We have found that Suzuki–Miyaura-type reactions of dibromoalkenes with arylboronic acids using a hydrazone–Cu catalyst system proceeded smoothly under mild conditions to afford the corresponding internal alkyne derivatives in good yields. Furthermore, we also succeeded in the synthesis of o-allyloxy(ethynyl)benzene derivatives, which are known to be effective precursors of various heterocyclic compounds, through this reaction.  相似文献

The construction of diaryl sulfides through the cross‐coupling of aryl iodides and thiols in microwave heating is described. By using this method, a variety of diaryl sulfides can be prepared in a mild condition and in high yields. Deactivated 4‐nitrothiophenol was effective to afford the product in 94% yield. Sterically hindered ortho‐substituted aryl iodides or thiophenols provided diaryl sulfides effectively by this microwave‐assisted coupling reaction.  相似文献

A new catalyst for cross‐coupling synthesis of 1,4‐diphenylbutadiyne‐1,3 was prepared by thermolysis of copper(II) poly‐5‐vinyltetrazolate. It presents heterogeneous catalyst, in which copper nanoparticles are supported on polymeric matrix surface. The catalyst is recovered, recycled, and shows high catalytic activity in cross‐coupling synthesis of 1,4‐diphenylbutadiyne‐1,3. The reaction proceeds in aerobic conditions at room temperature in the presence of pyridine.  相似文献

We have found that Suzuki–Miyaura-type reactions of o-allyloxy(bromoethynyl)benzenes with arylboronic acids using a hydrazone/Cu catalyst system proceeded smoothly in iPrOH under mild conditions to afford the corresponding o-allyloxy(arylethynyl)benzene derivatives in good yields without decomposition of the allyloxy group. We have further demonstrated that annulation and enyne metathesis of the o-allyloxy(arylethynyl)benzene derivatives using transition-metal catalysts led to various heterocyclic compounds.  相似文献

A simple and efficient copper‐salt catalyzed N‐arylation of nucleobases is reported. In a mixed solvent of MeOH and H2O, the coupling products were obtained in moderate to excellent yields at room temperature within a short time. Copper catalyzed modification of Gomberg-Bachmann-Hey reaction to synthesize symmetrical/unsymmetrical biaryls via diazotization of anilines with p-TSA and NaNO2 system at 50 °C, in aromatic liquids as solvents and second partners was successfully developed. Aniline and 3-nitronaniline gave biphenyl and 3-nitrobiphenyl, respectively, with moderate yields. All para-substituted anilines gave comparatively higher yields while in the other cases including ortho-substituted anilines yields were lower. Except anilines with o-NHCOCH3 and o-CONH2 which gave symmetrical biaryls, all others gave selectively unsymmetrical biaryls.  相似文献

Butadiyne-bridged bipyrroles were prepared from 2-iodopyrroles and trimethylsilylacetylene through a facile one-pot synthesis involving a modified Sonogashira coupling reaction and in situ aerobic oxidative coupling of the acetylenic pyrroles; the products were obtained in yields of 31–72 % depending on the substituents on the pyrrole. The acetylene-bridged diacids obtained from the hydrolysis of the corresponding ester derivatives are highly stable, unlike most reported oligopyrrolic diacids. This protocol could be easily extended towards the synthesis of butadiyne-bridged bisporphyrins.  相似文献

The strategy featured the construction of the key intermediate Z‐trisubstituted vinyl iodide 12 from the dibromo‐olefin 6 via an efficient modified Tanino‐Miyashita's approach. Cu-catalyzed cross coupling between phosphinic amides and aryl halides was accomplished for the first time by using(±)-trans- cyclohexane-1,2-diamine as the ligand.This reaction provided a novel approach for synthesizing arylated phosphinic amides.Both kinetic measurement and theoretical calculation indicated that phosphinic amides were much less reactive than amides by about 10 times in Cu-catalyzed cross coupling.  相似文献
