6-(3-氨基苯基)-4, 5-二氢哒嗪-3(2H)-酮的合成

以苯、丁二酸酐为原料,经傅克酰基化,硝化,与水合肼反应三步反应合成6-(3-氨基苯基)-4,5-二氢哒嗪-3(2H)-酮(1),总收率为58.3%。由3-(3-硝基苯甲酰基)丙酸(3)合成化合物1的过程中,在雷尼镍(Raney Ni)的催化下与水合肼反应,一步完成了苯环上硝基的还原和成环。重点考察了该步反应的物料配比、反应时间对产率的影响。结果表明,水合肼与化合物3的摩尔比11.7∶1,回流反应4 h,产率为82.7%。     

Substituted-γ-lactones. XXIX. N-heterocycles via photolysis or thermolysis of 3-(2-azidophenylmethylene)-4,5-dihydro-2-(3H)furanone

The thermolysis and/or photolysis of 3-(2-azidophenylmethylene)-4,5-dihydro-2-(3H)furanone offers a preparatively useful way towards the synthesis of indoles and quinolines. This method is superior over previously published methods which afforded these heterocycles in poor yields by the deoxygenative cyclization of 3-(2-nitrophenyImethylene)-4,5-dihydro-2-(3H)furanones. Synthesis of 4,5-dichloro-1-(4,5-dichloropyridazin-3-yl)pyridazin-6-one

This paper presents the synthesis of 4,5-dichloro-1-(4,5-dichloropyridazin-3-yl)pyridazin-6-one from 4,5-dichloropyridazin-6-one.     

Synthesis of ethyl 4,5-bis(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-3-furoate

Preparative procedure for 4,5-bis(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-3-furoate from 4-chloromethyl-3-furoate is developed. It includes substitution of chlorine with iodine, phosphorylation by means of the Arbuzov reaction, chloromethylation of 4-(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-3-furoate in the position 5 of the furan ring, substitution of chlorine with iodine in the obtained chloromethyl derivative, and repeated phosphorylation with triethyl phosphite. It was found that ethyl 4-(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-5(chloromethyl)-3-furoate reacts with sodium diethyl phosphite by two pathways. Besides usual nucleophilic substitution leading to phosphonate, transfer of the reaction center in the position 2 of the furan ring takes place. The ambident diethylphosphite anion in this case reacts at the oxygen to give tertiary phosphite. The latter is oxidized with the air oxygen to form ethyl 2-(diethoxyphosphoryloxy)-4-(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)-5-methyl-3-furoate. Unlike that analogous iodomethyl phosphonate is phosphorylated selectively under the conditions of the Arbuzov reaction.     

Synthesis of 4,5-diaryl-2-(n-methyl-3-carbazolyl)- and 4,5-diaryl-2-(n-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-7-carbazolyl) imidazoyl radicals

A number of imidazoles were obtained by the reaction of substituted benzils with aldehydes of the carbazole series. Chlorobenzene solutions of the imidazoles take on a green coloration on oxidation with lead dioxide. The presence of free radicals in these solutions is confirmed by the ESR spectra and by the reaction with hydroquinone, diphenylamine, carbazole, and ,-diphenyl--picrylhydrazine.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 11, pp. 1550–1551, November, 1971     

STRUCTURE OF 3-(IMIDAZOLIDIN-2-YLIDENE)-4,5-DIMETHYL-4,5-DIHYDRO-2(3H)-FURANONE, C_9H_(14)O_2N_2

The lactone ring and imidazolidine ring are twisted mutually by 12.3°. The two methyl groups are in cis positions relative to the lactone ring. There exist intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the structure.

Syntheses and Structural Characterization of 1-（4-Phenyl-2-thiazolyl）-3-（4-methylphenyl）-5-（2-furyl）-4,5-dihydro-（1H）-pyrazole and 1-（4-（4-Fluoro）phenyl-2-thiazolyl）-3-（4-methyl-phenyl）-5-（2-furyl）-4,5-dihydro-（1H）-pyrazole

The title compounds were synthesized and characterized by IR,1H-NMR,Mass and elementary analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.In 1a,intermolecular C-H…π interactions produce a three-dimensional network.In 1b,intermolecular C-H…O hydrogen bonds generate an R22(22) ring.The hydrogen bonding is supported by C-H…π interactions.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Dimethyl-3-（4-bromophenyl）-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-4,5-dicarboxylate

The title compound (C19H17BrN2O4) was synthesized via a one-pot procedure starting from 4-bromobenzaldehyde, dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) and phenylhydrazine with pyridine as the catalyst. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.115(3), b = 8.090(2), c = 20.211(5) , β = 97.032(5)°, V = 1803.7(8) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 417.25, Dc = 1.536 g/cm3, μ = 2.306 mm-1, F(000) = 852, the final R = 0.0403 and wR = 0.0895 for 2215 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).     

2-(2-Furyl)-1(3)H-imidazo[4,5-f]quinoline. Synthesis and electrophilic substitution reactions

2-(2-Furyl)-1(3)H-imidazo[4,5-f]quinoline was synthesized by the Weidenhagen reaction of quinoline-5,6-diamine with furfural. Its alkylation with methyl iodide in the system KOH-DMSO gave two isomeric N-methyl derivatives, 2-(2-furyl)-1-methyl-1H- and 2-(2-furyl)-3-methyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-f]quinolines, the latter prevailing. 2-(2-Furyl)-3-methyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-f]quinoline was brought into electrophilic substitution reactions: bromination, nitration, formylation, acylation, sulfonation. Depending on the reaction conditions, electrophilic attack could be directed at both furan ring and quinoline fragment.
