Two hydrated uranyl arsenates and a uranyl phosphate were synthesized by hydrothermal methods in the presence of amine structure-directing agents and their structures determined: (N2C6H14)[(UO2)(AsO4)]2(H2O)3, DabcoUAs, {NH(C2H5)3}[(UO2)2(AsO4)(AsO3OH)], TriethUAs, and (N2C4H12)(UO2)[(UO2)(PO4)]4(H2O)2, PiperUP. Intensity data were collected at room temperature using MoKα X-radiation and a CCD-based area detector. The crystal structures were refined by full-matrix least-squares techniques on the basis of F2 to agreement indices (DabcoUAs, TriethUAs, PiperUP) wR2=5.6%, 8.3%, 7.2% for all data, and R1=2.9%, 3.3%, 4.0%, calculated for 1777, 5822, 9119 unique observed reflections (|Fo|?4σF), respectively. DabcoUAs is monoclinic, space group C2/m, Z=2, a=18.581(1), b=7.1897(4), c=7.1909(4) Å, β=102.886(1)°, V=936.43(9) Å3, Dcalc=3.50 g/cm3. TriethUAs is monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z=4, a=9.6359(4), b=18.4678(7), c=10.0708(4) Å, β=92.282(1)°, V=1790.7(1) Å3, Dcalc=3.41 g/cm3. PiperUP is monoclinic, space group Pn, Z=2, a=9.3278(4), b=15.5529(7), c=9.6474(5) Å, β=93.266(1)°, V=1397.3(1) Å3, Dcalc=4.41 g/cm3. The structure of DabcoUAs contains the autunite-type sheet formed by the sharing of vertices between uranyl square bipyramids and arsenate tetrahedra. The triethylenediammonium cations are located in the interlayer along with two H2O groups and are disordered. Both TriethUAs and PiperUP contain sheets formed of uranyl pentagonal bipyramids and tetrahedra (arsenate and phosphate, respectively) with the uranophane sheet-anion topology. In TriethUAs, triethlyammonium cations are located in the interlayer. In PiperUP, the sheets are connected by a uranyl pentagonal bipyramid that shares corners with phosphate tetrahedra of adjacent sheets, resulting in a framework with piperazinium cations and H2O groups in the cavities of the structure.  相似文献

The synthesis of new phenothiazinyl- and phenyl-nitrones under classical versus microwave heating conditions is described. Better yields were obtained under microwave irradiation in the condensation reactions of phenothiazyl-carbaldehyde with hydroxylamine derivatives. The structures of the new phenothiazinyl-nitrones were assigned on the basis of MS, FT–IR and NMR spectra. The new nitrones and some known phenyl-nitrones were screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activity against several Candida species, Gram negative bacteria, such as Ecoli, Citrobacter spp, Morganella spp, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae (± ESBL), Proteus spp, Acinetobacter spp and the Gram positive bacterium Staphylococcus aureus, with moderate results.  相似文献

Bicyclo[2.2.2]octadiene(BCOD)-fused trithiasapphyrin was prepared by 3+2 condensation of BCOD-fused thiatripyrrane with BCOD-fused bithiophene. The BCOD-fused trithiasapphyrin was successfully converted to pentabenzo[b,g,l,q,v]sapphyrin by the thermal retro-Diels-Alder reaction. In this case, trithiapentabenzo[b,g,l,q,v]- and trithiadibenzo[g,q]sapphyrins were selectively prepared by control of the temperature in the thermal retro-Diels-Alder reaction.  相似文献

Essential oils (EOs) and hydrolates (Hds) are natural sources of biologically active ingredients with broad applications in the cosmetic industry. In this study, nationally produced (mainland Portugal and Azores archipelago) EOs (11) and Hds (7) obtained from forest logging and thinning of Eucalyptus globulus, Pinus pinaster, Pinus pinea and Cryptomeria japonica, were chemically evaluated, and their bioactivity and sensorial properties were assessed. EOs and Hd volatiles (HdVs) were analyzed by GC-FID and GC-MS. 1,8-Cineole was dominant in E. globulus EOs and HdVs, and α- and β-pinene in P. pinaster EOs. Limonene and α-pinene led in P. pinea and C. japonica EOs, respectively. P. pinaster and C. japonica HVs were dominated by α-terpineol and terpinen-4-ol, respectively. The antioxidant activity was determined by DPPH, ORAC and ROS. C. japonica EO showed the highest antioxidant activity, whereas one of the E. globulus EOs showed the lowest. Antimicrobial activity results revealed different levels of efficacy for Eucalyptus and Pinus EOs while C. japonica EO showed no antimicrobial activity against the selected strains. The perception and applicability of emulsions with 0.5% of EOs were evaluated through an in vivo sensory study. C. japonica emulsion, which has a fresh and earthy odour, was chosen as the most pleasant fragrance (60%), followed by P. pinea emulsion (53%). In summary, some of the studied EOs and Hds showed antioxidant and antimicrobial activities and they are possible candidates to address the consumers demand for more sustainable and responsibly sourced ingredients.  相似文献

To further determine absolute configurations of versicolactones A and B, total synthesis of versicolactones A and B and their six stereoisomers were reported in this Letter. The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the synthetic erythro-stereoisomers matched perfectly with those of the natural products. Combined with the comparison of the specific rotations, the absolute configuration of versicolactones A and B were revised as (4Z,6R,7S)- and (4E,6R,7S)- from the corresponding (4Z,6R,7R)- and (4E,6R,7R)-6,7-dihydroxyocta-2,4-dien-4-lactone, respectively.  相似文献

Oroxylum indicum extracts from the seeds collected from Lampang and Pattani provinces in Thailand, and young fruits and flowers exhibited in vitro display antioxidant and antibacterial activities against clinically isolated zoonotic bacteria including Staphylococcus intermedius, Streptococcus suis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, β-hemolytic Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The orange crystals and yellow precipitates were obtained from the preparation processes of the seed extracts. The orange-red crystals from the seeds collected from Lampang province exhibited strong in vitro 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) scavenging effects (EC50 value = 25.99 ± 3.30 μg/mL) and antibacterial effects on S. intermedius and β-hemolytic E. coli while the yellow precipitate from the same source exhibited only antioxidant activity. Quantitative analysis of phytochemicals in O. indicum samples by spectrophotometric and HPLC techniques showed that they contained different amounts of total phenolic, total flavonoid and three major flavones; baicalin, baicalein and chrysin contents. Young fruit extract, which contained low amounts of flavone contents, still promoted antibacterial effects against the tested bacteria with IC50 values lower than 1 mg/mL and MIC values between 4 to 10 mg/mL in S. intermedius, S. aureus and S suis while higher IC50 and MIC values against P. aeruginosa and β-hemolytic E. coli were found. From scanning electron microscopy, the extract of the young fruit of O. indicum promoted morphological changes in the bacterial cells by disrupting the bacterial cell walls, inducing leakage of the cellular content, and generating the abnormal accumulation of cells. The mechanism of action of the extract for this antibacterial effect may be the disruption of the cell membrane and abnormal cell aggregations. Regression analysis of the results suggests the correlation between total phenolic and total flavonoid contents and antioxidant and antibacterial effects. Baicalin was found to have a high correlation with an inhibitory effect against β-hemolytic E. coli while three unidentified peaks, which could be flavones, showed high correlations with an inhibitory effect against S. intermedius, S. suis, P. aeruginosa and S. aureus.  相似文献

By the reaction of cis- and trans-2-aminomethylcyclohexanol (1, 2), cis- and trans-2-hydroxymethyl-cyclohexylamine (3,4) and the homologous cycloheptane derivatives (5-8) with ethyl p-chlorobenzimidate (11), cis- and trans-5,6-tetramethylene- and pentamethylene-2,3,5,6-tetrahydro-4H-1,3-oxazines (12,13,16,17) and cis- and trans-4,5-tetramethylene- and pentaimethylene-4,5-dihydro-6H-1,3-oxazines (14, 15, 18, 19) were prepared. The amidine intermediate of the ring-closure reaction was isolated, and the mechanism of the acid-catalysed reaction is discussed. It follows from the 1H NMR data that in the preferred conformations of the cis-tetramethylene-tetrahydrooxazines the methylene group of the hetero ring is equatorial and the hetero atom (O or N) axial. In contrast, the conformation equilibria of the cis pentamethylene derivatives, in accordance with earlier X-ray analysis, are shifted towards the conformer containing the methylene group in isoclinal and the hetero atom in equatorial position. The preferred conformations 12a and 14a of the tetramethylene derivatives 12 and 14 were also determined by X-ray crystal analysis.  相似文献

C-Mannosylation is a post-translational modification of proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum. Monomeric α-mannose is attached to specific Trp residues at the first Trp in the Trp-x-x-Trp/Cys (W-x-x-W/C) motif of substrate proteins, by the action of C-mannosyltransferases, DPY19-related gene products. The acceptor substrate proteins are included in the thrombospondin type I repeat (TSR) superfamily, cytokine receptor type I family, and others. Previous studies demonstrated that C-mannosylation plays critical roles in the folding, sorting, and/or secretion of substrate proteins. A C-mannosylation-defective gene mutation was identified in humans as the disease-associated variant affecting a C-mannosylation motif of W-x-x-W of ADAMTSL1, which suggests the involvement of defects in protein C-mannosylation in human diseases such as developmental glaucoma, myopia, and/or retinal defects. On the other hand, monomeric C-mannosyl Trp (C-Man-Trp), a deduced degradation product of C-mannosylated proteins, occurs in cells and extracellular fluids. Several studies showed that the level of C-Man-Trp is upregulated in blood of patients with renal dysfunction, suggesting that the metabolism of C-Man-Trp may be involved in human kidney diseases. Together, protein C-mannosylation is considered to play important roles in the biosynthesis and functions of substrate proteins, and the altered regulation of protein C-manosylation may be involved in the pathophysiology of human diseases. In this review, we consider the biochemical and biomedical knowledge of protein C-mannosylation and C-Man-Trp, and introduce recent studies concerning their significance in biology and medicine.  相似文献

N,N′-aryl- and N,N′-alkyl-buta-1,3-diyne-1,4-ditosylamides have been synthesized for the first time, in good to excellent yields, by copper-catalyzed dimerization of the corresponding N-aryl or N-alkyl tosylynamides. Negishi coupling of N-ethynylzinc tosylamides derivatives with (hetero)aryl iodides in the presence of Pd2dba3 and triphenylphosphine affords N-aryl and N-alkyl arylynamides in yields of up to 90%. Intramolecular [4+2] cycloaddition reactions of N-ethynylphenyl ynamides and arylynamides allow the synthesis of carbazoles and benzannulated and heteroannulated carbazoles in moderate-to-good yields.  相似文献

Intramolecular base catalyzed C-C bond formation led to exclusive stereoselective syntheses of trans-6,7-dihydro-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines, trans-7,8-dihydro-6H-[1,2,4]triazino[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazin-4-ones, and trans-3,4-dihydro-2H-[1,3,4]thiadiazino[2,3-b]quinazolin-10-one. trans-6,7-Dihydro-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines isomerize slowly in CDCl3 and more rapidly in DMSO-d6 into the corresponding cis-stereoisomers. The other trans-6,7-dihydro-[1,3,4]thiadiazines isomerize also in DMSO-d6 into the corresponding cis-stereoisomers. Pyrolytic conversion of these heterocyclic condensed dihydrothiadiazines into their corresponding pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,2,4]triazoles, pyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazin-4-ones and pyrazolo[4,3-b]quinazolin-9-ones via desulfurization ring contraction is described.  相似文献

Density functional (BLYP, B3LYP and BHLYP) and highly correlated MP2 and CCSD(T) calculations have been performed to investigate conformers, energy barriers, intramolecular H-bond strength, gas-phase basicity and deprotonation energies of glyoxilic acid oxime (gao) and related ions in gas phase and in aqueous solution (SCRF-PCM method). BHLYP/6-311G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-31++G(d) predictions for the global minimum conformer of gao were consistent with experiment. BLYP level overestimated the H-bond and stabilized incorrectly the H-bonded conformer. The calculations in solution indicated destabilization of H-bonded conformers due to the small polarizability and weaken of the H-bond. The same global minimum structures in gas phase and aqueous solution were found for gao-neutral (ectt) and gao-dianion (e2), whereas they were different for gao-anion because of the strong decrease of the conformational energies in solution. The global minimum structures of the neutral, anion and dianion of gao, obtained in solution, are in agreement with experiment. The gas-phase basicity (GB) and molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) calculations revealed the same sites for electrophilic attack, supported by the nature of HOMO: the carbonylic oxygen for the neutral, the carboxylic oxygen for the anion and the oxime nitrogen for the dianion. MEP results in gas phase and in solution suggested a region between the two atoms, but not on one atom in accordance with bidentate binding of gao ions to a metal. The BHLYP/6-31++G(d,p) molecular properties of gao were in best consistent with CCSD(T) results. The thermodynamical properties (GB and bond deprotonation energy) of gao were better estimated at B3LYP level.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of the new compositions LnRhAsO (Ln=Ce, Nd) and LnIrAsO (Ln=La, Ce, Nd) are reported. These compounds crystallize in the ZrCuSiAs type structure, isostructural to iron pnictide LnFeAsO materials. Upon substitution of Rh for Fe, both a and c lattice parameters increase relative to 3d transition metal compounds; however, when Ir is substituted for Rh the a-parameter decreases slightly while the c-parameter expands. The decrease in a lattice parameter corresponds to a short metal-metal distance in Ir compounds. CeRhAsO and CeIrAsO compositions show abrupt decreases in resistivity at 7 and 10 K, respectively, coinciding with a small shift in magnetization at the transition temperature.  相似文献

The Pressure-Volume-Temperature (PVT) of polystyrene (PS), polyamide-6 (PA-6) and their clay-containing polymeric nanocomposites (CPNC) were determined at T = 300-600 K and P = 0.1-190 MPa, thus in the molten, glassy and semicrystalline phase. The melt and glass behavior was interpreted following the Simha-Somcynsky (S-S) cell-hole free volume theory while that of the semicrystalline phase using S-S and the Midha-Nanda-Simha-Jain (MNSJ) cell theory describing crystalline quantum interactions. The theoretical analysis yielded two sets of the interaction parameters, one from the S-S and the other from the MNSJ model. The derivative properties: the compressibility, κ, and thermal expansion coefficient, α, were computed as functions of T, P and clay content, w. These functions, crossing several transition regions, were significantly different for the amorphous PS than for the semicrystalline PA-6. The isobaric PS plots of κ and α vs. T detected secondary transitions at Tβ/Tg ≈ 0.9 ± 0.1 and at Tc/Tg = 1.2 ± 0.1. Addition of clay severely affected the vitreous phase (physical aging). In PA-6 systems the behavior was distinctly different than in PS, viz. κ = κ(T) followed a similar function across the melting zone, while α = α(T) dependencies were dramatically different for the solid and molten phase. The theoretical functions in reduced variables provided good basis for explanation of the observed dependencies.  相似文献

Amaranthus crops are important for their use as food and nutritional sources, as well as for their medicinal properties. They are mostly harvested from the wild, and cultivation of Amaranthus species is still rare, and therefore, attempts are being made to commercialize and market this important crop. This research investigated the effect of cultivation and environment on the chemical profile of both cultivated and wild A. cruentus and A. hybridus by multivariate statistical analysis of spectral data deduced by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). Furthermore, wild samples of A. cruentus and A. hybridus were subjected to Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) for further analysis. Through NMR analysis, it was found that maltose and sucrose increased in both cultivated A. cruentus and A. hybridus. Moreover, the amino acid, proline was present in cultivated A. cruentus in high quantity whereas, proline and leucine were prominent in A. hybridus. Other compounds that were found in both wild and cultivated A. cruentus and A. hybridus are trehalose, trigonelline, lactulose, betaine, valine, alanine, fumarate, formate and kynurenine. LC-MS analysis revealed the presence of rutin, 2-phenylethenamine and amaranthussaponin I in both wild A. cruentus and A. hybridus, while chlorogenic acid was identified only in cultivated A. hybridus. On the contrary, L-tryptophan, kaempferol, phenylalanine and quercetin were detected only in wild A. cruentus. Amaranth is not only rich in macro and micronutrients, but the leaves also contain phytochemicals that vary between species and cultivated plants, and might, therefore, affect the medicinal properties of the material.  相似文献

We report herein the synthesis of a novel class of compounds, ethyl 4-oxo-4H-furo[3,2-c]pyran-6-yl carbonate, (7E)-7-[(dimethylamino)methylene]-4H-furo[3,2-c]pyran-4,6(7H)-dione, 5-oxo-N-phenyl-2,5-dihydro-4H-furo[3,2-b]pyrrole-4-carboxamide, and 5-oxo-N-phenyl-5,6-dihydro-4H-thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-4-carboxamide starting from the corresponding acid derivatives. Intramolecular cyclization in the presence of thionyl chloride formed the target fused ring systems. Additional transformation was seen in the cyclization of furan-fused heterocycle. A mechanism was proposed based on experimental and computational findings.  相似文献

The monomeric ν(N—H) vibrations of various trisubstituted ureas of the R2UPh type and -thioureas of the R2TUPh type have been studied. The trans—out isomerism in the former and the trans—out—cis isomerism in the latter are discussed from the point of view of steric effect. The monomeric ν(N—H) vibrations of RPhUPh and RPhTUPh are also examined. The single band appearing in the spectrum of both ureas is characteristic of the cis form; this suggests the existence of phenyl—phenyl interaction (the stacking interaction proposed by Galabov et al. [10]). Behavior of ν(N—H) vibrations at several concentrations is shown to be clearly different in the three forms (trans, out and cis). The presence of the cis form is confirmed by solvent effect experiments.  相似文献

The antioxidant activity of buckwheat and barley extracts by reaction with 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and the total of phenolic compounds have been determined using the Folin-Ciocalteu reagent. It has been found that water-ethanol extracts of buckwheat are characterized by higher antioxidant activity (6.2 ± 0.5 μM-eq. of Trolox/g) and concentration of phenolic compounds (4.41 ± 0.07 mg-eq. of rutin/g) compared to barley extracts (4.2 ± 0.3 μM-eq. of Trolox/g and 2.4 ± 0.1 mg-eq. of rutin/g, respectively). A series of phenolic compounds have been identified by HPLC with UV detection and mass spectrometric detection with electrospray ionization. The main phenolic compounds-antioxidants in buckwheat extracts are rutin, catechin and epicatechin, 1-O-caffeoyl-O-rutinoside (m/z 487), and epicatechin-O-3,4-dimethylgallate (m/z 469), and in the barley extract, catechin, prodelphinidin B3 (m/z 593), procyanidin B3 (m/z 577), and procyanidin C2 (m/z 865).  相似文献

Two hydrated uranyl arsenates, Cs2(UO2)[(UO2)(AsO4)]4(H2O)2 (CsUAs) and Rb2(UO2)[(UO2)(AsO4)]4(H2O)4.5 (RbUAs), were synthesized by hydrothermal methods. Intensity data were collected at room temperature using MoKα radiation and a CCD-based area detector. The crystal structure of RbUAs was solved by direct methods, whereas the structure model of the phosphate Cs2(UO2)[(UO2)(PO4)]4(H2O)2 was used for CsUAs; both were refined by full-matrix least-squares techniques on the basis of F2 to agreement indices (CsUAs, RbUAs) wR2=0.061,0.041, for all data, and R1=0.032,0.021, calculated for 5098, 4991 unique observed reflections (|Fo|>4σF), respectively. The compound CsUAs is orthorhombic, space group Cmc21, Z=4, a=15.157(2), b=14.079(2), c=13.439(2) Å, V=2867.9(1) Å3. RbUAs is monoclinic, space group C2/m, Z=4, a=13.4619(4), b=15.8463(5), c=14.0068(4) Å, β=92.311(1)°, V=2985.52(2) Å3. The structures consist of sheets of arsenate tetrahedra and uranyl pentagonal bipyramids, with composition [(UO2)(AsO4)], that are topologically identical to the uranyl silicate sheets in uranophane-beta. These sheets are connected by a uranyl pentagonal bipyramid in the interlayer that shares corners with two arsenate tetrahedra on each of two adjacent sheets and whose fifth equatorial vertex is an H2O group, resulting in an open framework with alkali metal cations in the larger cavities of the structures. CsUAs is isostructural with its phosphate analogue, and has two Cs atoms and a H2O group in its structural cavities. RbUAs is not isostructural with its phosphate analogue, although it has a homeotypic framework. Its structural cavities are occupied by three Rb atoms and four H2O groups; one Rb position and three of the interstitial H2O groups are half-occupied. The partial occupancies of these positions probably result from the accommodation of the larger As atoms (relative to P) in the framework and resultant larger cavities.  相似文献

Nigella species are widely used to cure various ailments. Their health benefits, particularly from the seed oils, could be attributed to the presence of a variety of bioactive components. Roasting is a critical process that has historically been used to facilitate oil extraction and enhance flavor; it may also alter the chemical composition and biological properties of the Nigella seed. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the roasting process on the composition of the bioactive components and the biological activities of Nigella arvensis and Nigella sativa seed extracts. Our preliminary study showed that seeds roasted at 50 °C exhibited potent antimicrobial activities; therefore, this temperature was selected for roasting Nigella seeds. For extraction, raw and roasted seed samples were macerated in methanol. The antimicrobial activities against Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus pyogenes, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Klebsiella oxytoca were determined by measuring the diameter of the zone of inhibition. The cell viability of extracts was tested in a colon carcinoma cell line, HCT-116, by using a microculture tetrazolium technique (MTT) assay. Amino acids were extracted and quantified using an automatic amino acid analyzer. Then, gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analysis was performed to identify the chemical constituents and fatty acids. As a result, the extracts of raw and roasted seeds in both Nigella species showed strong inhibition against Klebsiella oxytoca, and the raw seed extract of N. arvensis demonstrated moderate inhibition against S. pyogenes. The findings of the MTT assay indicated that all the extracts significantly decreased cancer cell viability. Moreover, N. sativa species possessed higher contents of the measured amino acids, except tyrosine, cystine, and methionine. The GC–MS analysis of extracts showed the presence of 22 and 13 compounds in raw and roasted N. arvensis, respectively, and 9 and 11 compounds in raw and roasted N. sativa, respectively. However, heat treatment decreased the detectable components to 13 compounds in roasted N. arvensis and increased them in roasted N. sativa. These findings indicate that N. arvensis and N. sativa could be potential sources of anticancer and antimicrobials, where the bioactive compounds play a pivotal role as functional components.  相似文献
