H^1-Galerkin nonconforming mixed finite element methods are analyzed for integro-differential equation of parabolic type. By use of the typical characteristic of the elements, we obtain that the Galerkin mixed approximations have the same rates of convergence as in the classical mixed method, but without LBB stability condition.  相似文献

对Sobolev方程采用H1-Galerkin混合有限元方法进行数值模拟.给出了一维空间中该方法的半离散和全离散格式及其最优误差估计;并将该方法推广到二维和三维空间.与H1-Galerkin有限元方法相比,该方法不仅降低了对有限元空间的连续性要求;而且与传统的混合有限元方法具有相同的收敛阶,但其有限元空间的选取却不需要满足LBB相容条件.数值例子将进一步说明该方法的可行性与有效性.  相似文献

针对一类非线性抛物方程的混合元形式,本文提出了二重网格算法.该算法是在网格大小为H的粗网格上求解—个非线性系统,再在网格大小为h的细网格上进行两次线性计算.算法第二步和第三步的误差分别为O(△_t~2 h~(k 1) H~(2K 2)),O(△_t~2 h~(k 1) h~(-d/2)H~(4k 4)),其中k为逼近空间的多项式的次数,d为空间维数.该估计对H的选取起了很大的作用.对于粗网格上的非线性计算,本文给出了L~p(2≤p<∞)模误差估计.  相似文献

In this article, an $H^1$-Galerkin mixed finite element (MFE) method for solving the time fractional water wave model is presented. First-order backward Euler difference method and $L1$ formula are applied to approximate integer derivative and Caputo fractional derivative with order $1/2$, respectively, and $H^1$-Galerkin mixed finite element method is used to approximate the spatial direction. The analysis of stability for fully discrete mixed finite element scheme is made and the optimal space-time orders of convergence for two unknown variables in both $H^1$-norm and $L^2$-norm are derived. Further, some computing results for a priori analysis and numerical figures based on four changed parameters in the studied problem are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the current method  相似文献

In this work, two-grid characteristic finite volume schemes for the nonlinear parabolic problem are considered. In our algorithms, the diffusion term is discretized by the finite volume method, while the temporal differentiation and advection terms are treated by the characteristic scheme. Under some conditions about the coefficients and exact solution, optimal error estimates for the numerical solution are obtained. Furthermore, the two- grid characteristic finite volume methods involve solving a nonlinear equation on coarse mesh with mesh size H, a large linear problem for the Oseen two-grid characteristic finite volume method on a fine mesh with mesh size h = O(H2) or a large linear problem for the Newton two-grid characteristic finite volume method on a fine mesh with mesh size h = 0(I log hll/2H3). These methods we studied provide the same convergence rate as that of the characteristic finite volume method, which involves solving one large nonlinear problem on a fine mesh with mesh size h. Some numerical results are presented to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed methods.  相似文献

In this paper, we develop a two-grid method (TGM) based on the FEM for 2D nonlinear time fractional two-term mixed sub-diffusion and diffusion wave equations. A two-grid algorithm is proposed for solving the nonlinear system, which consists of two steps: a nonlinear FE system is solved on a coarse grid, then the linearized FE system is solved on the fine grid by Newton iteration based on the coarse solution. The fully discrete numerical approximation is analyzed, where the Galerkin finite element method for the space derivatives and the finite difference scheme for the time Caputo derivative with order $\alpha\in(1,2)$ and $\alpha_{1}\in(0,1)$. Numerical stability and optimal error estimate $O(h^{r+1}+H^{2r+2}+\tau^{\min\{3-\alpha,2-\alpha_{1}\}})$ in $L^{2}$-norm are presented for two-grid scheme, where $t,$ $H$ and $h$ are the time step size, coarse grid mesh size and fine grid mesh size, respectively. Finally, numerical experiments are provided to confirm our theoretical results and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

A nonlinear parabolic system is derived to describe compressible miscible displacement in a porous medium. The concentration equation is treated by a mixed finite element method with characteristics (CMFEM) and the pressure equation is treated by a parabolic mixed finite element method (PMFEM). Two-grid algorithm is considered to linearize nonlinear coupled system of two parabolic partial differential equations. Moreover, the $L^q$ error estimates are conducted for the pressure, Darcy velocity and concentration variables in the two-grid solutions. Both theoretical analysis and numerical experiments are presented to show that the two-grid algorithm is very effective.  相似文献

In this paper, we will investigate the error estimates and the superconvergence property of mixed finite element methods for a semilinear elliptic control problem with an integral constraint on control. The state and co-state are approximated by the lowest order Raviart-Thomas mixed finite element and the control variable is approximated by piecewise constant functions. We derive some superconvergence properties for the control variable and the state variables. Moreover, we derive $L^∞$- and $H^{-1}$-error estimates both for the control variable and the state variables. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper,a nonconforming triangular mixed finite element scheme with second order convergence behavior is proposed for the stationary Navier-Stokes equations.The new nonconforming triangular element is taken as approximation space for the velocity and the linear element for the pressure.The convergence analysis is presented and optimal error estimates of both broken H1-norm and L2-norm for velocity as well as the L2-norm for the pressure are derived.  相似文献

We derive superconvergence result for H 1-Galerkin mixed finite element method for second-order elliptic equations over rectangular partitions. Compared to standard mixed finite element procedure, the method is not subject to the Ladyzhenskaya–Bab?ska–Brezzi (LBB) condition and the approximating finite element spaces are allowed to be of different polynomial degrees. Superconvergence estimate of order 𝒪(h k+3), where k ≥ 1 is the order of the approximating polynomials employed in the Raviart–Thomas elements, is established for the flux via a postprocessing technique.  相似文献
