从番红花(crocus sativus L.)花粉中分到两个新苷, 命名为番红花新苷甲(1)和乙(2)。经理化性质和对它们的IR、UV、^1HNMR和MS数据的分析, 鉴定1为异鼠李素-4'-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃(1→2)β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷, 2为β-对羟基苯基-乙醇-α-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖(1→2)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷。

几种齐墩果酸糖缀合物的合成

报道了齐墩果酸与四种单糖和二糖（葡萄糖、半乳糖、乳糖及葡萄糖醛酸）进 行糖苷化制备糖缀合物的方法。在合成过程中首先将葡萄糖、半乳糖及乳糖转化成 相应的全苯甲酰三氯亚胺酯糖基供体（10a-10c），将葡萄糖醛酸转化成为1-溴代 乙酰葡萄糖醛酸甲酯糖基供体（10d）；在齐墩果酸的28-位羧基上进行酰胺化引入 ω-氨基羧酸甲酯得到其衍生物6。然后10a-10c在TMSOTf的催化下与化合物6的3-位 羟基进行β-糖苷化；10d在AgOTf的催化下与6进行β-糖苷化，最后脱掉保护基得 到相应的糖缀合物13a-13d，所有目的化合物均为新化合物，其结构经IR，^1H NMR，^13C NMR，2D-COSY，HMQC，DEPT及HRMS进行了确证。     

含甲巯咪唑杂环为端基的非环冠醚的合成

本文以甲巯咪唑杂环为新的端基,在相转移催化条件合成了五个开链冠醚,这些化合物均通过元素分析、UV、IR 、^1H和^13CNMR波谱鉴定.     

直缘乌头中新的C19—二萜生物碱的结构研究

从直缘乌头（Aconitum transsectum Diels.）根中分离得到4个新的乌头碱型 C_(19)-二萜生物碱。由光谱法（IR, ~1H NMR, ~(13)C NMR, 2D-NMR, MS）确定其 结构为:8-O-乙基滇乌碱（8-O-ethylyunaconitine） (1)、去氮乙基查斯曼宁（N- deethyl chasmanine）(2)、直缘乌碱丁（transconitine D）(3)和直缘乌碱戊（ transconitine E）(4)。     

哒嗪酮的乙酰胺类化合物的合成及生物活性

2-叔丁基-4-氯-5-羟基-哒嗪-3(2H)-酮(3)与相应的N-烷基或N,N-二烷基氯乙酰胺(4a-4l)反应,合成了2-叔丁基-5-[(N-烷基或N,N-二烷基乙酰胺)氧基]-4-氯-哒嗪-3(2H)-酮(1a-1l),生物活性测定结果表明部分化合物(1a-1l)具有杀虫活性。     

取代苯甲醛-N-芳氧乙酰腙类化合物的合成与表征

利用取代苯甲醛与芳氧基乙酰肼反应,合成了8个新的芳氧基乙酰脘类化合物,其结构经IR,^1HNMR和元素分析证实。     

青海翠雀化学成分的研究

用柱层析、制备薄层层析等对青海翠雀的化学成份进行了分离，并用IR，FA， MS，1HNMR，13C NMR及DEPT等光谱确定了化合物的结构，共分得5种二萜生物碱， 其中一种为新化合物，还分得一种非生物碱β-谷甾醇．     

中国南海海绵Seletta tenuis lindgren中24-亚甲基-27-甲基胆甾醇的结构鉴定

本研究中国南海海绵生物活性成分的过程中,从南海海绵中分离出24-亚甲基-27-甲基胆甾醇,通过IR,^1HNMR,^13CNMR,^1H-^13CCOSY,MS和MS-MS等波谱分析,确证了其化学结构,并详细报道了波谱数据.     

色满-4-酮并[2,3-b]喹啉酮衍生物的合成

以丙酮和适当的芳香醛以及丙二酸二乙酯为原料，合成出未见报道的5-芳基- 1，3-环已二酮作为合成块。利用Friedlaender合成法与2-氨基-3-甲酰基色满-4- 酮缩合，首次完成色满-4-酮并[2,3-b]喹啉酮新四环系化合物的合成。所合成的化 合物均经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR，IR光谱和元素分析予以证实。化合物2a的结构也从 色谱-质谱联机分析的质谱数据得到进一步确认。化合物的药理学离体实验表明， 化合物2a具有较强的抑制肿瘤细胞生长的活性。     

Gnetupendin C, a New Stilbene Dimer from the Lianas of Gnetum Pendulum

Continuous investigation on stilbenoids from the lianas of Gnetum pendulum1 resulted in the isolation of a new dimer, Gnetupendin C (1), a cis-2, 3-dihydrobenzofuran dimer of resveratrol and oxyresveratrol.Gnetupendin C (1) was obtained as yellowish amorphous power, [(] -220.0 (c 0.100, MeOH). Gnetuhainin P, a New Isorhapontigenin Dimer from the Lianas of Gnetum hainanense

Continuous investigation on oligostilbenes from the lianas of Gnetum hainanense resulted in the isolation of a new rhapontigenin dimer, Gnetuhainin P (1), in addition to the dimers of resveratrol and oxyresveratrol reported previously1. Gnetuhainin P (1) was obtained as a yellowish amorphous powder, [(]25D +6.6 (c 0.092, MeOH). HPLC测定河套大黄中的土大黄苷含量

从河套大黄中分离纯化出活性成分土大黄苷,作为自制的标准品,利用KromasilTM C(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm I.d.,5μm)反相色谱柱,以V(甲醇):V(乙腈):V(水)=35:5:60为流动相,以320mm为检测波长,对河套大黄中土大黄苷进行测定.土大黄苷在0.427～4.190μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为99.12%.该方法为河套大黄的质量控制奠定了基础.     

A Concise and Convenient Synthesis of Stilbenes via Benzils and Arylmethyldiphenylphosphine Oxides

A new and convenient synthetic method has been developed for the construction of stilbenes bearing electron-withdrawing group（s） by using benzils and arylmethyldiphenylphosphine oxides via sequences involving Wittig-Horner reaction and a rearrangement in the presence of t-BuOK in toluene under mild conditions. This approach could be readily applied to a facile synthesis of biologically important natural products, resveratrol and its derivatives, such as trimethoxystilbenes 1 （Z） and 2 （E）.     

“性情”别解—从金岳霖和穆尔的观点看

Stilbene Derivatives from Gnetum montanum Markgr. f. megalocarpum Markgr.

Three new stilbene derivatives, gnetumelin A ( 1 ), gnetumelin B ( 2 ), and gnetumelin C ( 3 ), along with the nine known stilbene derivatives 4 – 12 were isolated from Gnetum montanum Markgr . f. megalocarpum Markgr. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis and comparison of the data with reported ones.
