从锦灯笼中分离得到5个甾体类化合物,分别鉴定为酸浆素A(1,alkekengilin A)、酸浆素B(2,alkekengilin B)、酸浆苦素D(3,physalin D)、酸浆苦素P(4,physalin P)、4,7-二去氢新酸浆苦素B(5,4,7-didehydro-neophysalin B).其中酸浆素A(1,alkekengilin A)和酸浆素B(2,alkekengilin B)为新的天然产物.运用现代波谱技术对上述化合物的结构进行了确证.  相似文献

Four new non-glycosidic iridoids, piscrocins D (1), E (2), F (6), and G (7), as well as two new iridoid glycosides, piscrosides A (8) and B (9), were isolated from the roots of Neopicrorhiza scrophulariiflora (Scrophulariaceae), together with seven known iridoids. The structures of the isolated compounds were established by means of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and chemical methods. The hepatoprotective activities of these compounds were evaluated by measuring their effects on CCl(4)-induced hepatocytes damage in vitro, and the structure-activity relationships were also discussed.  相似文献

Stevia rebaudiana extracts and plant materials are increasingly used as natural sweeteners. Polyphenolic and stevioside compounds contained in S. rebaudiana extracts were separated by comprehensive LC. A polyamine column operated in normal phase mode was used for the first dimension separation (D1), and a UHPLC C18 column operated in reversed phase mode was used for the second dimension separation (D2). The sub-2 μm column (2.1 mm × 30 mm, maintained at 70°C) and the UHPLC pump employed for D2 elution allowed a separation/cycle time of 20 s, with a backpressure oscillating between 805 and 922 bar at 3.4 mL/min. The reduced D2 cycle time allowed 3-12 D2 samplings for each peak eluted by D1. Polyphenolic and stevioside compounds were identified by combining the information coming from the position of the compounds in the 2D plot and UV spectra with that of reference materials.  相似文献

Two new perulactone‐type withanolides, named perulactone C ( 1 ) and perulactone D ( 2 ), together with four known compounds, perulactone ( 3 ), perulactone B ( 4 ), blumenol A, and (+)‐(S)‐dehydrovomifoliol, were isolated from the aerial parts of Physalis peruviana. Tyrolobibenzyls A ( 2 ), B ( 3 ), and C ( 4 ) were isolated from Scorzonera humilis (Asteraceae) of Tyrolean origin. Compounds 2 and 3 possess a unique phenylethyl‐benzofuran backbone and represent a new class of natural compounds. Structural assignments are based on 1D and 2D NMR as well as MS data. Furthermore, peracetylated derivatives of compounds 3 and 4 were synthesized. Pharmacological evaluation of these compounds by the [3H]thymidine assay showed no pronounced cytotoxicity.  相似文献

A series of novel 7-indole substituted 2,4-diamino-5,8-dihydropyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine analogous to the 2,4-diaminopteridine core were synthesized by the three-component one-pot cyclocondensation between 2,4,6-triaminopyrimidine, 3-(2-cyanoacetyl)indole and aromatic aldehydes. The reactions, which exhibited good performance, proceeded in EtOH using indium (III) chloride as catalyst under microwave irradiation, in short reaction times. On the basis of certain structural similarity of these compounds with known ligands of the D2 dopamine receptors (D2DR), the study of these compounds as possible ligands of dopamine D2 and D1 receptors was carried out. Three of them showed moderate affinity to D2-DR since the Ki D1/D2 ratio reached values of 40, 65 and 31 for compounds 4c, 4k and 4j, respectively. Finally, molecular modeling studies revealed stronger molecular interactions of such derivatives with the D2DR than with D1DR, what agrees with the experimental data, and gives an additional support to the observed selectivity to the D2DR.  相似文献

By utilizing suitable coligand endi (1,2-(tetrazole-1-yl)ethane)) with variable conformations, we synthesized three new azido-bridged Co(2+) compounds with molecular formulas Co(endi)(N3)2 (1, 3) and Co(endi)2(N3)2 (2) by tuning the stoichiometric ratio of ligand/metal and the concentration of the solution. All of the compounds have been characterized structurally and magnetically. In all three structures, the azide ions use the end-to-end mode to link the Co(2+) centers to the 1D chain (1) and 2D (4,4) layers (2 and 3). The endi coligands adopt a trans conformation in compound 1 and a gauche conformation in compounds 2 and 3. Linked by bridging endi, the 1D chains in compound 1 and 2D layers in compound 3 are extended, resulting in the final 2D layer for compound 1 and the 3D network for compound 3, whereas in compound 2, the endi acts as only a terminal ligand to separate the 2D layers. Compound 1 consists of dual end-to-end azido-bridged 1D Co(2+) chains that are linked by trans endi into a 2D layer and are further extended to a 3D framework through H bonds. Compound 2 is a 2D (4,4) layer that is connected by end-to-end azido ions. The gauche endi ligands act as terminal ligands to separate the neighboring layers thoroughly. Compound 3 has a (4,4) 2D layer that is similar to that of compound 2, and these layers are further extended to a 3D network through gauche endi. The magnetic investigation shows that compound 3 is antiferromagnetically coupled and compound 2 is a weak ferromagnet with a critical temperature of 22 K, which is quite high compared with that of the previously reported 2D azido-bridged Co(2+) compounds.  相似文献

A new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponin, named platycoside N (1), together with six known saponins, was isolated from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum. On the basis of acid hydrolysis, comprehensive spectroscopic data analyses and comparison with the spectral data of the known compounds, its structure was elucidated as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2β,3β,16α,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-O-β-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside. A series of dendronized-Ru(2) compounds were prepared using the Cu(I)-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition (click reaction) between the terminal azides of azidopoly(benzyl ether) dendrons ([D(n)]-N(3), n = 0-3) and Ru(2) units bearing one or two terminal ethynes, Ru(2)(D(3,5-Cl(2)Ph)F)(4-m)(DMBA-4-C(2)H)(m)Cl with m = 1 and 2, and D(3,5-Cl(2)Ph)F and DMBA-4-C(2)H as N,N'-bis(3,5-dichloro-phenyl)formamidinate and N,N'-dimethyl-4-ethynylbenzamidinate, respectively. The resultant Ru(2)(D(3,5-Cl(2)Ph)F)(4-m)(DMBA-D(n))(m)Cl compounds were further functionalized by the axial ligand displacement of Cl by -C(2)Ph to yield new compounds Ru(2)(D(3,5-Cl(2)Ph)F)(4-m)(DMBA-D(n))(m)(C(2)Ph)(2) (where m = 1 and 2; n = 0 and 1). All Ru(2) compounds reported herein were analyzed via mass spectrometry, voltammetry, and UV-visible and fluorescence spectroscopy. Density-functional theory (DFT) calculations were performed on a model compound to gain more insight into the molecular orbital energy levels possibly associated with the photophysical data obtained and presented herein.  相似文献

Two new sesquiterpenes, 1 and 2 , as well as the five known compounds 3 – 7 , were isolated from the stems of Euonymus alatus. Compounds 2 – 7 have a β‐dihydroagarofuran skeleton. We report the isolation of a new sesquiterpene, named as syripinol (1), and two known compounds from the volatile oil of the stems of Syringa pinnatifolia, for the first time. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods including UV, IR, ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR techniques. From the BuOH extract of the whole plant of Ligularia virgaurea spp. oligocephala, a series of sesquiterpenes, sesquiterpene glycosides, and lignan glycosides were isolated, including the three new compounds (1α)‐1‐hydroxy‐8‐oxo‐eremophila‐6,9‐dien‐12‐oic acid ( 1 ), 8‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]eremophila‐1(10),8,11‐trien‐2‐one ( 2 ), and 4‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]pinoresinol ( 4 ). Their structures were elucidated by 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR as well as HR‐ESI‐MS analyses, and by comparison of the spectroscopic data with those reported for structurally related compounds.  相似文献
