我们发展一种在催化体系可回收和无配体条件下溴化四丁基铵(TBAB)中钯催化卤代芳烃与芳基硼酸的Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应方法。我们发现水的量对反应有很大的影响。当水的用量为1 %(质量比)时,反应的结果最好。在3 mol%的醋酸钯和1.5 g的TBAB(含1%的水),一系列卤代芳烃与芳基硼酸的顺利地发生Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应,得到中等及良好的产率。而且在溴代芳烃和活泼的氯代芳烃的交叉反应中,Pd(OAc)2/TBAB催化体系可以回收重复使用多次,并且催化活性基本不变。  相似文献

A novel PdCl2/bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine‐based ligand ( 1 ) catalytic system, which is water‐soluble and air‐stable, has been successfully synthesized and applied for Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction. In the presence of catalytic amount of PdCl2/ 1 system, arylboronic acids can couple with a wide range of aryl halides, including aryl bromides and aryl chlorides. The reactions proceed under mild conditions to give excellent yields, and a wide range of functionalities is tolerated.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of dimeric [Pd{C6H2(CH2CH2NH2)–(OMe)2,2,3}(μ‐Br)]2 and monomeric [Pd{C6H2(CH2CH2NH2)–(OMe)2,2,3}Br(PPh3)] complexes as efficient, stable and air‐ and moisture‐tolerant catalysts was investigated in the Suzuki, Stille and Hiyama cross‐coupling and homo‐coupling reactions of various aryl halides. Substituted biaryls were produced in excellent yields in short reaction times using catalytic amounts of these complexes. The monomeric complex was demonstrated to be more active than the corresponding dimeric catalyst for the cross‐coupling reaction of unreactive aryl bromides and chlorides. The combination of homogeneous metal catalysts and microwave irradiation gave higher yields of products in shorter reaction times. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A palladium–fibroin complex (Pd/Fib.) was prepared by the addition of sonicated fibroin fiber in water to palladium acetate solution. Pd (OAc)2 was absorbed by fibroin and reduced with NaBH4 at room temperature to the Pd(0) nanoparticles. Powder‐X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy–energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, Fourier transform‐infrared, CHN elemental analysis and inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectroscopy were carried out to characterize the Pd/Fib. catalyst. Catalytic activity of this finely dispersed palladium was examined in the Heck coupling reaction. The catalytic coupling of aryl halides (‐Cl, ‐Br, ‐I) and olefins led to the formation of the corresponding coupled products in moderate to high yields under air atmosphere. A variety of substrates, including electron‐rich and electron‐poor aryl halides, were converted smoothly to the targeted products in simple procedure. Heterogeneous supported Pd catalyst can be recycled and reused several times.  相似文献

The Suzuki‐Miyaura type coupling reaction of aryl halides with triphenylborane‐pyridine was described. The reaction can be catalyzed by Pd(OAc)2 (5 mol%) in presence of Cs2CO3 at 50°C or 80°C, and functionalized biaryls were obtained in good to excellent yields. This protocol is general and can tolerate a wide range of functional groups.  相似文献

((2S ,4R )‐4‐Hydroxy‐N ‐(2‐methylnaphthalen‐1‐yl)pyrrolidine‐2‐carboxamide (HMNPC), an amide derived from 4‐hydroxy‐L ‐proline and 2‐methyl naphthalen‐1‐amine, is a powerful ligand for Cu‐catalyzed coupling of (hetero)aryl halides with sulfinic acid salts, allowing for first time the metal‐catalyzed coupling of (hetero)aryl chlorides and NaSO2Me. A considerable number of (hetero)aryl chlorides worked well, providing the pharmaceutically important (hetero)aryl methylsulfones in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

An efficient photoredox/nickel catalyzed sulfonylation reaction of aryl, heteroaryl, and vinyl halides has been achieved for the first time. This newly developed sulfonylation protocol provides a versatile method for the synthesis of diverse aromatic sulfones at room temperature and shows excellent functional group tolerance. The electrophilic coupling partners are not limited to aryl, heteroaryl, and vinyl bromides and iodides, but also includes less reactive aryl chlorides as suitable substrates for this transformation.  相似文献

The in situ prepared three‐component system Pd(OAc)2–1,3‐dialkylbenzimidazolium chlorides ( 2a – f ) and Cs2CO3 catalyses, quantitatively, the Suzuki cross‐coupling of deactivated aryl chlorides and Heck coupling reactions of aryl bromide and iodide substrates. Pd(MeCN)2Cl2/PCy3 was found to be an efficient catalytic system for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐couplings of aryl chlorides with arylboronic acids under solvent‐free conditions. Furthermore, the presence of the conventional solvents had deleterious effect on the reaction. In the presence of Pd(MeCN)2Cl2, PCy3, and TBAF (tetran‐butylammonium fluoride), a number of aryl chlorides including heteroaryl chlorides were coupled with arylboronic acids or heteroarylboronic acids smoothly to afford the corresponding products in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

A general and highly efficient trifluoromethylated-N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC)-based catalyst for the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura reaction was reported. In the presence of the catalyst, reactions of non-activated aryl chlorides and triflates with aryl boronic acids occurred at room temperature with good to excellent yields (63–98%). In addition, catalysts generated from a combination of Pd(OAc)2/imidazolium salt 6a is not only effective for the coupling of heteroaryl boronic acid with aryl halides and heteroaryl halides, but also efficient for coupling of other heteroaryl halides and heteroaryl boronic acids. Finally, the catalyst is highly effective for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of aryl bromides and chlorides with 0.01–0.1 mol % loading if the temperature was raised at refluxed THF/H2O.  相似文献

An N‐heterocyclic carbene and phosphite synergistically enhanced Pd/C catalyst system has been developed for Suzuki coupling of aryl chlorides and aryl boronic acids from commercially available Pd/C with sterically demanding N,N′‐bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)imidazolylidene and trimethylphosphite. A remarkable increase in catalytic activity of Pd/C was observed when used along with 1 equiv. N,N′‐bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)imidazolium chloride and 2 equiv. phosphite with respect to palladium in appropriate solvents that were found to play a crucial role in Pd/C‐NHC‐P(OR)3‐catalyzed Suzuki coupling. A dramatic ortho‐substitution effect of carbonyl and nitrile groups in aryl chlorides was observed and explained by a modified quasi‐heterogeneous catalysis mechanism. The Pd/C catalyst could be easily recovered from reaction mixtures by simple filtration and only low palladium contamination was detected in the biparyl products. A practical process for the synthesis of 4‐biphenylcarbonitrile has therefore been developed using the N‐heterocyclic carbene/phosphite‐assisted Pd/C‐catalyzed Suzuki coupling. We report an efficient means of sp2–sp3 cross coupling for a variety of terminal monosubstituted olefins with aryl electrophiles using Pd and CuH catalysis. In addition to its applicability to a range of aryl bromide substrates, this process was also suitable for electron‐deficient aryl chlorides, furnishing higher yields than the corresponding aryl bromides in these cases. The optimized protocol does not require the use of a glovebox and employs air‐stable Cu and Pd complexes as precatalysts. A reaction on 10 mmol scale further highlighted the practical utility of this protocol. Employing a similar protocol, a series of cyclic alkenes were also examined. Cyclopentene was shown to undergo efficient coupling under these conditions. Lastly, deuterium‐labeling studies indicate that deuterium scrambling does not take place in this sp2‐sp3 cross coupling, implying that β‐hydride elimination is not a significant process in this transformation.  相似文献

An efficient catalytic system using 1‐benzyl‐4‐aza‐1‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane chloride and PdCl2 was developed for the cross‐coupling reaction of arylboronic acids with acyl chlorides. The catalytic amount of this homogeneous catalytic system affords the corresponding diaryl and alkyl aryl ketones in good to excellent yields under mild reaction conditions. The Pd(dba)2‐catalyzed reaction of Z‐1‐aryl‐1‐(tributylstannyl)‐2‐(trimethylsilyl)ethenes with allyl bromide in the presence of copper(I) iodide is reported for the first time. The reaction in the presence of 0.5 mol% Pd(dba)2 and 8 mol% CuI in dimethylformamide takes place at room temperature to give E‐2‐aryl‐1‐(trimethylsilyl)penta‐1,4‐dienes exclusively in isolated yields of 62–99%. A new protocol for the NiCl2 ‐catalyzed cross‐electrophile coupling of aryl bromides with pyrimidin‐2‐yl tosylates to give the corresponding C2 ‐arylation pyrimidine derivatives has been developed. In this work, ortho‐palladated complexes [Pd(µ‐Cl)(C6H4CH2 NRR′‐κ2‐C,N)]2 and [Pd(C6H4CH2NH2‐2‐C,N)Cl(Y)] were tested in the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction. Cyclopalladated Pd(II) complexes as thermally stable catalysts can activate aryl bromides and chlorides. These complexes were active and efficient catalysts for the Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of aryl bromides and even less reactive aryl chlorides. The cross‐coupled products of a variety of aryl bromides and aryl chloride with phenylboronic acid in methanol as solvent at 60 °C were produced in excellent yields. Stereospecific synthesis of a family of novel (E)‐2‐aryl‐1‐silylalka‐1,4‐dienes or (E)‐4‐aryl‐5‐silylpenta‐1,2,4‐trienes via a cross‐coupling of (Z)‐silyl(stannyl)ethenes with allyl halides or propargyl bromide is described. In the reaction with allyl bromide, either a Pd(dba)2? CuI combination (dba, dibenzylideneacetone) in DMF or copper(I) iodide in DMSO–THF readily catalyzes or mediates the coupling reaction of (Z)‐silyl(stannyl)ethenes at room temperature, producing novel vinylsilanes bearing an allyl group β to silicon with cis ‐disposition in good yields. Allyl chlorides as halides can be used in the CuI‐mediated reaction. CuI alone much more effectively mediates the cross‐coupling reaction with propargyl bromide in DMSO–THF at room temperature compared with a Pd(dba)2? CuI combination catalysis in DMF, providing novel stereodefined vinylsilanes bearing an allenyl group β to silicon with cis ‐disposition in good yields. An agro waste‐derived, ‘water extract of pomegranate ash’ (WEPA), has been utilized for the first time as a renewable medium for Pd(OAc)2‐catalysed Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling at room temperature. This method offers a simple and sustainable synthesis of biaryls from aryl halides and arylboronic acids under ligand‐ and external base‐free aerobic and ambient conditions. This method has been found effective for both activated and unactivated aryl halides in the production of biaryls with moderate to nearly quantitative yields. The protocol shows high chemoselectivity over identical/similar reactive sites in aryl halides (i.e. selectivity over identical halogens or different halogens of aryl halides). This method exhibits high regioselectivity, i.e. the selective reactivity of a halogen over other identical halogens at different positions on the aromatic nucleus. Therefore, we disclose here a clean, benign, substantial chemo‐ and regioselective and highly economic alternative method for the palladium‐assisted synthesis of biaryls using an agro waste‐derived medium.  相似文献
