A new chiral binaphthyl-strapped iron-porphyrin 4 b that exhibits unprecedented catalytic activity toward the enantioselective epoxidation of terminal olefins was synthesized. Typical enantiomeric excesses (ee) of 90 % were measured with a maximum of 97 % for the epoxidation of styrene, whereas the turnover numbers (TON) averaged 16000.  相似文献

From environmental and economic points of view, it is highly desirable to develop a clean and efficient catalytic process to produce epoxides. An attractive approach is to use a solid, recyclable catalyst and molecular oxygen as the oxidant without any sacrificial reductant or other additives. Nonetheless, the catalysts reported up to now still cannot balance catalytic activity with epoxide selectivity. It is of great importance to explore novel catalysts with both high activity and selectivity for the epoxidation of olefins. In this work, cobalt(II) acetylacetonate (Co(acac)2) was covalently bonded to the silica surface of SBA‐15 molecular sieve by multi‐step grafting using 3‐aminopropytrimethoxysilane (APTS) as coupling agent. Characterizations with nitrogen physisorption, X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis suggested that the metal complex was successfully immobilized on the aminosilane‐modified SBA‐15 surface and the channel structure remained intact. The synthesized Co(acac)2APTS@SBA‐15 catalyst was used in the epoxidation of trans‐stilbene (TS) with molecular oxygen. Compared to the sample prepared by the impregnation method as well as Co(acac)2 solutions under the same reaction conditions, the Co(acac)2 immobilized catalyst exhibited remarkably higher TS conversion and trans‐stilbene oxide (TSO) selectivity. An increase in TS conversion with Co content was observed when the Co loading was lower than 0.70% and the 0.70Co(acac)2APTS@SBA‐15 sample exhibited the best catalytic performance. Up to 50.1% of TS conversion could be achieved within 6 h, affording TSO selectivity as high as 96.7%. The superior catalytic performance of this particular catalyst is attributed to the high activity of the immobilized Co(acac)2 species on SBA‐15. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The kinetics and mechanisms of one-pot cascade reactions of racemic beta-keto esters to give chiral ketones in the presence of Pd/C-chiral amino alcohol catalyst systems were studied. Transformation of 2-methyl-1-tetralone-2-carboxylic acid benzyl ester (1) into 2-methyl-1-tetralone (4) in the presence of Pd/C and cinchona alkaloids or ephedrine was chosen as a model reaction. After the first reaction step, the Pd-catalysed debenzylation of 1 to afford the corresponding beta-keto acid (2), there are two possible reaction routes that may be catalysed by the chiral amino alcohol in solution or by Pd(0) sites on the metal surface in cooperation with the adsorbed amino alcohol. The reaction intermediate 2 was synthesized, and the kinetics of decarboxylation were followed by NMR, UV and IR spectroscopy. The studies revealed that the role of Pd is to trigger the reaction series by deprotection of 1. The subsequent dominant reaction route from the racemic beta-keto acid 2 to the chiral ketone 4 is catalysed by the chiral amino alcohol in the liquid phase. It is shown that kinetic resolution of the diastereomeric salt of rac-2 and the chiral amino alcohol plays a key role in the enantioselection. High enantioselectivity necessitates an amino alcohol/rac-2 ratio of at least 2. A high ratio favours the formation of 1:1 amino alcohol/acid diastereomeric complexes, and the second amino alcohol molecule may be responsible for the enantioselective protonation of 2 in the diastereomeric complex.  相似文献

It was found that tert-BuNH_2 is an efficient catalyst for epoxidation of α,β-unsaturated ketones with 30% H_2O_2under mild conditions.For most of the cyclic unsaturated ketones used,moderate to excellent yields (45%—93%)were obtained within 24 h period.  相似文献

An efficient bromination protocol for the synthesis of α-bromo-β-keto esters has been developed. In PEG-400 (poly(ethylene glycol-400)), a variety of β-keto esters were treated with NBS (N-bromosuccinimide) at room temperature to selectively afford the corresponding α-monobromination products in excellent yields. It is noteworthy that the reaction was conducted under mild, environmentally benign and catalyst-free conditions.  相似文献

A new magnetically recoverable heterogeneous molybdenum catalyst was developed by means of a click chemistry approach. First, silica‐coated magnetite nanoparticles were functionalized using a bidentate ligand via thiol–ene click reaction of mercaptopropyl‐modified magnetite nanoparticles with acrylic acid. Then, a molybdenum complex was covalently supported on the surface of the clicked silica‐coated magnetite nanoparticles. The prepared catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopies, X‐ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometry and transmission electron microscopy. The catalytic performance of the prepared heterogeneous catalyst was investigated in the epoxidation of olefins with tert‐butyl hydroperoxide as oxidant. This catalyst could be reused for five runs without significant loss of activity and selectivity.  相似文献

Summary The performance of the Ag-MoO3/ZrO2 catalyst for propylene epoxidation by molecular oxygen is influenced obviously by the composition of feedstock. As an additive in feedstock, the presence of organic chloride, CO2, NOx or H2 at a suitable concentration can improve the catalytic performance of Ag-MoO3/ZrO2 catalyst for the propylene epoxidation.   相似文献

The palladium‐catalyzed silastannation of acetylenes with tributyl(trimethylsilyl)stannane in the presence of triethylphosphite is reported for the first time. The reaction occurs at room temperature to give (Z)‐silyl(stannyl)ethenes in high yields. The protodemetallation of the resulting adducts with HCl–tetraethylammonium chloride is described first, which demonstrates that the reaction is governed only by the stability of a carbonium ion arising from the protonation to (Z)‐silyl(stannyl)ethenes rather than the hard and soft acid and base principle, i.e. the β‐cation stabilization effect (σ–π stabilization one) of a stannyl group in the carbonium ion is rather significant. A novel type of oxovanadium(IV) 8‐hydroxyquinoline (8‐Q) complex and oxovanadium(IV) acetylacetonate (acac) complex were synchronously anchored on to amino‐modified SBA‐15 (named VO(acac:8‐Q)‐SBA‐15) and examined as a catalyst for styrene oxidation. The structure of the synthesized catalyst was characterized by means of X‐ray diffraction (XRD), FT‐IR, diffusion reflection UV–visible, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP‐AES), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). Characterizations with FT‐IR, diffusion reflection UV‐visible, ICP‐AES and TG suggested the incorporation of oxovanadium(IV) complex in amino‐modified SBA‐15. XRD and SEM results indicated that SBA‐15 remained intact throughout the grafting procedure. It was found that VO(acac:8‐Q)‐SBA‐15 catalyst was more active than single‐ligand catalysts VO(acac)2‐SBA‐15 and VO(8‐Q)2‐SBA‐15 and that the product selectivity varied in cases of different oxidants. The catalyst VO(acac:8‐Q)‐SBA‐15 with two different ligands showed high yield of styrene oxide (45.8%) and good recoverability when using air as oxidant. This work investigates the resolving power of 2,3-dihydroxypropyl-beta-CD (2,3-DHP-beta-CD) and 3-hydroxypropyl-beta-CD (3-HP-beta-CD) as chiral mobile phase additives (CMPAs) using CE. The effects of experimental parameters (CD concentration, buffer pH, and buffer concentration) on enantiorecognition were investigated. More than 20 basic chiral drugs were resolved with satisfactory enantioselectivity. Comparison with 2-hydroxypropyl-beta-CD (2-HP-beta-CD) showed that one or both of the two new chiral selectors show enhanced enantiorecognition for several molecules with bulky substitutes, such as Zopiclone and Mianserin, however, 2-HP-beta-CD has higher enantiorecognition for most of the analytes. Further studies on the structures of analytes and CMPAs showed that the OH moiety on the propyl spacer plays an important role in the separation of some chiral drugs.  相似文献

Heat-induced aggregation of bovine β-lactoglobulin AB (10 mg/ml) was studied at 68.5 °C at two different pH values (6.7, 4.9) using gel electrophoresis techniques and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI–TOF MS). Sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS–PAGE) analysis under non-reducing and reducing conditions showed that in the early stages of the aggregation of β-lactoglobulin disulfide linked aggregates were formed on heating at pH 6.7, but not at pH 4.9. We related this result to the pH-dependent activity of the free thiol group at C121. Mass spectrometric analyses were conducted in two steps. The first involved the analysis of intact non-native monomers and dimers following their ultrasonic passive elution into a suitable solvent mixture in order to confirm the identity of the different gel bands. The second step comprises the analysis of in-gel digests for the determination of disulfide patterns in non-native monomers, covalent dimers and trimers. The results of in-gel digestions analyzed by mass spectrometry suggest that non-native dimers could result from the formation of inter-molecular disulfide bonds C121–C66, C160–C160, or C121–C160. Moreover, two inter-molecular bonds C121–C66 and C160–C160 between two and the same monomer units have been detected, which may play an important role in limiting the process of covalent β-lactoglobulin network formation. The combination of SDS–PAGE and MALDI–TOF MS enables us to understand the mechanism of β-lactoglobulin aggregation at the macromolecular level.  相似文献

This work demonstrates the performance of a bio‐inspired iron/sulfur/graphene nanocomposite as a non‐platinum electrocatalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in an alkaline medium. The catalyst shows the most positive ORR onset potential (1.1 V vs. RHE) according to its unique structure in the alkaline medium (KOH solution, pH = 13) at low temperature (T = 298 K). The catalyst is evaluated by the rotating‐disk electrode (RDE) method under various rotating speeds (0–2,000 rpm) in the potential range ?0.02–1.18 V vs. a rechargeable hydrogen electrode (RHE). The number of transferred electrons, as one of the most important parameters, is almost constant over a wide range of potentials (0.1–0.8 V), which indicates a more efficient four‐electron pathway from O2 to H2O on the FePc‐S‐Gr surface. The mean size of catalyst centers are in the nanoscale (<10 nm). The estimated Tafel slope in the appropriate range is about ?110 mV per decade at low current density, and E1/2 of FePc‐S‐Gr displays a negative shift of only 7.1 mV after 10,000 cycles.  相似文献

In this preliminary work we have prepared a fluorinated polymer capable of solubilizing an appreciable amount of O(2) and, at the same time, maintaining a higher water solubility than perfluoroalkanes investigated as injectable O(2) carriers. In particular, we describe the synthesis and characterization of a new macromolecular conjugate obtained by derivatization of alpha,beta-poly(N-2-hydroxyethyl)-DL-aspartamide (PHEA) with 5-pentafluorophenyl-3-perfluoroheptyl-1,2,4-oxadiazole, called PHEA-F. This new water soluble fluoropolymer was prepared in high yield using a simple procedure. It was characterized by FT-IR and UV-vis spectrophotometry, (19)F-NMR and SEC measurements. O(2) solubility studies on PHEA-F aqueous solutions were carried out at 25 degrees C and 37 degrees C at atmospheric pressure and showed that PHEA-F conjugate, despite its low degree of derivatization in fluorine containing groups (2.60 mol-%), is capable of dissolving 13-15% more O(2) than non-fluorinated PHEA. Moreover, O(2) release in simulated physiological conditions is faster for PHEA-F than for PHEA. The biocompatibility of this conjugate has been evaluated by performing an in vitro viability assay on human chronic myelogenous leukaemia cells (K-562) chosen as a model cell line and in vitro haemolysis experiments on human RBCs. All these properties suggest the potential use of PHEA-F as an artificial O(2) carrier.  相似文献

Due to the chemoselective dehalogenation by SmI2, the addition of a-halomethylsulfones to carbonyl compounds afforded ,β-hydroxysulfones. Those reactions with α-bromomethylsulfones gave the products in moderate to good yields. The SmI2-mediated addition of gem-dihalomethylsulfones to ketones also afforded α-halo-β-hydroxysulfones in moderate yields.  相似文献

制备了镍(II)席夫碱配合物官能化的MCM-41多相催化剂MCM-41-Ni.利用X射线粉末衍射、氮气物理吸附脱附、红外光谱、热重、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱、元素分析和透射电镜等方法对催化剂进行了表征.以氧气为氧化剂,MCM-41-Ni在催化环氧化苯乙烯的反应中表现出较高的催化活性;苯乙烯的转化率为95.2%,环氧苯乙烷的选择性为66.7%.系统地研究了反应温度、催化剂用量、溶剂以及反应时间对反应性能的影响.催化剂经过4次循环仍然表现出较好的稳定性和催化活性.  相似文献
