N‐Heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complexes bromo(1,3‐dibenzyl‐1,3‐dihydro‐2H‐imidazol‐2‐ylidene)silver(I) ( 2a ), bromo[1‐(4‐cyanobenzyl)‐3‐methyl‐1,3‐dihydro‐2H‐imidazol‐2‐ylidene]silver(I) ( 2b ), and bromo[1‐(4‐cyanobenzyl)‐3‐methyl‐1,3‐dihydro‐2H‐benzimidazol‐2‐ylidene]silver(I) ( 2c ) were prepared by the reaction of 1,3‐dibenzyl‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium bromide ( 1a ), 3‐(4‐cyanobenzyl)‐1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium bromide ( 1b ), and 3‐(4‐cyanobenzyl)‐1‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazol‐3‐ium bromide ( 1c ), respectively, with silver(I) oxide. NHC Complexes chloro(1,3‐dibenzyl‐1,3‐dihydro‐2H‐imidazol‐2‐ylidene)gold(I) ( 3a ), chloro[1‐(4‐cyanobenzyl)‐3‐methyl‐1,3‐dihydro‐2H‐imidazol‐2‐ylidene]gold(I) ( 3b ), and chloro[1‐(4‐cyanobenzyl)‐3‐methyl‐1,3‐dihydro‐2H‐benzimidazol‐2‐ylidene]gold(I) ( 3c ) were prepared via transmetallation of corresponding (bromo)(NHC)silver(I) complexes with chloro(dimethylsulfido)gold(I). The complex 3a was characterized in two polymorphic forms by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction showing two rotamers in the solid state. The cytotoxicities of all three bromo(NHC)silver(I) complexes and three (chloro)(NHC)gold(I) complexes were investigated through 3‐(4,5‐dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenyl‐2H‐tetrazolium bormide (MTT)‐based preliminary in vitro testing on the Caki‐1 cell line in order to determine their IC50 values. (Bromo)(NHC)silver(I) complexes 2a – 2c and (chloro)(NHC)gold(I) complexes 3a – 3c were found to have IC50 values of 27±2, 28±2, 34±6, 10±1, 12±5, and 12±3 μM , respectively, on the Caki‐1 cell line.  相似文献

Treatment of the (isocyanide)gold(I) species LAuCl (L=tBuNC, 2,6‐Me2C6H3NC) with 4‐mercaptobenzoic acid in the presence of NaOMe yields the complexes [Au(4‐SC6H4CO2H)L] in good yield. Reaction of LAuCl with 2‐HSQn (Qn=quinoline) and 2‐HSPy (Py=pyridine) under the same conditions provides the thiolato compounds [Au(2‐SQn)L] and [Au(2‐SPy)L], respectively. A structural investigation of the pyridylthiolato compound revealed chains of molecules with alternating medium and long Au−Au interactions. Treatment of this compound with HBF4 results in the cationic species [Au(2‐HSPy)(2,6‐Me2C6H3NC)]+ as the BF4 salt. The same product is obtained on reaction of [AuCl(2,6‐Me2C6H3NC)] with AgOTf followed by HSPy. Treatment of the gold(I) halide compounds LAuCl (L=tBuNC, 2,6‐Me2C6H3NC) with potassium 1,3,4‐thiadiazole‐2,5‐dithiolate (KSSSK) leads to the isolation of dinuclear thiolatogold complexes [(AuL)2(SSS)]. These products go on to form insoluble polymers through loss of isocyanide on standing in solution. A single crystal of [{Au(tBuNC)}2(SSS)] was obtained and the subsequent structural analysis revealed one of the most complicated networks known based solely on aurophilic interactions. A good comparison to the ‘soft' S‐donation of the thiolato ligands was provided by the synthesis of a number of nitratogold(I)complexes with the anion bound through the ‘hard' O‐donor. Reaction of iPrNC and CyNC with Au(tht)Cl provided the complexes [AuCl(iPrNC)] and [AuCl(CyNC)], respectively. These compounds were found to yield the respective nitrato species [Au(NO3)iPrNC)] and [(Au(NO3)(CyNC)] on treatment with AgNO3. The nitrato complexes yielded single crystals enabling a structural investigation to be carried out. While [Au(NO3)(CyNC)] has a more conventional structure with dimers aligned into strings with alternating short and long aurophilic bonding, [Au(NO3)(iPrNC)] has a unique structure based on strings of alternating, corner‐sharing Au6 and Au8 units with short Au−Au contacts in edge‐sharing Au3 triangles.  相似文献

The silyloxycyclopentadienyl hydride complexes [Re(H)(NO)(PR3)(C5H4OSiMe2tBu)] (R=iPr ( 3 a ), Cy ( 3 b )) were obtained by the reaction of [Re(H)(Br)(NO)(PR3)2] (R=iPr, Cy) with Li[C5H4OSiMe2tBu]. The ligand–metal bifunctional rhenium catalysts [Re(H)(NO)(PR3)(C5H4OH)] (R=iPr ( 5 a ), Cy ( 5 b )) were prepared from compounds 3 a and 3 b by silyl deprotection with TBAF and subsequent acidification of the intermediate salts [Re(H)(NO)(PR3)(C5H4O)][NBu4] (R=iPr ( 4 a ), Cy ( 4 b )) with NH4Br. In nonpolar solvents, compounds 5 a and 5 b formed an equilibrium with the isomerized trans‐dihydride cyclopentadienone species [Re(H)2(NO)(PR3)(C5H4O)] ( 6 a,b ). Deuterium‐labeling studies of compounds 5 a and 5 b with D2 and D2O showed H/D exchange at the HRe and HO positions. Compounds 5 a and 5 b were active catalysts in the transfer hydrogenation reactions of ketones and imines with 2‐propanol as both the solvent and H2 source. The mechanism of the transfer hydrogenation and isomerization reactions was supported by DFT calculations, which suggested a secondary‐coordination‐sphere mechanism for the transfer hydrogenation of ketones.  相似文献

Five different highly fluorescent boron‐dipyrromethene (BODIPY)‐tagged N‐heterocyclic carbene NHC–gold halide complexes were synthesized. The substitution of the halogeno ligand by 4‐substituted aryl thiolates leads to a decrease in the brightness of the complexes. This decrease depends on the electronic nature of the thiols, being most pronounced with highly electron‐rich thiols (4‐R=NMe2). The brightness of the gold thiolates also depends on the distance between the sulfur atom and the BODIPY moiety. The systematic variation of the electron density of [(NHC–bodipy)Au(SC6H4R)] (via different R groups) enables the systematic variation of the fluorescence brightness of an appended BODIPY fluorophore. Based on this and supported by DFT calculations, a photoinduced electron‐transfer quenching appears to be the dominant mechanism controlling the brightness of the appended BODIPY dye.  相似文献

Tetranuclear Cluster Complexes of the Type [MM′(AuR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (M,M′ = Mn, Re; R = Ph, Cy, Et): Synthesis, Structure, and Topomerisation The dirhenium complex [Re2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax‐H2PCy)] ( 1 ) reacts at room temperature in thf solution with each two equivalents of the base DBU and of ClAuPR3 (R = Ph, Cy, Et) in a photochemical reaction process to afford the tetranuclear clusters [Re2(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 2 ), Cy ( 3 ), Et ( 4 )) in yields of 35–48%. The homologue [Mn2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax‐H2PCy)] ( 5 ) leads under the same reaction conditions to the corresponding products [Mn2(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 6 ), Et ( 8 )). Also [MnRe(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax/eq‐H2PCy)] ( 9 ) reacts under formation of [MnRe(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 10 ), Et ( 11 )). All new cluster complexes were identified by means of 1H‐NMR, 31P‐NMR and ν(CO)‐IR spectroscopic measurements. 2 , 4 and 10 have also been characterized by single crystal X‐ray structure analyses with crystal parameters: 2 triclinic, space group P 1, a = 12.256(4) Å, b = 12.326(4) Å, c = 24.200(6) Å, α = 83.77(2)°, β = 78.43(2)°, γ = 68.76(2)°, Z = 2; 4 monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 12.851(3) Å, b = 18.369(3) Å, c = 40.966(8) Å, β = 94.22(1)°, Z = 8; 10 triclinic, space group P 1, a = 12.083(1) Å, b = 12.185(2) Å, c = 24.017(6) Å, α = 83.49(29)°, β = 78.54(2)°, γ = 69.15(2)°, Z = 2. The trapezoid arrangement of the metal atoms in 2 and 4 show in the solid structure trans‐positioned an open and a closed Re…Au edge. In solution these edges are equivalent and, on the 31P NMR time scale, represent two fluxional Re–Au bonds in the course of a topomerization process. Corresponding dynamic properties were observed for the dimanganese compounds 6 and 8 but not for the related MnRe clusters 10 and 11 . 2 and 4 are the first examples of cluster compounds with a permanent Re–Au bond valence isomerization.  相似文献

Removal of the chloride ligand from [AuCl( 1 ‐κP)] ( 2 ) containing a P‐monodentate 1′‐(diphenylphosphanyl)‐1‐cyanoferrocene ligand ( 1 ), by using silver(I) salts affords cationic complexes of the type [Au( 1 )]X, which exist either as cyclic dimers [Au( 1 )]2X2 ( 3 a , X=SbF6; 3 c , X=NTf2) or linear coordination polymers [Au( 1 )]nXn ( 3 a′ , X=SbF6; 3 b′ , X=ClO4), depending on anion X and the isolation procedure. As demonstrated for 3 a′ , the polymers can be readily cleaved by the addition of donors, such as Cl?, tetrahydrothiophene (tht) or 1 , giving rise to the parent compound 2 , [Au(tht)( 1 ‐κP)][SbF6] ( 5 a ) or [Au( 1 ‐κP)2][SbF6] ( 4 a ), respectively, of which the last two compounds can also be prepared by stepwise replacement of tht in [Au( 1 ‐κP)2][SbF6]. The particular combination of a firmly coordinated (phosphane) and a dissociable (nitrile) donor moieties renders complexes 3/3′ attractive for catalysis because they can serve as shelf‐stable precursors of coordinatively unsaturated AuI fragments, analogous to those that result from the widely used [Au(PR3)(RCN)]X catalysts. The catalytic properties of the Au‐ 1 complexes were evaluated in model annulation reactions, such as the synthesis of 2,3‐dimethylfuran from (Z)‐3‐methylpent‐2‐en‐4‐yn‐1‐ol and oxidative cyclisation of alkynes with nitriles to produce 2,5‐disubstituted 1,3‐oxazoles. Of the compounds tested ( 2 , 3 a′ , 3 b′ , 3 a , 4 a and 5 a ), the best results were consistently achieved with dimer 3 c , which has good solubility in organic solvents and only one firmly bound donor at the gold atom. This compound was advantageously used in the key steps of annuloline and rosefuran syntheses.  相似文献

Five mono‐nuclear silver(I) complexes with the ligand 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline, namely [Ag(DPEphos)(dmp)]BF4 ( 1 ), [Ag(DPEphos)(dmp)]CF3SO3 ( 2 ), [Ag(DPEphos)(dmp)]ClO4 ( 3 ), [Ag(DPEphos)(dmp)]NO3 ( 4 ), and [Ag(dppb)(dmp)]NO3 · CH3OH ( 5 ) {DPEphos = bis[2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)phenyl]ether, dppb = 1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphanyl)benzene, dmp = 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline} were characterized by X‐ray diffraction, IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR and fluorescence spectroscopy. Their terahertz (THz) time‐domain spectra were also studied. In these complexes the silver(I), which is coordinated by two kinds of chelating ligands, adopts four‐coordinate modes to generate mono‐nuclear structures. In complexes 1 , 3 – 5 , offset π ··· π weak interactions exist between the neighboring benzene rings. In the 31P NMR spectra, there exist splitting signals (dd), which can be attributed to the coupling of the 107,109Ag–31P. All the emission peaks of these complexes are attributed to ligand‐centered excited states.  相似文献

The asymmetric desymmetrization of meso‐2‐alkynylbenzenediols through the use of a combination of axially chiral diphosphine(AuCl)2 precatalysts and silver salt co‐catalysts gave optically active isochromene compounds with high enantioselectivities in good yields. The corresponding dl ‐diol isomers underwent efficient kinetic resolution to give the cyclized isochromenes and recovered diols with high enantioselectivities under similar conditions. The high reactivity and selectivity in the desymmetrization of the meso‐diols is independent of the combination of axially chiral diphosphine(AuCl)2 precatalyst and silver salt co‐catalyst, whereas the corresponding tricarbonylchromium complexes of alkynylbenzenediols were affected by the combination of the diphosphine(AuCl)2 and silver salt. The reactivity was largely dependent on the nature of the gold(I) species.  相似文献

Ketimino(phosphino)gold(I) complexes of the type [Au[NR=C(Me)R']L]X (X = ClO4, R = H, L = PPh3, R'=Me (la), Et (2a); L=PAr3 (Ar=C6H4OMe-4), R'=Me (1b), Et (2b); L=PPh3, R=R'=Me (3); X= CF3SO3 (OTf), L=PPh3, R=R'=Me (3'); R=Ar, R'=Me (4)) have been prepared from [Au(acac)L] (acac = acetyl acetonate) and ammonium salts [RNH3]X dissolved in the appropriate ketone MeC(O)R'. Complexes [Au(NH=CMe2)2]X (X = C1O4 (6), OTf (6')) were obtained from solutions of [Au(NH3)2]X in acetone. The reaction of 6 with PPN[AuCl2] or with PhICl2 gave [AuCl(NH=CMe2)] (7) or [AuCI2(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 (8), respectively. Complex 7 was oxidized with PhICl2 to give [AuCl3(NH=CMe2)] (9). The reaction of [AuCl(tht)] (tht = tetrahydrothiophene), NaClO4, and ammonia in acetone gave [Au(acetonine)2]ClO4 (10) (acetonine = 2,2,4,4,6-pentamethyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydropyrimidine) which reacted with PPh3 or with PPN[AuCl2] to give [Au(PPh3)(acetonine)]ClO4 (11) or [AuCl(acetonine)] (12), respectively. Complex 11 reacts with [Au(PPh3)(Me2CO)]ClO4 to give [(AuPPh3)2(mu-acetonine)](ClO4)2 (13). The reaction of AgClO4 with acetonine gave [Ag(acetonine)(OClO3)] (14). The crystal structures of [Au(NH2Ar)(PPh3)]OTf (5), 6' and 10 have been determined.  相似文献

A series of iridium tetrahydride complexes [Ir(H)4(PSiP‐R)] bearing a tridentate pincer‐type bis(phosphino)silyl ligand ([{2‐(R2P)C6H4}2MeSi], PSiP‐R, R=Cy, iPr, or tBu) were synthesized by the reduction of [IrCl(H)(PSiP‐R)] with Me4N ⋅ BH4 under argon. The same reaction under a nitrogen atmosphere afforded a rare example of thermally stable iridium(III)–dinitrogen complexes, [Ir(H)2(N2)(PSiP‐R)]. Two isomeric dinitrogen complexes were produced, in which the PSiP ligand coordinated to the iridium center in meridional and facial orientations, respectively. Attempted substitution of the dinitrogen ligand in [Ir(H)2(N2)(PSiP‐Cy)] with PMe3 required heating at 150 °C to give the expected [Ir(H)2(PMe3)(PSiP‐Cy)] and a trigonal bipyramidal iridium(I)–dinitrogen complex, [Ir(N2)(PMe3)(PSiP‐Cy)]. The reaction of [Ir(H)4(PSiP‐Cy)] with three equivalents of 2‐norbornene (nbe) in benzene afforded [IrI(nbe)(PSiP‐Cy)] in a high yield, while a similar reaction of [Ir(H)4(PSiP‐R)] with an excess of 3,3‐dimethylbutene (tbe) in benzene gave the C H bond activation product, [IrIII(H)(Ph)(PSiP‐R)], in high yield. The oxidative addition of benzene is reversible; heating [IrIII(H)(Ph)(PSiP‐Cy)] in the presence of PPh3 in benzene resulted in reductive elimination of benzene, coordination of PPh3, and activation of the C H bond of one aromatic ring in PPh3. [IrIII(H)(Ph)(PSiP‐R)] catalyzed a direct borylation reaction of the benzene C H bond with bis(pinacolato)diboron. Molecular structures of most of the new complexes in this study were determined by a single‐crystal X‐ray analysis.  相似文献

The reactions of the iridaphosphirene complex [Ir{=C(tBu)P(Cy)}(CO)(PPh3)2] (Cy = cyclohexyl) with either [AuCl(tht)] (tht = tetrahydrothiophene) or AgCl result in the products [Ir{=C(tBu)P[M(Cl)](Cy)}(CO)(PPh3)2], M = Au or Ag. The aurated product can additionally be obtained on reaction of the iridaphosphirene with [AuCl(CNtBu)], via loss of the isocyanide ligand. Treatment of [Ir{=C(tBu)P(Cy)}(CO)(PPh3)2] with [AuCl(PPh3)] in the presence of silver triflate leads to the isolation of the salt, [Ir{=C(tBu)P[Au(PPh3)](Cy)}(CO)(PPh3)2][SO3CF3]. Reaction of the iridaphosphirene with PhHgCl in the absence or presence of silver triflate affords the mercurated species [Ir{=C(tBu)P[Hg(Ph)](Cy)}(CO)(PPh3)2]X, X = Cl or CF3SO3, respectively. The former exhibits a weakly mercury-coordinated chloride ion. The X-ray crystal structures of all of the complexes are described.  相似文献

The first diphosphines based on a double calixarene, namely 1,4 (or 1,3)‐bis‐(5‐diphenylphosphino‐25,26,27,28‐tetrapropoxycalix[4]aren‐17‐yl)benzene ( L2 , L3 ) were each prepared in four steps starting from 5,17‐dibromo‐25,26,27,28‐tetrapropoxycalix[4]arene. Upon reaction of L2 with [Au(tht)(thf)]BF4, (tht=C4H8S) a rigid metallo‐capsule was quantitatively formed, which adopts an oblique form owing to the distinct nature of the spacers linking the two calixarene half‐spheres. In the solid state, the 1,4‐substituted phenylene linker is turned towards the gold ion, suggesting the existence of weak bonding interactions between two aromatic CH protons of this ring and the metal centre (Au???H=2.67 Å). In contrast to this gold complex, the related silver complex shows dynamic behaviour in solution, the exchange between two enantiomeric oblique forms being facilitated by the greater stereochemical flexibility of AgI vs. AuI. A heteronuclear 109Ag{1H} HMQC experiment established strong correlations between the CH protons of the phenylene linker and the 109Ag ion. Dynamic behaviour similar to that observed for the silver complex was further observed in trans‐[PtCl2? L2 ], a chelate complex that could be obtained quantitatively from L2 and [PtCl2(PhCN)2]. The intended formation of a chelate complex leading to a capsule with an endo‐oriented metal centre was achieved by reacting L3 with [Pd(allyl)(thf)2]BF4. The complex thus formed constitutes the first organometallic transition metal complex embedded in a cavity with large portals. Binding of [RuCl2(p‐cymene)] to L2 and L3 resulted in self‐compacting bimetallic complexes in which each calixarene basket entraps a Ru(p‐cymene) unit, thereby forming molecules occupying a minimal volume.  相似文献

The reaction of new dinuclear gold(I) organometallic complexes containing mesityl ligands and bridging bidentate phosphanes [Au2(mes)2(μ‐LL)] (LL=dppe: 1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphano)ethane 1 a , and water‐soluble dppy: 1,2‐bis(di‐3‐pyridylphosphano)ethane 1 b ) with Ag+ and Cu+ lead to the formation of a family of heterometallic clusters with mesityl bridging ligands of the general formula [Au2M(μ‐mes)2(μ‐LL)][A] (M=Ag, A=ClO4?, LL=dppe 2 a , dppy 2 b ; M=Ag, A=SO3CF3?, LL=dppe 3 a , dppy 3 b ; M=Cu, A=PF6?, LL=dppe 4 a , dppy 4 b ). The new compounds were characterized by different spectroscopic techniques and mass spectrometry The crystal structures of [Au2(mes)2(μ‐dppy)] ( 1 b ) and [Au2Ag(μ‐mes)2(μ‐dppe)][SO3CF3] ( 3 a ) were determined by a single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction study. 3 a in solid state is not a cyclic trinuclear Au2Ag derivative but it gives an open polymeric structure instead, with the {Au2(μ‐dppe)} fragments “linked” by {Ag(μ‐mes)2} units. The very short distances of 2.7559(6) Å (Au? Ag) and 2.9229(8) Å (Au? Au) are indicative of gold–silver (metallophilic) and aurophilic interactions. A systematic study of their luminescence properties revealed that all compounds are brightly luminescent in solid state, at room temperature (RT) and at 77 K, or in frozen DMSO solutions with lifetimes in the microsecond range and probably due to the self‐aggregation of [Au2M(μ‐mes)2(μ‐LL)]+ units (M=Ag or Cu; LL=dppe or dppy) into an extended chain structure, through Au? Au and/or Au? M metallophilic interactions, as that observed for 3 a . In solid state the heterometallic Au2M complexes with dppe ( 2 a – 4 a ) show a shift of emission maxima (from ca. 430 to the range of 520‐540 nm) as compared to the parent dinuclear organometallic product 1 a while the complexes with dppy ( 2 b–4 b ) display a more moderate shift (505 for 1 b to a max of 563 nm for 4 b ). More importantly, compound [Au2Ag(μ‐mes)2(μ‐dppy)]ClO4 ( 2 b ) resulted luminescent in diluted DMSO solution at room temperature. Previously reported compound [Au2Cl2(μ‐LL)] (LL dppy 5 b ) was also studied for comparative purposes. The antimicrobial activity of 1–5 and Ag[A] (A=ClO4?, SO3CF3?) against Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative bacteria and yeast was evaluated. Most tested compounds displayed moderate to high antibacterial activity while heteronuclear Au2M derivatives with dppe ( 2 a – 4 a ) were the more active (minimum inhibitory concentration 10 to 1 μg mL?1). Compounds containing silver were ten times more active to Gram‐negative bacteria than the parent dinuclear compound 1 a or silver salts. Au2Ag compounds with dppy ( 2 b , 3 b ) were also potent against fungi.  相似文献

The aurophilicity exhibited by AuI complexes depends strongly on the nature of the supporting ligands present and the length of the Au–element (Au—E) bond may be used as a measure of the donor–acceptor properties of the coordinated ligands. A binuclear iron–gold complex, [1,3‐bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)imidazol‐2‐ylidene‐2κC2]dicarbonyl‐1κ2C‐(1η5‐cyclopentadienyl)gold(I)iron(II)(AuFe) benzene trisolvate, [AuFe(C5H5)(C27H36N2)(CO)2]·3C6H6, was prepared by reaction of K[CpFe(CO)2] (Cp is cyclopentadienyl) with (NHC)AuCl [NHC = 1,3‐bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)imidazol‐2‐ylidene]. In addition to the binuclear complex, the asymmetric unit contains three benzene solvent molecules. This is the first example of a two‐coordinated Au atom bonded to an Fe and a C atom of an N‐heterocyclic carbene.  相似文献

Na[AuCl(4)]·2H(2)O reacts with tridentate thiosemicarbazide ligands, H(2)L1, derived from N-[N',N'-dialkylamino(thiocarbonyl)]benzimidoyl chloride and thiosemicarbazides under formation of air-stable, green [AuCl(L1)] complexes. The organic ligands coordinate in a planar SNS coordination mode. Small amounts of gold(I) complexes of the composition [AuCl(L3)] are formed as side-products, where L3 is an S-bonded 5-diethylamino-3-phenyl-1-thiocarbamoyl-1,2,4-triazole. The formation of the triazole L3 can be explained by the oxidation of H(2)L1 to an intermediate thiatriazine L2 by Au(3+), followed by a desulfurization reaction with ring contraction. The chloro ligands in the [AuCl(L1)] complexes can readily be replaced by other monoanionic ligands such as SCN(-) or CN(-) giving [Au(SCN)(L1)] or [Au(CN)(L1)] complexes. The complexes described in this paper represent the first examples of fully characterized neutral Gold(III) thiosemicarbazone complexes. All the [AuCl(L1)] compounds present a remarkable cell growth inhibition against human MCF-7 breast cancer cells. However, systematic variation of the alkyl groups in the N(4)-position of the thiosemicarbazone building blocks as well as the replacement of the chloride by thiocyanate ligands do not considerably influence the biological activity. On the other hand, the reduction of Au(III) to Au(I) leads to a considerable decrease of the cytotoxicity.  相似文献

4‐Methyl‐2‐((trimethylsilyl)amino)pyridine (ApTMSH) was synthesized via a salt metathesis reaction. Lithiation of ApTMSH with n‐BuLi afforded the transmetallation agent [(ApTMS)2Li2(OEt2)2] ( 1 ) which was structurally characterized. Reaction of 1 with AgCl and [AuCl(tht)] (tht = tetrahydrothiophene) at low temperatures in THF yielded homoleptic aminopyridinates of the heavier group 11 metals, namely [(ApTMS)6Ag6] ( 2 ) and [(ApTMS)4Au4] ( 3a and b ) after work‐up in hexane. All compounds were characterized by X‐ray crystal structure analysis. The quality of the structure determination of 3a allows establishing the connectivity only. The lithium complex 1 shows the expected structure from analogous compounds. The hexameric silver compound shows a new structural motif for silver aminopyridinates. The six‐membered ring of silver atoms has a chair conformation. Compounds 3a and b are the first homoleptic gold aminopyridinates and exhibit a rhombic arrangement of the four gold atoms.  相似文献

Piperidinium 9H-fluorene-9-carbodithioate and its 2,7-di-tert-butyl-substituted analogue [(pipH)(S(2)CCH(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7)), R = H (1a), t-Bu (1b)] and 2,7-bis(octyloxy)-9H-fluorene-9-carbodithioic acid [HS(2)CCH(C(12)H(6)(OC(8)H(17))(2)-2,7), 2] and its tautomer [2,7-bis(octyloxy)fluoren-9-ylidene]methanedithiol [(HS)(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)(OC(8)H(17))(2)-2,7), 3] were employed for the preparation of gold complexes with the (fluoren-9-ylidene)methanedithiolato ligand and its substituted analogues. The gold(I) compounds Q(2)[Au(2)(mu-kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))(2)], where Q(+) = PPN(+) or Pr(4)N(+) for R = H (Q(2)4a) or Q(+) = Pr(4)N(+) for R = OC(8)H(17) [(Pr(4)N)(2)4c], were synthesized by reacting Q[AuCl(2)] with 1a or 2 (1:1) and excess piperidine or diethylamine. Complexes of the type [(Au(PR'3))(2)(mu-kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))(2)] with R = H and R' = Me (5a), Et (5b), Ph (5c), and Cy (5d) or R = t-Bu and R' = Me (5e), Et (5f), Ph (5g), and Cy (5h) were obtained by reacting [AuCl(PR'(3))] with 1a,b (1:2) and piperidine. The reactions of 1a,b or 2 with Q[AuCl(4)] (2:1) and piperidine or diethylamine gave Q[Au(kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))(2)] with Q(+) = PPN(+) for R = H [(PPN)6a], Q(+) = PPN(+) or Bu(4)N(+) for R = t-Bu (Q6b), and Q(+) = Bu(4)N(+) for R = OC(8)H(17) [(Bu(4)N)6c]. Complexes Q6a-c reacted with excess triflic acid to give [Au(kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))(kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)CCH(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))] [R = H (7a), t-Bu (7b), OC(8)H(17) (7c)]. By reaction of (Bu(4)N)6b with PhICl(2) (1:1) the complex Bu(4)N[AuCl(2)(kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)(t-Bu)(2)-2,7))] [(Bu(4)N)8b] was obtained. The dithioato complexes [Au(SC(S)CH(C(12)H(8)))(PCy(3))] (9) and [Au(n)(S(2)CCH(C(12)H(8)))(n)] (10) were obtained from the reactions of 1a with [AuCl(PCy(3))] or [AuCl(SMe(2))], respectively (1:1), in the absence of a base. Charge-transfer adducts of general composition Q[Au(kappa(2)-S,S-S(2)C=C(C(12)H(6)R(2)-2,7))(2)].1.5TCNQ.xCH(2)Cl(2) [Q(+) = PPN(+), R = H, x = 0 (11a); Q(+) = PPN(+), R = t-Bu, x = 2 (11b); Q(+) = Bu(4)N(+), R = OC(8)H(17), x = 0 (11c)] were obtained from Q6a-c and TCNQ (1:2). The crystal structures of 5c.THF, 5e.(2)/(3)CH(2)Cl(2), 5g.CH(2)Cl(2), (PPN)6a.2Me(2)CO, and 11b were solved by X-ray diffraction studies. All the gold(I) complexes here described are photoluminescent at 77 K, and their emissions can be generally ascribed to LMMCT (Q(2)4a,c, 5a-h, 10) or LMCT (9) excited states.  相似文献

Linear gold(I) and silver(I) complexes with the ferrocenyl phosphine FcCH2PPh2 [Fc = (eta5-C5H5)Fe(eta5-C5H4)] of the types [AuR(PPh2CH2Fc)], [M(PPh3)(PPh2CH2Fc)]OTf, and [M(PPh2CH2Fc)2]OTf (M = Au, Ag) have been obtained. Three-coordinate gold(I) and silver(I) derivatives of the types [AuCl(PPh2CH2Fc)2] and [M(PPh2CH2Fc)3]X (M = Au, X = ClO4; M = Ag, X = OTf) have been obtained from the corresponding gold and silver precursors in the appropriate molar ratio, although some of them are involved in equilibria in solution. The crystal structures of [AuR(PPh2CH2Fc)] (R = Cl, C6F5), [AuL(PPh2CH2Fc)]OTf (L = PPh3, FcCH2PPh2), [Au(C6F5)3(PPh2CH2Fc)], and [Ag(PPh2CH2Fc)3]OTf have been determined by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The new 2-phenylthiocarbamoyl-1,3-dimesitylimidazolium inner salt (IMes·CSNPh) reacts with [AuCl(L)] in the presence of NH(4)PF(6) to yield [(L)Au(SCNPh·IMes)](+) (L = PMe(3), PPh(3), PCy(3), CNBu(t)). The carbene-containing precursor [(IDip)AuCl] reacts with IMes·CSNPh under the same conditions to afford the complex [(IDip)Au(SCNPh·IMes)](+) (IDip = 1,3-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene). Treatment of the diphosphine complex [(dppm)(AuCl)(2)] with one equivalent of IMes·CSNPh yields the digold metallacycle, [(dppm)Au(2)(SCNPh·IMes)](2+), while reaction of [L(2)(AuCl)(2)] with two equivalents of IMes·CSNPh results in [(L(2)){Au(SCNPh·IMes)}(2)](2+) (L(2) = dppb, dppf, or dppa; dppb = 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)butane, dppf = 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene, dppa = 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)acetylene). The homoleptic complex [Au(SCNPh·IMes)(2)](+) is formed on reaction of [AuCl(tht)] (tht = tetrahydrothiophene) with two equivalents of the imidazolium-2-phenylthiocarbamoyl ligand. This product reacts with AgOTf to yield the mixed metal compound [AuAg(SCNPh·IMes)(2)](2+). Over time, the unusual trimetallic complex [Au(AgOTf)(2)(SCNPh·IMes)(2)](+) is formed. The sulfur-oxygen mixed-donor ligands IMes·COS and SIMes·COS (SIMes = 1,3-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)imidazolin-2-ylidene) were used to prepare [(L)Au(SOC·IMes)](+) and [(L)Au(SOC·SIMes)](+) from [(L)AuCl] (L = PPh(3), CN(t)Bu). The bimetallic examples [(dppf){Au(SOC·IMes)}(2)](2+) and [(dppf){Au(SOC·SIMes)}(2)](2+) were synthesized from the reaction of [(dppf)(AuCl)(2)] with the appropriate ligand. Reaction of [(tht)AuCl] with one equivalent of IMes·COS or SIMes·COS yields [Au(SOC·IMes)(2)](+) and [Au(SOC·SIMes)(2)](+), respectively. The compounds [(Ph(3)P)Au(SCNPh·IMes)]PF(6), [(Cy(3)P)Au(SCNPh·IMes)]PF(6) and [Au(AgOTf)(2)(SCNPh·IMes)(2)]OTf were characterized crystallographically.  相似文献
