Cis-dioxo-tungsten(Ⅵ) complex, (NH2CH2CH2NH2)[(NH2CH2CH2NH3)2WO2(NHC6H4NH)2]2·H2O is synthesized at room temperature by the reaction of sodium tungstate with o-phenylenediamine. The crystal structure of complex was determined by X-ray diffraction structural analysis. The results show that complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/ c, a=0.712 8(2) nm, b=3.081 1(10) nm, c=0.981 9(3) nm, β=102.615(4)°, V=2.104 4(11) nm3, Z=2, μ=55.26 cm-1, F(000)=1 176. Compared the complex with its analogous biomimetic complexes of the cofactor of molybdoenzymes and tungstoenzymses, it is found that the variance of the coordination atoms and the metal ions center have no influence on the coordination feature, and exhibits distored octahedral coordination with cis-dioxo o-phenylenediamine. Alkylammonium Hexachlorometallates. I. Crystallization Properties and Crystal Structure of Diethylenetriammonium Hexachlororhodate, [H3N(CH2)2NH2(CH2)2NH3][RhCl6] The reaction of RhCl3 · 3H2O with diethylenetriamine in 12 m hydrochloric acid yielded diethylenetriammonium hexachlororhodate [H3N(CH2)2NH2(CH2)2NH3][RhCl6] ( 1 ). Dark red single crystals of the compound were grown under hydrothermal conditions at a temperature interval of 180°C to 125°C in closed glass ampoules over several weeks (space group C2/c, a = 30.956(4) Å, b = 7.371(2) Å, c = 12.9736(15) Å, β = 113.787(11)°, Z = 8, 2385 reflections with I > 0, wR2(obs.) = 0.0279, R1(I > 2σ(I)) = 0.0271). The crystal structure is determined by a complex framework of hydrogen bonds between the hexachlororhodate anions and the diethylenetriammonium cations.  相似文献

首次合成了[CH3NH3][NH3(CH2)6NH3]H3[P2Mo2W16O62]·H2O,通过元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对合成产物进行了表征,并用TGA-DSC研究了化合物的热稳定性.晶体属单斜晶系,P21/m空间群,a=1.2596(3)nm,b=1.8715(4)nm,c=1.9816(4)nm,α=γ=90°,β=90.16(3)°,V=4.671(2)nm3,Z=2,Mr=4358.66,Dc=3.100g·cm-3,μ=19.978mm-1,F(000)=3792,R=0.0835,Rw=0.2026.结果表明,在晶体结构内形成了0.7364nm×0.8354nm的微孔.  相似文献

Cis-dioxo-catecholatotungsten(Ⅴ) complex (NH2CH2CH2NH3)4[WO2(OC6H4O)2]2(NH3CH2CH2NH3)·H2O (1) was synthesized at room temperature by the reaction of tetrabutyl ammonium decatungstate with catechol in the mixed solvent of CH3OH, CH3CN and NH2CH2CH2NH2. The crystal structure of complex was determined by X-ray diffraction structural analysis. The results show that complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c,a=0.712 8(3) nm, b=3.082 3(11) nm, c=0.982 8(4) nm, β=102.639(6)°, V=2.106 8(14) nm3, Z=2, R1=0.062 8, wR2=0.183 7. Compared the complex with its analogous complexes (NH2CH2CH2NH3)3[MoO2(OC6H4O)2], it is found that the coordination structure of W have no changes in the processing of electron transfer of tungsten-containing enzymes from the result of the similarity of the EPR spectra of the complexes and flavoenzyme from milk. A novel organic/inorganic hybrid molybdenum phosphate, [NH3(CH2CH2)2NH3]3[NH3(CH2CH2)2NH2]Na5-[Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3]2·4H2O (1), involving molybdenum presented in V oxidation, has been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, i.r., u.v.–vis., x.p.s., t.g. and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure of the title compound (1) may be considered to consist of two [Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3] units bonded together with NaO6 octahedra, forming dimers. Further, these dimers connect with each other through four Na+ cations as bridges, giving rise to novel one-dimensional chain-like skeleton. Piperazines exist among inorganic chains acting as charge balancing cations.  相似文献

A new cobalt(II) carboxylate-phosphonate, namely, Co[HO2C(CH2)3NH(CH2PO3H)2]2, with a layered architecture has been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions. The Co(II) ion in the title compound is octahedrally coordinated by six phosphonate oxygen atoms from four carboxylate phosphonate ligands. Neighboring CoO6 octahedra are interconnected by phosphonate groups into a 2D layer with a 4,4-net topology. Adjacent layers are further cross-linked via hydrogen bonds between the noncoordinate carboxylate groups and noncoordinate phosphonate oxygens. The ac and dc magnetic susceptibility and magnetization measurements indicate that Co[HO2C(CH2) 3NH(CH2PO3H)2]2 is a canted antiferromagnet with T(c) = 8.75 K.  相似文献

用密度泛函理论UB3LYP/6-31G(d,p)方法研究了二甲胺自由基(CH3)2N及其质子化离子(CH3)2NH 的构象和超精细结构.在由构象研究得到的两种自由基的最稳定结构上,用密度泛函的UB3LYP和UB3PW91方法及从头计算的UHF、UMP2(FULL)方法计算了α-质子、β-质子和N核上的超精细偶合常数A(Hα)、A(Hβ)和A(N)结果表明:两种自由基中甲基内旋转的位垒均很低,分别为0.46kJ·mol-1((CH3)2NH )和2.6kJ·mol-1((CH3)2N).UB3LYP/6-31G(d,p)和UB3PW91/6-31G(d,p)计算的A(Hα)、A(Hβ)和A(N)与ESR实验结果符合得很好,UMP2/6-31G(d,p)方法的计算值与实验值符合得也较好.  相似文献

A hydrothermal reaction of iron acetylacetonate, phosphoric acid, HF, N, N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine and water at 150 °C gave rise to a new iron phosphate, [H3N(CH2)3NH2(CH2)2NH2(CH2)3NH3][Fe3F6(HPO4)2(PO4)] · 3H2O ( I ). The structure consists of Fe(1)O4F2, Fe(2)O3F3 octahedral and P(1)O3(OH) and P(2)O4 tetrahedral building units connected through their vertices to form fragments of tancoite‐type units. The tancoite‐type units are linked through the phosphate tetrahedra forming an unusual iron phosphate with a hitherto unknown low‐dimensional structure with three‐iron center.Magnetic studies indicate a complex behavior at low temperature and the high‐temperature data (150 — 300 K) has a Curie‐Weiss behavior. The calculated room temperature magnetic moment is 6 μB per Fe atom, and the Neel temperature, TN = 46K. Solvent-free Synthesis of Tetramethylammonium Salts: Synthesis and Characterization of [N(CH3)4]2[C2O4], [N(CH3)4][CO3CH3], [N(CH3)4][NO2], [N(CH3)4][CO2H], and [N(CH3)4][O2C(CH2)2CO2CH3] A general procedure to synthesize tetramethylammonium salts is presented. Several tetramethylammonium salts were prepared in a crystalline state by solvent-free reaction of trimethylamine and different methyl compounds at mild conditions: [N(CH3)4]2[C2O4] (cubic; a = 1 114.8(3) pm), [N(CH3)4][CO3CH3] (P21/n; a = 813.64(3), b = 953.36(3), c = 1 131.3(4) pm, β = 90.03(1)°), [N(CH3)4][NO2] (Pmmn; a = 821.2(4), b = 746.5(3), c = 551.5(2) pm), [N(CH3)4][CO2H] (Pmmn; a = 792.8(7), b = 791.7(3), c = 563.3(4) pm) and [N(CH3)4][O2C(CH2)2CO2CH3] (P21; a = 731.1(2), b = 826.4(3), c = 1 025.2(3) pm, β = 110.1(1)°). The tetramethylammonium salts were characterized by IR-spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The crystal structures of the methylcarbonate and the nitrite are described.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, pentane‐1,5‐di­ammonium aluminium(III) hydrogen bis(phosphate), (C5H16N2)[AlP2O8H], obtained solvothermally at 473 K, has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. It consists of one‐dimensional [AlP2O8H]2? macroanions, connected to each other by pentane­di­ammonium cations. Contrary to similar compounds with P/Al = 2, the three‐dimensional structure is mainly obtained via a network of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
