我们用巨正则量子蒙特卡洛和最大熵方法研究了二维正方格点上Hubbard模型的光电导谱,在半满条件下,光电导谱呈现一能隙区,掺杂后,光电导谱在ω=0处出现Drude峰,在能隙区出现一新峰,同时谱权重从高频区向能隙区转移,这些特下与高温氧化物超导体的光电导实验相符合。  相似文献

发展了二维梯度折射率介质热辐射传递求解的两种近似模型,线性折射率bar模型和混合bar模型.对于辐射能传递路径的求解,涉及到四个坐标系的转换:系统坐标系、网格坐标系、网格旋转坐标系和散射的当地坐标系.同时假设辐射能在每个网格内是在平面内传递.通过这两个模型的建立和新的假设条件,对于二维梯度折射率介质的热辐射传递求解的一系列问题均可较为容易地求解.  相似文献

高方向辐射强度信息对一些逆问题非常有帮助,例如,在工业炉中用辐射成像技术重建二维/三维温度场.DRESOR法被发展用来在二维矩形各向同性/异性散射介质中求解辐射传递方程.用DRESOR法可以在矩形区域边界处可以计算得到辐射强度在半球立体角空间内6658个方向上的分布.用DRESOR法计算得到的无维辐射热流和有关文献用中离散坐标法、近似法及有限体积法计算得到的结果吻合得很好.从计算结果中可以观察边界上,特别是靠近发射源区域的辐射强度随方位角的变化情况.  相似文献

采用大规模动力学蒙特卡罗模拟方法,对二维完全阻挫XY模型的Kosterlitz-Thouless(KT)型相变展开数值研究.系统从有序初始态出发演化到高于KT相变的温度,以普适的动力学标度形式为基础,通过测量磁化和Binder累积量,得出动力学关联时间和平衡态空间关联长度,确定出更精确的动力学指数z.特别是建议并证实了一种在KT相变温度以上(T>TKT),独立判断动力学指数z的方法.模拟结果表明,动力学指数z≈2,这与在相变温度以下(T  相似文献

To date, there are very few studies on the transition beyond second Hopf bifurcation in a lid-driven square cavity, due to the difficulties in theoretical analysis and numerical simulations. In this paper, we study the characteristics of the third Hopf bifurcation in a driven square cavity by applying a consistent fourth-order compact finite difference scheme rectently developed by us. We numerically identify the critical Reynolds number of the third Hopf bifurcation located in the interval of (13944.7021,13946.5333) by the method of bisection. Through Fourier analysis, it is discovered that the flow becomes chaotic with a characteristic of period-doubling bifurcation when the Reynolds number is beyond the third bifurcation critical interval. Nonlinear time series analysis further ascertains the flow chaotic behaviors via the phase diagram, Kolmogorov entropy and maximal Lyapunov exponent. The phase diagram changes interestingly from a closed curve with self-intersection to an unclosed curve and the attractor eventually becomes strange when the flow becomes chaotic.  相似文献

量子点体系等离激元的研究是光电子学领域的热点.为进一步加深和完善对等离激元的量子效应的认识,本文利用紧束缚近似和线性响应理论研究了二维方形量子点体系对外场的集体响应.结果表明,当外场频率等于等离激元的频率时,量子点体系会有强烈的电荷振荡,并伴随着能量的极大吸收和近场的增强.在量子点中,等离子体存在分立的元激发.等离子体元激发的个数将随着量子点尺寸和电子个数的增加而增加.随量子点尺寸的增加,分立的等离激元将逐步呈现准连续的特性,即过渡为经典连续的等离激元,其频谱曲线演化为经典的色散曲线.结果还表明:随量子点尺寸的增加,等离激元的频率会红移,等离激元的激发强度会增大;随量子点中电子数的增加,等离激元的频率会蓝移,等离激元的激发强度会增大.  相似文献

Based on cavity resonance and sandwich composite plate (3D) theoretical model for frequency dispersion characterization theory, this paper presents a universal three-dimensional and displacement profile shapes of the film bulk acoustic resonator (FBARs). This model provides results of FBAR excited thickness-extensional and flexure modes, and the result of frequency dispersion is proposed in which the thicknesses and impedance of the electrodes and the piezoelectric material are taken into consideration; its further simplification shows good agreement with the modified Butterworth-Van-Dyke (MBVD) model. The displacement profile reflects the vibration stress distribution of electrode shapes and the lateral resonance effect, which depends on the axis ratio of the electrode shapes a/b. The results are consistent with the 3D finite element method modeling and laser interferometry measurement in general.  相似文献

We consider a planar Ising model with an extended defect described by couplings of the form K(r) = K·(1 + A/r). 针对传统Helmholtz水声换能器设计中刚性壁假设的局限性,将Helmholtz腔体的弹性计入到液腔谐振频率计算中,实现低频弹性Helmholtz水声换能器液腔谐振频率精确设计.基于细长圆柱壳腔体的低频集中参数模型,导出了腔体弹性引入的附加声阻抗表达式,得到了弹性壁条件下Helmholtz水声换能器等效电路图,给出了考虑了末端修正的弹性壁Helmholtz共振腔液腔谐振频率计算公式.利用ANSYS软件建立了算例模型,仿真分析了不同材质、半径、长度时的Helmholtz共振腔液腔谐振频率.结果对比表明弹性理论值与仿真值符合得很好,相比起传统的刚性壁理论计算结果,本文的弹性壁理论得出的液腔谐振频率值有所降低,与真实情况更加接近.本文的结论可以为精确设计低频弹性Helmholtz水声换能器提供理论支持.  相似文献

通过optiFDTD模拟软件对二维椭圆柱构造的正方格子光子晶体的禁带特性进行了数值模拟。分别研究了在空气中椭圆介质(Ge,Si,GaAs)柱和在介质(Ge,Si,GaAs)中椭圆空气柱构造的二维正方格子光子晶体中椭圆柱的横轴半径和纵轴半径的大小,以及椭圆柱的不同旋转角度对光子禁带的影响;并计算出了在上述两种情况下的空气和介质中的最优结构参数。  相似文献

Metastability in the Ising model is studied in two ways. In a dynamical Monte Carlo model, metastable magnetization and lifetime are measured for various magnetic fields and low temperatures. Following up a proposed relation between analytic continuation of transfer matrix eigenvalues and metastability, transfer matrix eigenvalues are studied. We examine the extent to which these approaches agree. The Monte Carlo data also provide quantitative support for the critical droplet model for decay.  相似文献

We have studied the Ising model on a layered square lattice with four different coupling constants and two different magnetic moments. The partition function at zero magnetic field is derived exactly. We propose a formula for the spontaneous magnetization which agrees with the exact low-temperature series expansion up to the 16th order and reduces to the exact result of Au-Yang and McCoy in a special case.  相似文献

For the accurate extraction of cavity decay time, a selection of data points is supplemented to the weighted least square method. We derive the expected precision, accuracy and computation cost of this improved method, and examine these performances by simulation. By comparing this method with the nonlinear least square fitting(NLSF) method and the linear regression of the sum(LRS) method in derivations and simulations, we find that this method can achieve the same or even better precision, comparable accuracy, and lower computation cost. We test this method by experimental decay signals. The results are in agreement with the ones obtained from the nonlinear least square fitting method.  相似文献
