Thirty-five compounds including twenty-one alkaloids, lysicamine ( 1 ), liriodenine ( 2 ), atherospermidine ( 3 ), oxoxylopine ( 4 ), oxoanolobine ( 5 ), oxoglaucine ( 6 ), (-)-anonaine ( 7 ), (-)-asimilobine ( 8 ), (-)-xylopine ( 9 ), (-)-anolobine ( 10 ), (-)-norisocorydine ( 11 ), (+)-laurotetanine ( 12 ), (+)-isocorydine ( 13 ), (-)-N-methylasimilobine ( 14 ), (+)-N-methyllaurotetanine ( 15 ), (-)-norushinsunine ( 16 ), (-)-ushinsunine ( 17 ), (-)-N-formylanonaine ( 18 ), (+)-stepharine ( 19 ), (+)-orentaline ( 20 ), and (-)-kikemanine ( 21 ); four kauranes, ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid ( 22 ), 16β-hydroxy-17-acetoxy-ent-kauran-19-al ( 23 ), 17-acetoxy-16β-ent-kauran-19-oic acid ( 24 ), and 16β-hydroxy-17-acetoxy-ent-kauran-19-oic acid ( 25 ); two amides, N-trans-femloyltyramine ( 26 ), and N-trans-caffeoyltyramine ( 27 ); one purine, adenosine ( 28 ); one lactam amide, squamolone ( 29 ); and six steroids, β-sitosterol ( 30 ), stigmasterol ( 31 ), β-sitostenone ( 32 ), stigmasta-4,22-dien-3-one ( 33 ), 6β-hydroxy-β-sitosterone ( 34 ), and 6β-hydroxystigmasterone ( 35 ) are isolated from the stems of Annona cherimola. These compounds were characterized and identified by physical and spectral evidence. Among them, (-)-norisocorydine (11) was elucidated as a new enantiomer with a levorotary configuration, which is isolated for the first time.  相似文献

In the search for new potential antihyperlipidemic agents, the present study focuses on the synthesis of novel N-(benzoylphenyl)-5-substituted-1H-indole-2-carboxamides (compounds 8-12, 15, 16, 18) and investigating their antihyperlipidemic activity using Triton WR-1339-induced hyperlipidemic rats as an experimental model. Hyperlipidemia was developed by intraperitoneal injection of Triton WR-1339 (250 mg/kg body weight). The tested animals were divided into normal control (NCG), hyperlipidemic (HG), compound 8, 9, 15, 16, 18- and bezafibrate treated groups. At a dose of 15 mg/kg body weight, compounds 9, 16, 18 and bezafibrate (100 mg/kg) significantly (p < 0.0001) reduced elevated plasma triglycerides levels after 12 h compared to the hyperlipidemic control group. However, only the group treated with compounds 9, 16 and 18 showed an obviously significant (p < 0.001) reduction in plasma total cholesterol levels after 12 h compared to the hyperlipidemic control group. Moreover, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol levels were significantly (p < 0.0001) increased in all treated groups after 12 h compared to the hyperlipidemic control group, except for compounds 8 and 15 which revealed inactive. It is therefore reasonable to assume that compounds 9, 16 and 18 may have potential in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.  相似文献

From the ethanolic extract of Quercus glauca, two new lignans, (+)-5'-methoxyisolariciresinol-9'-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (1) and (7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4-β-D-xyloside (2), along with fourteen known compounds including four lignanoids (3-6), five triterpenoids (7-11), two flavonoids (12, 13), two aromatics (14, 15), and one steroid (16) were isolated. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Moreover, compounds 9 and 14 strongly inhibited nitric oxide (NO) production with IC50 values of 8.25 and 14.04?μM, respectively, and compounds 1, 4-6, 14, and 15 showed moderate antioxidant activities.  相似文献

Six new ent-kaurane-type diterpenoids were isolated from the leaves of the endemic Vietnamese medicinal plant Croton tonkinensis GAGNEP. (Euphorbiaceae) together with three known ent-11alpha-acetoxy-7beta,14alpha-dihydroxykaur-16-en-15-one (1), ent-kaur-16-en-15-one 18-oic acid (5) and ent-18-hydroxykaur-16-ene (7). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analyses to be ent-7beta-acetoxy-11alpha-hydroxykaur-16-en-15-one (2), ent-18-acetoxy-11alpha-hydroxykaur-16-en-15-one (3), ent-11alpha-acetoxykaur-16-en-18-oic acid (4), ent-15alpha,18-dihydroxykaur-16-ene (6), ent-11alpha,18-diacetoxy-7beta-hydroxykaur-16-en-15-one (8), and ent-(16S)-1alpha,14alpha-diacetoxy-7beta-hydroxy-17-methoxykauran-15-one (14). ent-Kaurane-type diterpenoids from Croton tonkinensis 2-4, 6, and 9-13, were tested for toxicity in the brine shrimp lethality assay. Compounds 9, 10, and 12 demonstrated significant activity, compounds 2, 3, 6, and 11 showed weak activity, and compounds 4 and 13 were inactive.  相似文献

Twenty‐eight compounds including seven alkaloids, (+)‐3‐chloro‐N‐formylnornantenine ( 1 ), (+)‐N‐formylnornantenine ( 2 ), (+)‐boldine ( 3 ), (+)‐norboldine ( 4 ), (‐)‐norboldine ( 5 ), lycicamine ( 6 ), and tetrahydroberberine ( 7 ); four flavonoids, kaempferol ( 8 ), kaempferol‐3‐O‐arabinoside ( 9 ), quercetin ( 10 ), and quercetin‐3‐O‐rhamnoside ( 11 ); one butanolide, akolactone A ( 12 ); one p‐quinone, 2,6‐dimethoxy‐p‐quinone ( 13 ); one cyclohex‐2‐en‐1‐one, blumenol A ( 14 ); six benzenoids, methylparaben ( 15 ), p‐hydroxybenzoic acid ( 16 ), vanillic acid ( 17 ), syringic acid ( 18 ), 3,4,5‐trimethoxybenzoic acid ( 19 ), and 3‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenyl) propionic acid ( 20 ); one diterpene, phytol ( 21 ); one triterpene, squalene ( 22 ); six steroids, (3‐sitosterol ( 23 ), β‐sitostenone ( 24 ), stigmasta‐4,22‐dien‐3‐one ( 25 ), 6β‐hydroxy‐β‐sitostenone ( 26 ), 6β‐hydroxystigmasterone ( 27 ), and β‐sitosteryl‐D‐glucoside ( 28 ) were isolated from the aerial part of Lindera glauca. These compounds were characterized and identified by physical and spectral method. All compounds were isolated for the first time from this plant. Among them, (+)‐3‐chloro‐N‐formylnornantenine ( 1 ) is a new one.  相似文献

A series of nonanuclear lanthanide oxo-hydroxo complexes of the general formula [Ln(9)(mu(4)-O)(2)(mu(3)-OH)(8)(mu-BA)(8)(BA)(8)](-)[HN(CH(2)CH(3))(3)](+).(CH(3)OH)(2)(CHCl(3)) (BA = benzoylacetone; Ln = Sm, 1; Eu, 2; Gd, 3; Dy, 4; Er, 5) were prepared by the reaction of hydrous lanthanide trichlorides with benzoylacetone in the presence of triethylamine in methanol and recrystallized from chloroform/methanol (1:10) at room temperature. These five compounds are isomorphous. Crystal data for 1: cubic, Pn3n; T = 180 K; a = 33.8652(4) A; V = 38838.4(8) A(3); Z = 6; D(calcd) = 1.125 g cm(-)(3); R1 = 3.37%. The core of the anionic cluster comprises two vertex-sharing square-pyramidal [Ln(5)(mu(4)-O)(mu(3)-OH)(4)](9+) units. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, fast atom bombardment mass spectra, thermogravimetry, and differential scanning calorimetry. The thermal analysis indicated that the nonanuclear species were stable up to 150 degrees C. Luminescence spectra of 2 and magnetic properties of 1-5 were also studied.  相似文献

2,4-Bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,3,2,4-dithiadiphosphetane-2,4-disulfide (Lawesson's Reagent, LR, 1 ) reacts with cycloalkylidenecyanothioacetamides ( 2 and 3 ) to give 5'-cyano-2'-(4-methoxyphenyl)spiro [cyclopentane(cyclohexane)-1,6'-perhydro-[1,3,2]thiazaphosphixane]-2',4'-disulfide ( 4 and 5 ). The reaction of compounds 4 and 5 with f -halo compounds led to the formation of the substituted thio-compounds 6a-e and 7a-e , respectively, these compounds, upon treatment with sodium ethoxide, produce the corresponding thienothiazaphosphixine derivatives 8a-e and 9a-e respectively. Compounds 8a-e and 9a-e react with LR under different reaction conditions to give polyfused heterocyclic compounds 10a-d and 11a-d respectively. Treatment of compounds 8b and 9b with CS 2 and (CH 3 ) 2 SO 4 gave the corresponding dithiocarbamate methyl ester derivatives 12 and 13 , respectively, which on treating with hydrazine hydrate yielded compounds 14 and 15 respectively. Compounds 14 and 15 reacted with LR to yield compounds 16a , b and 17a , b respectively.  相似文献

The development of resistance to current antifungal therapeutics drives the search for new effective agents. The fact that several acetophenone-derived Mannich bases had shown remarkable antifungal activities in our previous studies led us to design and synthesize some acetophenone-derived Mannich bases, 1-8 and 2-acetylthiophene-derived Mannich base 9, 1-aryl-2-dimethylaminomethyl-2-propen-1-one hydrochloride, to evaluate their antifungal activities. The designed chemical structures have α,β-unsaturated ketone moieties, which are responsible for the bioactivities of the Mannich bases. The aryl part was C?H?(1); 4-CH?C?H? (2); 4-CH?OC?H? (3); 4-ClC?H? (4); 4-FC?H? (5); 4-BrC?H? (6); 4-HOC?H? (7); 4-NO?C?H? (8); and C?H?S(2-yl) (9). In this study the designed compounds were synthesized by the conventional heating method and also by the microwave irradiation method to compare these methods in terms of reaction times and yields to find an optimum synthetic method, which can be applied for the synthesis of Mannich bases in further studies. Since there are limited number of studies reporting the synthesis of Mannich bases by microwave irradiation, this study may also contribute to the general literature on Mannich bases. Compound 7 was reported for the first time. Antifungal activities of all compounds and synthesis of the compounds by microwave irradiation were also reported for the first time by this study. Fungi (15 species) were used for antifungal activity test. Amphotericin B was tested as an antifungal reference compound. In conclusion, compounds 1-6, and 9, which had more potent (2-16 times) antifungal activity than the reference compound amphotericin B against some fungi, can be model compounds for further studies to develop new antifungal agents. In addition, microwave irradiation can be considered to reduce reaction period, while the conventional method can still be considered to obtain compounds with higher reaction yields in the synthesis of new Mannich bases.  相似文献

Fourteen compounds including eight triterpenoids, 12‐oleanaen‐3β‐ol (β‐amyrin) ( 1 ), 12‐oleanaen‐3β‐caffeate ( 2 ), 9(11),12‐oleanadien‐3β‐ol ( 3 ), 9(11),12‐oleanadien‐3‐one ( 4 ), 9(11),12‐oleanadien‐3 β‐caffeate ( 5 ), friedela‐3‐one (friedelin) ( 6 ), friedela‐3‐one‐29‐ol ( 7 ), and 12‐gammateraen‐3 β‐ol (tetrehymanol) ( 8 ); one steroid, β‐sitosterol ( 9 ); one long‐chain acid, octadecadienoic acid ( 10 ); two esters, ester of n‐octaolecyl‐4‐hydroxy‐cinnamate ( 11 ), and ester of n‐octadecyl‐caffeic acid ( 12 ); one diterpene, 8β,19‐dihydroxy‐3‐oxopimar‐15‐ene ( 13 ); one sesquiterpene, 1β,2β,9α‐trihydroxy‐β‐dihydroagarofuran ( 14 ) were isolated from the aerial part of Celastrus hypoleucus. These compounds were characterized and identified by physical and spectral methods. All compounds were isolated for the first time from this plant. Among them 12‐oleanaen‐3β‐caffeate ( 2 ) and 9(11),12‐oleanadien‐3β‐caffeate ( 5 ) are two new compounds, and ester of n‐octadecyl‐caffeic acid (12) possessed antilipoperoxidative effect by specifically scavenging the hydroxyl free radical (?OH) in vitro.  相似文献

From the needles of Abies sachalinensis, novel rearranged lanostane type triterpenes, 1-4, were isolated along with a known triterpene (5). The structures of the new compounds, 1-4, were elucidated to be 3,4-seco-8-(14-->13R)abeo-17,13-friedo-9beta-lanosta-4(28),7,14(30),22Z,24-pentaen-26,23-olide-3-oic acid, methyl 3,4-seco-8-(14-->13R)abeo-17,13-friedo-9beta-lanosta-4(28),7,14(30),22Z,24-penten-26,23-olide-3-oate, 3,4-seco-8(14-->13R)abeo-17,13-friedo-9beta-lanosta-4(28),7,14,22Z,24-pentaene-26,23-olide-3-oic acid and methyl 3,4-seco-8(14-->13R)abeo-17,13-friedo-9beta-lanosta-4(28),7,14,22Z,24-pentaene-26,23-olide-3-oate, respectively, by means of spectral experiments, especially two dimensional NMR spectroscopy, such as 1H-detected multiple quantum coherence (HMQC), 1H-detected heteronuclear multiple bond connectivity (HMBC) and 1H-1H-correlation spectroscopy (COSY) experiments. These new compounds have novel structures containing A-seco, rearranged spiro structure and a gamma-lactone conjugated with a diene. Some of these compounds showed potent antibacterial activity against gram positive bacteria.  相似文献

Biotransformation of oleanolic acid (OA) by Circinella muscae AS 3.2695 was investigated. Nine hydroxylated and glycosylated metabolites (1–9) were obtained. Their structures were elucidated as 3β,7β-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (1), 3β,7β,21β-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (2), 3β,7α,21β-trihydroxyolean-12-en- 28-oic acid (3), 3β,7β,15α-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (4), 7β,15α-dihydroxy- 3-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (5), 7β-hydroxy-3-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (6), oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (7), 3β,21β-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28- oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (8), and 3β,7β,15α-trihydroxyolean-12-en- 28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (9) by spectroscopic analysis. Among them, compounds 4 and 9 were new compounds. In addition, anti-inflammatory activities were assayed and evaluated for the isolated metabolites. Most of the metabolites exhibited significant inhibitory activities on lipopolysaccharides-induced NO production in RAW 264.7 cells.  相似文献

Deuterium labeled congeners of 7-chloro-5-phenyl-3(S)-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzodiazepine ( 8 ), i.e., compounds 9 and 16-18 were prepared and their lis-nmr spectra run. For computational studies compounds 9 and 16 were chosen. The results of lis measurements revealed that 16 is present in more than 97% in the boat-like conformation I (Scheme 3).  相似文献

A diterpenoid trisaccharide, smithoside A, and a saponin, smithoside B, as well as six known compounds, apigenin, apigenin-7-O-glucoside, daucosterol, shanzhiside methyl ester, 8-acetylshanzhiside methyl ester and acteoside, were isolated from Aster smithianus. On the basis of spectral evidence and chemical analytical results, smithosides A and B were identified as pimar-15(16)-β-ene-8β,11α-diol-3β-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-[β-glucopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside and 2β,3β,16β,21β,23-pentahydroxy-12-ene-28 oleanoic acid lactone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

Investigation by gas liquid chromatography of a small but organoleptically typical subfraction of Oriental tobacco condensate led to the identification of 47 compounds. Of these 21 have hitherto not been reported as Oriental tobacco constituents, and 14 appear to be novel to all tobacco types. The latter are (E)-3-methyl-non-2-en-4-one ( 1 ), (E)-1-(2, 3, 6-trimethylphenyl)-but-2-en-1-one ( 3 ), pentadecan-15-olide ( 12 ), 8α, 13:9α, 13-diepoxy-15, 16-dinorlabdane ( 17 ), (Z)-octadec-9-en-18-olide ( 18 ), (E)-2-ethylidene-6, 10, 14-trimethylpentadecanal ( 21 ), the norlabdanoids 9 , 10 , 11 , 14 , 15 , 16 , tridecan-2-one, and 2-phenylethyl isovalerate. The macrolides 12 and 18 represent the first musk compounds detected in tobacco. Identification were made by direct comparison (MS. and/or 1 H-NMR./IR.) with the authentic chemicals synthesized whenever necessary.  相似文献

Nucleophilic substitution of 5-bromotriazoloisoquinoline (3) and of 7-bromo-3-methyltriazolopyridine (6) proceeds readily to give a range of 5-substituted triazoloisoquinolines (4a)-(4e), and of 7-substituted triazolopyridines (7a)-(7h) respectively. Triazoloisoquinolines have been converted into 1,3-disubstituted isoquinolines (11)-(13), (15), and (16), and triazolopyridines into 2,6-disubstituted pyridines (17)-(19). Of secondary amine nucleophiles, only piperidine reacted with 7-bromo-3-methyltriazolopyridine (6) to give the 7-substituted derivative (7g). A second product in this reaction was a 2,6-disubstituted pyridine (8); the similar compounds (20)-(24) were the only products when morpholine or N-acetylpiperazine were used. The reaction between 7-bromotriazolopyridine (9) and piperidine or morpholine gave in high yield the 2,6-disubstituted pyridines (25) and (26).  相似文献

Antiaromatic compounds with a closed loop of 4n p-electrons are relatively unstable and often difficult to study. We report in this article the synthesis of alcohols 2-(4'-fluorophenyl)bicyclo[3.2.1]octan-2-ol 11, 2-(4'-fluorophenyl)bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-en-2-ol 12, and 2-(4'-fluorophenyl)bicyclo[3.2.1]octa-3,6-dien-2-ol 13 and their transformations into corresponding carbocations 14-16, respectively, in a superacidic medium (FSO3H/SO2ClF) at -120 degrees C. Cations 14-16 are characterized by NMR analysis (1H, 13C, 19F), and 15 and 16 are further characterized by quenching in NaOCH3/H3COH at -120 degrees C. The relative stabilities of 14-16 are determined experimentally by 19F NMR spectroscopy. Cation 16 is found to be experimentally less stable than cation 15 by 3.7 kcal/mol. DFT calculations (structure and energy: B3LYP/6-31G(d); NMR: B3LYP/6-311+G(2d,p)) are performed for alcohols 11-13 and bicyclo[3.2.1]octyl cations 6, 7, 9, 14-16, 26, 28, and 30. In the case of 11-16, data from DFT calculations is in good agreement with experimental data. Because 6,7-dimethylenebicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-en-2-yl cation 26 is more stable than cation 7 by 1.69 kcal/mol, the inductive effect of sp(2)-hybridized carbon atoms C6 and C7 in carbocations 6 and 16 cannot be the reason for the destabilization of 6 relative to 7 and 16 relative to 15. Destabilization of 6 relative to 7 and 16 relative to 15 and the calculated NICS of 6 (+4.17 ppm) and 16(+3.3 ppm) document that 6 and 16 are bishomoantiaromates.  相似文献

The reaction of K28Li5H7[P8W48O184].92H2O with early lanthanides under hydrothermal and conventional conditions yields novel structures of the molecular formula Ln4(H2O)28K6Li7[K subsetP8W48O184(H4W4O12)2Ln2(H2O)10] congruent with 57H2O, Ln = La (1), Ce (2, 2a), Pr (3), Nd (4), in which the central cavity of the precursor anion is occupied by lanthanide cations and H4W4O12 moieties. The new heteropolyanions were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, 31P NMR, and X-ray crystallography. All of the crystals are monoclinic, space group C2/m, with lattice constants (A, Epsilon) a = 33.061(3), b = 30.986(3), c = 15.1649(13), beta = 103.607(2), (1); a = 33.0577(16), b = 31.0562(15), c = 15.2320(7), beta = 104.015(2), (2); a = 33.0577(16), b = 31.0562(15), c = 15.2320(7), beta = 104.015(2), (2a); a = 33.007(2), b = 31.060(2), c = 15.2129(10), beta = 104.0140(10), (3); a = 32.913(19), b = 31.155(18), c = 15.135(9), beta = 103.495(11), (4); and Z = 2.  相似文献

Two new diterpenoids, ent-17-hydroxyl-16beta-methoxyl-kauran-3-one (1) and ent-17-acetoxyl-16beta-methoxyl-kauran-3-one (2), along with nine known compounds (3-12), ent-17-hydroxyl-kaur-15-en-3-one (3), ent-3beta-acetoxyl-kaur-15-en-16beta, 17-diol (4), ent-kauran-3beta, 16beta, 17-triol (5), ent-3beta-acetoxyl-kauran-16beta, 17-diol (6), ent-kauran-16beta, 17-diol (7), abbeokutone (8), ent-17alpha-acetyl-16beta-hydroxyl- kauran-3-one (9), shizukaol F (10), cycloshizukaol A (11) and curcolonol (12), were isolated from Chloranthus multistachys (Chloranthaceae). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic spectra.  相似文献

3′-Halogen acyclonucleoside analogs have been prepared. The starting material, benzyl glycidyl ether (5) , prepared from eplchlorohydrin and sodium benzyloxidc, underwent ring opening by soft halogen ions to give l-benzyloxy-3-fluoro-2-propanol (6) , l-bcnzyloxy-3-chloro-2-propanol (7) , and l-benzyloxy-3- bromo-2-propanol (8) respectively. The treatment of 5 with lithium iodide in the presence of acetic acid provided 1-benzyloxy-3-iodo-2-propanol (9) . The treatment of 8 with sodium iodide in anhydrous acetone also produced l-benzyloxy-3-iodo-2-propanol (9) . Chloromethylation of these halohydrins 6-9 using paraformaldehyde and hydrogen chloride gas produced the chloromcthyl ethers 10-13 . These chloromethyl ethers without further purification were allowed to react with the silylated bases 16-17 , previously prepared by silylating the bases 14-15 with HMDS in the presence of ammonium sulfate to give 1- [(l-benzyloxy-3-halogen-2-propoxy)methyl]uracils and thymines 19-25 . The target compounds 26-33 were obtained respectively after the debcnzylation of 18-25 . Compounds 26, 27, 30 and 31 had no significant cell toxicity in the range of concentrations 0.001-20 mM. Compounds 26, 27, 28 and 29 have no significant activity against HSV II (for less than 2 mM there is a cytopathic effect). Compounds 30, 31, 32 and 33 show no activity against HSV II virus even at the level 20 mM.  相似文献
