The thermolysis and/or photolysis of 3-(2-azidophenylmethylene)-4,5-dihydro-2-(3H)furanone offers a preparatively useful way towards the synthesis of indoles and quinolines. Preparative procedure for 4,5-bis(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-3-furoate from 4-chloromethyl-3-furoate is developed. It includes substitution of chlorine with iodine, phosphorylation by means of the Arbuzov reaction, chloromethylation of 4-(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-3-furoate in the position 5 of the furan ring, substitution of chlorine with iodine in the obtained chloromethyl derivative, and repeated phosphorylation with triethyl phosphite. It was found that ethyl 4-(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-5(chloromethyl)-3-furoate reacts with sodium diethyl phosphite by two pathways. Besides usual nucleophilic substitution leading to phosphonate, transfer of the reaction center in the position 2 of the furan ring takes place. The ambident diethylphosphite anion in this case reacts at the oxygen to give tertiary phosphite. The latter is oxidized with the air oxygen to form ethyl 2-(diethoxyphosphoryloxy)-4-(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-5-methyl-3-furoate. Unlike that analogous iodomethyl phosphonate is phosphorylated selectively under the conditions of the Arbuzov reaction. 相似文献

A number of imidazoles were obtained by the reaction of substituted benzils with aldehydes of the carbazole series. Chlorobenzene solutions of the imidazoles take on a green coloration on oxidation with lead dioxide. 简单份菁(或称零甲川份菁)是一种可以用作卤化银感光乳剂层感蓝增感的染料。彩色正性材料的发展,要求感蓝乳剂层使用氯溴化银乳剂,并配合使用感蓝增感染料以符合感蓝区域的光谱要求。以氩离子激光为光源的电子分色片乳剂要求对波长488nm附近有较高的敏感,此种乳剂本身感色范围偏离氩离子激光发射峰。寻找增感效率高、光谱增感峰适合的感蓝染料很有必要。本文用2-甲硫基-3-乙基-4,5二苯基噻唑对甲苯磺酸盐(1)分别与3-取代洛丹宁(2)在无水乙醇存在下反应,制得六个未见文献报导的3-取代-5-(3-乙基- 相似文献

The title compound (C19H17BrN2O4) was synthesized via a one-pot procedure starting from 4-bromobenzaldehyde, dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) and phenylhydrazine with pyridine as the catalyst. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. 2-(2-Furyl)-1(3)H-imidazo[4,5-f]quinoline was synthesized by the Weidenhagen reaction of quinoline-5,6-diamine with furfural. Its alkylation with methyl iodide in the system KOH-DMSO gave two isomeric N-methyl derivatives, 2-(2-furyl)-1-methyl-1H- and 2-(2-furyl)-3-methyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-f]quinolines, the latter prevailing. 2-(2-Furyl)-3-methyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-f]quinoline was brought into electrophilic substitution reactions: bromination, nitration, formylation, acylation, sulfonation.
