Porous cerium titanate was synthesized by sol-gel method, using polyethylene glycol (PEG4000) as template agent. Brannerite structured CeTi2O6 in monoclinic system is the major substance formed in the materials. Formation of CeO2 and rutile TiO2 depends on the amount of PEG4000. The addition of PEG4000 leads to production of fine particles in the samples, but it does not apparently affect the band gap energy. Pore volume of the cerium titanate sample continuously increases with rising PEG4000 amount. The sample obtained using 3.5 g PEG4000 has BET surface area of 16.2 m2/g and pore volume of 0.0232 cm3/g. The addition of PEG4000 can obviously promote photocatalytic activity of cerium titanate, which can be proven by both enhanced production of hydroxyl radical and ofloxacin degradation efficiency. As much as 95.2% of the initial ofloxacin molecules are removed from the solution after 50 min of photocatalytic degradation on the cerium titanate obtained using 3.5 g PEG4000, while only 48.4% ofloxacin is removed on cerium titanate obtained without PEG4000. 相似文献

Fine‐powdered, heterostructured, nanoporous Bi2O3–TiO2 (BTO) was synthesized by a green approach using ultrasonication, with the mole ratio Bi/Ti of 1:1 and calcined at different temperatures. The physical and optical properties of the mixed oxides were investigated. The phase structure, as identified by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), showed the appearance of new phases as a function of the calcination temperature. Morphological examinations indicated the formation of a nanoporous structure with a drastic change in morphology at the calcination temperature of 850°C from a globule to a rod‐shaped structure, which further got transformed to a rocky appearance at 1200°C. Doping with Bi2O3 led to the lowering of the bandgap of TiO2 from 3.25 to 2.5 eV. A BTO nanocatalyst calcined at 450°C exhibited promising photocatalytic activity for the degradation of quinalphos (QP) (92%) after a time interval of 100 min under visible light and at the optimum pH 8. The kinetics of degradation of QP showed that it follows a pseudo‐first‐order path with a rate constant 0.01267 min?1. The synthesized BTO mixed oxide showed profound improvement in photocatalytic activity in the visible region as compared to TiO2. 相似文献

采用固态分散法成功制备了表面活性剂修饰的不同V2O5含量的二元氧化物催化剂,运用X射线衍射、漫反射光谱、红外光谱、扫描电镜和N2吸附-脱附法对该纳米复合物进行了表征,并在紫外光照射下考察了其光催化降解2,4-二氯苯酚的性能.结果表明,50 wt%, V2O5-TiO2(记为50V2O5-TiO2)表现出比单纯V2O5, TiO2和P25更高的光催化活性, V2O5和TiO2之间的相互作用会影响二元氧化物催化剂的光催化效率. CTAB和HTAB的修饰显著增加了50V2O5-TiO2样品的催化效率,其中(50V2O5-TiO2)-CTAB催化剂在反应30 min后表现出最高的2,4-二氯苯酚降解率(100%)和反应速率(2.22 mg/(L·min)).表面活性剂的加入能修饰二元氧化物中V2O5和TiO2的光学和电子性质,从而显著提高其光催化活性. 相似文献

将典型的光热等离激元石墨烯和纳米金简便地负载在钛酸钠(Na2Ti3O7)载体上, 构建出具有较窄禁带宽度和较高光催化活性的Au/RGO/Na2Ti3O7光热辅助光催化体系. 研究发现, 石墨烯片层与金纳米颗粒在光照下, 通过局域表面等离激元共振效应诱导产生大量的热电子, 以活化反应物并降低反应活化能, 其引发的光热效应还可精准提升光催化体系中反应位点附近的温度, 从而大幅提升光催化反应速率. 通过构建特殊微支结构, 进一步增强了Au/RGO/Na2Ti3O7催化剂对光的捕获, 并限域锚定高表面能催化剂以增强体系的稳定性. 在光热、 光催化的高效协同增强下, Au/RGO/Na2Ti3O7催化剂体系对对硝基苯酚和肉桂醛的加氢反应均表现出增强的光催化活性. 光热辅助下的Au/RGO/Na2Ti3O7光催化剂在对硝基苯酚反应中的转换频率(TOF)值高达54.4 min-1, 反应活化能显著降低至15.78 kJ/mol, 且其在长效测试中表现出良好的稳定性(4次循环催化后, 转化率的保持率近90%). 相似文献

The Nd-doped BaTiO3 nanocrystalline powders and ceramics with different Ti/Ba ratios were prepared by sol-gel method. Phases and microstructures of the Nd-doped BaTiO3 based powders and ceramics were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM methods. The results revealed that the powders synthesized by sol-gel method were nanometer scale (30-60 nm) and were mainly composed of cubic BaTiO3 with a small amount of BaCO3. After sintering at high temperature, both cubic BaTiO3 and BaCO3 were transformed into tetrahedron BaTiO3 phase. The dielectric properties of the ceramics were also determined and the influence of Ti/Ba ratio on the dielectric properties was discussed. The Tc did not change with the variation of Ti/Ba ratio, while theεmax increased firstly and then decreased. The excess TiO2 is benefit for the modification of ceramics' microstructure and dielectric properties. 相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为表面活性剂, 与阴离子型染料刚果红形成缔合物, 对该缔合物的溶剂气浮过程进行研究. 研究多种参数对溶剂气浮过程的影响, 如气浮速率、共存溶质的量、pH等参数对溶剂气浮去除率的影响. 研究表明表面活性剂与染料的物质的量之比为2∶1, 约24 min水中刚果红的去除率可达97%;NaCl会大大降低溶剂气浮的去除率;溶剂气浮的速率随着气流速率的增加而增加, 但高速率反而降低溶剂的去除率;共存溶质乙醇存在会使去溶剂去除率降低, 有机溶剂的量对溶剂气浮影响较小;pH中性去除率最佳;考察了不同温度下溶剂气浮的热力学及动力学, 研究表明, 溶剂气浮过程遵从一级动力学, 计算了该过程中的气浮表观活化能为7.48 kJ/mol. 相似文献

Eu3+ ions activated La2Ti2O7 (La2Ti2O7:xEu3+) phosphors have been successfully synthesized by a fractional precipitation method from commercially available La2O3, Eu2O3, HNO3, Ti(SO4)2·9H2O and NH3·H2O as the starting materials. Detailed characterizations of the synthetic products were obtained by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetry and derivative thermogravimetry (DTA-TG-DTG), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The results show that the precursor is composed of amorphous particles with quasi-spherical in shape and about 50 nm in size. Moreover, the precursor could be converted into pure La2Ti2O7 phase by calcining at 1000 °C for 2 h in air. The as-synthesized La2Ti2O7 particles are approximate polyhedron in shape and about 100–200 nm in size. PL spectroscopy of La2Ti2O7:xEu3+ phosphors reveals that the strongest emission peak is located at 616 nm under 275 nm ultraviolet (UV) light excitation, which corresponds to the 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu3+ ions. The quenching concentration of Eu3+ ions is 10.0 mol%, and its corresponding fluorescence lifetime was 1.82 ms according to the linear fitting result. Decay study reveals that the 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu3+ ions has a single exponential decay behavior. 相似文献

ZnO doped SnO2 has been successfully synthesized by the solvothermal method using methanol as organic solvent. The effect of ZnO/SnO2 molar ratios on the crystal structure, microstructure, optical and photocatalytic properties has been investigated. The synthesized samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, N2 physical adsorption, FT-IR spectroscopy and UV–Vis spectroscopy. XRD results revealed that all diffraction peaks positions agree well with the reflection of a tetragonal rutile structure of SnO2 phase without extra peaks at 0.1ZnO:0.9SnO2 and 0.2ZnO:0.8SnO2 molar ratios. However, the secondary phase of ZnO at 0.3ZnO:0.7SnO2 molar ratio was investigated. TEM images revealed that the shape of SnO2 particles was spherical and the particle sizes of SnO2 and 0.3ZnO:0.7SnO2 molar ratio were 6.2 and 16.4 nm, respectively. The newly prepared samples have been tested by the determination of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB). The results indicated that Zn2+ doping at 0.3ZnO:0.7 SnO2 molar ratio showed the highest photocatalytic activity for the MB photodegradation. The heightened photocatalytic activity of ZnO/SnO2 could be ascribed to the enhanced charge separation derived from the coupling of ZnO with SnO2 due to the potential energy differences between SnO2 and ZnO. The recycling tests demonstrated that 0.3ZnO:0.7 SnO2 photocatalysts were quite stable during that liquid–solid heterogeneous photocatalysis since no decrease in activity in the first four cycles was observed. 相似文献

Fe2O3-Nb2O5 coating films of various Nb/(Fe + Nb) mole ratios were prepared on nesa silica glass substrates from Fe(NO3)3.9H2O - NbCl5 - CH3(CH2)2CH2OH - CH3COOH solutions by the sol-gel method. The photoanodic properties were studied in a three-electrode cell with an aqueous buffer solution of pH = 7 as the supporting electrolyte. The crystalline phases identified were alpha-Fe2O3 (Nb/(Fe + Nb) = 0), alpha-Fe2O3 + FeNbO4 (Nb/(Fe + Nb) = 0.25), FeNbO4 (Nb/(Fe + Nb) = 0.5), FeNbO4 + Nb2O5 (Nb/(Fe + Nb) = 0.75), and Nb2O5 (Nb/(Fe + Nb) = 1). When the Nb/(Fe + Nb) mole ratio increased from 0 to 0.25, the crystalline phases changed from alpha-Fe2O3 to alpha-Fe2O3 + FeNbO4, the photoanodic current under white light illumination increased, and the photoanodic current under monochromatized light illumination increased in both visible and ultraviolet regions. When the Nb/(Fe + Nb) ratio increased over 0.25, the crystalline phases changed to FeNbO4, FeNbO4 + Nb2O5, or Nb2O5, and the photoanodic current decreased. The sample consisting of alpha-Fe2O3 and FeNbO4 (Nb/(Fe + Nb) = 0.25) exhibited photoresponse extending to 600 nm and an IPCE of 18% at a wavelength of 325 nm. 相似文献

I‐Type La2Si2O7: According to La6[Si4O13][SiO4]2 not a Real Lanthanum Disilicate In attempts to synthesize lanthanum telluride silicate La2Te[SiO4] (from La, TeO2, SiO2 and CsCl, molar ratio: 1 : 1: 1 : 20, 950 °C, 7 d) or fluoride‐rich lanthanum fluoride silicates (from LaF3, La2O3, SiO2 and CsCl, molar ratio: 5 : 2 : 3 : 17, 700 °C, 7 d) in evacuated silica tubes, colourless lath‐shaped single crystals of hitherto unknown I‐type La2Si2O7 (monoclinic, P21/c; a = 726.14(5), b = 2353.2(2), c = 1013.11(8) pm, β = 90.159(7)°) were found in the CsCl‐flux melts. Nevertheless, this new modification of lanthanum disilicate does not contain any discrete disilicate groups [Si2O7]6‐ but formally three of them are dismutated into one catena‐tetrasilicate ([Si4O13]10‐ unit of four vertex‐linked [SiO4]4‐ tetrahedra) and two ortho‐silicate anions (isolated [SiO4]4‐ tetrahedra) according to La6[Si4O13][SiO4]2. This compound can be described as built up of alternating layers of these [SiO4]4‐ and the horseshoe‐shaped [Si4O13]10‐ anions along [010]. Between and within the layers the high‐coordinated La 3+ cations (CN = 9 ‐ 11) are localized. The close structural relationship to the borosilicates M3[BSiO6][SiO4](M = Ce ‐ Eu) is discussed and structural comparisons with other catena‐tetrasilicates are presented. 相似文献

用气液反应法和化学溶液分解技术(CSD)分别制备了WO3和Bi12SiO20粉末,并将二者耦合,合成出WO3/Bi12SiO20复合光催化剂.以气相苯的降解为探针反应,考查了催化剂的光催化活性.结果表明:耦合后的WO3/Bi12SiO20催化剂的催化活性显著提高,其中30%(w)WO3/Bi12SiO20在紫外光下对苯的降解率明显优于P-25,而且催化剂具有一定的可见光响应能力.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、N2吸附-脱附(BET)和紫外-可见漫反射(UV-VisDRS)等手段对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明:WO3与Bi12SiO20之间存在良好的能带协同作用.WO3与Bi12SiO20耦合后,催化剂的光响应范围拓宽,光生电子和空穴能有效地分离,光生电子和空穴产生速率增大,所以催化剂活性提高. 相似文献

On the H‐ and A‐Type Structure of La2[Si2O7] By thermal decomposition of La3F3[Si3O9] at 700 °C in a CsCl flux single crystals of a new form of La2[Si2O7] have been found which is called H type (triclinic, P1; a = 681.13(4), b = 686.64(4), c = 1250.23(8) pm, α = 82.529(7), β = 88.027(6), γ = 88.959(6)°; Vm = 87.223(9) cm3/mol, Dx = 5.113(8) g/cm3, Z = 4) continuing Felsche's nomenclature. It crystallizes isotypically to the triclinic K2[Cr2O7] in a structure closely related to that of A–La2[Si2O7] (tetragonal, P41; a = 683.83(7), c = 2473.6(4) pm; Vm = 87.072(9) cm3/mol, Dx = 5.122(8) g/cm3, Z = 8). For comparison, the latter has been refined from single crystal data, too. Both the structures can be described as sequence of layers of each of two crystallographically different [Si2O7]6– anions always built up of two corner‐linked [SiO4] tetrahedra in eclipsed conformation with non‐linear Si–O–Si bridges (∢(Si–O–Si) = 128–132°) piled up in [001] direction and aligned almost parallel to the c axis. They differ only in layer sequence: Whereas the double tetrahedra of the disilicate units are tilted alternating to the left and in view direction ([010]; stacking sequence: AB) in H–La2[Si2O7], after layer B there follow due to the 41 screw axis layers with anions tilted to the right and tilted against view direction ([010]; stacking sequence: ABA′B′) in A–La2[Si2O7]. The extremely irregular coordination polyhedra around each of the four crystallographically independent La3+ cations in both forms (H and A type) consist of eight to ten oxygen atoms in spacing intervals of 239 to 330 pm. The possibility of more or less ordered intermediate forms will be discussed. 相似文献

本文研究了镥-Ferron-表面活性剂三元荧光体系的荧光特性,各种表面活性剂中以溴化十六烷基三甲铵的增敏效果最佳,与相应的二元体系相比较,灵敏度提高近10倍。镥的测定下限可达8.8ng/ml。本法与P507萃取色谱分离法相结合可用于天然混合稀土氧化物中痕量镥的测定,结果较满意。 相似文献

Barium strontium titanate (Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3) ferroelectric thin films have been prepared by sol-gel method on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern indicated that the films were a polycrystalline perovskite structure and
the atomic force microscope (AFM) image showed that the crystallite size and the root mean square roughness (RMS) were 90 nm
and 3.6 nm, respectively. The X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS) images showed that Pt consisting in BST thin films was the
metallic state, and the Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) analysed the Pt concentration in different depth profiles of BST
thin films. The result displayed that the Pt diffusion in BST thin film is divided into two regions: near the BST/Pt interface,
the diffusion type was volume diffusion, and far from the interface correspondingly, the diffusion type became grain boundary
diffusion. In this paper, the previous researcher’s result was used to verify our conclusion. 相似文献
