The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group F21/n with a = 8.736(2), b = 14.850(3), c = 11.775(2) (A), β = 102.42(3)°, V= 1491.8(5) (A)3, Z= 2, Dc = 1.593 g/cm3, Mr = 715.36, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 (A), μ = 1.669 mm-1, F(000) = 736, the final R = 0.0338 and wR = 0.0789. A total of 3411 unique reflections were collected, of which 2777 with Ⅰ>2σ(Ⅰ) were observed. The molecule of the complex is located on a crystallographic inversion centre. Each Zn atom in the complex is five-coordinated by one Schiff base ligand and two bridging azide groups, forming a trigonal bipyramidal configuration. The Zn…Zn distance is 3.328(2) (A). In the crystal structure, molecules are linked through intermolecular C-H…N hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the bc plane. The complex shows low cytotoxic property to both normal and carcinoma cells.  相似文献

A new Cd(II) complex [Cd(C12H6OaN2)(Phen)ffH2O)]'3H2O with 2,2"-bipyridine- 3,3"-dicarboxylic acid as a ligand has been synthesized. Crystal data for the title complex are as follows: monoclinic, space group P2dn, a = 12.8458(5), b = 17.9131(7), c = 15.2960(6) A, β = 111.7430(10)°, V = 3269.3(2) A3, Dc = 1.581 g/cm3, Z = 4,/a(MoKa) = 0.731 mm-1, F(000) = 1580, the R = 0.0244 and wR = 0.0605. In the title complex, the central Cd(ll) ion is located in a distorted octahedral coordination environment. The electrochemical and fluorescent properties of the title complex were studied. The results show that the electron transfer of the title complex is irreversible in the electrode reaction and it has a broad emission peak in the range of 470-508 nm with the excitation wavelength of 488 nm.  相似文献

A new mononuclear Cu(Ⅱ) dithiocarbamate complex CuI(prdtc)(phen) 1 (prdtc = N-pyrrolidinyldithiocarbamate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 8.7110(9), b = 14.7143(14), c = 14.8507(15) A, β = 109.721(6)°, V = 1791.9(3) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.916 g/cm3, CI7H16CulN3S2, Mr = 516.89, λ(MoKa) = 0.71073A,μ = 3.178 mm^-1, F(000) = 1012, the final R = 0.0369 and wR = 0.0987. A total of 4082 unique reflections were collected, of which 2916 with I 〉 2σ(I) were observed. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry by one I atom in the apical position, two S atoms from a prdtc ligand and two N atoms from a phen ligand in the basal plane. There exist face-to-face aromatic π-π stacking interactions between adjacent phen ligands stabilizing the structure and making the complex assemble into a 1D structure along the a axis. It can be concluded that the difference of the dtc flexibility and reaction conditions result in the structural difference between complex 1 and CuI(dmdtc)(phen) (dmdtc = N, N-dimethyldithiocarbamate).  相似文献

A novel end-to-end azido-bridged polynuclear Schiff-base copper(II) complex, [Cu(C12H15Br2N2O)(N3)]n, was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pbcn with a = 24.588(5), b = 10.377(2), c = 13.022(3) A, V= 3322.6(12) A^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.874 g/cm^3, Mr = 468.65, λ(MoKa) = 0.71073 A,μ = 6.130 mm^-1, F(000) = 1832, R = 0.0637 and wR = 0.1176. A novel binuclear Cu(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(paba)Cl] (pabaH = 2-(2-pyridylmethylimine)benzenesulfonic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a = 6.8165(7), b = 15.3073(16), c = 12.3795(13) A^°, β= 95.0160(10)°, V= 1286.8(2) A^°^3, Mr = 360.26, Dc= 1.860 g/cm^3,μ = 2.074 mm^-1, F(000) = 724, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0252 and wR = 0.0675 for 2395 observed reflections with I 〉 20(I). The title complex is centrosymmetric and a pair of chlorides act as μ2-bridges to link two Cu(Ⅱ) ions forming a binuclear complex. Every Cu(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated by pyridyl N, imine N and sulfonate O atoms of the tridentate paba ligand as well as two bridging Cl^-, constructing the distorted square-pyramidal geometry. In the structure extensive hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking stabilize the solid structures, through which the complex builds its 3-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reaction of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O with bbp and p-PDOAH2 at 140 ℃ yielded a novel 1D cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(bbp)(p-PDOA)]n (bbp=2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine, p-PDOA=p-phenylenedioxydiacetate dianion), in which CdN3O4 pentagonal bipyramids were linked by p-PDOA ligands in a bis-bidentate mode to construct a zigzag chain with the adjacent Cd…Cd distance of 1.14(1) nm, There exists a 2D supramolecular network linked by π-π stacking with a face-to-face distance of 0.35(1) nm between the 2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl) pyridine ligands and hydrogen-bonding interactions (0.27(4) nm). A 3D supramolecular network was further constructed by these non-covalent interactions between the zippers. The TG/DTG showed that its chain skeleton was thermally stable up to 389 ℃ and the blue fluorescent emission of the complex was determined at 428 nm in a solid state with its long decay lifetime of 7.24 ns.  相似文献

It crystallizes in triclinic, pace group P1^- with a = 5.9268(8), b = 10.8678(15), c = 13.3671(19) A, α = 109.295(2), β = 95.092(2), γ = 97.8580(10)°, V = 796.70(19)A^3, Z = 2, C12H10CdN4O3S2, Mr = 434.76, μ = 1.648 mm^-1, Dc = 1.812 g/cm^3, F(000) = 428, R = 0.0308 and wR = 0.0769. The crystal structure reveals that the structure of [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]n features di-μ-1,3-thiocyante bridges and 1D chains. The octahedrally coordinated Cd atom is surrounded by one oxygen atom from water molecule, three S atoms and two N atoms from five di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges. The Cd atoms are connected by two di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges with the Cd(1)…Cd(1A) separation of 4.239(1) A and Cd(1)...Cd(1B) of 5.852(1)/~. In addition, the one-dimensional straight chain structure is further connected by multiform intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The crystal of the complex belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 11.197(4), b = 13.309(5), c = 14.486(5) ]A, a = 78.827(13),β = 70.547(11), γ = 81.058(13)°, Mr = 996.77, S = 1.08, V= 1987.2(13) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.666 g/cm3, F(000) = 1032,μ = 1.131 mm^-1, R = 0.0633 and wR = 0.1293. According to the structural analysis, the Co( Ⅱ ) ion adopts a slightly distorted six-coordinated octahedral geometry. One N atom of the Schiff base of each molecule was hydrogenated to form hydrogen bond with O atom. Two coterminous molecules packed in one crystal water molecule are linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds, thus generating an infinite chain constructed by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The coordination polymer [Zn(p-pdoa)4(bbp)]n 1 (p-pdoa = p-phenylenedioxydiacetate dianion and bbp = 2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine) has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 7.8383(2), b = 12.6610(4), c = 13.1792(5)A, a = 84.433(2),β = 74.2980(1), γ = 87.4290(1)°, V = 1252.93(7)A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.593 g/cm^3,/z = 1.038 mm^-1, F(000) = 616, the final R = 0.0361 and wR = 0.1139. The Zn(Ⅱ) atom assumes a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, involving two carboxyl O atoms from two different p-pdoa ligands and three N atoms from the bbp ligand. The Zn(Ⅱ) atom is alternately interlinked by p-pdoa ligands in a bismonodentate mode into a helical chain with a long pitch of 12.661 A and the adjacent Zn…Zn distance of 11.056 and 12.245 A. There exists a 2D supramolecular framework linked by π-π stacking (3.312 A) between adjacent benzimidazoles of bbp ligands and intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between the uncoordinated carboxylate oxygen atoms (O(2), 0(5)) and the uncoordinated imidazolyl N atoms (N…O distances 2.706 and 2.786 A). There also exist two interlayer π-π stacking interactions of 3.299 A between adjacent central pyridines of bbp ligand and 3.176 A between the phenyl groups of p-pdoa ligand. Such π-π stacking interactions extend the two-dimensional layers into a 3D supramolecular network.  相似文献

A homodinuclear complex (NH3CH2CH2CH2NH3)2 {Na2[(C6H4O2)2] (C6H4O2H)2} (1) has been synthesized by a solution-based self-assembly route. It crystallized in monoclinic system with space group P21/c. Every sodium ion coordinates in a tetragonal prism fashion with two O atoms of a terminal chelating catecholate ligand and three O atoms from two bridging catecholate ligands. Two neighboring NaO5 tetragonal prisms are edge-shared and centrosymmetric with regard to the inversion center to form a binuclear cluster {Na2[(C6H4O2)2](C6H4OOH)2}^4- anion. The complex anions were aligned parallelly by n-n interaction and linked with the protonated 1,3-propylenediamine through hydrogen bonds which were assembled into a multi-lamellar structure with channels. The crystal exhibits rectangular geometry with an interior triangle hollow structure under optical microscopy. And the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicates that the wall of the tubes shows multi-lamella morphologies. Further, the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveals that the crystal is composed of multi-lamellar nano-tubes with diameters less than 100 nm. The molecular structure of the complex was compared with that of its isomer complex 2.  相似文献

A novel ligand N-ethyl-1,10-phenanthroline-2-methanamine and its Ni(Ⅱ) complex have been synthesized. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The Ni(Ⅱ) is five-coordinated by three nitrogen atoms from the ligand and two Cl- anions in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal environment: the N(2), Cl(1) and Cl(2) in equatorial plane; the N(1) and N(3) in axial positions. The UV-spectra and IR-spectra of the ligand and its Ni(Ⅱ) complex were recorded and discussed. The thermodynamic properties of the ligand with various bivalent metals were studied by potentiometric titrations and the order of the stability constants is in agreement with the Irving-Williams order in coordination chemistry. Crystallographic data: C88H58La2N12O20, Mr = 1881.28, triclinic P1, a = 7.518(3), b = 17.033(6), c = 17.551(6)A, α = 115.333(4), β = 92.9910(10), γ = 99.366(5)°, V = 1985.3(12)A^3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.574 g/cm^3, F(000) = 944 μ = 1.145 mm^–1, the final R = 0.0281 and wR = 0.0686 for 6708 reflections with Ⅰ 〉 2σ(I). In 1, two nine-coordinated La(Ⅲ) ions are connected by two 4-cba ligands in a syn-syn bidentate coordination mode, and the other six 4-cba ligands terminate the La(Ⅲ) ions, resulting in an isolated dinuclear structure. Two different types of intramolecular hydrogen bonds, asymmetrical O-H…O and symmetrical O…H…O, exist in the crystal. The title complex molecules are connected through hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking interactions to generate a 2-D layered network.
