针对小鼠脑电波与行为之间关系研究中涉及弱脑电波信号处理、成分分离及提取、脑电波与对应行为分析等问题,首先处理了脑电波信号,根据呼吸机理建立了"呼"、"吸"动作电位触发下的脑电波模型.其次,通过独立分量分析方法获得睡眠状态小鼠视觉感受区LFP信号模型,采用区间估计和Rayleigh熵检验结合讨论了提取的相关脑电波与呼吸信号的锁相性,分析了LFP信号的周期性,建立了多元线性回归模型,用最小二乘法从理论上讨论了其线性关系,并检验了所建二次模型周期变化的相关性.然后,通过平均经验模态分解及基于互相关性的伪分量检验算法,改善了模态混叠,建立了完整的脑电波信号分离模型.最后,分析图形因素的图像特征,通过提取视觉刺激曲线、功率谱相关频段,采用叠加平均信号法,以LFP节律随视觉信号锁相程度判断不同视觉刺激引起的LFP成分变化. 相似文献

脑是支配人和高级动物活动的司令部和信息中心,脑电波是脑科学基础理论研究的重要指标,也是人类思维活动的体现.大量研究都表明脑电波信号与认知等功能活动有关.而脑电波信号是无数神经放电的混合,不同行为产生的电信号的强弱差别也很大,所以通常的盲源分离技术误差较大,很难将脑电波较好的分离出来并与动作相对应.通过建立数学模型,分析了脑电波与行为之间的联系.首先预测并验证了呼吸动作与脑电波之间关系模型,使用DFA模型经过最小二乘法拟合进一步确认了LFP变化的周期性.然后通过计算脑电波曲线的自相关与互相关,得到了脑电波的周期性以及呼吸相关脑电波成分周期性的相关关系.之后建立了独立成分分析(ICA)的模型使用InfoMax的方法对脑电波进行了成分分离,并通过对照实验比较、优化了分离结果.寻求最优的脑电波的分离模型.并在此基础上研究了小鼠的视觉感受区电位信号与视觉刺激间的关联. 相似文献

对于动态投资组合与风险管理来说,测定波动溢出效应是非常重要的.已有的文献证明SV模型比GARCH模型能够更好地刻画金融市场的波动,使用SV模型研究两个金融市场间波动溢出的文献并不多见,而使用SV模型研究多个金融市场对一个金融市场协同波动溢出的文献则更为少见.本文以独立成分表示金融市场波动的协同指标,提出了独立成分SV模型(ICA-SV),并研究了多个金融市场对一个金融市场的协同波动溢出,实证结果验证了ICA-SV模型在分析金融市场协同波动溢出是可行的. 相似文献

We develop a generalized conditional symmetry approach for the functional separation of variables in a nonlinear wave equation with a nonlinear wave speed. We use it to obtain a number of new (1+1)-dimensional nonlinear wave equations with variable wave speeds admitting a functionally separable solution. It is shown that π is the infinium gap between the consecutive square roots of the eigenvalues of the wave equation in a hypespherical domain for both the Neumann (free) and the full range of mixed (elastic) homogeneous boundary conditions. Previous literature contains the same information apparently only for the Dirichlet (fixed) boundary condition. These square roots of the eigenvalues are the zeros of solutions of a differential equation in Bessel functions (first kind) and their first derivatives. The infinium gap is uniform for Bessel functions of orders x ≥ ½ (as well as for x = 0). The intervals between the roots are actually monotone decreasing in length. These results are obtained by interlacing zeros of Bessel and associated functions and comparing their relative displacements with oscillation theory. If Wl denotes the lth positive root for some fixed order x, the minimum gap property assures that {exp(±iwlt|l = 1, 2,...} form a Riesz basis in L2(0, τ) for τ > 2. This has application to the problem of controlling solutions of the wave equation by controlling the boundary values. 相似文献

In this paper, we relate the nonconvex separation principle (SP) established in Zheng and Ng (Math Program Series A, 104:69–90, 2005) with the known extremal principle (EP), Ekeland variational principle (EVP) and the completeness of the underlying space. In particular, we show that (SP) is equivalent to the completeness in a normed linear space setting. Laminar boundary‐layer separation near the leading edge of a thin airfoil is one of the principal factors that limits the lift force acting on the airfoil. Marginal separation, in particular, denotes the onset of separation which is accompanied by the formation of a short separation bubble. Using asymptotic analysis this effect is studied in the limit of high Reynolds number and for transonic external flow conditions. It is assumed that the fluid under consideration is a perfect gas and the airfoil surface is taken to be thermally insulated. Results to be presented include the analytical investigation of the emerging three layer structure, the associated transonic far field and the calculation of representative wall shear stress distributions.
