Abstract— Phycobilisomes from Porphyridium cruentum , suspended in polyvinyl alcohol were found to be highly stable, and had normal absorption and fluorescence spectra. Intact phycobilisomes had a major emission peak at 680 nm, whereas upon partial dissociating the major emission was at 580 nm. Incorporation of phycobilisomes in thin polyvinyl alcohol films facilitated examination by photoacoustic spectroscopy. The photoacoustic spectra had a broad absorption maximum at 545–565 nm (phycoerythrin), which resolved as two peaks (545 and 563 nm) in absorption spectra. Stretching of films resulted in apparent chromophore reorientation in partially dissociated, but not in intact phycobilisomes. Only in dissociated phycobilisomes was observed a differential chromophore orientation at 685 nm by polarized fluorescence, which is attributed to a change in orientation of the terminal phycobilisome pigment relative to phycoerythrin.  相似文献

用DSC、WAXD和SAXS研究了聚乙烯醇(PVAl)/聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)共混体系的结晶行为.PVAl的结晶度随PVP含量增加而减少,并存在结晶度为零的组成(PVAl)的重量分数约为50%.与纯PVAl相比,共混物的温度区间T_m-T_g减小,表明PVP对PVAl的结晶起抑制作用.共混物中PVAl的结晶速度下降,具体表现为PVAl过冷区随PVP含量增加而扩大,动力学速度常数减小,球晶增长速度下降.纯PVAl和共混体系的等温结晶速率均遵循Avrami方程.退火样品的长周期、片晶厚度和过渡层厚度大于相同组成未退火样品.两者长周期随PVP含量增长加显著增大,片晶厚度增长次之,过渡层厚度变化不大.  相似文献

聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚吡咯烷酮(PVP)共混物的小角X-射线散射(SAXS)研究表明,PVA/PVP共混物的结构参数与共混物组分比及热历史密切相关。按Vonk一维电子密度相关函数法,得到PVA/PVP共混物的长周期,过渡层厚随PVP组分含量增加而增加;结晶片层厚和比内表面积却随PVP含量增加而降低。热处理可提高共混物的结晶性。  相似文献

聚乙烯醇/聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮共混体系相容性研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
用DSC、FTIR、SAXS和测定Flory-Huggins相互作用参数等方法对聚乙二醇(PVA1)/聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)共混体系的研究。结果表明,该体系具有完全互容的性质。共混物只有一个玻璃化转变温度。用DMSO作溶剂浇铸的膜光学透明。PVA1的长周期和片晶厚度均随PVP含量增加而增大,但后者增大的幅度比前者小得多,表明PVP和PVA1的非晶部分形成均相并夹入到球晶内部。共混物中PVP羰基吸收峰和PVA1的羟基吸收峰与相应均聚物相比,在红外光谱图中皆向低频方向迁移,迁移波数随第二组分含量的增加而增大。表明二者间有氢键生成。用平衡熔点计算的Flory-Huggins相互作用参数为-0.88。  相似文献

Abstract— The fluorescence decay of tryptophan-25 in monomeric glucagon at pH 8.2 was measured at a series of emission wavelengths using pulsed laser excitation and single photon counting techniques. Double exponential kinetics were consistently observed, with time constants 3.26 and 1.11 ns. This allowed the steady-state emission spectrum to be resolved into two components with differing intensities but similar emission maxima near 350 nm. Decay parameters were almost unchanged in the presence of 5.5 M guanidinium chloride. The dual emission is thought to reflect different conformers of the indole ring or of the peptide chain.  相似文献

Abstract— The photolysis of crystal violet oxalate has been studied in aqueous and non-aqueous solutions and in films of poly(viny1 alcohol) at room temperature. Evidence has been obtained from electron-spin-resonance, absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy for the formation of the semireduced dye radical, tri-( p -dimethylaminophenyl)methyl, both in solution and in the solid state. Electron spin resonance and luminescence spectra of the radical produced by electrolytic reduction of the dye are also reported.  相似文献

在前文对聚乙烯醇水溶液冰冻凝胶化浓度依赖性研究基础上,对接触浓度(C)以上聚乙烯醇水溶液通过冰冻-融化处理,制得了一种含水率高达95~98%的水凝胶.系统研究了该水凝胶在蒸馏水中的溶胀及溶解特性.得到了一个与实验结果相吻合的溶胀动力学方程:Q1=Qe-(Qe-QO)/ekt,及平衡溶胀比Qe与浓度之间的定量关系:Qe=60.3-4.45×102C.发现当冰冻-融化次数N≤5时,平衡溶胀比Qe及溶解量W与冰冻-融化次数(N)间满足幂函数关系:Qe。W通过对聚乙烯醇水凝胶平衡溶胀比与经冰冻处理的聚乙烯醇水溶液特性粘数进行比较,发现反映链间氢键凝聚缠结效应与反映链内氢键凝聚缠结效应的定量指标具有等效性.  相似文献

Effect of ethoxylated nonyl phenol type non-ionic and alkyl sulfate type anionic surfactants on the film formation process of poly (vinyl acetate) and poly (vinyl acetate-acrylate) latexes are discussed. HLB value of non-ionic surfactant is shown to affect glass transition temperature, minimum film formation temperature and rate of film coalescence of vinyl acrylic latexes. Higher HLB non-ionic surfactant appears to be more compatible than the lower HLB ones with the fairly polar vinyl acrylic latex and form a well coalesced film. Presence of sodium lauryl sulfate in the latex is observed to result in incompatible regions on the latex film surface, typical of two phase morphology. Influences of surfactants on the film formation process in the polar vinyl acrylic latexes are compared and contrasted with the available data on the effects of surfactants in styrene butadiene latexes. The findings are discussed in terms of adsorption and interaction behavior of surfactants at polar vinyl acrylic latex surfaces and current theories of latex film formation mechanisms.  相似文献

This article deals with the characterization of blend films obtained by mixing poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and konjac glucomannan (KGM) in aqueous solution. The DTA curves of PVA/KGM blend films showed overlapping of the main thermal transitions characteristic of the individual polymers. The exothermic peak at 312°C, which resulted from the thermal degradation of the KGM, shifted slightly to a higher temperature at low PVA content (≤20 wt%). The weight-retention properties of the blend films indicated that thermal stability of the blend films were better than pure KGM film at PVA content below 20 wt%. The crystallinities, tensile strength, and elongation at break of the films increased with the PVA content, and reached the maximum values at 20 wt% PVA, then decreased. Changes in the carbonyl stretching band of KGM and hydroxyl stretching regions of KGM and PVA were detected by FTIR analysis. Those are attributable to the existence of a certain degree of inteaction between KGM and PVA, and resulted from intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Phase separation phenomena were observed by examining the surface of the blend films by SEM.  相似文献

化学分析法及碳核磁共振研究表明 ,作为不饱和醛的α 丁烯醛 (巴豆醛 )与聚乙烯醇在水溶液中进行缩醛化时存在着 1,2 加成与 1,4 加成两种反应方式 .此机理不同于只有 1,2 加成方式的聚乙烯醇缩饱和醛化反应 .1,4 加成主要导致聚乙烯醇缩丁烯醛的交联 .还提出了根据化学分析结果计算聚乙烯醇缩丁烯醛的缩醛度以及这两种加成方式的分率的方法  相似文献

本文介绍了用反复冻结~融溶过程制备高含水聚乙烯醇弹性体的方法,并测定了该弹性体的机械、溶解和溶胀性能。结果表明,该弹性体可同时具有很高的含水率(85—90%)和较高的抗张强度(10~5—10~6Pa),且在37℃的水中有良好的稳定性能。  相似文献

采用示差扫描量热技术(DSC)对聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶液反复冰冻过程中的溶剂化效应进行研究.引入水化数的概念来表征溶剂化效应的大小.结果表明不同浓度区间的PVA水溶液其在反复冰冻过程中溶剂化效应显著不同,主要归因于高分子链分子内和分子间缠结程度对溶剂分子"参与"溶剂化的程度和方式的不同.作者把极稀高分子溶液的研究结果拓展到高分子稀溶液或亚浓溶液区间,阐述了高分子溶液中高分子链的物理图像.冷冻次数的增加导致链间缠结增加,部分溶剂则被包裹在由链间缠结点所形成的网圈内成为分子链的一部分.溶液溶剂化程度的变化受到包裹溶剂与高分子链脱溶剂化的综合影响.  相似文献

由电纺制备聚乙烯醇(PVA)超细纤维膜,以扫描电镜观察纤维的微观形貌,用X射线衍射研究超细纤维膜的结晶行为,并测定了PVA超细纤维膜的力学性能和吸水性.结果表明,PVA超细纤维的平均直径为(184±26)nm,超细纤维中PVA的结晶度和晶体有序程度较浇铸膜低.超细纤维膜的拉伸强度、模量和断裂伸长率均较浇铸膜差,吸水率在300%以上,高于浇铸膜.  相似文献

制备了以磷酸酯化聚乙烯醇为活性分离层的渗透汽化复合膜并用于乙醇-水混合物的分离。实验结果表明,在进料中乙醇浓度为20~95wt%的范围内,磷酸酯化聚乙烯醇复合膜对乙醇-水混合物中的水均具有很好的渗透选择性,而且,复合膜活性层酯化度对其分离性能具有显著的影响  相似文献
