Previously unknown 2-methoxy(or ethoxy)-4-(11-oxo-9-phenyl-7,8,9,10,11,12-hexahydrobenzo[b][4,7]phenanthrolin-12-yl)phenyl esters of carboxylic acids were prepared by ternary condensation of vanillin or vanillal alkanoates with 6-quinolylamine and Phenidone. According to the 1H NMR spectra, the target products are formed as mixtures of diastereomers.  相似文献

Polyfluorinated 2-arylhydrazono-3-oxocarboxylic acid esters react with o-phenylenediamine in neutral medium to give mainly the corresponding o-aminoanilides which can be converted into 1,5-benzodi-azepin-2-ones. Sodium cyanide in hexamethylphosphoric triamide selectively cleaves methyl esters in the presence of ethyl esters with yields of ca. 80%. The mechanism of the reaction has been investigated. In 1963, it was found that sterically unhindered esters of cyanic acid, which had previously been considered unobtainable, could be easily prepared from phenols and cyanogen halides. Another synthesis, involving the thermolysis of thiatriazole derivatives, was discovered in 1964. The aryl cyanates in particular have since been found to have many uses as starting materials for the preparation of numerous new classes of compounds [e.g. derivatives of esters of imidocarbonic acid (esters, amides, imides, hydrazides, hydroxylamides, sulfamides, sulfhydrazides, semicarbazides); esters of imidocarboxylic acids; s-triazines, pyrimidines, tetrazoles, triazoles, triazolones, oxadiazoles, thiadiazoles, benzoxazinones, etc.], mainly by addition of nucleophilic or 1,3-dipolar reactants, or as aids e.g. in the elimination of H2O or H2S or in the transfer of CN groups.  相似文献

A series of in situ-prepared catalytic systems incorporating RuII precursors and bidentate phosphine ligands has been probed in the reductive carboxylation of ethylene in the presence of triethylsilane as reductant. The catalytic production of propionate and acrylate silyl esters was evidenced by high-throughput screening (HTS) and implemented in batch reactor techniques. The most promising catalyst systems identified were made of Ru(H)(Cl)(CO)(PPh3)3 and 1,4-bis(dicyclohexylphosphino)butane (DCPB) or 1,1’-ferrocene-diyl-bis(cyclohexylphosphine) (DCPF). A marked influence of water on the acrylate/propionate selectivity was noted. Turnover numbers [mol mol(Ru)−1] up to 16 for acrylate and up to 68 for propionate were reached under relatively mild conditions (20 bar, 100 °C, 0.5 mol % Ru, 40 mol % H2O vs. HSiEt3).
