The following chromium(III) complexes with serine (Ser) and aspartic acid (Asp) were obtained and characterized in solution: [Cr(ox)2(Aa)]2− (where Aa = Ser or Asp), [Cr(AspH−1)2] and [Cr(ox)(Ser)2]. In acidic solutions, [Cr(ox)2(Aa)]2− undergoes acid-catalysed aquation to cis-[Cr(ox)2(H2O)2] and the appropriate amino acid. [Cr(ox)(Ser)2] undergoes consecutive acid-catalysed Ser liberation to give [Cr(ox)(H2O)4]+, and the [Cr(Asp)2] ion is converted into [Cr(Asp)(H2O)4]2+. Kinetics of these reactions were studied under isolation conditions. The determined rate expressions for all the reactions are of the form: k obs = a + b[H+]. Reaction mechanisms are proposed, and the meaning of the determined parameters has been established. Evidence for the formation of an intermediate with O-monodentate amino acid is given. The effect of the R-substituent at the α-carbon atom of the amino acid on the complex reactivity is discussed.  相似文献

The kinetics of solid-phase reaction between iron(III) hydrogen sulfate and sodium chloride was studied by thermal analysis followed by analysis of leaving gases. The exchange kinetics are described by the soft cylinder model. The hydrogen and sodium ion interdiffusion coefficients were determined for various temperatures, as well as the activation energy of interdiffusion. Sodium ion diffusion through the product layer is the rate-controlling stage of the reaction.  相似文献

Summary This paper reports the radiochemical study of the ion-exchange of Cs+, Na+, Sr2+ and Eu3+ ions with H+ by chromium hexacyanoferrate(II) which was prepared in a granular form using a gel method. The slow steps which determine the rate of exchange of these ions are directly proportional to the particle diameter and this is confirmed from the linearity test of Bt vs. t plots at different particle diameters. Boyed’s equation and Reichenberg’s tables were used for evaluating all the kinetic parameters. The results reveal that the effective particle radii are unchanged for both chromium hexacyanoferrate(II) dried at 60 and 120 °C. The obtained data were analyzed using McKay plots and Arrhenius equation and the kinetic and thermodynamic parameters, e.g., effective diffusion coefficient, activation energies and entropies of activation have been evaluated. The mobility of these ions inside the particles of chromium hexacyanoferrate(II) decrease in the order of Eu3+>Sr2+>Na+⊃Cs+.  相似文献

The kinetics of solid-phase reactions between hafnium hydrogen phosphate and alkali metal chlorides were studied by thermogravimetry with subsequent analysis of leaving gases. For sodium and potassium chlorides, the reaction occurs in two stages; the first stages produces MHHf(PO4)2, and the second yields the MHf2(PO4)3 NASICON phosphate. For rubidium chloride, the reaction is one stage and produces Rb2Hf(PO4)2. For cesium chloride, the reaction is an analogue of the reaction for rubidium chloride, but has two stages. Kinetic data were used to determine interdiffusion coefficients for hydrogen and alkali-metal ions at various temperatures and the activation energies of interdiffusion.  相似文献

The imidazol side group of histidine has two nitrogen atoms capable of being protonated or participating in metal binding. Hence, histidine can take on various metal-bound and protonated forms in proteins. Because of its variable structural state, histidine often functions as a key amino acid residue in enzymatic reactions. Ab initio (HF and MP2) calculations were done in modeling the cation (H+, Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+) interaction with side chain of histidine. The region selectivity of metal ion complexation is controlled by the affinity of the side of attack. In the imidazol unite of histidine the ring nitrogen has much higher metal ion (as well as proton) affinity. The complexation energies with the model systems decrease in the following order: Mg2+ > Ca2+ > Li+ > Na+ > K+. The variation of the bond lengths and the extent of charge transfer upon complexation correlate well with the computed interaction energies.  相似文献

The kinetics of ion exchange in polyantimonic acid (PAA) with the composition of Sb2O5 · 3.2H2O are studied. It is shown that sodium and potassium ions replace mobile proton groups and are located in channels of the PAA crystal structure. Diffusion coefficients are calculated in the approximation of the spheric grain model on the basis of the ion exchange data.  相似文献

The hydration, state, and mobility of protons and Li+, Na+, and Cs+ ions in MF-4SK perfluorinated sulfonic acid cation-exchange membranes doped with silicon dioxide and phosphotungstic acid have been investigated by NMR and impedance spectroscopy. The dopants increase the moisture content of the membrane and change the system of pores and channels in which ion transport takes place. At low humidities, the dopant particles are involved in ion transport. The greatest effect is observed for the membranes doped with both SiO2 and phosphotungstic acid. The water molecules sorbed by dopant particles as a material participate in the hydration of alkali metal cations in the membrane.  相似文献

Measurement of the 3Π-3Π transition of C6H+ in the gas phase near 19486 cm−1 is reported. The experiment was carried out with a supersonic slit-jet expansion discharge using cavity ringdown absorption spectroscopy. Partly resolved P lines and observation of band heads permitted a rotational contour fit. Spectroscopic constants in the ground and excited-state were determined. The density of ions being sampled is merely 2×108 cm−3. Broadening of the spectral lines indicates the excited-state lifetime to be ≈100 ps. The electronic transition of HC6H2+ at 26402 cm−1 assumed to be 1A1-X1A1 in C2v symmetry could not be rotationally resolved.  相似文献

Ion-exchange sorption of K+ and Na+ from their mixture on X-ray-amorphous and crystalline Sn(IV) hydrophosphates was studied. These sorbents exhibit a high selectivity for K+. A novel 1,8-naphthalimide dye with simple structure has been produced by a facile synthetic method for colorimetric and fluorescent sensing of H+ and Cu2+. In CH3CN/H2O (1/1, v/v), the dye could monitor H+ using dual channels (ratiometric absorbance and fluorescence intensity change) from pH 6.2 to 12.0. Meanwhile, in the pH range of 1.9–5.2, the dye could also be used to detect Cu2+ using triple channels [ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) absorption, fluorescence intensity reduction, as well as fluorescence blueshift]. The detection limits for Cu2+ evaluated by colorimetric and fluorescent titration were 6.10 × 10?7 and 2.62 × 10?7 M, respectively. The dye exhibited specific selectivity and sensitivity for H+ and Cu2+ over various coexisting metal ions. Moreover, the sensing mechanism of the dye for H+ and Cu2+ was carefully examined.  相似文献

The corrected selectivity coefficients of the ion exchange H+-Na+ and H+-NH4 + on ion-exchange resins based on C-tetramethylcalix[4]resorcinarene were calculated from the experimental data obtained from studying ion-exchange equilibria. The preference of the ion-exchange resins for cations increases in the sequence: Na+ < NH4 + < < H+, and the ion-exchange resin based on (2-furyl)hydroxymethyltetramethylcalix[4]resorcinarene has a higher preference for ammonium cations. According to the results of microcalorimetric measurements, the exchange H+-Na+ on this ion-exchange resin is accompanied by the highest change in the differential enthalpy. It follows from the quantum-chemical calculations that the introduction of a (2-furyl)hydroxymethyl group into the structure of the polymer induces additional electrostatic interactions between an ammonium cation and an elementary unit of the ion-exchange resin.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Abstract  Formal [2 + 2 + 2] addition reaction of [Cp*Ru(H2O)(NBD)][BF4] (NBD = norbornadiene) with 4,4′-Diethynylbiphenyl generates [C9H96-C6H4(RuCp*)–C6H4(RuCp*)-η6-C9H9][BF4]2. The reaction of [Cp*Ru(H2O)(NBD)][BF4] with 1,4-diphenylbutadiyne generates the unusual [2 + 2 + 2] additional organic compound Ph–C≡C–C9H8–Ph in addition to the organometallic compound [Cp*Ru(η6-C6H5–C≡C–C≡C–Ph)][BF4]. [C9H96-C6H4(RuCp*)–C6H4(RuCp*)-η6-C9H9][BPh4]2 is generated after the reaction of compound [C9H96-C6H4(RuCp*)–C6H4(RuCp*)-η6-C9H9][BF4]2 with Na[BPh4]. The structure of this compound was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. A possible approach to form Ph–C≡C–C9H8–Ph and [Cp*Ru(η6-C6H5–C≡C–C≡C–Ph)][BF4] is suggested. The structure of the solvation shell of Na+ and K+ in fully deuterated liquid methanol has been studied by ab initio Car-Parrinello molecular dynamics simulations. The solvent cage has been found relatively stable and this property has been explained by means of charge transfer and electrostatic interactions as was previously done for Li+ in the same solvent. The differences with Li+ such as the increase of the coordination number going from Li+ to K+ and the reduced stability of the cage have been ascribed to the increase in the ionic radius.  相似文献

The results of a crystallographic analysis of the structures of CsFe2S3, Tl2PbZrS4, and Tl2PbGeS4 with a 1:1 cation–anion ratio are used to identify a joint F sublattice for Cs and S in the first compound and two separate F sublattices for cations and anions in the second compound (the PbS structural type). The substitution of the small Ge4+ (with its tetrahedral coordination by sulfur) for Zr4+ in the composition results in an increase in the unit cell volume, i.e., a decrease in the packing density for both cations and anions in the structure of the third compound. In the absence of regular F sublattices, there are “two-dimensional” orderings, typical of the PbS type, for the atomic positions in the projections of this structure.  相似文献

Low-lying structures of water cationic clusters and the compounds with the OH radical have become a hot topic in recent years. We here investigate the cluster \( {\left({\mathrm{H}}_2\mathrm{O}\right)}_{10}^{+} \) and calculate its ideal structures by the quantum chemical calculation together with the particle swarm optimization method. We analyzed the properties of the obtained lower-energy isomers of \( {\left({\mathrm{H}}_2\mathrm{O}\right)}_{10}^{+} \). Their energies are further re-optimized and demonstrated at three different methods with two basis sets. Based on our numerical calculations, a new cage-like structure of \( {\left({\mathrm{H}}_2\mathrm{O}\right)}_{10}^{+} \) with the lowest energy is obtained at MP2/aug-cc-pVDZ level. Our results showed the comparison of energy order at different conditions and demonstrated the influence of temperature on the relative Gibbs energy and IR spectra. Moreover, we also contained the molecule orbitals to discuss the stability of these representative isomers.  相似文献

Published data on structural characteristics of hydration of K+, Rb+, and Cs+ ions in aqueous solutions of their salts under standard conditions, including authors’ X-ray diffraction data, are summarized and correlated. The structural parameters of the nearest surrounding of the K+, Rb+, and Cs+ ions, such as the coordination numbers, interparticle distances, and types of ionic association, are discussed. It is noted that, because of weak tendency of these cations to hydration, the parameters of their coordination spheres strongly depend on the concentration and chemical nature of counterions.  相似文献

The visible light irradiation of the [(η5-C6H7)Fe(η-C6H6)]+ cation (1) in acetonitrile resulted in the substitution of the benzene ligand to form the labile acetonitrile species [(η5-C6H7)Fe(MeCN)3]+ (2). The reaction of 1 with ButNC in MeCN produced the stable isonitrile complex [(η5-C6H7)Fe(ButNC)3]+ (3). The photochemical reaction of cation 1 with pentaphosphaferrocene Cp*Fe(η-cyclo-P5) afforded the triple-decker cation with the bridging pentaphospholyl ligand, [(η5-C6H7)Fe(μ-η:η-cyclo-P5)FeCp*]+ (4). The latter complex was also synthesized by the reaction of cation 2 with Cp*Fe(η-cyclo-P5). The structure of the complex [3]PF6 was established by X-ray diffraction. The purpose of this work was to indirect label IgG with fac-[188Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+ and to check the radiochemical behavior of the labeled product. The compound of (bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-amino)-acetic acid (L2H) was synthesized and labeled with fac-[188Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+. The labeling yield of 188Re(CO)3–L2H was more than 90%. The effects of protein concentration, reaction time, pH and reaction temperature of labeling of IgG with 188Re(CO)3–L2H were investigated. The conjugation conditions were optimized. The labeled product was analyzed by size exclusion HPLC and TLC. The stability of 188Re(CO)3–L2H–IgG in vitro was high. The results of this study may be useful for [188Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+ labeling of protein for radioimmunotherapy.  相似文献

The simplest pair model of intermolecular interactions fails to reproduce known experimental free energy and entropy of hydration of H3O+ ions in water vapor. A fit to experiment is attained only when covalent bonds and nonpair interactions, which are of particular importance at contact distances from the ion, are taken into account. An interaction model was constructed, which allows the experimental free energies of cluster formation to be reproduced to fractions of k B T by the Monte-Carlo method. Two novel cobalt(III) mixed-polypyridyl complexes [Co(bpy)2(dpta)]3+ and [Co(bpy)2(amtp)]3+ (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, dpta = dipyrido-[3,2-a;2′,3′-c]-thien-[3,4-c]azine, amtp = 3-amino-1,2,4-triazino[5,6-f]-1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized and characterized. The interaction of CoIII complexes with calf thymus DNA was investigated by spectroscopic and viscosity measurements. Results suggest that the two complexes bind to DNA via an intercalative mode. Moreover, CoIII complexes have been found to promote the photocleavage of plasmid DNA pBR322 under irradiation at 365 nm. The mechanism studies reveal that hydroxyl radical (OH) is likely to be the reactive species responsible for the cleavage of plasmid DNA by [Co(bpy)2(dpta)]3+ and superoxide anion radical (O 2 •− ) acts as the key role in the cleavage reaction of plasmid DNA by [Co(bpy)2(amtp)]3+.  相似文献
