Lipids of the fruit of Feijoa sellowiana   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The composition and amounts of liposoluble substances in the flesh and peel of feijoa fruit has been investigated. About 30 groups of lipid substances have been identified. The main groups of lipids in the flesh were triacylglycerols, sterols, cerebrosides, ceramide phosphate inositol oligosides, sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerols, phosphatidic acids, phosphotidylglycerols and phosphatidylcholines. In the peel, hydrocarbons, sterols, esters of fatty acids and lower alcohols, cerebrosides, digalactosyldiacylglycerols, ceramide oligosides, phosphatidylglycerols, and include predominated. The fatty acids of the flesh were found to include 15 representatives (C12:0–C28:0), and those of the flesh 11 representatives tives (C12:0–C18:3). M. V. The qualitative and quantitative compositions of the lipid complex of the epigeal part ofSilene brahuica Boiss. (family Caryophyllaaceae) have been studied. The class composition of the lipids of the biomass of the microalgaMonochrysis lutheri grown under the accumulation regime of cultivation has been investigated for the first time. The lipid compositions of the coats and kernels of the seeds ofNepeta pannonica andLavandula vera have been studied. It has been established that the lipids of the seed coats of the two species of plants differ substantially in their composition. The lipids of the kernels ofNepeta have been found to contain free fatty acids with chain lengths of from C20 to C35. Ursolic acid and its acetate have been isolated from extracts of the seed coats ofLavandula, and dimethyladipic acid from the seed oil of this species. The lipids of the leaves, stems, and roots ofHibiscus sp. have been studied. Their fatty acid compositions have been determined. The greatest amount of unsaturated fatty acids was present in the glycolipids of the leaves and the stems. The lipid composition of the seeds ofSecurinega suffruticosa (Euphorbiaceae) has been studied, and eight classes of lipids have been identified with a predominance of triacylglycerols; the fatty acid compositions and structures of the triacylglycerols have been determined. The composition of lipids and their fatty acids in tissues of scalp, gonads, and internal organs of the sand dollar Scaphechinus mirabilis was determined using one-and two-dimensional TLC and GC-MS. The lipids of the fruit ofRumex paulsenianus have been investigated. The lipid content of the seeds was 7.8% and of the perianths 0.58%. Of the 18 classes of lipids detected, 16, including anthraquinone pigments, were identified by CC and TLC and by UV and IR spectroscopies and mass spectrometry. The low-molecular-mass triacylgly-cerols dimyristoylacetin, dimyristoylcaproin, myristoylcaproylacetin, and hydroxylipids have been detected in the fruit of plants of the Polygonaceae family for the first time. Lipids from Crambe amabilis Butk. et Majlun and C. kotschyana Boiss. grown in the open in Uzbekistan in soil imported from the Aral Sea region were studied. It was found that the seed oil content decreased with increasing salinity of irrigation water with EC 1.5 up to 9.0 dS/m. The content of polar lipids increased. The content of unsaturated acids from C. amabilis neutral lipids was 94.74–97.46%; C. kotschyana, 95.76– 96.78%.  相似文献

The delay time τ has been measured for the formation of the ·OH radical in igniting hydrogenoxygen mixtures diluted with argon (79–97%). The experiments have been carried out under incident shock wave conditions at temperatures of 900–3000 K, pressures of 0.5–2.5 atm, and H2/O2 ratios of 0.2–20. The dependence of τ on the pressure P s of the stoichiometric part of the combustible mixture (2H2-O2) has been investigated for different mixture compositions. Under the above conditions, τ depends practically linearly on 1/P s at P s = 0.02−0.1 atm, irrespective of the mixture composition. This allows the measured τ data to be converted to one quantity, τP s. The temperature dependence of τP s in the P s range from 0.02 to 0.1 atm is Arrhenius-like. For the hydrogen-rich mixtures (H2/O2 = 2–20), this dependence appears as τP s= 0.057 + 0.0256exp(7470/T) μs atm; for the lean mixtures (H2/O2 = 0.125–1), τP s = 0.021 + 0.0069exp(7470/T) μs atm. The length of the shock-heated gas plug in the incident shock wave poses limitations on the ignition delay time measurements at T < 900 K.  相似文献

The compositions of the lipids and fatty acids of the seeds ofCynoglossum officinale, familyBoraginaceae have been established. The bulk of the lipids consisted of netural compounds (95.2%), while the amounts of glycolipids and phospholipids were 3.1 and 1.7%, respectively. The content and composition by class and fatty acid of neutral (NL), glyco- (GL), and phospholipids (PL) in leaves ofEphedra equizetina Bunge (Ephedraceae) are determined. The poly(o-anisidine)–sulfuric acid–glucose oxidase (POA–H2SO4–GOx) electrode has been investigated in the present work. Platinum electrode was used for the synthesis of poly (o-anisidine)–sulfuric acid (POA–H2SO4) film using galvanostatic method with 0.2 M o-anisidine, 1.0 M H2SO4 solution, 1.0 pH and 2 mA/cm2 applied current density. The synthesized film was characterized using electrochemical technique, conductivity measurement, UV–visible spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. GOX was immobilized on synthesized POA–H2SO4 film by cross-linking via glutaraldehyde in phosphate and acetate buffer. The Michaelis–Menten constant ( K\textm¢K_{\text{m}}^\prime ) was determined for the immobilized enzyme. The glucose oxidase electrode shows the maximum current response at pH 5.5 and potential 0.6 V. The sensitivity of POA–H2SO4–GOX electrode in phosphate and acetate buffer has been recorded. The results of this study reveal that the phosphate buffer gives fast response as compared to acetate buffer in amperometric measurements.  相似文献

 The spectroscopic properties of M–SiO and M–(SiO)2 (1–1 and 1–2 complexes with M = Cu, Ag, or Au) have been theoretically studied. It has been shown that both M–SiO and M–(SiO)2 compounds in their ground state are bent with a metal–Si bonded structure. The calculated M(ns) spin density agrees well with the electron spin resonance experimental data. From a topological analysis, it has been shown that a rather large charge transfer occurs from the metal towards the SiO moiety, and that the M–Si bond energy correlates with the electron density located at the M–Si bond path (bond critical point). A novel solid complex, formulated as Ho(PDC)3 (o-phen), has been obtained from the reaction of hydrate holmium chloride, ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC) and 1,10-phenanthroline (o-phen·H2O) in absolute ethanol, which was characterized by elemental analysis, TG-DTG and IR spectrum. The enthalpy change of the reaction of complex formation from a solution of the reagents, ΔrHmθ (sol), and the molar heat capacity of the complex, cm, were determined as being –19.161±0.051 kJ mol–1 and 79.264±1.218 J mol–1 K–1 at 298.15 K by using an RD-496 III heat conduction microcalorimeter. The enthalpy change of complex formation from the reaction of the reagents in the solid phase, ΔrHmθ(s), was calculated as being (23.981±0.339) kJ mol–1 on the basis of an appropriate thermochemical cycle and other auxiliary thermodynamic data. The thermodynamics of reaction of formation of the complex was investigated by the reaction in solution at the temperature range of 292.15–301.15 K. The constant-volume combustion energy of the complex, ΔcU, was determined as being –16788.46±7.74 kJ mol–1 by an RBC-II type rotating-bomb calorimeter at 298.15 K. Its standard enthalpy of combustion, ΔcHmθ, and standard enthalpy of formation, ΔfHmθ, were calculated to be –16803.95±7.74 and –1115.42±8.94 kJ mol–1, respectively.  相似文献
