Previously unknown 1,1-dimethyl-1-trimethoxysilylmethyl-2-(3-alkoxy-3-oxopropyl)hydrazinium and 1,1-dimethyl-1-(2,8,9-trioxa-5-aza-1-silabicyclo[3.3.3]undecan-1-ylmethyl)-2-(3-alkoxy-3-oxopropyl)-hydrazinium halides were synthesized, and physiological activity of 2-(3-ethoxy-3-oxopropyl)-1,1-dimethyl-1-(2,8,9-trioxa-5-aza-1-silabicyclo[3.3.3]undecan-1-ylmethyl)hydrazinium chloride and bromide was studied. 相似文献

In this review an attempt has been made to compile all the existing comprehensive literature for the synthesis of 1,1-Dimethyl-3-oxobutyl-isothiocyanate (DMO-ITC) and its reactions with the compounds having different functional groups, such as amines, diamines, amino alcohols, amino phenols, amino thiophenols, amino nitriles, amino acids, and hydrazines. The peculiar behavior of the DMO-ITC is due to its sensitivity toward acids and gives different products when the reaction occurs in the absence and presence of an acid. The pH of the reaction condition also plays an important role. Normally, DMO-ITC gives pyrimidinethione derivatives when treated with amines, but reactions become interesting when the compounds have an amino group as well as the other functional group (NH 2 , OH, SH, CN, COOH) at ortho position, providing condensed bicyclic, tricyclic, or poly heterocycles with ring nitrogen and/or sulfur is of biological importance. The reaction of DMO-ITC with ethylene diamine, o -phenylenediamines, 1,2-diaminoanthraquinone, o -diaminonaphthalenes, N -aminoethyladenosine, 2-amino ethanol, o -aminophenols, o -aminothiophenols, o -aminobenzonitriles, and o -aminobenzoic acids gave imidazopyrimidinethione, pyrimidobenzimidazolethiones, pyrimidoanthraquinonimidazolethione, pyrimidonaphthoimidazolethiones, furanopurinimidazopyrimidinethione, oxazolopyrimidinethione, oxafluorenethiones, thiafluorenethiones, thioxophenanthreneones, and thiaphenanthreneones derivatives respectively. But similar reactions were not seen with o -diaminoheterocycles. Hydrazines derivatives gave seven-membered heterocycles, that is, triazepinethiones derivatives. An improved synthesis of the title compound (1) is described. The catalytical action of variousLewis acids on the sterically hinderedDiels-Alder reaction of mesityl oxide with cyclopentadiene has been investigated. The mixture ofendo- andexo-isomers of the unsaturated intermediate2 yielded pure1 on hydrogenation and isomerization by sodium methoxide. The proof of theexo-configuration of the acetyl group has been achieved by mass spectra and 100 MHz1H-NMR spectra.

Two new compounds, N2H5SnF3 and N2H5Sn2F5, were obtained when the system N2H5FSnF2H2O was investigated. The solids were characterized by chemical analysis, vibrational spectra and X-ray powder diffraction patterns. Thermal decomposition studies of the compounds showed that they decompose through intermediates, the corresponding ammonium fluorostannates(II), to tin(II) fluoride. 相似文献

1,1-Dimethyl-1-silacyclobutane was used as a single-source precursor to deposit SiC thin films on Si(100) and Si(111) by low-pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD). Polycrystalline β-SiC thin films were grown at temperatures 1100 and 1200°C. At temperatures between 950 and 1100°C, amorphous thin films of silicon carbide were obtained. The films were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM), and electron diffraction (ED). 相似文献
