In this paper, we examine the controllability of nonlinear differential systems which are perturbations of systems of the formx=A(t)x+g(t, u). Under appropriate assumptions, we show that integrably bounded perturbations preserve the controllability properties of the base system in the case when the control values are restrained. Our approach is based on the necessary and sufficient growth condition for controllability developed earlier by the author.  相似文献

Using a geometric growth condition, we characterize both the function space and Euclidean controllability of a nonlinear delay system which has a compact and convex control set. In this Note we present a new approach which allows one to prove new controllability results for some coupled parabolic systems considered in a bounded domain Ω of RN when one controls by a unique distributed control. We analyze, as a model example, the null controllability of a linear phase field system. First, one controls the system by two controls. Then, one eliminates the introduced fictitious control. To prove controllability conditions for the nonautonomous case, we need to generalize the definition of characteristic exponents of a linear system. Generalizations of well-known conditions for controllability of linear abstract autonomous systems defined on Banach spaces to the case where there is a closed non invertible operator at the derivative are established. Presence of this operator implies that suitable controllers must be chosen. If the operators entering in the equation satisfy certain hypotheses, approximate controllability by use of this class of controllers is expressed only in terms of the coefficients of the system. In particular, approximate controllability in finite time is then equivalent to approximate controllability, according to the usual definition, of a corresponding non degenerate system. This is the case, for example, when the concerned spaces are finite dimensional. In this paper we study the controllability for a class of semilinear differential inclusions in Banach spaces. Since we assume the regularity of the nonlinear part with respect to the weak topology, we do not require the compactness of the evolution operator generated by the linear part. As well we are not posing any conditions on the multivalued nonlinearity expressed in terms of measures of noncompactness. We are considering the usual assumption on the controllability of the associated linear problem. Notice that, in infinite dimensional spaces, the above mentioned compactness of the evolution operator and linear controllability condition are in contradiction with each other. We suppose that the nonlinear term has convex, closed, bounded values and a weakly sequentially closed graph when restricted to its second argument. This regularity setting allows us to solve controllability problem under various growth conditions. As application, a controllability result for hyperbolic integro-differential equations and inclusions is obtained. In particular, we consider controllability of a system arising in a model of nonlocal spatial population dispersal and a system governed by the second order one-dimensional telegraph equation.  相似文献

Consider the problem of null-controllability for a linear non-autonomous system of the form , whereX andU are Banach spaces,A(t) andB(t) are linear bounded operators for eacht 0, and is a subset containing 0 (but not necessarily as an interior point). Some necessary and sufficient conditions for local and global null-controllability are proved whenA(·) andB(·) are periodic continuous functions. We discuss the structure of bifurcation diagram in the plane of parameters controlling period-doublings for the system of coupled logistic maps. The analysis is carried out by computing the charts of dynamical regimes and charts of Lyapunov exponents giving showy and effective illustrations. The critical point of codimension two at the border of chaos is found. It is a terminal point for the Feigenbaum critical line. The bifurcation analysis in the vicinity of this point is presented.   相似文献

The maximal number of zeros of multi-dimensional real analytic maps with small parameter is studied by means of the multi-dimensional generalization of Rouché's theorem. The obtained result is applied to study the maximal number of periodic solutions to multi-dimensional differential systems. A second order nonlinear conservation equation displays entropy irreversibility if and only if the heat flux is in the direction of decreasing temperature. Unlike linear 4th order diffusion equations, some classes of nonlinear 4th order equations do in fact display entropy irreversibility. In known cases, this is associated with positivity. In this paper we establish sufficient conditions for the approximate controllability of impulsive neutral functional evolution integrodifferential systems in Hilbert spaces. Also we study the exact controllability of the same system. The conditions are obtained by using Schauder’s fixed point theorem when the operator is compact and the Banach fixed point theorem when the operator is not compact. This Note is devoted to some insensitizing control problems for the Stokes system with a reduced number of controls. We give some ε-insensitization results with external unidirectional forces in different geometric configurations. Some sufficient conditions are presented for the controllability of general nonlinear systems. First, the controllability problem is transformed into the problem of existence of fixed points for some operator; using Schauder's theorem, it is derived that a sufficient condition for controllability is the existence of a subsetS inC n+m (T) which is invariant for a derived operator. Secondly, with the aid of the notion of comparison principle, the existence of the subsetS is guaranteed by the existence of solutions for some nonlinear integral inequality or equality equations. For example, one solution for such nonlinear integral equations is obtained under the assumption of the uniform boundedness for a nonlinear term of the differential equation.  相似文献

The authors of these papers used different approaches, and no connection between them has ever been pointed out.
