Crystals of the title compound, C4H8N5+·C2F3O2, are built up of singly protonated 2,4‐diamino‐6‐methyl‐1,3,5‐triazin‐1‐ium cations and trifluoroacetate anions. The CF3 group of the anion is disordered. The oppositely charged ions interact via almost linear N—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a CF3COO...C4H8N5+ unit. Two units related by an inversion centre interact through a pair of N—H...N hydrogen bonds, forming planar (CF3COO...C4H8N5+...C4H8N5+·CF3COO) aggregates that are linked by a pair of N—H...O hydrogen bonds into chains running along the c axis.  相似文献

The title salt, C3H8NO2+·C2HO4, formed between l ‐cysteine and oxalic acid, was studied as part of a comparison of the structures and properties of pure amino acids and their cocrystals. The structure of the title salt is very different from that formed by oxalic acid and equivalent amounts of d ‐ and l ‐cysteine molecules. The asymmetric unit contains an l ‐cysteinium cation and a semioxalate anion. The oxalate anion is only singly deprotonated, in contrast with the double deprotonation in the crystal structure of bis(dl ‐cysteinium) oxalate. The oxalate anion is not planar. The conformation of the l ‐cysteinium cation differs from that of the neutral cysteine zwitterion in the monoclinic and orthorhombic polymorphs of l ‐cysteine, but is similar to that of the cysteinium cation in bis(dl ‐cysteinium) oxalate. The structure of the title salt can be described as a three‐dimensional framework formed by ions linked by strong O—H...O and N—H...O and weak S—H...O hydrogen bonds, with channels running along the crystallographic a axis containing the bulky –CH2SH side chains of the cysteinium cations. The cations are only linked through hydrogen bonds via semioxalate anions. There are no direct cation–cation interactions via N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the ammonium and carboxylate groups, or via weaker S—H...S or S—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two chiral counterparts (l ‐ and d ‐cysteinium cations related by an inversion centre) are present in the structure of the title compound, C3H8NO2S+·C2HO4, with a 1:1 cation–anion ratio. The carboxy group of the cysteinium cation is protonated in the trans position relative to the amino group. The crystal structure is built up of double layers, in which dimers of cysteinium cations are connected to each other not directly, but via bridges of twisted semioxalate anions linked to each other via O—H...O hydrogen bonds forming infinite chains. An interesting feature of the crystal structure is the absence of either S—H...S or S—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The hydrogen maleate anion possesses nearly planar geometry and displays an extremely short intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond, with an O...O distance of 2.4198 (19) Å. The title compound, C5H6N+·CF3SO3, was serendipitously crystallized in the chiral space group P43212. The component entities associate into hydrogen‐bonded helical chains, which propagate along the a and b axes of the crystal, with an alternating disposition of the cations and anions along the chain. N—H...O charge‐assisted hydrogen bonds, from each pyridinium cation to two adjacent trifluoromethanesulfonate anions and from every anion to two different cations, direct the formation of the supramolecular chiral arrays. The crystal packing exhibits nonconventional C—H...O and C—H...F hydrogen bonds between the components. The observed structure demonstrates induction of supramolecular chirality by a combination of Coulombic attractions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Maleic acid and fumaric acid, the Z and E isomers of butenedioic acid, form 1:1 adducts with 2‐amino‐1,3‐thiazole, namely 2‐amino‐1,3‐thiazolium hydrogen maleate (2ATHM), C3H5N2S+·C4H3O4, and 2‐amino‐1,3‐thiazolium hydrogen fumarate (2ATHF), C3H5N2S+·C4H3O4, respectively. In both compounds, protonation of the ring N atom of the 2‐amino‐1,3‐thiazole and deprotonation of one of the carboxyl groups are observed. The asymmetric unit of 2ATHF contains three independent ion pairs. The hydrogen maleate ion of 2ATHM shows a short intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond with an O...O distance of 2.4663 (19) Å. An extensive hydrogen‐bonded network is observed in both compounds, involving N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. 2ATHM forms two‐dimensional sheets parallel to the ab plane, extending as independent parallel sheets along the c axis, whereas 2ATHF forms two‐dimensional zigzag layers parallel to the bc plane, extending as independent parallel layers along the a axis.  相似文献

The chloride anions are also linked by two weak C—H...Cl interactions to neighbouring methylene groups and imidazole rings. Two imidazolium moieties form a homoconjugated cation through a strong and asymmetric O—H...O hydrogen bond of 2.472 (2) Å. The IR spectrum shows a continuous D‐type absorption in the region below 1300 cm−1 and is different to that of 1‐carboxymethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride [Xuan, Wang & Xue (2012). Spectrochim. Hydrothermally synthesized dipotassium gallium {hydrogen bis[hydrogenphosphate(V)]} difluoride, K2Ga[H(HPO4)2]F2, is isotypic with K2Fe[H(HPO4)2]F2. The main features of the structure are ([Ga{H(HPO4)2}F2]2−)n columns consisting of centrosymmetric Ga(F2O4) octahedra [average Ga—O = 1.966 (3) Å and Ga—F = 1.9076 (6) Å] stacked above two HPO4 tetrahedra [average P—O = 1.54 (2) Å] sharing two O‐atom vertices. The charge‐balancing seven‐coordinate K+ cations [average K—O,F = 2.76 (2) Å] lie in the intercolumn space, stabilizing a three‐dimensional structure. Strong [O...O = 2.4184 (11) Å] and medium [O...F = 2.6151 (10) Å] hydrogen bonds further reinforce the connections between adjacent columns.  相似文献

To enable a comparison between a C—H…X hydrogen bond and a halogen bond, the structures of two fluorous‐substituted pyridinium iodide salts have been determined. 4‐[(2,2‐Difluoroethoxy)methyl]pyridinium iodide, C8H10F2NO+·I, (1), has a –CH2OCH2CF2H substituent at the para position of the pyridinium ring and 4‐[(3‐chloro‐2,2,3,3‐tetrafluoropropoxy)methyl]pyridinium iodide, C9H9ClF4NO+·I, (2), has a –CH2OCH2CF2CF2Cl substituent at the para position of the pyridinium ring. In salt (1), the iodide anion is involved in one N—H…I and three C—H…I hydrogen bonds, which, together with C—H…F hydrogen bonds, link the cations and anions into a three‐dimensional network. For salt (2), the iodide anion is involved in one N—H…I hydrogen bond, two C—H…I hydrogen bonds and one C—Cl…I halogen bond; additional C—H…F and C—F…F interactions link the cations and anions into a three‐dimensional arrangement.  相似文献

In flunarizinium nicotinate {systematic name: 4‐bis[(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐1‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazin‐1‐ium pyridine‐3‐carboxylate}, C26H27F2N2+·C6H4NO2, (I), the two ionic components are linked by a short charge‐assisted N—H...O hydrogen bond. The ion pairs are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by three independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, augmented by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. In flunarizinediium bis(4‐toluenesulfonate) dihydrate {systematic name: 1‐[bis(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐4‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazine‐1,4‐diium bis(4‐methylbenzenesulfonate) dihydrate}, C26H28F2N22+·2C7H7O3S·2H2O, (II), one of the anions is disordered over two sites with occupancies of 0.832 (6) and 0.168 (6). The five independent components are linked into ribbons by two independent N—H...O hydrogen bonds and four independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds, and these ribbons are linked to form a three‐dimensional framework by two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, but C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and aromatic π–π stacking interactions are absent from the structure of (II). The title salts, 4‐chloroanilinium hydrogen phthalate (PCAHP), C6H7ClN+·C8H5O4, 2‐hydroxyanilinium hydrogen phthalate (2HAHP), C6H8NO+·C8H5O4, and 3‐hydroxyanilinium hydrogen phthalate (3HAHP), C6H8NO+·C8H5O4, all crystallize in the space group P21/c. The asymmetric unit of 2HAHP contains two independent ion pairs. The hydrogen phthalate ions of 2HAHP and 3HAHP show a short intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond, with O...O distances ranging from 2.3832 (15) to 2.3860 (14) Å. N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, together with short C—H...O contacts in PCAHP and 3HAHP, generate extended hydrogen‐bond networks. PCAHP forms a two‐dimensional supramolecular sheet extending in the (100) plane, whereas 2HAHP has a supramolecular chain running parallel to the [100] direction and 3HAHP has a two‐dimensional network extending parallel to the (001) plane.  相似文献

Depending on the reaction partner, the organic ditopic molecule isonicotinic acid (Hina) can act either as a Brønsted acid or base. With sulfuric acid, the pyridine ring is protonated to become a pyridinium cation. Crystallization from ethanol affords the title compound tris(4‐carboxypyridinium) hydrogensulfate sulfate monohydrate, 3C6H6NO2+·HSO4·SO42−·H2O or [(H2ina)3(HSO4)(SO4)(H2O)]. This solid contains 11 classical hydrogen bonds of very different flavour and nonclassical C—H…O contacts. All N—H and O—H donors find at least one acceptor within a suitable distance range, with one of the three pyridinium H atoms engaged in bifurcated N—H…O hydrogen bonds. The shortest hydrogen‐bonding O…O distance is subtended by hydrogensulfate and sulfate anions, viz. 2.4752 (19) Å, and represents one of the shortest hydrogen bonds ever reported between these residues.  相似文献

Primary inter‐ion interactions in (I) occur via strong N—H...F and O—H...F hydrogen bonds, generating corrugated layers incorporating [SiF6]2− anions as four‐connected net nodes and organic cations as simple links in between. In (II), a set of strong N—H...F, O—H...O and O—H...F hydrogen bonds, involving water molecules, gives a three‐dimensional heterocoordinated rutile‐like framework that integrates [SiF6]2− anions as six‐connected and water molecules as three‐connected nodes. The carboxyl groups of the cation are hydrogen bonded to the water molecule [O...O = 2.5533 (13) Å], while the N—H group supports direct bonding to the anion [N...F = 2.7061 (12) Å].  相似文献

In the title compound, C2H8N+·C12H11O5P2, pairs of hydrogen diphenyl­diphospho­nate anions form dimers across a twofold axis, with two symmetric O⋯H⋯O hydrogen bonds [O⋯O = 2.406 (3) and 2.418 (3) Å]. The 12‐membered ring thus formed has crystallographic 2 and quasi‐222 symmetry. The crystal structures of (I) and (II) are similar; that of (I) is characterized by a three‐dimensional N—H...O, O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen‐bonded network. In (I) and (II), two‐dimensional layers are formed by N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds and, in the case of (I), they are linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds where the anion acts as a donor and the cation as an acceptor.
