制备了Er3+Yb3+共掺微米级高折射率TiBa玻璃颗粒和微球,玻璃基材主要成分为TiO2BaCO3Ba(NO3)2CaCO3SiO2等,掺入1mol%Er2O3+3mol%Yb2O3.用976nm激光激发测量了它们的上转换绿光发射,发现当抽运功率大于30mW(功率密度约为1000W·cm-2)时,524nm峰的强度大于547nm峰的强度,随功率的增大,其强度差越来越大,实验判断,这是由于材料吸收抽运光而升温所致 关键词: 上转换发光 掺Er3+Yb3+玻璃 微球  相似文献

制备了一种新型的上转换发光材料,它不仅具有较高的上转换发光效率,而且还避免了氟化物基质的缺点。其组分为58.52%PbF2-34.43% GeO2-3% Al2O3-0.05% Er2O3-4%Yb2O3,其中GeO2为玻璃形成体氧化物,PbF2和Al2O3为调整剂,以共掺杂Er3+和Yb3+离子为上转换研究的对象。测量了该玻璃系统在980nm半导体激光器激发下的上转换发光光谱,观察到很强的658nm的红光和548,526nm的绿光,而且红光的发射强度远远强于绿光。通过对上转换发光强度与激发强度关系曲线的拟合,表明此材料的绿光发射和红光发射都为双光子过程。研究了激发光的工作电流与上转换荧光强度的关系,讨论了其上转换发光特性。  相似文献

制备了以PbF2+GeO2+WO3SiO2+NaF为基质组分的Yb3+,Er3+双掺稀土离子上转换发光玻璃陶瓷。采用日本产Hitachi F-4500荧光光度计,激发波长为980nm,观测到样品在550nm处出现较强的上转换发光峰,在528nm处有一个次发光峰,在650nm处有一个相对较弱的发光峰,讨论了发射光谱的特征,建立上转换发光机制,并讨论了上转换发光特征,以及基质成分、制备工艺参数、稀土离子浓度对发光性能的影响。实验中发现c(Yb3+):c(Er3+)为5:1时,上转换玻璃陶瓷的熔融温度为950℃、退火温度为380℃时,其上转换发光效率最高。  相似文献

利用熔融法制备了Tm3+/Yb3+/Er3+共掺氟氧硅酸盐玻璃.在980nm LD激发下,研究了Tm3+离子和Er3+离子之间的能量传递和Tm3+离子的上转换荧光,分析了Tm3+离子的上转换机理,发现蓝色上转换荧光是三光子过程对应于1 G4→3 H6的跃迁,而红色上转换荧光是双光子过程对应于1 G4→3 F4的跃迁.比较不同掺杂摩尔分数的样品的荧光强度,发现Tm3+离子的最佳掺杂摩尔分数为0.2%.  相似文献

利用粒子数速率方程和相关的辐射跃迁理论,计算了Yb3+:Pr3+:ZBLAN光纤中Pr3+离子4f5d能级两步上转换激发的动力学过程.得到不同Pr3+掺杂浓度下,激发光的光谱强度和粒子数密度的纵向分布和有效光纤长度随激发光的光谱强度的变化关系.另外,还得到了4f5d荧光强度与入射光强、光纤长度和Pr3+掺杂浓度的关系,给出了激发效率与激发光的光谱强度和Pr3+掺杂浓度的关系.  相似文献

Tm3+/Yb3+共掺碲酸盐玻璃的近红外发光及能量传递机理   总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1  
采用高温熔融法制备了组分为TeO2-ZnO-Na2O的Tm3+离子单掺和Tm3+/Yb3+共掺碲酸盐玻璃,应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算分析了玻璃样品的强度参量Ωt(t=2,4,6),自发辐射跃迁几率A,荧光分支比β和荧光辐射寿命τrad等光谱参量,测量得到了不同Yb3+离子掺杂浓度下玻璃样品的Tm3+离子上转换发光谱.结果显示,在980nm泵浦光激励下玻璃样品发射出强烈的近红外上转换荧光.对Tm3+离子上转换发光分析表明,强烈的Tm3+离子近红外上转换发光主要来自于Yb3+/Yb3+离子间的共振能量传递以及基于单声子和双声子辅助的Yb3+/Tm3+离子间的非共振能量传递过程,并进一步计算得到了声子贡献比和能量传递系数.最后,计算分析了Tm3+∶3 F4→3 H6能级间跃迁的1.8μm波段吸收截面、受激发射截面和增益系数.研究表明,Yb3+/Tm3+共掺TeO2-ZnO-Na2O玻璃可以作为近红外波段固体激光器的潜在增益基质.  相似文献

首先测量了ZBLAN:Yb3+,Tm3+分别在980nm和808nm激光激发下的400~600nm波段内的上转换发光光谱,在此基础上研究了980,808nm激光共激发下ZBLAN:Yb3+,Tm3+的上转换发光特性。在测量过程中,分别改变输入激光功率,测量了上转换发光强度与泵浦激光输入功率的关系,由此绘制双对数曲线图,对上转换发光机制进行了分析。研究证明980nm激发为三光子过程、808nm激发为双光子过程,而980,808nm激光共同激发为共协过程。  相似文献

Yb3+:Er3+:Tm3+ co-doped borosilicate glasses are prepared.Their strong up-conversion photoluminescence spectra in a range from ultra-violet to near-infrared,which are excited by a 978-nm laser diode,are measured,and the mechanisms of energy transfer among Yb3+,Er3+ and Tm3+ ions are discussed.The results show that there is an unexpected wavelength at 900-nm emission from Yb3+ Stark splitting levels to pump Tm3+ ions and there exists an optimum pump power.The concentration of the Tm3+ dopant gives rise to a prominent effect on the intensity of visible and near-infrared emissions for the Yb3+:Er3+:Tm3+ co-doped borosilicate glasses.  相似文献

Novel oxyfluoride glasses are developed with the composition of 30SiO2-15Al2O3-28PbF2-22CdF2-0.1TmF3 - xYbF3 - (4.9 - x) AlF3(x=0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0) in tool fraction, Furthermore, the upconversion luminescence characteristics under a 970nm excitation are investigated. Intense blue, red and near infrared luminescences peaked at 453nm, 476nm, 647nm and 789nm, which correspond to the transitions of Tm^3+: ^1D2 →^3F4, ^1G4 →^3H6, ^1G4 →^3F4, and ^3H4 →^3H6, respectively, are observed. Due to the sensitization of Yb^3+ ions, all the upconversion luminescence intensities are enhanced considerably with Yb^3+ concentration increasing. The upconversion mechanisms are discussed based on the energy matching rule and quadratic dependence on excitation power. The results indicate that the dominant mechanism is the excited state absorption for those upconversion emissions.  相似文献

The Er^3+/Yb^3+ co-doped TeO2-Nb2O5-Li2O glass is prepared by conventional melting method, and its upconversion spectra are measured. The intense green upconversion luminescence upon excitation with a 976 nm laser diode is observed with the naked eyes. The dependence of luminescence intensity on the ratio of Yb^3+/Er^3+ is discussed in detail, and the relationship between the ratio of green luminescence intensity to red luminescence intensity and the ratio of Yb^3+/Er^3+ is also studied, The luminescence intensity increases with the ratio of Yb^3+/Er^3+ increasing. The ratio of Yb^3+/Er^3+ plays a more important role than the concentration of Er^3+ in determining the upconversion luminescence intensity. The ratio of green luminescence intensity to red luminescence intensity reaches a maximum when ratio of Yb^3+/Er^3+ is 3. Thus the glass could be one of the potential candidates for LD pumping solid-state lasers.  相似文献

制备了Er3+和Yb3+共掺的碲钨酸盐玻璃样品65TeO2-25 WO3-10RmOn(RmOn=PbO,BaO),(65+x)TeO2-(25-x)WO 3-10La2O3 (x=0,5,10), (60+x)TeO2-(30 -x)WO3-10Bi2O3 (x=0,5,10).测试了玻璃样品的吸收光谱、荧光光谱、能级寿命及热稳定性能.结果表明除含Bi 2O3的碲钨酸盐玻璃外,其余玻璃样品均没出现析晶开始温度(Tx),说明碲钨酸盐 是一种适合于光纤拉制的玻璃基质材料.应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了强度参数Ωt(t=2, 4,6),研究表明Ω2在碲钨酸盐玻璃中主要受到Er-O键的共价性的影响,而Er3 + 离子周围配位场的非对称性影响可以忽略.测得了Er3+在15 μm发射谱的荧光 半高宽 (FWHM=71—77nm)和Er3+4I13/2能级寿命 (τm=3—34 ms).应用McCumber理论计算了Er3+在15 μm处的受激发射截面(σpeak=068—103×10-20 cm2).比较了Er3+在不同玻璃基质里 的15 μm荧光带宽和发射截面,研究结果表明碲钨酸盐玻璃是一种制备宽带光纤放大器的理想基质材料.  相似文献

Transparent Tm^3+/Er^3+/yb^3+ co-doped oxyfluorogermanate glass ceramics containing BaF2 nanocrystals are prepared. Under excitation of a 980-nm laser diode (LD), compared with the glass before heat treatment, the Tm^3+/Er^3+/yb^3+ co-doped oxyfluorogermanate glass ceramics can emit intense blue, green and red up-conversion luminescence and Stark- split peaks; X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) results show that BaF2 nanocrystals with an average diameter of 20 nm are precipitated from the glass matrix. Stark splitting of the up-conversion luminescence peaks in the glass ceramics indicates that Tm^3+, Er^3+ and (or) Yb^3+ ions are incorporated into the BaF2 nanocrystals. The up-conversion luminescence intensities of Tm^3+, Er^3+ and the splitting degree of luminescence peaks in the glass ceramics increase significantly with the increase of heat treat temperature and heat treat time extension. In addition, the possible energy transfer process between rare earth ions and the up-conversion luminescence mechanism are also proposed.  相似文献

Yb3+:Er3+co-doped oxy-fluoride ceramics glass has been prepared.The mechanism of up-conversion emissions about Er3+was discussed,and the temperature properties of green up-conversion fluorescence between 303 and 823 K were investigated.The results show that the sensitivity of this sample reaches its maximum value,about 0.0047 K 1,when the temperature is 383 K,indicating that this kind of sample can be used as high temperature and high sensitivity optical temperature sensor.  相似文献
