The title complex, catena‐poly[di‐μ3‐acetato‐κ6O:O:O′‐tetra‐μ2‐acetato‐κ4O:O4O:O′‐diaquabis(pyridine‐κN)trimanganese(II)], [Mn3(CH3COO)6(C6H5N)2(H2O)2]n, is a true one‐dimensional coordination polymer, in which the MnII centres form a zigzag chain along [010]. The asymmetric unit contains two metal centres, one of which (Mn1) lies on an inversion centre, while the other (Mn2) is placed close to an inversion centre on a general position. Since all the acetates behave as bridging ligands, although with different μ2‐ and μ3‐coordination modes, a one‐dimensional polymeric structure is formed, based on trinuclear repeat units (Mn1...Mn2...Mn2′), in which the Mn2 and Mn2′ sites are related by an inversion centre. Within this monomeric block, the metal–metal separations are Mn1...Mn2 = 3.36180 (18) Å and Mn2...Mn2′ = 4.4804 (3) Å. Cation Mn1, located on an inversion centre, displays an [MnO6] coordination sphere, while Mn2, on a general position, has a slightly stronger [MnO5N] ligand field, as the sixth coordination site is occupied by a pyridine molecule. Both centres approximate an octahedral ligand field. The chains are parallel in the crystal structure and interact via hydrogen bonds involving coordinated water molecules. However, the shortest metal–metal separation between two chains [5.3752 (3) Å] is large compared with the intrachain interactions. These structural features are compatible with a single‐chain magnet behaviour, as confirmed by preliminary magnetic studies.  相似文献

合成了一维链状高价锰配合物[Mn2(C7H4O3)4(CH3OH)2]4H2O2CH3OH,并对其进行了IR、X-射线衍射、UV-Vis和TG-DSC等表征。单晶衍射结果表明,该配合物晶体属三斜晶型,空间群P?晶胞参数a=7.653(5),b=10.486(7),c=12.943(8),=103.24(1),?=104.55(1),?=110.11(1),V=885.4(9)3,Z=1。UV-Vis光谱在547nm有一个吸收峰,相应于Mn(Ⅳ)的d-d电子跃迁光谱。  相似文献

A novel 5-aminoisophthalate compound, [Mn(C8H5NO4)(H2O]n(2nH2O 1, has been synthesized by the hydrothermal assembly of 5-aminoisophthalic acid with manganese acetate. Ele- mental analysis, X-ray crystal structure analyses, IR spectra, FT-Raman and ESR were carried out for the structural determination and characterization of the title compound. Compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pī with a = 7.7562(2), b = 8.6121(3), c = 8.7107(2)(A), α = 85.411(2), β = 76.030(2), γ = 66.510(2)o, V = 517.76(3)(A)3, MnC8H11NO7, Mr = 288.12, Z = 2, Dc = 1.848 g/cm3, μ = 1.300 mm-1, F(000) = 294, R = 0.0381 and wR = 0.1043 for 1652 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).  相似文献

In the cone conformation calix[4]arenes possess lower-rim polyphenolic pockets that are ideal for the complexation of various transition-metal centres. Reaction of these molecules with manganese salts in the presence of an appropriate base (and in some cases co-ligand) results in the formation of a family of calixarene-supported [Mn(III)(2)Mn(II)(2)] clusters that behave as single-molecule magnets (SMMs). Variation in the alkyl groups present at the upper-rim of the cone allows for the expression of a degree of control over the self-assembly of these SMM building blocks, whilst retaining the general magnetic properties. The presence of various different ligands around the periphery of the magnetic core has some effect over the extended self-assembly of these SMMs.  相似文献

A two-dimensional layered manganese(Ⅱ) pyrophosphate, [NH4]2[Mn3(P2O7)2(H2O)2] (1), has been synthesized hydrothermally. Its structure is determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Its structure is built up by MnO6 octahedra and P2O7 units, with ammonium NH4+ cations residing in the interlayer regions. The manganese pyrophosphate layer consists of infinite chains of cis and trans edge sharing MnO6 octahedra linked by P2O7 units. Magnetic susceptibility measurements show that this compound exhibits ferrimagnetic-like ordering below 3.2 K. Further study shows that there are two possible superexchange pathways via the oxygen anions in Mn2+ ions. Owing to the different bridging modes of O2-, the competition between ferromagnetic interactions and antiferromagnetic interactions in Mn2+ ions results in the ferrimagnetic behavior of 1.  相似文献

Single crystals of trans-[Pd(NO3)2(H2O)2] were obtained, and the crystal structure of this complex, previously obtained for polycrystals, was refined. Crystal data (BRUKER X8APEX diffractometer): a = 4.9973(7) Å, b = 10.5982(14) Å, c = 11.7008(17) Å, V = 619.70(15) Å3, space group Pbca, Z = 4, d calc = 2.856 g/cm3. The structure is composed of neutral complexes with a trans configuration. The square plane environment of the Pd atom is formed by four oxygen atoms (Pd-O(NO3) 1.999(5) Å, Pd-O(H2O) 2.030(5) Å) and completed to a distorted bipyramid by two intramolecular contacts (Pd…O(NO3) 2.926 Å). The shortest hydrogen bonds are O…H 2.72 Å.  相似文献

水热合成并通过红外、热重、单晶X-射线衍射表征了一个新颖镍配位阳离子修饰的还原型钼磷酸盐,Ni[Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3]2][Ni(H2O)2][Ni(H2O)(bipy)2]4·5H2O。单晶X-射线衍射研究表明,两个{Mo6P4}簇单元通过一个镍离子连接形成一个Ni[Mo6P4]2二聚结构单元,其进一步和其他的镍配位阳离子连接成钼磷酸盐一维链状结构。在H2O2存在下的液-固体系中,使用该化合物催化氧化苯甲醛的探针反应结果表明,该化合物具有较高的催化氧化活性。  相似文献

A mononuclear manganese complex Mn(SCN)2(H2O)4(2C6H12N4 (C14H32O4N10MnS2, C6H12N4 = hexamethylenetetramine) has been synthesized. The molecular and crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of tetragonal, space group P42/mnm with a = 9.5591(7), b = 9.5591(7), c = 13.8253(15) (A), V = 1263.31(19) (A)3, Z = 2, Mr = 523.56, Dc = 1.376 g/cm3, μ = 0.727 mm-1, F(000) = 550, Rint = 0.0302, T = 293(2) K, R = 0.0380 and wR = 0.1184 for 549 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In the crystal the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from isothiocyanato anion and four oxygen atoms from water molecules, completing an octahedral geometry. Hexamethylenetetramine molecules are included in the lattice and connected to Mn(SCN)2(H2O)4 by hydrogen bonding and S...S interac- tions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

Two novel K/Mn phosphate hydrates, namely, dipotassium trimanganese dipyrophosphate dihydrate, K2Mn3(H2O)2[P2O7]2, (I), and potassium manganese dialuminium triphosphate dihydrate, KMn(H2O)2[Al2(PO4)3], (II), were obtained in the form of single crystals during a single hydrothermal synthesis experiment. Their crystal structures were studied by X‐ray diffraction. Both new compounds are members of the morphotropic series of phosphates with the following formulae: A2M3(H2O)2[P2O7]2, where A = K, NH4, Rb or Na and M = Mn, Fe, Co or Ni, and AM2+(H2O)2[M3+2(PO4)3], where A = Cs, Rb, K, NH4 or (H3O); M2+ = Mn, Fe, Co or Ni; and M3+ = Al, Ga or Fe. A detailed crystal chemical analysis revealed correlations between the unit‐cell parameters of the members of the series, their structural features and the sizes of the cations. It has been shown that a mixed type anionic framework is formed in (II) by aluminophosphate [(AlO2)2(PO4)2] layers, with a cationic topology similar to the Si/Al‐topology of the crystal structures of feldspars. A study of the magnetic susceptibility of (II) demonstrates a paramagnetic behaviour of the compound.  相似文献
