Polyoxometallates are capable of including transition metals in their crystal structures as either discrete cations or heteroatoms. The title compound crystallizes with triclinic symmetry and consists of a centrosymmetric [V10O28]6? anion, a trimeric {[Na(H2O)3][Ni(H2O)6][Na(H2O)3]}4+ cation, an [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cation and four water molecules of crystallization. The compound possesses two Ni atoms (each on independent inversion centres), one as a discrete cation and one in a disodium–nickel trimeric cation involved in the one‐dimensional polycation–polyanion hybrid polymer. The polymers are bound together via hydrogen bonds to the water molecules and the nickel(II) hexahydrate cation. Several structures of decavanadate compounds having transition metal atoms, monovalent cations and [V10O28]6? anions in the ratio 2:2:1 have been reported previously. However, the present compound differs from these in its arrangement of monovalent cations and transition metal atoms.  相似文献

Crystal Structure of Sodium Dihydrogencyamelurate Tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3] · 4 H2O Sodium dihydrogencyamelurate‐tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3]·4 H2O was obtained by neutralisation of an aqueous solution, previously prepared by hydrolysis of the polymer melon with sodium hydroxide. The crystal structure was solved by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction ( a = 6.6345(13), b = 8.7107(17), c = 11.632(2) Å, α = 68.96(3), β = 87.57(3), γ = 68.24(3)°, V = 579.5(2) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0535, 2095 observed reflections, 230 parameters). Both hydrogen atoms of the dihydrogencyamelurate anion are directly bound to nitrogen atoms of the cyameluric nucleus, thus proving the preference of the keto‐tautomere in salts of cyameluric acid in the solid‐state. The compound forms a layer‐like structure with an extensive hydrogen bonding network.  相似文献

The crystal structures of dimagnesium disodium decavanadate icosahydrate, Mg2Na2V10O28·20H2O, (I), and trimagnesium decavanadate octacosahydrate, Mg3V10O28·28H2O, (II), have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. They crystallize with monoclinic (C2/c) and triclinic () symmetry, respectively. All the Mg2+ cations in (I) and (II) are octahedrally coordinated by six water molecules. The Na+ cations in (I) are coordinated by three water molecules and three O atoms of the decavanadate anions, and link the latter into a three‐dimensional network. The decavanadate anions in (II) are not linked to one another.  相似文献

The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one bidentate chelating bpy ligand and four O atoms of two H2O molecules and two bis‐monodentate bridging succinato ligands with d(Mn–O) = 2.139–2.237Å and d(Mn–N) = 2.268, 2.281 Å. The helix chains are held together by π‐π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, Na2C4H4O4 · 6 H2O and MnSO4 · H2O in CH3OH/H2O yielded a mixture of [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] · 2 H2O ( 1 ) and [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2][Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)](C4H4O4) · 7 H2O ( 2 ). The crystal structure of 1 (P1 (no. 2), a = 8.257(1) Å, b = 8.395(1) Å, c = 12.879(2) Å, α = 95.33(1)°, β = 104.56(1)°, γ = 106.76(1)°, V = 814.1(2) Å3, Z = 1) consists of the dinuclear [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The centrosymmetric dinuclear molecules, in which the Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two H2O molecules and two bis‐monodentate succinato ligands, are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions into 2 D supramolecular layers parallel to (101) (d(Mn–O) = 2.123–2.265 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.307 Å). The crystal structure of 2 (P1 (no. 2), a = 14.289(2) Å, b = 15.182(2) Å, c = 15.913(2) Å, α = 67.108(7)°, β = 87.27(1)°, γ = 68.216(8)°, V = 2934.2(7) Å3, Z = 2) is composed of the [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ cations, [Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)] complex molecules, (C4H4O4)2– anions, and H2O molecules. The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and two water O atoms or two carboxyl O atoms (d(Mn–O) = 2.088–2.129 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.277–2.355 Å). Interestingly, the succinato ligands in the complex molecules assume gauche conformation bidentately to chelate the Mn atoms into seven‐membered rings.  相似文献

The four isotypic alkaline metal monohydrogen arsenate(V) and phosphate(V) dihydrates M2HXO4·2H2O (M = Rb, Cs; X = P, As) [namely dicaesium monohydrogen arsenate(V) dihydrate, Cs2HAsO4·2H2O, dicaesium monohydrogen phosphate(V) dihydrate, Cs2HPO4·2H2O, dirubidium monohydrogen arsenate(V) dihydrate, Rb2HAsO4·2H2O, and dirubidium monohydrogen phosphate(V) dihydrate, Rb2HPO4·2H2O] were synthesized by reaction of an aqueous H3XO4 solution with one equivalent of aqueous M2CO3. Their crystal structures are made up of undulating chains extending along [001] of tetrahedral [XO3(OH)] anions connected via strong O—H...O hydrogen bonds. These chains are in turn connected into a three‐dimensional network via medium‐strength hydrogen bonding involving the water molecules. Two crystallographically different M+ cations are located in channels running along [001] or in the free space of the [XO3(OH)] chains, respectively. They are coordinated by eight and twelve O atoms forming irregular polyhedra. The structures possess pseudosymmetry. Due to the ordering of the protons in the [XO3(OH)] chains in the actual structures, the symmetry is reduced from C2/c to P21/c. Nevertheless, the deviation from C2/c symmetry is minute.  相似文献

Two sulfato CuII complexes [Cu2(bpy)2(H2O)(OH)2(SO4)]· 4H2O ( 1 ) and [Cu(bpy)(H2O)2]SO4 ( 2 ) were synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X—ray diffraction. Complex 1 consists of the asymmetric dinuclear [Cu2(bpy)2(H2O)(OH)2(SO4)] complex molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. Within the dinuclear molecules, the Cu atoms are in square pyramidal geometries, where the equatorial sites are occupied by two N atoms of one bpy ligand and two O atoms of different μ2—OH groups and the apical position by one aqua ligand or one sulfato group. Through intermolecular O—H···O and C—H···O hydrogen bonds and intermolecular π—π stacking interactions, the dinuclear complex molecules are assembled into layers, between which the hydrogen bonded H2O molecules are located. The Cu atoms in 2 are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one bpy ligand and four O atoms of two H2O molecules and two sulfato groups with the sulfato O atoms at the trans positions and are bridged by sulfato groups into 1[Cu(bpy)(H2O)2(SO4)2/2] chains. Through the interchain π—π stacking interactions and interchain C—H···O hydrogen bonds, the resulting chains are assembled into bi—chains, which are further interlinked into layers by O—H···O hydrogen bonds between adjacent bichains.  相似文献

Reaction of MnSO4 · H2O, 2,2′‐bipyridine (bpy), suberic acid and Na2CO3 in CH3OH/H2O yielded a mixture of [Mn2(H2O)4(bpy)2(C8H12O4)2] · 2 H2O ( 1 ) and [Mn(H2O)2‐ (bpy)(C8H12O4)2/2] · H2O ( 2 ). In both complexes, the Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one bpy ligand and four O atoms of two trans positioned H2O molecules and two suberato ligands (d(Mn–O) = 2.107–2.328 Å; d(Mn–N) = 2.250–2.330 Å). The bis‐monodentate suberato ligands bridge Mn atoms to form dinuclear [Mn2(H2O)4(bpy)2(C8H12O4)2] complex molecules in 1 and 1D [Mn(H2O)2(bpy)(C8H12O4)2/2] chains in 2 . Via the intermolecular hydrogen bondings and π‐π stacking interactions, the dinuclear molecules in 1 are assembled into 2D networks parallel to (100), between which the crystal H2O molecules are sandwiched. The polymeric chains in 2 are linked together by interchain hydrogen bonding and π‐π stacking interactions into 3D networks with the crystal H2O molecules located in tunnels along [010]. In the title complex, {[Cd2(C8H3NO6)2(C4H10N2)(H2O)4]·2H2O}n, the CdII atoms show distorted octahedral coordination. The two carboxylate groups of the dianionic 2‐nitroterephthalate ligand adopt monodentate and 1,2‐bridging modes. The piperazine molecule is in a chair conformation and lies on a crystallographic inversion centre. The CdII atoms are connected via three O atoms from two carboxylate groups and two N atoms from piperazine molecules to form a two‐dimensional macro‐ring layer structure. These layers are further aggregated to form a three‐dimensional structure via rich intra‐ and interlayer hydrogen‐bonding networks. This study illustrates that, by using the labile CdII salt and a combination of 2‐nitroterephthalate and piperazine as ligands, it is possible to generate interesting metal–organic frameworks with rich intra‐ and interlayer O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding networks.  相似文献

Syntheses of the sky blue complex compounds [Ni(H2O)3(phen)(C5H6O4)] · H2O ( 1 ) and [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)] ( 2 ) were carried out by the reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, glutaric acid, NiSO4 · 6 H2O and Na2CO3 in CH3OH/H2O at pH = 6.9 and 7.5, respectively. The crystal structure of 1 (P 1 (no. 2), a = 14.289 Å, b = 15.182 Å, c = 15.913 Å, α = 67.108°, β = 87.27°, γ = 68.216°, V = 2934.2 Å3, Z = 2) consists of hydrogen bonded [Ni(H2O)3‐ (phen)(C5H6O4)]2 dimers and H2O molecules. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, three water O atoms and one carboxyl O atom from one monodentate glutarato ligand (d(Ni–N) = 2.086, 2.090 Å; d(Ni–O) = 2.064–2.079 Å). Through the π‐π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds, the dimers are assembled to form 2 D layers parallel to (0 1 1). The crystal structure of 2 (P21/n (no. 14), a = 7.574 Å, b = 11.938 Å, c = 18.817 Å, β = 98.48°, V = 1682.8 Å3, Z = 4) contains [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)2/2] supramolecular chains extending along [010]. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, two water O atoms and two carboxyl O atoms from different bis‐monodentate glutarato ligands with d(Ni–N) = 2.082, 2.105 Å and d(Ni–O) = 2.059–2.087 Å. The supramolecular chains are assembled into a 3 D network by π‐π stacking interactions and interchain hydrogen bonds. A TG/DTA of 2 shows two endothermic effects at 132 °C and 390 °C corresponding to the complete dehydration and the lost of phen.  相似文献

Sodium indium(III) chromate(VI) dihydrate, NaIn(CrO4)2·2H2O, synthesized from an aqueous solution at room temperature, is the first indium(III) member of the large family of compounds with kröhnkite [Na2CuII(SVIO4)2·2H2O]‐type chains. The crystal structure is based on infinite octahedral–tetrahedral [In(CrO4)2(H2O)2] chains along [010], linked via charge‐balancing Na+ cations. The slightly distorted InO4(H2O)2 octahedra are characterized by a mean In—O distance of 2.125 Å. The CrO4 tetrahedra are strongly distorted (mean Cr—O = 1.641 Å). The Na atom shows an octahedral coordination, unprecedented among compounds with kröhnkite‐type chains. The NaO6 octahedra share opposite edges with the InO4(H2O)2 octahedra to form infinite [001] chains. The hydrogen bonds are of medium strength. NaIn(CrO4)2·2H2O belongs to the structural type F2 in the classification of Fleck, Kolitsch & Hertweck [Z. Kristallogr. (2002), 217 , 435–443], and is isotypic with KAl(CrO4)2·2H2O and MFe(CrO4)2·2H2O (M = K, Tl or NH4). All atoms are in special positions except one O atom.  相似文献

The crystal structure of cobalt vanadophosphate dihydrate {systematic name: poly[diaqua‐μ‐oxido‐μ‐phosphato‐hemicobalt(II)vanadium(II)]}, Co0.50VOPO4·2H2O, shows a three‐dimensional framework assembled from VO5 square pyramids, PO4 tetrahedra and Co[O2(H2O)4] octahedra. The CoII ions have local 4/m symmetry, with the equatorial water molecules in the mirror plane, while the V and apical O atom of the vanadyl group are located on the fourfold rotation axis and the P atoms reside on sites. The PO4 tetrahedra connect the VO5 polyhedra to form a planar P–V–O layer. The [Co(H2O)4]2+ cations link adjacent P–V–O layers via vanadyl O atoms to generate an unprecedented three‐dimensional open framework. Powder diffraction measurements reveal that the framework collapses on removal of the water molecules.  相似文献

The structures of 2‐[N‐(2‐chlorophenyl)carbamoyl]benzenesulfonamide and 2‐[N‐(4‐chlorophenyl)carbamoyl]benzenesulfonamide, both C13H11ClN2O3S, are stabilized by extensive intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen bonds. In both structures, sulfonamide groups are hydrogen bonded via the N and O atoms and form chains of molecules. The carbamoyl groups are also hydrogen bonded, involving the O and N atoms, further strengthening the polymeric chains running along the c and a axes in the 2‐ and 4‐chloro derivatives, respectively. Carbamoylsulfonamide derivatives are novel compounds with a great potential for medicinal applications.  相似文献

Hydrothermally synthesized caesium gallium(III) hydrogen arsenate(V), CsGa(H1.5AsO4)2(H2AsO4), (I), and isotypic caesium chromium(III) hydrogen arsenate(V), CsCr(H1.5AsO4)2(H2AsO4), (II), represent a new structure type and stoichiometry among MIMIII hydrogen arsenates. The crystal structure, determined from single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction data, is based on an infinite octahedral–tetrahedral chain and can be described as a decorated kröhnkite‐like chain. The chains extend parallel to [100] and are separated by ten‐coordinated Cs atoms. The hydrogen‐bonding scheme comprises one very short symmetry‐restricted hydrogen bond, with O⋯O distances of 2.519 (4) and 2.508 (4) Å in (I) and (II), respectively, and two further medium–strong hydrogen bonds, all of which reinforce the connections between adjacent chains. The average Ga—O and Cr—O bond lengths are 1.973 (15) and 1.980 (13) Å, respectively, and the average As—O bond lengths in the two protonated arsenate groups lie within a very narrow range [1.690 (18)–1.69 (3) Å]. The Cs atom is located on a centre of inversion, while the MIII and As2 atoms lie on twofold axes. Relationships to CaBa2(HPO4)2(H2PO4)2 and other compounds containing decorated kröhnkite‐type or kröhnkite‐like chains are discussed.  相似文献

The title compounds, C8H11NO, (I), and 2C8H12NO+·C4H4O42−, (II), both crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c. In the crystal structure of (I), intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds combine the molecules into polymeric chains extending along the c axis. The chains are linked by C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms and the pyridine rings into polymeric layers parallel to the ac plane. In the crystal structure of (II), the succinate anion lies on an inversion centre. Its carboxylate groups interact with the 2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium cations via intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the pyridine ring H atoms and O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the hydroxy H atoms to form polymeric chains, which extend along the [01] direction and comprise R44(18) hydrogen‐bonded ring motifs. These chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network through nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the pyridine ring H atoms and the hydroxy‐group O atoms of neighbouring cations. π–π interactions between the pyridine rings and C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms of the succinate anion and the pyridine rings are also present in this network.  相似文献

The novel title coordination polymer, {[Cu(C8H4O4)(C10H9N3)]·H2O}n, synthesized by the slow‐diffusion method, takes the form of one‐dimensional zigzag chains built up of CuII cations linked by benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (ipht) anions. An exceptional characteristic of this structure is that it belongs to a small group of metal–organic polymers where ipht is coordinated as a bridging tridentate ligand with monodentate and chelate coordination of individual carboxylate groups. The CuII cation has a highly distorted square‐pyramidal geometry formed by three O atoms from two ipht anions and two N atoms from a di‐2‐pyridylamine (dipya) ligand. The zigzag chains, which run along the b axis, further construct a three‐dimensional metal–organic framework via strong face‐to‐face π–π interactions and hydrogen bonds. A solvent water molecule is linked to the different carboxylate groups via hydrogen bonds. Thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetric analyses confirm the strong hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The structure of a new synthetic compound, diammonium tetrahydroxydecaborate monohydrate, has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic space group and all atoms occupy general sites. The title compound is composed of [B10O15(OH)4]4− ions as the fundamental building blocks, and these are linked end‐to‐end by sharing two common O atoms, thus producing infinite chains of composition [B10O14(OH)4]n2n. These chains are linked by hydrogen bonds, thus forming borate sheets. Water molecules and ammonium ions between these sheets connect adjacent sheets via hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two new glutarato bridged coordination polymers {[Mn(phen)]2(C5H6O4)4/2} ( 1 ) and {[Zn(phen)(H2O)](C5H6O4)2/2}· H2O ( 2 ) were structurally characterized on the basis of single crystal X‐ray diffraction data. Crystal data: ( 1 ) P2/c (no. 13), a = 10.340(2)Å, b = 10.525(2)Å, c = 13.891(2)Å, β = 98.31(1)°, U = 1495.9(5)Å3, Z = 2; ( 2 ) P21/n (no. 14), a = 6.738(1)Å, b = 25.636(3)Å, c = 10.374(1)Å, β = 106.13(1)°, U = 1721.4(4)Å3, Z = 4. Complex 1 consists of 1D ribbon‐like {[Mn(phen)]2(C5H6O4)4/2} chains, in which the [Mn(phen)] units were interlinked by glutarato ligands to generate 8‐ and 16‐membered rings. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms of three glutarato ligands with d(Mn‐N) = 2.270, 2.276Å, d(Mn‐O) = 2.114—2.283Å. Through the interchain π‐π stacking interactions, the 1D chains are assembled into 2D puckered layers, which are further held together by interlayer π‐π stacking interactions into a 3D network. Complex 2 is built up by 1D {[Zn(phen)(H2O)](C5H6O4)2/2} linear chains and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The Zn atoms are coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and three O atoms of one H2O molecule and two glutarato ligands to form slightly elongated trigonal bipyramids with the water O atom and one phen N atom at the apical positions (d(Zn‐N) = 2.101, 2.168Å, d(Zn‐O) = 1.991—2.170Å). The 1D linear chains result from [Zn(phen)(H2O)] units bridged by bis‐monodentate glutarato ligands. The resulting 1D chains are assembled by π‐π stacking interactions into 2D layers, between which the hydrogen bonded H2O molecules are situated.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Zn(C8H3NO6)(H2O)3]n, the two carboxylate groups of the 4‐nitrophthalate dianion ligands have monodentate and 1,3‐bridging modes, and Zn atoms are interconnected by three O atoms from the two carboxylate groups into a zigzag one‐dimensional chain along the b‐axis direction. The Zn atom shows distorted octahedral coordination as it is bonded to three O atoms from carboxylate groups of three 4‐nitrophthalate ligands and to three O atoms of three non‐equivalent coordinated water molecules. The one‐dimensional chains are aggregated into two‐dimensional layers through inter‐chain hydrogen bonding. The whole three‐dimensional structure is further maintained and stabilized by inter‐layer hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Syntheses, crystal structures and thermal behavior of two new hydrated cerium(III) sulfates are reported, Ce2(SO4)3·4H2O ( I ) and β‐Ce2(SO4)3·8H2O ( II ), both forming three‐dimensional networks. Compound I crystallizes in the space group P21/n. There are two non‐equivalent cerium atoms in the structure of I , one nine‐ and one ten‐fold coordinated to oxygen atoms. The cerium polyhedra are edge sharing, forming helically propagating chains, held together by sulfate groups. The structure is compact, all the sulfate groups are edge‐sharing with cerium polyhedra and one third of the oxygen atoms, belonging to sulfate groups, are in the S–Oμ3–Ce2 bonding mode. Compound II constitutes a new structure type among the octahydrated rare‐earth sulfates which belongs to the space group Pn. Each cerium atom is in contact with nine oxygen atoms, these belong to four water molecules, three corner sharing and one edge sharing sulfate groups. The crystal structure is built up by layers of [Ce(H2O)4(SO4)]nn+ held together by doubly edge sharing sulfate groups. The dehydration of II is a three step process, forming Ce2(SO4)3·5H2O, Ce2(SO4)3·4H2O and Ce2(SO4)3, respectively. During the oxidative decomposition of the anhydrous form, Ce2(SO4)3, into the final product CeO2, small amount of CeO(SO4) as an intermediate species was detected.  相似文献
