N,N′-[4,4′-(Perfluoro-1,4-phenylene)bis(oxy)bis(4,1-phenylene)]bis[2-(pyridin-2-ylmethylidene)-hydrazinecarbothioamide] as well as its methyl and phenyl derivatives react with copper and nickel chlorides in ethanol to form coordination compounds. In the products, the hydrazinecarbothioamides act as doubly deprotonated bridging ligands. The prepared complexes have been found to inhibit in vitro the growth and propagation of the myeloid human leukemia HL-60 cancer cells at the 10?5–10?7 mol/L concentration.  相似文献

Abstract

The electrochemical behavior of VOQ2OH or [VOQ2-OVOQ2] (Q = 8-hydroxyquinohnate anion) has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry in acetonitnie solutions. Although both species exist simultaneously at every condition analyzed, they can be clearly differentiated by this method. The effect of trace amounts of water on the electrochemical behavior is also discussed.  相似文献

The title compound (C40H42N2) has been synthesized by the reaction of 1-(1-naphthyl)-1-phenyl-3-chloropropylene and bis(4-(diethylamino) phenyl)methanone, and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 17.047(3), b = 10.807(2), c = 1&494(4) (A), β = 105.727(4)°, V=3279.4(11) A3, Mr = 550.76, Z = 4, Dc = 1.115 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.085 mm-1, F(000) = 1184, the final R = 0.0625 and wR = 0.1384 for 2276 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)). X-ray analysis reveals that the butadiene fragment adopts a planar cisiod conformation and makes a dihedral angel of 69.4(2)° with the naphthalene ring.  相似文献

A new bi-cage hydrocarbon, 4,4′-bipentacyclo[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]undecane (12) was designed based on a strategy to construct two cages simultaneously from one key molecule scaffold. Thus 12 was conveniently synthesized from 5,5′-bi(cyclopentadiene) (9) through a three steps synthetic route in 23% overall yield. The new bi-cage hydrocarbon has high density (1.2322 g/cm3) and high volumetric heat of combustion (51.670 MJ/L).  相似文献

Aquabis(N,N-dimethylglycinato)copper(II) dihydrate, [Cu(dmg)2(H2O)]·2H2O, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, magnetic data, thermal analysis, solution UV-visible spectroscopy, X-ray crystal structure analysis and electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy. The square pyramidal copper(II) complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121. The complex cleaves circular plasmid DNA (pBR322) in the presence of H2O2. The extent of cleavage varies with the concentration range of the complex, the type of buffer used, pH of buffer and the concentration of H2O2. Hydroxyl radical scavenger can inhibit the nucleolytic ability of this complex.  相似文献

The title compound N,N′-di(diethoxythiophosphoryl)-1,4-phenyl-enediamine was synthesized by the reaction of diethoxythiophosphoryl chloride with p-phenylenediamine and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and 1H NMR spectra. Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis and the thermal property was studied by TG analysis. The relative molecular weight of the title compound is 412.42. The crystal structure belongs to the orthorhombic, Pbca space group, with a = 0.86936(16) nm, b = 1.2787(2) nm, c = 1.8897(3) nm, β = 90°, V = 2.1006(7) nm3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.304 g/cm3, μ(Mo Kα) = 0.425 mm−1, F(000) = 872, S = 1.052, the final R = 0.0628 and wR = 0.1860 for 1852 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrates that the crystal structure is centrosymmetric. The weak N-H⋯S intramolecular hydrogen bonds were observed to link the molecules into sheets. Six dicarboxylic acids 3a-3f were synthesized by the reaction of 3,3’,4,4’-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride 1 with L-aminoacids 2a-2f in a solution of glacial acetic acid/pyridine(Py) at refluxing temperature.Then six new poly(amide-imide)s PAIs were synthesized from the direct polycondensation reaction of[N,N’-(4,4’- carbonyldiphtaloyl)-bis-L-amino diacid]s with 1,5-bis(4-aminophenyl)penta-1,4-dien-3-one(APPD).The polymerization reactions produced a series of new optically active PAIs with high yield and good inherent viscosity.Also these PAIs are optically active and soluble in various organic solvents.These resulting new polymers can be used in column chromatography for the separation of enantiomeric mixtures.The resulted polymers were fully characterized by means of FTIR and ~1H-NMR spectroscopy,elemental analyses,inherent viscosity measurements,solubility tests and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).  相似文献

Poly(N,N′-dibromo-N-ethylnaphthyl-2,7-disulfonamide) (PBNS) as novel reagent was synthesized. Bisindolylindeno[1,2-b]quinoxaline and bisindolylindeno[3,4-b]pyrazine derivatives were synthesized in a simple and efficient method from the three-component condensation reaction of indole, indane-1,2,3-trione, and diamine aromatic compounds by PBNS under solvent-free conditions at 80 °C in good to excellent yields, short reaction times, and a simple procedure for new derivatives.
