and HMBC techniques. The crystal structures of 3b and 3c are determined using X-ray crystallography. Cyclic voltammetric and chronoamperometric data show that compounds 1a3a, 1b3b, and 1c3c exhibit electrochemically reversible one-electron oxidation of Fc redox centers which are hardly affected by the substituents on the phosphazene ring. The compounds 1b, 2b, 3b, and 3c are screened for antibacterial activities against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and for antifungal activities against yeast strains. In addition, the antituberculosis activities (in vitro) of these compounds are evaluated against INH-susceptible reference strain M. tuberculosis H37Rv, and six multi-drug resistant clinical M. tuberculosis isolates. Compound 2b is found to be the most active against the susceptible the reference strain. In addition, 1b, 2b, and 3c are active against all the multidrug-resistant clinical isolates at the highest concentrations. Gel electrophoresis data indicate that the compounds promote the formation of strand breaks in plasmid DNA. Almost all the concentrations lost of supercoiled DNA suggests that the compound 3b is very efficient plasmid-modifier. The compounds inhibit BamHI cleavage of pUC18 DNA while restricting HindIII.  相似文献

Chemical investigations of the Australian marine sponge Ecionemia geodides resulted in the isolation of two new pyridoacridine alkaloids, ecionines A (1) and B (2), along with the previously isolated marine natural products, biemnadin (3) and meridine (4). Compounds 1 and 2 both contain an imine moiety, which is rare for the pyridoacridine structure class. The chemical structures of 1 and 2 were determined by extensive 1D and 2D NMR and MS data analyses. All compounds were tested against a panel of human bladder cancer cell lines, the increasingly metastatic TSU-Pr1 series (TSU-Pr1, TSU-Pr1-B1 and TSU-Pr1-B2) and the superficial bladder cancer cell line 5637. Ecionine A (1) displayed cytotoxicity against all cell lines, with IC50 values ranging from 3 to 7 μM. This is the first report of chemistry from the sponge genus Ecionemia.  相似文献

Two new carbazomycin dimers (6 and 7) and 3-hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-carbazol-4-one (9) together with six known compounds, carbazomycins A-D, cyclomarin C, and pimprinine have been isolated from Streptomyces sp. BCC26924. Carbazomycins B, C, and cyclomarin C exhibited antimalarial activity (against Plasmodium falciparum, K1 multi-drug resistant strain) with IC50 in a range of 0.24-2.37 μg/mL. Cyclomarin C exhibited anti-TB activity with a minimum inhibitory concentration value of 0.10 μg/mL, while carbazomycin D, compound 7, and pimprinine displayed MIC values in a range of 12.5-25.0 μg/mL. In addition, compounds 2, 5, 6, and 7 showed weak cytotoxicity against cancerous (MCF-7, KB, NCI-H187) and non-cancerous (Vero) cells.  相似文献

Seven group 14 element(IV) compounds 2-7 have been prepared, derived either (2-5) from the potassium β-diketiminate K(L) [L = {N(Ar)C(Me)}2CH, Ar = C6H3Pri2-2,6] (1) or the known lithium β-dialdiminate Li(L′)] [L′ = {N(Ar)C(H)}2CPh, Ar = C6H3Pri2-2,6]. Treatment of 1 with ButC(O)Cl, Me3SiCl, Ph3SnCl, or Me3SnCl afforded {N(Ar)C(Me)}2C(H)C(O)But (2), [ArNC(Me)C(H)C(Me)N(Ar)SiMe3] (3), [HN(Ar)C(Me)C(H)C(CH2SnPh3)N(Ar)] (4), or (5), respectively. Compounds 4 and 5 are remarkable as they have arisen from a tautomer of 1; crystalline centrosymmetric 5 has a fused tricyclic structure, a central eight-membered ring flanked by two six-membered rings. The compounds [GeCl2(L′)(OGeCl3)] (6) or [SnCl(L′)Me2] (7), the first group 14 metal β-dialdiminates, were obtained from Li(L′) and (GeCl3)2O or Me2SnCl2, respectively. The Sn(II) compound SnCl(L′) (8) was prepared from SnCl2 and K(L′). The molecular structures of the crystalline compounds 3-8 are reported.  相似文献

Four new (14) and two known (5 and 6) α-pyrone derivatives have been isolated from Alternaria phragmospora, an endophytic fungus from Vinca rosea, leaves. The isolated compounds were chemically identified to be 5-butyl-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (1), 5-butyl-6-(hydroxymethyl)-4-methoxy-2H-pyran-2-one (2), 5-(1-hydroxybutyl)-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (3), 4-methoxy-6-methyl-5-(3-oxobutyl)-2H-pyran-2-one (4), 5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (5), and 5-[(2E)-but-2-en-1-yl]-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (6). Compounds 2 and 4 showed moderate antileukemic activities against HL60 cells with IC50 values of 2.2 and 0.9 μM and against K562 cells with IC50 values of 4.5 and 1.5 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Three new sulfur-containing alkaloids, polycarpaurines A (1), B (2), and C (3) were isolated from the tropical ascidian Polycarpa aurata collected in Indonesia, together with six known compounds (4-9). The structures of new compounds were assigned on the basis of their spectral data. Compounds 1, 3, 4, and 8 inhibited colony formation of Chinese hamster V79 cells with EC50 values of 6.8, 8.6, 3.8, and 10 μM, respectively. Compounds 2 and 7 showed modest activity against V79 cells (EC50>10 μM).  相似文献

The reactivity of (3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)ethyldiphenylphosphine (L) hybrid ligand against Cu(I), Ag(I) and Au(I) has been assayed and compounds [Cu(L)2](PF6) (1), [Ag(L)]2(PF6)2·2C2H4Cl2·2C4H10O (2) and [AuCl(L)]2 (3) have been isolated and fully characterised. A fully characterisation by analytical and spectroscopic methods of 1-3 are presented and X-ray crystal structures of 1 and 2 are also reported. The similar data obtained between 2 and 3 permits to do a serious purpose of the structure of 3 in solid and solution.  相似文献

The coordination properties of three heterofunctional phosphine oxide ligands, 2-methylpyridyldiphenylphosphine oxide (L1), phenylphosphino-bis-2-methylpyridine oxide (L2) and phenylphosphino-bis-2-methylpyridine N,N′,P-trioxide (L3) with Cu(II) is described. The X-ray crystal structures of the compounds display a distorted octahedral geometry, which exhibit Jahn–Teller distortions. In compounds 1 and 2, the L1 and L2 ligands react with Cu(BF4)2 in a 2:1 ligand to metal ratio, respectively, with the BF4 anions interacting with the metal center. L3 reacts with Cu(BF4)2 in 1:1 and 2:1 ligand/metal ratios to form compounds 3 and 4, respectively. Addition of either 2,2′-bipyridine or 4,4′-bipyridine to reaction solutions containing Cu(BF4)2 and L3 produces a discrete molecule (5) and a polymeric structure (7), respectively. The reaction of both bipyridines in the presence of Cu(BF4)2 and L3 gives rise to a discrete molecule (6) characterized by two octahedral coppers interconnected by the 4,4′-bipyridine. The electrochemical and photophysical properties of all compounds were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and UV–Vis, as they exhibited no emission or excitation in fluorimetric experiments.  相似文献

New 1,3-propanediaminocyclotriphosphazene derivatives (7-17) were synthesized from the reactions of spiro-1,3-propanediaminocyclotriphosphazene, N3P3Cl4[NH(CH2)3NH] (1) with the cyclopropanemethylamine (2), cyclohexylamine (3), pyrrolidine (4) cyclohexanol (5), cyclopropylmethanol (6). The structures of the novel compounds (7-17) were characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of 8, 12 and 13 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The structures of all these three compounds are in the monoclinic crystal system; compounds 8 and 12 have the P21/c space group while compound 13 has the P21/n space group. The ring conformation of the cyclotriphosphazene and other external rings were investigated based on the X-ray crystal structures.  相似文献

Two new enniatins H (3) and I (4), whose substituents on 2-hydroxycarboxylic acid moieties were different from those of known compounds, were isolated, together with known enniatins B (1) and B4 (2), from the insect pathogenic fungus Verticillium hemipterigenum BCC 1449. Structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic means. Studies on precursor-directed biosynthesis with strain BCC 1449 led to the production and identification of three analogs, enniatins G (5), C (6) and MK1688 (7), as well as the stereochemical elucidation of 3 and 4. Enniatins 1-7 were evaluated for their antiplasmodial and antimycobacterial activities.  相似文献

Eight cembranoid epimers at C-8 (1-8) were isolated from the organic extract of the Colombian Caribbean octocoral Pseudoplexaura flagellosa. Compounds 2, 4, and 6 are reported for the first time. Although compounds 1, 3, 5, 7, and 8 have been reported previously, their structures and NMR assignments are revised, completed or corrected. The structures of these compounds were established on the basis of detailed analysis of their spectroscopic data. Furthermore, the relative configurations of compounds 1-3 and 7 were confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The absolute configurations of compounds 1-8 were determined using a combination of the modified Mosher method and unambiguous chemical interconversions. Evaluation of their antifouling properties using quorum sensing inhibition (QSI) and biofilm inhibition bioassays showed that compounds 3, 6, and 7 have excellent QSI activity against Chromobacterium violaceum, as measured by inhibition of the production of violacein pigment, without interfering with its growth. Furthermore, compounds 3, 5, 6, and 8 exhibited inhibition of biofilm maturation without interfering in the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Vibrio harveyi, and Staphylococcus aureus. This is the first report of cembranoids as inhibitors of bacterial biofilm and as compounds that interfere with QS in C. violaceum.  相似文献

The reaction of a rhodanine derivative (=(Z)-5-benzylidene-3-phenyl-2-thioxo-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one; 1) with (S)-2-methyloxirane (2) in the presence of SiO2 in dry CH2Cl2 for 10 days led to two diastereoisomeric spirocyclic 1,3-oxathiolanes 3 and 4 with the Me group at C(2) (Scheme 2). The analogous reaction of 1 with (R)-2-phenyloxirane (5) afforded also two diastereoisomeric spirocyclic 1,3-oxathiolanes 6 and 7 bearing the Ph group at C(3) (Scheme 3). The structures of 3, 4, 6, and 7 were confirmed by X-ray crystallography (Figs. 1 and 2). These results show that oxiranes react selectively with the thiocarbonyl group (CS) in 1. Furthermore, the nucleophilic attack of the thiocarbonyl S-atom at the SiO2-activated oxirane ring proceeds with high regio- and stereoselectivity via an SN2-type mechanism.  相似文献

The novel tridentate chiral ligand 2,6-bis{[(1R,2S,4R)-2-hydroxy-1,3,3-trimethyl-bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-yl]}pyridine (1) was readily prepared by reaction of 2,6-dilithiopyridine with (R)-(−)-fenchone. Reaction of 1 with [MoO2(acac)2] resulted in the formation of the new metal-oxo five-coordinated complex [MoO2(ONO)] (2) [ONO = (1 – 2H)]. The reactivity of 2 has been studied and the derivatives [MoS2(ONO)] (3) and [MoO(O2)(ONO)] (4) were prepared. The compounds 14 have been characterised by 1H and 13C{1H} NMR, microanalysis and IR spectroscopy. Furthermore, the molecular structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The behaviour of 2 as catalyst in oxotransfer and in nucleophilic substitution of propargylic alcohols reactions has been tested.  相似文献

Title compounds of the type 2,3,5,6-tetraphenyl-1,4-di-X-1,4-di-Y-1,4-disilacyclohexa-2,5-diene wherein X=Y=NMe2 (4); X=NMe2, Y=Cl (cis, trans-5); X=NMe2, Y=Me [(trans)-6] and X=t-Bu, Y=Cl (trans-8) were synthesized from Si2(NMe2)5Cl, sym-Si2(NMe2)4Cl2, sym-Si2(NMe2)4Me2, and sym-Si2Cl4(t-Bu)2, respectively, in the presence of diphenylacetylene at 200 °C. Similarly the analogous title compound from the combination of 1-phenyl-1-propyne and Si2(NMe2)5Cl [X=Y=NMe2 (cis and trans-7) was synthesized. In all cases where cis/trans diastereomers could arise from two different silicon substituents (5, 6, 8) the trans isomer was the sole or dominant product. Evidence for the intermediacy of the silylene Si(NMe2)2 in these reactions was gained from a trapping experiment. Compound 4 upon treatment with SiCl4, SiBr4 or PI3 provided the corresponding 1,1,4,4-tetrahalo derivatives 9a-c, respectively. Treatment of 4 with MeOH or PhOH gave the 1,1,4,4-tetramethoxy and tetraphenoxy analogues 9d and 9e, respectively. The tetrachloro derivative 9a upon LAH reduction led to the corresponding tetrahydro compound 10, while the reaction of 9a with H2O gave the tetrahydroxy derivative 11. Allowing (trans)-6 to react with SiCl4 provided a ca. 1:1 cis/trans ratio of the derivative 12 in which X=Cl, Y=Me, and possible pathways that rationalize this loss of stereochemistry are proposed. Synthesis of trans-13 in which X=t-Bu, Y=H was achieved by LAH reduction of 8. All of the title compounds except 8 experience free phenyl rotation at room temperature. At −30 °C this rotation in 8 is essentially halted. The molecular structures of 4, 8, 9c, 9e, 10 and 13 were determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A series of benzyloxybenzaldehyde derivatives (1-4) were synthesized by the reactions of 4-(bromomethyl)benzonitrile with 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde (vanillin), 2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde (o-vanillin), 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzaldehyde. Condensation reactions among the new benzyloxybenzaldehyde derivatives (1-4) with 4′-aminobenzo-15-crown-5 yielded the new Schiff base compounds (5-8). Sodium complexes (5a-8a) and potassium complexes (5b-8b) were prepared with NaClO4 and KI, respectively. All of these synthesized compounds were characterized on the basis of FT-IR, 1H and 13C NMR, mass spectrometry and elemental analyses data. The solid state structures of compounds 8 and 5a were determined by X-ray crystallography. The extraction abilities of compounds 5-8 were also evaluated in CH2Cl2 by using several main group and transition metal picrates, such as Na+, K+, Pb2+, Cr3+, Ni2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+.  相似文献

Reaction of Pd(AcO)2 with the Schiff base ligands 2-Br-4,5-(OCH2O)C6H2C(H)N(Cy) (a) and 4,5-(OCH2CH2)C6H3C(H)N(Cy) (b) leads to the cyclometallated compounds [Pd{2-Br-4,5-(OCH2O)C6HC(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}(μ-O2CMe)]2 (1a) and [Pd{4,5-(OCH2CH2)C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}(μ-O2CMe)]2 (1b), respectively, via C-H activation. Treatment of a with Pd2(dba)3 gave [Pd{4,5-(OCH2O)C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C2,N}(μ-Br)]2 (6a), via C-Br activation. The metathesis reaction of 1a and 1b with aqueous sodium chloride gave the corresponding cyclopalladated dimers with bridging chloride ligands, 2a and 2b, respectively. Treatment of the halogen-bridged compounds with tertiary tri- and diphosphines in the appropriate molar ratio gave the mono and dinuclear compounds 3a-5a, 7a-9a and 3b-5b. The structure of compounds 3a, 4a, 5a, 8a, 2b, 3b and 5b has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Four new compounds of the general formula: (Ph4P)2[Zn(RSO2NCS2)2] where Ph4P = tetraphenylphosphonium cation, R = 4-FC6H4 (1), 4-ClC6H4 (2), 4-BrC6H4 (3) and 4-IC6H4 (4), were obtained by the reaction of the appropriate potassium N-R-sulfonyldithiocarbimate (RSO2NCS2K2) with zinc(II) acetate dihydrate in dimethylformamide. All compounds crystallize in the centrosymmetric space group of the triclinic system. The compounds 2, 3 and 4 are isostructural but compound 1 crystallizes as hemihydrate. The elemental analyses and the IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR data for 1-4 are consistent with the formation of bis(dithiocarbimato)zinc(II) complexes. These compounds are active against the phytopathogenic fungus Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.  相似文献
