对甲基苯磺酰化蛋氨酸镧配合物的合成

合成了一种新型对甲基苯磺酰化蛋氨酸镧配合物, 并利用红外光谱、 紫外光谱及热重分析对配合物及配体的结构进行了表征和确认. 以对甲基苯磺酰化蛋氨酸镧配合物作为修饰剂, 研制了修饰碳糊电极, 该电极对镧离子具有能斯特响应, 为此建立了溶液中镧离子的直接电位分析法. 修饰电极对镧离子的能斯特响应工作曲线方程为E(mV)=-19.50pCLa(III)-363.50, 相关系数R=0.9996,线性范围为4.0×10-2～4.0×10- 6 mol · L-1, 检测下线为1.6 ×10- 6 mol · L-1, pH响应范围是3.2～6.0. 试验了14种外加离子对测定的影响, 结果表明Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Ba2+, Cu2+, Co2+等金属离子对测定有微弱干扰. 利用该修饰电极对人工合成样品中镧离子含量进行测定.     

5-(4-氯苯基)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4-甲基吡唑-3-羧酸的合成

对氯苯丙酮经三甲基氯硅烷保护后与草酸单乙酯单酰氯缩合制得4-(4-氯苯基)-3-甲基-2,4-二氧代丁酸乙酯(4);4与2,4-二氯苯肼盐酸盐缩合成腙、再经分子内环合、水解合成了制备利莫那班的关键中间体——5-(4-氯苯基)-1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4-甲基吡唑-3-羧酸,总收率30.3%,其结构经1HNMR和MS确证。     

Spectral Response to Protonation of 4-(4-(4-(Didodecylamino)phenylazo)phenyl)butyric Acid in Its Langmuir-Blodgett Monolayer

4-(4-(4-(Didodecylamino)phenylazo)phenyl)butyric acid is synthesized, and its Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) monolayer is successfully fabricated. The drastic changes in electronic spectra of this compound are found in acidic solution and in LB monolayer upon exposure to HCl vapor (mainly the decrease in absorption at 416 nm and great increase at 540 nm). The UV-visible and infrared spectra reveal a mechanism of protonation to either azo group or amino group. This phenomenon has been suggested to have its prospective application in fundamental interfacial materials for pH sensors. Copyright 2000 Academic Press.     

2-(4-氯苯基)-3-甲基丁酸的消旋

以酸酐及有机惰性溶剂作混合溶剂，少量叔胺等作催化剂，2-(4-氯苯基)-3-甲基丁酸能在比较温和的条件下基本完全消旋，收率接近90％。

介绍一个利用Friedel Crafts反应制备γ芳基取代的γ羰基酸———4对甲苯基4氧代丁酸的方法。该实验以甲苯和丁二酸酐为原料,在无水三氯化铝催化下通过付氏酰基化反应,经加热、酸化水解、水蒸气蒸馏,最后得固体产品。推荐该实验作为大学有机化学基础实验。

Light-induced Photoswitching of 4-(Phenylazo)benzoic Acid on Au(111)

Photochromic molecules can undergo a reversible conversion between two isomeric forms upon exposure to external stimuli such as electromagnetic radiation. A significant physical transformation accompanying the photoisomerization process defines them as photoswitches, with potential applications in various molecular electronic devices. As such, a detailed understanding of the photoisomerization process on surfaces and the influence of the local chemical environment on switching efficiency is essential. Herein, we use scanning tunneling microscopy to observe the photoisomerization of 4-(phenylazo)benzoic acid (PABA) assembled on Au(111) in kinetically constrained metastable states guided by pulse deposition. Photoswitching is observed at low molecular density and is absent in tight-packed islands. Furthermore, switching events were noted in PABA molecules coadsorbed in a host octanethiol monolayer, suggesting an influence of the surrounding chemical environment on photoswitching efficiency.
