采用单一萃取程序对建立的重金属形态连续萃取方法的萃取条件进行优化.分别以Ca和Mg、Fe、有机质(OM)和酸可挥发性硫(AVS)作为萃取剂释放酸溶态、还原态、有机质结合态和硫化物结合态等重金属目标形态的表征参量,考察萃取剂对相应目标形态的萃取能力和选择性.分别根据表征参量和重金属在萃取溶液中的含量变化确定最优萃取时间和萃取样液比.结果表明,优化萃取条件后,萃取剂对目标形态重金属均有很强的释放能力.酸溶态萃取剂对其它非残留态影响很小;还原态萃取剂除对酸溶态有少量提取外,对其它形态影响较小;有机质结合态萃取剂对硫化物结合态有少量萃取,对其它形态影响较小.硫化物结合态在酸溶态、还原态和有机质结合态之后萃取,避免了对这三种形态的影响.优化后的连续萃取方法对重金属形态有较好的选择性,可对海湾和河口表层沉积物中重金属的目标形态进行较为合理地分离和评价.  相似文献

利用改进的Tessier连续萃取法研究了伊通河长春市自由大桥处不同深度沉积物样品在氧化及还原条件下Cu,Pb,Zn和Ni的形态变化规律,同时分析了沉积物样品中酸可挥发性硫(Acid volatile sulfide,AVS)和同时提取重金属(Simultaneous extract metals,SEM)的含量. 实验结果表明,样品经干燥、研磨处理后,Cu有机/硫化物结合态比例减少40%,锰氧化物结合态的比例显著增加; Pb,Zn和Ni 3种元素有机/硫化物结合态比例均略有下降,变化幅度小于Cu,并重新分配到不同的化学相中. 通过SEM中各金属含量与有机/硫化物结合态中金属含量的对比可知,还原性沉积物中Cu除了与硫化物结合外,很大一部分是以有机物形态存在的,Pb,Zn,Ni,Fe和Mn则主要以硫化物形态存在,各元素形态分析均不同程度地受到萃取剂的影响.  相似文献

考察了海水养殖区域缺氧沉积物中重金属形态连续萃取法萃取过程中溶液pH值、温度变化和胶体形成对形态分离结果的影响。结果表明,连续萃取法Step1萃取酸溶态时,萃取液pH值的轻微升高使Pb和Zn的萃取结果明显降低;Step2萃取还原态时,萃取液pH值明显升高对重金属的萃取结果影响很小;Step3萃取有机质结合态时,萃取液pH值的降低对重金属萃取结果影响较小(除Pb外)。由于连续萃取法中各步萃取反应的热力学过程不同,Step1和Step2萃取后溶液温度轻微升高而在Step3中溶液温度稍微降低,溶液温度变化(<2.5℃)对重金属形态的影响很小。在Step1、Step2和Step4萃取过程中胶体的形成和存在,对萃取液Cd、Zn和Cu有明显的吸附影响;而在Step3萃取中萃取剂的分散作用有效控制了溶液中胶体的形成。因此采用连续萃取方法评价沉积物中的重金属形态时,控制萃取液pH值和胶体形成有利于提高萃取结果的稳定性和准确性。  相似文献

利用改进的BCR三步顺序提取法研究了活性污泥中重金属的形态分布。所研究的可提取态包括可交换态,还原态-铁锰氧化物结合态和氧化态-有机物和硫化物结合态。这三态的含量之和加上残渣态的含量与各重金属的总量进行了比较。利用ICP-MS测定了活性污泥提取液以及残渣态中Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Pb的含量。实验表明,采用改进的BCR法可以用来分析活性污泥样品中的金属形态。  相似文献

采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了中草药中重金属元素(铁、锰、铜、锌、镉、铅)的含量,并对中草药的生长环境土壤中重金属元素的化学形态及其分布进行了研究。文中提出了中草药样品用硝酸-过氧化氢-水(5+2+1)混合溶液消解,并叙述了土壤样品中元素的各种形态(水溶态、可溶态、碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化物态、有机质结合态)的提取方法和试液。结果表明:所测中草药中重金属元素含量明显低于土壤中元素的含量;土壤中铁、锌、铜主要以有机质结合态存在,锰以铁锰氧化物态为主。几种药材中均含有较高量的铁、锰、锌,土壤中也含有较高量的有效态铁、锰、锌,说明中草药与土壤中重金属之间存在有生物迁移作用。  相似文献

目的 为了查明可溶性有机质(DOM)对土壤中污染元素铊赋存形态的影响,方法 采用形态分级提取方法,将土壤中的铊重金属分成酸可交换态、铁锰氧化物结合态、有机质结合态和残留态4组分,并采用Elan 6100型ICP-MS质谱仪测定各组分中铊的质量浓度.结果 DOM可降低酸可交换态的Tl,增加铁锰氧化物结合态和有机质结合态Tl的百分含量,但对残留态Tl的百分含量没有明显影响.因此,DOM可降低铊在土壤中的活动性,从而改变了铊在土壤中的迁移行为.结论 可溶性有机质(DOM)自身的络合(螯合)能力及其吸附特性是改变重金属铊形态分布的主要因素.  相似文献

采用Tessier连续提取法对延安市污水处理厂污泥中的Zn、Cu、Cr、Cd、Pb和Mn六种重金属元素进行形态提取,并用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对其中各元素的总量及其形态进行测定。结果表明: Pb、Cd多以可交换态、碳酸盐结合态存在,分别占总量的76.84%和78.59%, 对生物具有潜在有效性。Zn、Cu、Cr多以稳定的硫化物及有机结合态和残渣态存在,不易迁移到环境中去。  相似文献

随着核技术的不断发展,核试验、乏燃料后处理及核电站事故等人类核活动向自然界释放了大量的~(129)I。~(129)I在沉积物中的含量与化学形态分布对揭示其迁移规律和沉降信息有着重要的意义。因此,对于研究沉积物中~(129)I不同形态所需要的合理分离及制备流程就尤为重要。结合太湖湖泊沉积物的特点并通过比较众多沉积物中~(129)I形态的分离流程,提出了改进的逐级浸取流程。在温度、时间不同的实验条件下,对沉积物样品分离出沉积物中~(129)I可交换态、有机结合态、金属氧化物态、残余矿物态四种不同形态,并通过高温热解法及125I示踪计算回收率及损失率。改进后的逐级浸取法能达到90%的提取效率,离子可交换态、有机结合态、金属氧化物结合态的适宜浸取时间和温度分别为4.5h、30℃,4.5h、75℃,5.5h、75℃。流程适用于同类湖底沉积物样品分析。  相似文献

考察了几种特色南药中重金属(Cd,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,Pb,Sr,Zn)的含量状况,并采用形态连续萃取法分析重金属在药材中的形态分布,研究了药材煎煮时药材中重金属的释放及煎煮过程对药材中重金属形态分布的影响。结果表明,几种南药中Cr,Pb,Zn的含量较高,且巴戟天中的重金属总量高于限量标准;原药材中Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,Pb和Zn主要存在于有机态和残留态,Fe和Sr主要存在于残留态。煎煮使南药中大量重金属迁移到药汤中;药汤中Cu,Mn,Cr,Pb和Zn主要来自于其在药材中的可交换态、碳酸盐结合态和有机态,而药汤中Sr,Ni和Fe不仅包含其非残留态,更多来自于它们的残留态。为减少药汤中重金属,对于Cu,Mn,Cr,Pb和Zn既要控制在药材中的总量,且需降低它们在药材中的非残留态含量;对于Fe,Ni和Sr则主要是控制其在药材中的总量。  相似文献

Concentrations of metals (Al, Fe, Ti, Ni, Mn, Cr, Zn, Cu, Pb) were determined in surface sediments from Taranto gulf (Ionian Sea, Southern Italy) in order to assess the distribution and the bioavailability of metals. Total metal content and speciation of Fe, Ni, Mn, Zn, Cu and Pb were determined. Sediment cores were also sampled in some stations of particular interest. The analytical results show that metals distribution does not show significant variations in relation to depth. Metal distribution in the Taranto gulf is mainly influenced by industrial wastes from Taranto town, by rivers of the Basilicata region and by prevailing anticlockwise marine currents. These factors cause an accumulation of metals in the sediments near to the coasts of Calabria. The statistical analysis, effected by HCA and PCA methods, can be considered a good starting point in order to classify sediment samples and to locate accumulation areas. Metal speciation shows that Fe, Ni and Zn are present in sediments mainly as sulphides, Mn is present principally in an ion-exchange form or bound to carbonate, while Cu and Pb are mainly present in the fraction bounds to humic acids.  相似文献

The health effects of aerosol depend on the size distribution and the chemical composition of the particles. Heavy metals of anthropogenic origin are bound to the fine aerosol fraction (PM2.5). The composition and speciation of aerosol particles can be variable in time, due to the time-dependence of anthropogenic sources as well as meteorological conditions. Synchrotron-radiation total reflection X-ray fluorescence (SR-TXRF) provides very high sensitivity for characterization of atmospheric particulate matter. X-ray absorption near-edge structure (XANES) spectrometry in conjunction with TXRF detection can deliver speciation information on heavy metals in aerosol particles collected directly on the reflector surface. The suitability of TXRF-XANES for copper and zinc speciation in size-fractionated atmospheric particulate matter from a short sampling period is presented. For high size resolution analysis, atmospheric aerosol particles were collected at different urban and rural locations using a 7-stage May cascade impactor having adapted for sampling on Si wafers. The thin stripe geometry formed by the particulate matter deposited on the May-impactor plates is ideally suited to SR-TXRF. Capabilities of the combination of the May-impactor sampling and TXRF-XANES measurements at HASYLAB Beamline L to Cu and Zn speciation in size-fractionated atmospheric particulate matter are demonstrated. Information on Cu and Zn speciation could be performed for elemental concentrations as low as 140 pg/m3. The Cu and Zn speciation in the different size fraction was found to be very distinctive for samples of different origin. Zn and Cu chemical state typical for soils was detected only in the largest particles studied (2–4 μm fraction). The fine particles, however, contained the metals of interest in the sulfate and nitrate forms.  相似文献

The sequential extraction test, known as a BCR procedure, was used to assess a leachability of heavy metals (Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu) from the metallo-organic sorbent—iron humate—loaded with these metals. The sequential test allowed to discriminate between various fractions of heavy metals, namely the acid-extractable fraction, the fraction bound to Fe oxides, and the fraction bound to organic matter. It was proven that the heavy metals are bound mainly to Fe oxides and organic matter, and thus they may be relatively hardly liberated into the environment. The BCR sequential extraction test exhibited a very good repeatability, when it was applied to the loaded sorbent—relative standard deviations were typically lower than 10%.  相似文献

Two types of sewage sludge anaerobic digestion were carried out: mesophilic and thermophilic. Metal speciation analysis was performed revealing some changes in the chemical form of the metals during the stabilization process of sludge. After both methane fermentation processes, a comparable level of organic matter distribution was obtained (≈ 40 %). The amount of produced methane during thermophilic and mesophilic digestion was 560 mL of CH4 and 580 mL of CH4 from 1 g of removed organic matter, respectively. Low concentration of heavy metal ions in the liquid phase of sludge was observed. Metal ions precipitated and remained bound throughout the stabilization process. No accumulation of heavy metals in the mobile fractions of sludge (exchangeable and carbonate) was observed for either digestion process. The highest increase of zinc, copper, nickel, cadmium, and chromium concentration was observed in the organic-sulfide fraction, whereas the highest increase of lead was found in the residual fraction.  相似文献
