Fischer carbene complexes react with 4-unsubstituted 1-amino-1,3-dienes to give different carbocyclization products depending on the nature of the carbene complex and on the substitution pattern of the aminodiene. Thus, the reaction of arylcarbene chromium complexes and 1-aminodienes diastereoselectively affords cyclopropane derivatives by means of a formal [2+1] carbocyclization reaction. In particular, pentacarbonyl[(2-furyl)(methoxy)methylene]chromium complex furnishes formal [4+1] carbocyclization products. Starting from beta-substituted alkenylcarbene complexes, formal [4+1] reactions occur and cyclopentenamine derivatives are diastereoselectively formed. However, when the alpha,beta-disubstituted alkenylcarbene complex pentacarbonyl[(5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)(methoxy)methylene]tungsten is used, the outcome of the reaction depends on the substitution on the carbon atom at the 3-position of the aminodiene, generating the [3+2] or [4+3]-cyclization products if the substituent is or is not a hydrogen atom, respectively. Finally, when the reaction is performed with alkynylcarbene complexes, benzaldehyde derivatives are obtained if the triple-bond substituent is a phenyl group or indene derivatives if the group is an alkenyl moiety.  相似文献

Reaction of alpha,beta-unsaturated methoxycarbene complexes 1 and 11 with methyl ketone lithium enolates 2 leads to the corresponding five-membered carbocyclic compounds 4 or diast-4 and 12. The influence of the solvent and/or cosolvent (PMDTA), which turned out to be crucial to direct the reaction to 4 or diast-4, is studied, and a tentative mechanism according to these facts is proposed. In addition, the reaction of carbene complex 1a with alkynyl methyl ketone lithium enolates can be directed to the formal [3 + 2] or [4 + 1] cyclization products by a slight variation of the reaction conditions. Finally, consecutive three-component coupling reactions with carbene complex 1a, lithium enolates 2, and aldehydes 18 to give, in a diastereoselective way, hydroxy carbonyl compounds 19 and tricyclic polyethers 20 are presented.  相似文献

The one-pot sequential reaction of a chromium alkoxycarbene complex, a ketone or ester lithium enolate, and allylmagnesium bromide enabled the selective synthesis of novel diastereomerically pure pentasubstituted cyclopentanols or tetrasubstituted 1,4-cyclohexanediols, depending on the degree of substitution at the Cbeta position of the enolate anion. A few exceptions have been encountered in which tetrasubstituted cyclopentanols or pentasubstituted 1,4-cyclohexanediols were selectively formed. The use of 2-iodoethoxycarbene complexes gave access to 1,2,4-cyclohexanetriols. These multicomponent-coupling reactions involved the formation of lithium alkylpentacarbonylchromates as key intermediates, which further evolved through intramolecular processes, such as insertion of an alkene, CO insertion or addition to a carbonyl group, and, moreover, could be trapped in intermolecular reactions with different electrophiles and styrene. The substitution pattern of the alkylchromate carbon chain has been proposed to control the nature of the annulation process.  相似文献

A variety of alkenyl chromium Fischer carbene complexes react with methyl buta-2,3-dienoate in the presence of a rhodium catalyst to afford substituted cycloheptene derivatives 7, along with minor amounts of cyclopentene derivatives 6. Through this [3+2+2]-cyclization two allene units and one alkenyl carbene ligand are assembled in a selective manner.  相似文献

Methylenecyclopentanones were synthesized by the nickel-catalyzed [3+1+1] cycloaddition reactions of alkenyl Fischer carbene complexes with methylenecyclopropanes. The methylenecyclopropane was transformed into the C(2)-symmetric bis-cyclopentapyridazine derivative by reacting with p-toluenesulfonyl hydrazine.  相似文献

Chromium alkenyl Fischer carbene complexes undergo selective [3+2] cyclization reactions to allenes in the presence of nickel(0) or rhodium(I) catalysts. Interestingly, the chemo- and regioselectivity of the process are entirely dependent on the nature of the metal.  相似文献

The air and moisture stable rhodium N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complex, RhCl(IMes)(COD)(IMes =N,N[prime or minute]-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)imidazole-2-ylidine; COD = 1,5-cyclooctadiene), facilitates a diastereoselective metal-catalyzed [4 + 2 + 2] carbocyclization of 1,6-enynes in the presence of silver triflate and 1,3-butadiene.  相似文献

The 1,2- and 1,3-dialkylidenecycloheptane rings are specifically assembled from chromium alkenyl Fischer carbene complexes and allenes via [3+2+2] cyclization reactions. The former cycloadducts are obtained when the cyclization is performed in the presence of 1 equiv of [Ni(cod)2], while the [Rh(cod)Cl]2-catalyzed cyclization leads to the latter cycloadducts.  相似文献

Pentafulvenes are regioselectively cyclopropanated with group 6 Fischer carbene complexes leading to the homofulvene ring with complete endo selectivity. The homofulvene adducts undergo in turn a further cyclopropanation with ethyl diazoacetate or cyclopentannulation with a Fischer alkenyl carbene complex to provide substituted cyclopentanones after ozonolysis of the exocyclic carbon=carbon double bond. Fischer alkynyl carbene complexes also produce the corresponding alkynyl homofulvenes, albeit the exo stereoisomer is in this case exclusively or preferentially formed. Under moderate CO pressure, tungsten alkynyl carbene complexes cycloadd to pentafulvenes in a [4 + 3] fashion, giving rise to bicyclo[3.2.1]octadien-2-ones.  相似文献

The reactivity of Fischer alkenyl carbenes toward 8‐azaheptafulvenes is examined. Alkenyl carbenes react with 8‐azaheptafulvenes with complete regio‐ and stereoselectivity through formal [8+3] and [8+2] heterocyclization reactions, which show an unprecedented dependence on the Cβ substituent at the alkenyl carbene complex. Thus, the formal [8+3] heterocyclization reaction is completely favored in carbene complexes that bear a coordinating moiety to give tetrahydrocyclohepta[b]pyridin‐2‐ones. Otherwise, alkenyl carbenes that lack appropriate coordinating groups undergo a formal [8+2] cyclization with 8‐azaheptafulvenes to give compounds that bear a tetrahydroazaazulene structure. A likely mechanism for these reactions would follow well‐established models and would involve a 1,4‐addition/cyclization in the case of the [8+2] cyclization or a 1,2‐addition/[1,2] shift–metal‐promoted cyclization for the [8+3] reaction. The presence of a coordinating moiety in the carbene would favor the [1,2] metal shift through transition‐state stabilization to lead to the [8+3] product. All these processes provide an entry into the tetrahydroazaazulene and cycloheptapyridone frameworks present in the structure of biologically active molecules.  相似文献

The terminal allene C(alpha)=C(beta) bonds of 4vinylidene-2-oxazolidinone (2) readily undergo [2+2] cycloaddition with a wide variety of terminal alkynes, alkenes, and 1,3-dienes irrespective of their electronic nature under strictly thermal activation conditions (70-100 degrees C) and provide 3substituted (Z)-methylenecyclobutenes 6, 3substituted methylenecyclobutanes 7 and 8, and 3vinylmethylenecyclobutanes 9, respectively, in good to excellent yields. Alkenes react with 2 with complete retention of configuration. The [2+2] cycloaddition is concluded to proceed via a concerted [(pi(2s)+pi(2s))(allene) + pi(2s)] Hückel transition state on the basis of experimental evidences and quantum mechanical methods. Some highly polarized enones and nitrile oxide, on the other hand, react with 2 selectively at the internal C(4)=C(alpha) double bonds and give spiro compounds 10 and 11, respectively. The bent allene bonds (173-176 degrees) and the unique reactivity associated with 2 are attributed to a low-lying LUMO (C(alpha)=C(beta)) that is substantiated by a through-space sigma*(N-SO(2))-pi*(C(alpha)=C(beta)) orbital interaction.  相似文献

A broad range of substituted 2-cyclopentenone derivatives 3-6 are synthesized by the nickel(0)-mediated [3 + 2] cyclization reaction of chromium alkenyl(methoxy)carbene complexes 1 and internal alkynes 2. The reaction takes place with complete regioselectivity with both unactivated alkynes and activated alkynes (electron-withdrawing and electron-donating substituted alkynes). Representative cycloadducts containing boron and tin substituents are further demonstrated to be active partners in classical Pd-catalyzed C-C coupling processes to allow the production of 2-aryl- and 2-alkynyl-substituted cyclopentenones 9-13.  相似文献

Ruthenium hydrogensulfido complexes [CpRu(P-P)(SH)] ((P-P)=Ph(2)PCH(2)PPh(2) (dppm), Ph(2)PC(2)H(4)PPh(2) (dppe)) were obtained from the corresponding chloro complexes by Cl/SH exchange. Condensation with a range of cinnamaldehydes gave thiocinnamaldehyde complexes [CpRu(P-P)(S=CH-CR(2)=CHR(1))]PF(6) (R(1)=C(6)H(4)X, R(2)=H, Me, X=H, OMe, NMe(2), Cl, NO(2)) as highly-colored crystalline compounds. The thiocinnamaldehyde complexes undergo [4+2]-cycloaddition reactions with vinyl ethers CH(2)=CHOR(3) (R(3)=Et, Bu) and styrenes H(2)C=CHC(6)H(4)Y (Y=H, Me, OMe, Cl, Br, NO(2)) to give complexes of 2,4,5-trisubstituted 3,4-dihydro-2H-thiopyrans as mixtures of two diastereoisomers. The rate of addition of para-substituted styrenes H(2)C=CHC(6)H(4)Y to [CpRu(dppm)(S=CH-CH=CHPh)]PF(6) increases in the series Y=NO(2), Br, Cl, H, Me, OMe, indicating that the cycloaddition is dominated by the HOMO(dienophile)-LUMO(diene) interaction. The strained dienophiles norbornadiene and norbornene also add, giving ruthenium complexes of 3-thia-tricyclo[6.2.1.0(2,7)]undeca-4,9-dienes and 3-thia-tricyclo[6.2.1.0(2,7)]undec-4-enes, respectively. Addition reactions with acrolein, methacrolein, methyl vinyl ketone, acrylic ester, or ethyl propiolate finally yielded ruthenium complexes of 3,4-disubstituted 3,4-dihydro-2H-thiopyrans and 4H-thiopyrans, respectively.  相似文献
