The paper reports on a detailed study of the N2–H2 collisional line broadening coefficient. High resolution stimulated Raman spectra of nitrogen–hydrogen mixtures have been recorded at liquid nitrogen and room temperatures. Corresponding linewidth calculations have been performed at temperatures between 77 and 500?K using the semiclassical Robert and Bonamy model for J rotational quantum numbers varying between 0 and 11. Comparison between experimental data and calculated results shows good agreement at room temperature using an adjusted value for the kinetic diameter.  相似文献

We have measured decay spectra following the N 1s→π* transition in N2 with vibrational resolution in both the intermediate and final states. Using photon energy steps of 60 meV subtle changes in both the participator and spectator lines were observed. In particular, spectra measured at photon energies on the low-energy side of the first vibrational component of the absorption curve (“detuning”) gave rise to vibrational collapse of the participator lines. At higher photon energies vibrational-lifetime interference is observed on both participator and spectator lines.  相似文献

We present the Raman spectra of nano-SnO_{2} grains with sizes from 4nm to 80nm excited by 532nm and 1.06μm lines. The enhanced Raman scattering of the nanograins is observed for both exciting lines when the grain size is less than 8nm. The less the grain size is, the more intensely the Raman scattering is enhanced. According to our results, the enhancements of the Raman intensity are a few tenfolds and different for different exciting lines when the grain size is 4nm. It can be attributed to enhanced Raman scattering by electron-hole pair excitations in the nanograins that originate from sub-microscopic (10nm) size and other defect- and surface-related features. A critical size that divides respective predominance of bulk properties and the defect-, surface-, and size-related features can be determined to be about 8nm.  相似文献

Using density functional theory,we investigate the vibrational properties and polarization-resolved Raman spectra ofα-PtO_2 and obtain the Raman tensor and angle-dependent Raman intensity of α-PtO_2.It is found that the polar plot of A_(1 g)mode in parallel polarization configuration is useful in identifying the orientation of the crystal.The Raman intensity of the Eg mode is about five times stronger than that of the A_(1 g) mode.The Raman intensity is about three times stronger when the wave vector of the incident light is in x or y direction than in z direction.Our work will help the material scientists to characterize the α-PtO_2 and to identify its orientation by comparing the experimental spectra with our result.  相似文献

The Raman shifts of nanocrystalline GaSb excited by an Ar^ ion laser at wavelengths 514.5, 496.5, 488.0, 476.5,and 457.9nm are studied by an SPEX-1403 laser Raman spectrometer respectively, and they are explained by phonon confinement, tensile stress, resonant Raman scattering and quantum size effects. The Stokes and anti-Stokes Raman spectra of GaSb nanocrystals strongly support the Raman feature of GaSb nanocrystals. The calculated optical spectra compare well with experimental data on Raman scattering GaSb nanocrystals.  相似文献

The rather weak ν2 Raman band of CD4 has been recorded with a resolution of about 0·45 cm-1. The data have been analysed in two ways: (i) treating ν2 as an isolated band, and (ii) analysing the ν2 and ν4 bands together by a simultaneous diagonalization of the v 2=1 and v 4=1 states coupled by the Bζ2,4 Coriolis interaction term. Although the former treatment is satisfactory for low J values, the explicit inclusion of the Coriolis coupling is necessary to reproduce the observed spectrum for all J values.  相似文献

基于大气激光后向散射光谱,研究和设计了探测大气CO2浓度的Raman激光雷达,其发射机采用Nd:YAG激光的三倍频354.7nm作为工作波长,发射的单脉冲能量350mJ,重复频率20Hz;接收机采用了光电倍增管(量子效率25%)和光子计数器(计数速率200MHz),探测CO2的Raman散射371.66nm(频移1285cm-1信号,(1小时累加)近地面2.5km以内信噪比不小于8.采用组合滤光片来抑制强的354.7nm Mie-Rayleigh后向散射和氧气375.4nm Raman后向散射对信号的严重干扰.比较分别来自大气CO2和参考气体N2的Raman后向散射回波,可反演出大气中CO2的相对浓度.  相似文献

掺N非晶金刚石Ta—C(N)薄膜是合成β—C3N4研究中出现的一种新型固体薄膜材料,近年来由于其优异的电化学性能受到越来越多的关注。我们用磁过滤阴极真空弧等离子体沉积(FCVAD)方法在不同N2分压下,在Si衬底上合成了Ta—C(N)薄膜。Raman和XPS分析表明Ta—C:N薄膜中的N主要以C—N的方式与C结合。N2分压越大,N/C原子比越高,最高可达31.1%。但同时sp^3键含量越低,并且合成Ta-C:N薄膜的速度越慢。  相似文献

A method of N×N sub-array crisscross insertion has been put forward. N×N holographic lens array is used for realizing PS-1 optical interconnection of the 2N×2N element array. The condition for the sub-array interlacing was analyzed. The formula of the PS-1 imaging magnifying power and the imaging distance have been given for both parallel light illumination and divergent light illumination. The results indicated that the formula of the PS-1 imaging magnifying power and imaging distance realized by N×N sub-array crisscross insertion are identical with the results of the PS realized by 2×2 holographic lens array. The experiments prove correctness of the formula.  相似文献

Raman-scattering spectra in SnO2 nanorods with different diameters were obtained at room temperature and the low-frequency Raman peaks have been observed for the first time. It was found that the low-frequency peaks shifted to high frequencies as the nanorod diameter decreased. The size dependence of the low-frequency peaks in SnO2 nanorods can be identified by the surface modes among the confined acoustic modes of SnO2 nanorods, given by solving Lamb theory. In addition, the Raman peaks of SnO2 nanorods not only vary with the excitation wavelength (514.5 nm and 785 nm), but have their line-width broadening and the line shapes asymmetric as well. Moreover, some IR active modes became Raman-active induced by disorders such as local lattice imperfections and oxygen deficiencies in the thinner nanorods when the diameter of the nanorod decreased down to 15 nm or smaller.  相似文献

Microstructure and Raman spectra of Ag-MgF_2 cermet films   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Ag-MgF2 cermet films with different Ag fractions were prepared by vacuum evaporation. The micfostruc-ture of the films was examined by Raman scattering technique. The surface-enhanced Raman spectrum for MgF2 molecules in the cermet film strongly suggests the existence of Ag nanoparticles dispersed in MgFa matrix. The intensities of the Raman spectra of Ag-MgF2 cermet films increase with Ag fraction. The enhancement of Raman scattering disappears when Ag content reaches wt.20%. The analyses with the transmission electron microscopy showed that Ag-MgF2 cermet films are mainly composed of amorphous MgF2 matrix with embedded faced-center-cubic Ag nanoparticles. It suggests that the percolation threshold should be around wt.20% of Ag content.  相似文献

Raman spectra are presented for the single bonded dimeric fullerene (C 60 - ) 2 and compared to optical spectra and Raman spectra of the isostructural and isoelectronic heterofullerene (C59N)2. The spectra of both materials exhibit strong correlations with respect to splitting, line position, and line intensity. This holds for non resonant excitation with blue and green lasers as well as for the strong resonances observed with red lasers. The latter observation is consistent with a downshift for the electronic transition energies as compared to C60. The absorption edge of thin films of (C59N)2 was found at 1.4 eV. The three intercage modes were observed at 82, 103, and 111, and at 88, 98, and 106 cm-1 for (C59N)2 and (C 60 - ) 2 , respectively. A surprising difference was found for the position of the pentagonal pinch modes in the two materials as they were observed at 1461 and at 1451 cm-1, for (C59N)2 and (C 60 - ) 2 , respectively. This is interpreted as a consequence of some characteristic differences in the electronic structure of the two compounds. Received 25 January 2000 and Received in final form 10 April 2000  相似文献

介绍了在神光Ⅱ装置上开展的长脉冲2ns三倍频激光与黑腔靶相互作用的实验。报道了采用PIN探测器阵列测量大角度受激Raman散射(SRS)角分布和采用激光卡计对背向SRS光能量积分测量的实验结果。相同实验条件下激光辐照缝靶产生的SRS光能量要强于激光与全腔靶作用产生的SRS光,小腔靶的SRS光能量要强于标准腔靶。对比长脉冲2ns及短脉冲1ns激光打靶实验结果可以看出:由于激光功率密度的下降,长脉冲激光打靶时SRS散射光能量要弱于短脉冲激光打靶。长脉冲2ns激光与标准腔靶相互作用时,等离子体堵腔比较严重。  相似文献

We report on Raman scattering of VO2 films prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering under different conditions. Our investigations revealed that the dominated Raman peaks shift towards high frequency for both V-rich and O-rich VO2 films, compared with the stoichiometry VO2 films. The experimental evidence is presented and the cause for nonstoichiometry dependence of Raman spectra of VO2 films is discussed.  相似文献

利用紫外Raman光谱技术 ,对分别以CO和CH4为碳源、由化学催化法制备的两种多壁碳纳米管以及它们的H2 吸附体系进行Raman光谱表征 ,观测到可分别归属于类石墨结构的基频模G (1 5 80cm- 1 )和D (1 41 6cm- 1 ,缺陷诱导 ) ,以及它们的二阶和三阶组合频 2D(2 83 2cm- 1 ) ,D +G (2 996cm- 1 ) ,2G (3 1 6 0cm- 1 )和 2D +G (441 2cm- 1 )的Raman峰 ;H2在这些多壁碳纳米管上吸附有两种形式 :非解离吸附分子氢H2 (a)和解离吸附生成含氢表面物种CHX(x =3 ,2 ,1 ) ,所观测在 2 85 0 ,2 96 7和 3 95 0cm- 1 处的Raman谱峰可分别归属于表面CH2 基的对称C -H伸缩模 ,CH3基的不对称C -H伸缩模 ,以及吸附态分子氢H2 (a)的H -H伸缩模  相似文献

以氯化醇钛盐表面反应法制备系列TiO2/SiO2,根据XRD,Raman和DRS表征分析,载体表面具有分子级分散的锐钛矿型TiO2微晶粒子和非晶TiOx物种.与本体TiO2相比,TiO2/SiO2的吸收带边显著蓝移,能隙增大为3.96 eV.当金属M(M:Pd,Cu和Ni)负载于TiO2/SiO2表面,可使其光吸收域扩展到可见光区,并引起吸收带边红移.相对Pd的负载,Cu,Ni的负载对TiO2/SiO2的LMCT带影响更大,其中Cu-TiO2/SiO2的能隙减小为3.68 eV.当金属氧化物MoO3负载于TiO2/SiO2上时,可以调变TiO2/SiO2的吸收带边并增强对可见光的吸收;随MoO3载量的增加,表面物种的相互作用增强,形成Mo-O-Ti复合结构,增强了LMCT带的吸收强度,并使能隙减小为3.81 eV.  相似文献

本文利用受激Raman抽运,选择性地制备了C_2H_2分子电子基态的红外非激活振动能级的单一转动态(X~1∑~+,v″=1,J″=9,11,13),并从紫外激光诱导的A~1Au(v′=1)←X~1∑~+(v″=1)荧光谱,直接测定上述三个转动态的C_2H_2—C_2H_2碰撞的消激活速率常数,它们分别为(7.96±1.04)×10~(-10),(8.79±0.97)×10~(-10),(8.76±0.88)×10~(-10)cm~3~(-1),以及由这些初始转动态向其它不同转动态(v′=1,J′=1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15)多量子跃迁转移的激活速率常数。  相似文献
