Two efficient, simple, cheap, and environmentally benign preparations of cyclopropanes were achieved. One is the formation via 3-exo-trig manner from various electron-deficient 2-iodoethyl-substituted olefins with zinc powder in a mixture of t-butyl alcohol and water, and the other is the formation via 3-exo-tet manner from various 1,3-dihalopropanes with zinc powder in ethanol.  相似文献

Three factors that can direct 6-endo radical cyclization over 5-exo ring closure: substitution at C-5, vinyl radical cyclization and ring strain, have been considered in the context of the preparation of carbapyranoses from carbohydrate derivatives. As a result, alkyl radicals in substrates containing a strain inducing 2,3-O-isopropylidene ring, and vinyl radical in non-strained compounds undergo a completely regioselective 6-endo-trig ring closure leading to carbasugar derivatives.  相似文献

The 4,4-bis(ethoxycarbonyl)-3,4-dihydro-2(1H)-quinolinones 2 were easily synthesized by the oxidative 6-endo-trig cyclization of 2-[2-(N-arylamino)-2-oxoethyl]malonates 1 with manganese(III) acetate in good to excellent yields. The same reaction of N-(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-substituted malonate 1t exclusively produced the 5-exo-cyclized 4,4-bis(ethoxycarbonyl)-1-azaspiro[4,5]deca-6,9-diene-2,8-dione 5t instead of the corresponding dihydroquinolinone. The regioselectivity during the cyclization could be explained by the difference in the activation energy of the transition state of the 6-endo/5-exo cyclization.  相似文献

A new, convenient, environmentally benign two-step synthesis of 4(1H)-quinolones, 5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one and 4H-pyrimido[2,1-b]benzothiazol-4-ones have been developed by first condensing substituted arylamine/2-aminothiazole/2-aminobenzenethiazole with Meldrum’s acid and trimethylorthoformate in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide at a moderate temperature to afford 5-{(substituted aryl/4-methylthiazolyl/substituted benzothiazolyl)methylene}-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione. The resulting compounds upon cyclization in 1-butyl-3-methyl tetrafluoroborate/triflate at a moderate temperature gave the title compounds in excellent yields.  相似文献

A synthesis of 3H-1,3-benzazaphospholes starting from C-phosphorylated P(III) arylformamidines has been developed. Electron-donating substituents were found to enhance markedly the rate of the cyclization, with substituents at the meta position having the greatest effect. A plausible mechanism of the cyclization was proposed based on DFT calculations.  相似文献

Physico-chemical properties of ionic liquids like density, viscosity, conductivity, surface tension and excess molar volume are strongly dependent on their concentration in aqueous solutions. 1-n-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate/water solutions, at 25 °C, shows two clearly distinguished behaviors, corresponding to a water-rich and a salt-rich region, with distinct physico-chemical properties. It is shown that [BMIm][BF4] exhibits surfactant properties. The results obtained are discussed in terms of the interactions between cations and anions of the ionic liquid and the water molecule. IR studies show that the addition of water modifies the organization of the ionic liquid molecules. The data collection reported is helpful for a variety of different technological applications and in particular for electrochemical applications, as capacitors, batteries and fuel cells among others.  相似文献

Homogeneous ionic liquid microextraction (HILME) was developed for the extraction of schizandrin, schisantherin A and deoxyschizandrin from Schisandra chinensis and Schisandra sphenanthera. 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([C4MIM][BF4]) aqueous solution was used as extraction solvent, and ammonium hexafluorophosphate ([NH4][PF6]) was used as ion-pairing agent. 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C4MIM][PF6]), which is barely soluble in water, was formed in situ, and was used as sample solution. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was employed for separation and determination of the analytes. The calibration curve showed good linear relationship (r > 0.9998). The recoveries were between 69.71% and 88.33% with RSDs lower than 4.86%. External standard method was adopted in the proposed method, and internal standard method was applied for the evaluation of the proposed method. The two methods were compared and the results indicated that the proposed method was acceptable and simple. The HILME is free of volatile organic solvents, and represents lower expenditures of sample, extraction time and solvent, compared with ultrasonic and Soxhlet extraction. There was no obvious difference in the extraction yields of active constitutions obtained by the three extraction methods.  相似文献

Free radical precursors 4a and 4b were synthesized and treated under reductive or oxidative conditions to obtain the corresponding optically pure pyrrolidinones 5-8, which were subsequently transformed into corresponding optically pure GABA derivatives 9-11. When reductive radical conditions (4a7 and 8) were used, a Ph1-5 migration product 14 was obtained; presumably depending upon the specific conformation of the rotamer precursor and also 14 was found to be a kinetic product.  相似文献

An efficient, regioselective Cu(OTf)2-catalyzed 5-exo-dig intramolecular hydroalkoxylation of 2-(ethynyl)benzyl alcohol, which provides a concise access to functionalized phthalan in high yields has been developed. A wide range of substrates possessing terminal, internal, and heteroaromatic alkynes can be efficiently transformed into the targeted phthalans. Substrates with primary, secondary, and tertiary benzyl alcohols also proceed well to produce the corresponding phthalans in good yields. Irrespective of the nature of the substrates, the cyclization follows highly selective 5-exo-dig regiochemistry when regioselectivity is an issue.  相似文献

Cationic copolymerization of 1,3-pentadiene (PD) with styrene (St) using the triethylamine hydrochloride-aluminium chloride (Et3NHCl-AlCl3) room temperature ionic liquid as an initiator in toluene has been investigated. The polymerization proceeds to high conversions, indicating high initiating reactivity of Et3NHCl-AlCl3 in these copolymerization systems, although molecular weights of the polymers are limited which are similar to polymerization initiated by Lewis acids such as TiCl4, BF3, BF3·OEt2. The polymers were analyzed using IR spectra in conjunction with gel permeation chromatography (GPC).  相似文献

An expeditious one-pot synthesis of 2,3-diaryl/2-aryl-3-heteroaryl-1,3-thiazolidin-4-ones and 1-aryl-1H,3H-thiazolo[3,4-a]benzimidazoles have been accomplished by condensing hetero/aromatic amine, 2-mercaptoacetic acid, aromatic aldehyde and 1,2-phenylenediamine, 2-mercaptoacetic acid and aromatic aldehyde, respectively, in ionic liquids, viz, 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium tetrafluoroborate and 1-methoxyethyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluoroacetate.  相似文献

Miscanthus is a potential feedstock for the production of biofuels. Lignocellulosic biomass is not soluble in conventional solvents, but Miscanthus and other lignocellulosic biomass have reasonable solubilities in some ionic liquids. The solubility of Miscanthus in a variety of hydrophilic ionic liquids was measured as a function of particle size, temperature and time for dissolution. In addition to temperature and time, the ionic liquid anion has a significant effect on solubility and rate of dissolution. The moisture content of Miscanthus lowers its solubility in certain ionic liquids. Chloride, acetate, and phosphate-based ionic liquids favor solubility. A tentative correlation for the solubility of Miscanthus is proposed in terms of Abraham solvation parameters obtained from quantum-chemical model COSMO-RS (Conductor like Screening Model-Real Solvents).  相似文献

The thermolysis of (3R,9bS)-5-oxo-2,3,5,9b-tetrahydrothiazolo[2,3-a]isoindole-3-carboxylic acids in Ac2O led to novel 3-methylene-2,5-dioxo-3H,9bH-oxazolo[2,3-a]isoindoles and chiral (9bS)-5-oxo-2,3,5,9b-tetrahydrothiazolo[2,3-a]isoindoles were obtained on FVP. Starting from l-cysteine methyl ester (3R,10bR)-5-oxo-2,3-dihydro-10bH-[1.3]thiazolo[3,2-c][1,3]benzoxazines were obtained as single stereoisomers. The thermolysis of (3R,10bR)-5-oxo-2,3-dihydro-10bH-[1.3]thiazolo[3,2-c][1,3]benzoxazine-3-carboxylic acid in Ac2O gave 5-acetyl-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydrothiazole. The structures of methyl (3R,9bS)-5-oxo-2,3,5,9b-tetrahydrothiazolo[2,3-a]isoindole-3-carboxylate 1a and methyl (2R,4R)-N-chlorocarbonyl-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)thiazolidine-4-carboxylate 9 were determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

2,2-Dialkyl-3-dialkylamino-2,3-dihydro-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans were prepared from 2-naphthol, a secondary amine, and 3-hydroxy-2,2-dialkylpropanal in the presence of a catalytic amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid. This one-pot reaction involves retro-aldol disintegration of 3-hydroxy-2,2-dialkylpropanal followed by formation of a Mannich base intermediate from 2-naphthol, a secondary amine, and formaldehyde (retro-aldol product). This Mannich base then disproportionates into a quinone methide intermediate and the secondary amine is regenerated. It then forms an enamine intermediate with 2,2-dialkylacetaldehyde (another retro-aldol product). Finally, the quinone methide intermediate undergoes electrocyclic ring closure with enamines to produce the title compounds.  相似文献

A mild, efficient, and regioselective carbanion-yne intramolecular cyclization mediated by t-BuOK for the synthesis of 2-substituted 3-benzylbenzofurans is developed. It was started from o-iodophenol (1), based on O-alkylation, and the Sonogashira reaction in sequence to produce 2-(2-phenylethynylphenoxy)-1-arylalkanones (5). An intramolecular carbanion-yne 5-exo-dig cyclization reaction of 5, which was mediated by t-BuOK, yielded title benzofurans in good yields.  相似文献
