采用电化学阳极氧化法制备TiO2纳米管,然后用光化学沉积法在TiO2纳米管表面沉积ZnO纳米颗粒制备ZnO/TiO2纳米复合材料。对样品进行了Raman谱、XRD和SEM表征,通过测定光电流-时间(I-t)和开路电压-时间(OCPT)曲线对ZnO/TiO2纳米复合材料的光电化学性能进行研究。结果表明,沉积ZnO没有改变TiO2的相结构;复合ZnO提高了TiO2的光电性能;在Zn(NO3)2浓度为10-3 mol.L-1的条件下制得的ZnO/TiO2纳米复合材料具有较好的光电性能。  相似文献

模板-电泳沉积法制备TiO2纳米棒   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
室温(约25℃)下,将钛酸四丁酯水解制得TiO2溶胶,利用电泳沉积法在氧化铝模板中填充胶体,经450℃煅烧处理,制备了TiO2纳米棒.用透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪对样品进行了表征.结果表明,所得到的TiO2纳米棒表面光滑、致密,直径约180 nm,具有锐钛矿型结构.  相似文献

Ag/TiO2复合纳米催化剂的制备和表征及其光催化活性   总被引:16,自引:0,他引:16  
 采用光还原沉积贵金属法,制备了Ag/TiO2复合纳米催化剂.通过调节溶液的pH值控制TiO2表面负载银的形貌,利用AAS,XRD,TEM和XPS等手段对样品进行了表征.以苯胺氧化为模型反应,考察了Ag/TiO2复合纳米催化剂样品的光催化活性以及银沉积量和沉积形貌对催化剂活性的影响.结果表明,通过调控光还原沉积条件,可在平均粒径为24nm左右的TiO2颗粒上获得3nm左右均匀分散的银粒子;在TiO2上沉积适量的具有较高分散度的金属Ag,能有效提高TiO2对苯胺氧化反应的光催化活性.  相似文献

在用阳极氧化法制备有序排列TiO2纳米管阵列薄膜的基础上,引入脉冲沉积工艺,成功实现了均匀、弥散分布的Cu2O纳米颗粒修饰改性TiO2纳米管阵列,形成Cu2O/TiO2纳米管异质结复合材料.利用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、场发射透射电镜(FETEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)对样品进行表征,重点研究了Cu2O/TiO2纳米管异质结的光电化学特性和对甲基橙(MO)的可见光催化降解性能.结果表明,Cu2O纳米颗粒均匀附着在TiO2纳米管阵列的管口和中部位置,所制备的Cu2O/TiO2纳米管异质结具有高效的可见光光催化性能;在浓度为0.01 mol?L-1的CuSO4溶液中制得的Cu2O/TiO2纳米管异质结表现出最好的电化学特性和光催化性能;另外,对Cu2O纳米颗粒影响光催化活性的机理进行了讨论.  相似文献

以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)溶胶,钛酸四正丁酯和PVP溶胶,银颗粒为前驱体,以共轴静电纺丝法制备了银填充的TiO2中空纳米纤维.将双组分纤维在200℃下热处理去除乙醇与表面吸附水后,继而在空气气氛中焙烧至600℃.可以得到在内表面上沉积银颗粒的TiO2纳米管,银颗粒的直径为5-40 nm,TiO2纳米管的外径150-300 nm.管臂厚10-20 nm.用红外吸收光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试手段对超细纤维进行了表征.中空纤维的直径和管壁可以通过改变电纺参数来调节.与Ag-TiO2纳米纤维、TiO2纳米中空纤维、TiO2纳米纤维及TiO2纳米粉体相比较,Ag颗粒填充的TiO2纳米中空纤维在光分解亚甲基蓝上表现出了更好的光催化性能.  相似文献

制备了新型纳米B2O3/TiO2吸附材料,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)及红外光谱(IR)对其进行表征,优化了纳米B2O3/TiO2复合材料对试液中痕量银的吸附和解吸条件,建立了纳米B2O3/TiO2分离富集-原子吸收光谱测定痕量银的新方法。当pH 4.3时,在22℃下振荡20 min,Ag+能被该材料快速吸附,其静态饱和吸附容量为11.72 mg/g,吸附在纳米B2O3/TiO2上的Ag+可用0.1 mol/L HNO3-0.05 mol/L硫脲(1∶4)完全洗脱。该方法的检出限为2.01μg/L,线性范围为0.01~4.00 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.8%,加标回收率为95%~105%。方法应用于实际矿渣样品中痕量银的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

纳米TiO2多孔薄膜微结构对染料敏化太阳电池(DSC)光伏性能有很大的影响。本文采用不同实验和测试方法研究和分析了溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2颗粒时的热处理温度、TiO2多孔薄膜厚度、纳米TiO2大颗粒光散射、TiCl4溶液处理和电沉积致密TiO2层对纳米多孔薄膜电极和染料敏化太阳电池光伏性能的影响,得到了最佳的优化条件,为纳米TiO2薄膜材料的批量化制作打下了良好基础。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of 2-carbonyl-substituted 2H-azirines with ethyl 2-cyano-2-diazoacetate or 2-diazo-3,3,3-trifluoropropionate provides an easy access to 2H-1,3-oxazines and 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-ones. These compounds can be selectively prepared from the same starting material using temperature as the only varied parameter. The 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, a common precursor for both heterocyclic products, isomerizes into 2H-1,3-oxazine under kinetic control, while 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-one is the sole product of the reaction at elevated temperatures. According to DFT-calculations a one-atom oxazine ring contraction involving ring-opening to a 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, followed by a 1,5- and 1,2-prototropic shift leads to the consecutive formation of imidoylketene and azomethine ylide, which then further undergo cyclization to the pyrrole derivative.  相似文献
