The reactions of diorganotin dichloride [Ph_2SnCl_2, (PhCH_2)_2-SnCl_2 or (n-Bu)_2SnCl_2] with potassium salt of 2,5-dimercapto-4-phenyl-1, 3, 4-thiodiazole gave complexes R_2Sn (S_3N_2C_8H_5)_2(4: R=Ph; 5: R=PhCH_2 and 6: R=n-Bu), respectively.Characterizations were carried out for all complexes by IR, ~1HNMR spectra and X-ray crystallography analysis. 在无催化剂存在下,以水为溶剂通过5-芳氧甲基-4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮与氯乙酰芳胺的硫烷基化反应,合成了14个未见文献报道的2-(5-芳氧甲基-4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫基)乙酰芳胺.其结构经元素分析,IR和1HNMR进行了表征,利用单晶X射线衍射法测定了化合物5n的单晶结构.该化合物通过分子间氢键自组装成三维网状结构的超分子.生物活性试验表明部分化合物对小麦的根有促进作用而对所有的茎都有抑制活性.  相似文献

The title compound, methyl 2-(diphenylamino)-4-phenyl-1,3-thiazole-5-carboxylate, was synthesized and studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The structure of the product was confirmed by IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. These experimental studies were supported by quantum mechanical calculations. The structure was solved in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.573(3), b = 19.533(7), c = 9.876(3), β = 92.35(4)°, V = 1845.2(10)3, T = 85(2) K, Z = 4, R = 0.040 and wR = 0.089 for 6424 observed reflections withI>2σ(I).  相似文献

The title compound trans-4-[(5-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyra-zol-4-yl)methyleneamino]-1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydropyrazol-3-one 3 (C28H23Cl2N5O2, Mr = 532.41) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.9438(4), b = 11.6065(5), c = 14.2215(6) , α = 112.566(1), β = 92.324(2), γ = 102.91(1)o, V = 1315.65(10) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.344 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.282 mm-1, λ = 0.71073 , F(000) = 552, the final R = 0.0587 and wR = 0.1578 for 5071 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the product is a thermodynamically stable trans isomer. Intra-and intermolecular C(12)-H(12)···O(1) and C(28)-H(28)···O(1)#1 hydrogen bonds were observed in the title compound.  相似文献

杂环化合物1 苯基 3 甲基 4 吡唑啉 5 酮(HPMP)为β 二酮,不仅可用作金属离子的萃取剂,还可用于核磁共振的位移试剂,也可用于激光、催化、生化、医学等领域[1-4]。我们从PMP出发,合成了它的Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)的络合物[5,6]。利用单晶X 射线衍射分析方法报道了标题化合物的晶体结构。1 实验部分在合成PMP席夫碱化合物的过程中,得到标题化合物的单晶体。元素分析结果(括号内为计算值)C%:69 87(69 98),H%:5 62(5 59),N:15 61(15 55)。红外光谱(KBr):1645和1637cm-1的强吸收峰归属为羰基的伸缩振动,…  相似文献

合成了3-(2-羟基苯基)-5-苯基-6-乙氧羰基-2-环己烯酮.通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对其组成和结构进行了表征.利用X射线衍射分析方法测定了它的晶体结构.该化合物的晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=1.41946(17)nm,b=0.58445(7)nm,c=2.1756(3)nm,β=104.795(2)°,V=1.7450(4)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.280 g·cm-3,F(000)=712,μ=0.088mm-1,R1[I>2σ(I)]=0.0627,wR2[I>2σ(I)]=0.1484.晶体结构测定结果表明化合物分子中的环己烯部分为半椅式构象,分子间通过氢键形成具有16元环的二聚体.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of 1-phenyl-1-fluoro-5-methylquasisilatrane PhFSi(OCH2CH2)2NMe was investigated by X-ray diffraction at 100 K. The coordination polyhedron of the silicon atom in the molecule is a slightly distorted trigonal bipyramid containing fluorine and nitrogen atoms in the axial positions and two endocyclic oxygen atoms and the carbon atom of the phenyl group at three vertices of the equatorial plane.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of some novel 2-aroylimino-3-aryl-4-phenyl-1,3-thiazolines was carried out by base-catalyzed cyclization of 1-aroyl-3-arylthioureas with acetophenone in the presence of bromine. The title compound naphthalen-2-yl-4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carboxylate (C 14 H 10 N 2 O 2 S,M r=270.31) was synthesized by the reaction of 4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbonyl chloride with 2-naphthol,and its structure was characterized by IR,1 H NMR,high-resolution mass spectrometry and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to orthorhombic,space group Pbcn with a=23.475(5),b=9.6640(19),c=10.814(2),β=90.00°,Z=8,V=2453.2(9) 3,M r=270.30,D c=1.464 g/cm 3,μ=0.262 mm-1,F(000)=1120,R=0.0444 and wR=0.1099.X-ray analysis revealed that the thiadiazole and naphthalene rings were non-planar,while the thiadiazole ring and the ester group were essentially planar,and two intermolecular hydrogen bonds C(6) H(6)···O(1) and C(14) H(14)···O(1) were observed.The preliminary biological test showed that the title compound had antifungal and antivirus activities against tobacco mosaic virus.  相似文献
