用时域有限差分方法(FDTD)研究三维周期性延拓的随机粗糙面与上方目标复合电磁散射.用周期性延拓消除数值计算中截取有限大小粗糙面产生的边缘效应,讨论一个周期单元粗糙面的边长与其相关长度之间的关系.给出在FDTD方法中向粗糙面加载入射波的方法,建立了粗糙面上单个三维目标的复合散射FDTD计算模型.数值结果给出粗糙面与目标散射的近场分布,应用近远场变换得到全方位散射角的双站散射系数.比较了三维与二维散射模型的区别.结果显示当粗糙面上放置目标时,其后向散射显著增强.  相似文献

提出三维导体目标与导体粗糙面复合散射的解析-数值混合迭代算法,推导出三维目标与粗糙面的耦合积分方程,以及粗糙面散射的Kirchhoff近似(KA)计算式.粗糙面的KA解析计算大大降低了粗糙面求解的复杂度,与目标矩量法的混合迭代保证了计算结果的精度,使得三维体-面目标复合散射计算变得可行.由于体-面两者的高阶耦合作用明显减小,保证了该混合迭代算法的收敛性.与镜像Green函数方法的比较表明该混合算法的有效性,并讨论了粗糙面长度选择对计算结果的影响.结合Monte-Carlo方法,数值分析了理想导体Gauss 关键词: 复合散射 Kirchhoff近似 共轭梯度法 互耦迭代  相似文献

利用基于电流计算的矩量法结合高频算法基尔霍夫近似的混合算法,分析了一维PM谱粗糙海面及其上方二维无限长任意截面导体目标的双站复合电磁散射特性.混合算法将粗糙面和目标分别划分到KA区域和MOM区域,由于无需数值求解粗糙海面区域的表面极化电流,该算法的运算时间和对计算机内存的需求主要取决于粗糙面上方目标的网格划分情况.数值结果以无限长导体圆柱为例计算了其与一维下垫PM谱粗糙海面的复合双站散射截面,并将计算结果与经典MOM结果进行了比对和验证,结果表明混合方法具有较高的计算效率.最后应用混合方法讨论了不同极化状态、海上不同风速以及目标不同尺寸和位置对复合散射截面的影响. 关键词: 粗糙海面 电磁散射 混合算法 矩量法  相似文献

Electromagnetic scattering from one-dimensional two-layered rough surfaces is investigated by using finite-difference time-domain algorithm (FDTD). The uniaxial perfectly matched layer (UPML) medium is adopted for truncation of FDTD lattices, in which the finite-difference equations can be used for the total computation domain by properly choosing the uniaxial parameters. The rough surfaces are characterized with Gaussian statistics for the height and the autocorrelation function. The angular distribution of bistatic scattering coefficient from single-layered perfect electric conducting and dielectric rough surface is calculated and it is in good agreement with the numerical result with the conventional method of moments. The influence of the relative permittivity, the incident angle, and the correlative length of two-layered rough surfaces on the bistatic scattering coefficient with different polarizations are presented and discussed in detail.  相似文献

An efficient multiregion model is introduced to calculate the electromagnetic scattering from a perfectly electrical conducting(PEC) rough surface with or without a PEC target above it.In the multiregion model,the rough surface is split into multiple regions depending on their position along the rough surface.Two intermediate regions are chosen as the dominant region.If a target is located above the rough surface,the target will also be included in the dominant region.The method of moments(MOM) is only adopted on the dominant region to ensure validity.Hence,the new model can greatly reduce the number of unknowns associated with full MOM analysis.The induced electric currents on the other regions are obtained by approximately considering the mutual coupling between different regions along the rough surface.Compared with the published hybrid method,this new model is not only suitable for EM scattering from a target above a rough surface but also applicable for just rough surfaces.Several numerical simulations are presented to show the validity and efficiency of the multiregion model.  相似文献

Abstract

The scattering of waves by random rough surfaces has important applications in the remote sensing of oceans and land. The problem of developing a model for rough surfaces is very difficult since, at best, the scattering coefficient σ0 is dependent upon (at least) the radar frequency, geometrical and physical parameters, incident and observation angles, and polarization. The problem of electromagnetic scattering from a randomly rough surface is analysed using the Kirchhoff approximation (stationary phase, scalar approximation), the small-perturbation model and the two-scale models. A first major new consideration in this paper is the polarimetric signature calculations as a function of the transmitter location and receiver location for a bistatic radio-link. We calculate the like- and cross-polarized received power directly using the scattering coefficients, without calculating the Mueller matrix. Next, a study of the regions of validity of the Kirchhoff and small-perturbation rough surface scattering models (in the bistatic case) is presented. Comparisons between the numerical calculations and the models are made for various surface rms heights and correlation lengths both normalized to the incident wavenumber (denoted by σ and L, respectively). By using these two parameters to form a two-dimensional space, the approximate regions of validity are then established. The second major new consideration is the development of a theoretical two-scale model describing bistatic reflectivity as well as the numerical results computed for the bistatic radar cross section from rough surfaces especially from the sea and snow-covered surfaces. The results are used to show the Brewster angle effect on near-grazing angle scattering.  相似文献

A current based hybrid method (HM) is proposed which combines the method of moment (MOM) with the Kirchhoff approximation (KA) for the analysis of scattering interaction between a two-dimensional (2D) infinitely long conducting target with arbitrary cross section and a one-dimensional (1D) Gaussian rough surface. The electromagnetic scattering region in the HM is split into KA region and MOM region. The electric field integral equation (EFIE) in MOM region (target) is derived, the computational time of the HM depends mainly on the number of unknowns of the target. The bistatic scattering coefficient for the infinitely long cylinder above the rough surface with Gaussian roughness spectrum is calculated, and the numerical results are compared and verified with those obtained by the conventional MOM, which shows the high efficiency of the HM. Finally, the influence of the size, location of the target, the rms height and correlation length of the rough surface on the bistatic scattering coefficient with different polarizations is discussed in detail.  相似文献

We study the phase diagram for Potts model on a Cayley tree with competing nearest-neighbor interactions J 1, prolonged next-nearest-neighbor interactions J p and one-level next-nearest-neighbor interactions J o . Vannimenus proved that the phase diagram of Ising model with J o =0 contains a modulated phase, as found for similar models on periodic lattices, but the multicritical Lifshitz point is at zero temperature. Later Mariz et al. generalized this result for Ising model with J o ≠0 and recently Ganikhodjaev et al. proved similar result for the three-state Potts model with J o =0. We consider Potts model with J o ≠0 and show that for some values of J o the multicritical Lifshitz point be at non-zero temperature. We also prove that as soon as the same-level interactionJ o is nonzero, the paramagnetic phase found at high temperatures for J o =0 disappears, while Ising model does not obtain such property. To perform this study, an iterative scheme similar to that appearing in real space renormalization group frameworks is established; it recovers, as particular case, previous work by Ganikhodjaev et al. for J o =0. At vanishing temperature, the phase diagram is fully determined for all values and signs of J 1,J p and J o . At finite temperatures several interesting features are exhibited for typical values of J o /J 1.  相似文献

This article deals with the study of bistatic scattering by forested areas using a coherent scattering model. The contribution of the scatterers is considered (trunks, branches), as well as their interaction with the ground. This code has been extended from monostatic to bistatic configurations and we present all the tests we have performed with this tool in order to validate it as far as possible. The transmitter is at a fixed location and the receiver moves either in the incidence plane (only θ s varies) or in all positions (θ s and φ s both vary). Our objective is to determine the main trends characterizing bistatic scattering by a forest. We study the variation of the scattering coefficient, when evolving from the backscattering to the specular configuration (only θ s varies). Both radiometric and polarimetric aspects are analysed, first when considering a simple forest of trunks and then a forest with trunks and branches. Finally, we analyse the impact of both θ s and φ s for two cases: a vertical dielectric cylinder in free space and a set of vertical dielectric cylinders, arranged in different ways. Here again, the radiometric and polarimetric aspects are investigated to check the electromagnetic behaviour.  相似文献

A mixed valence impurity with two magnetic configurations of total angular momentumJ 2 andJ 1=J 2+1/2, respectively, coupled by conduction electrons with total angular momentum 1/2 via a hybridization matrix element is considered. The thermodynamic Bethe-ansatz equations derived previously are solved numerically for various values ofJ 2. Thef-level occupation, the entropy, the magnetic susceptibility and the specific heat are obtained as a function of temperature for variousf-level positions. This work presents a method to separately analyze the conservative electric fields (Ec, primarily originating with the scalar electric potential in the coil winding), and the magnetically-induced electric fields (Ei, caused by the time-varying magnetic field B1) within samples that are much smaller than one wavelength at the frequency of interest. The method consists of first using a numerical simulation method to calculate the total electric field (Et) and conduction currents (J), then calculating Ei based on J, and finally calculating Ec by subtracting Ei from Et. The method was applied to calculate electric fields for a small cylindrical sample in a solenoid at 600 MHz. When a non-conductive sample was modeled, calculated values of Ei and Ec were at least in rough agreement with very simple analytical approximations. When the sample was given dielectric and/or conductive properties, Ec was seen to decrease, but still remained much larger than Ei. When a recently-published approach to reduce heating by placing a passive conductor in the shape of a slotted cylinder between the coil and sample was modeled, reduced Ec and improved B1 homogeneity within the sample resulted, in agreement with the published results.  相似文献

采用土壤介电常数的四成分模型和雪的介电常数模型分别表示实际的地面和雪层的介电特性, 应用指数型分布粗糙面模型和Monte Carlo方法模拟实际的粗糙地面, 运用时域有限差分方法研究了雪层覆盖的粗糙地面与上方矩形截面柱的复合电磁散射问题. 得出了复合电磁散射系数的角分布曲线, 计算了双站复合散射系数随土壤与雪层粗糙度参数、介电参数、 矩形截面柱几何参数、介电参数等的变化情况, 并做了详细分析与讨论. 得到了雪层覆盖的粗糙地面与上方矩形截面柱复合电磁散射特性.  相似文献

The solution for an ellipsoidal cavity in an infinite transversely isotropic magneto-electro-elastic medium under remotely applied axisymmetric, combined mechanical–electric–magnetic loading is derived. The exact solution for a penny-shaped crack is obtained by letting the minor axis of the ellipsoidal cavity approach zero. The results demonstrate that the stress intensity factor depends only on the applied mechanical loading, but the electric displacement intensity factor and the magnetic induction intensity factor depend on the applied combined loading, as well as the two ratios of β/α and γ/α. Parameter α is the ratio of the minor axis to the major axis of the ellipsoidal cavity, β is the ratio of the dielectric constant of the material in the cavity to the effective dielectric constant of the magneto-electro-elastic medium, and γ is the ratio of the magnetic permeability of the material in the cavity to the effective magnetic permeability of the magneto-electro-elastic medium. The two ratios characterize the permeability of the crack to electric and magnetic fields. Several limiting cases for β/α and γ/α are studied. A self-consistent method is adopted to determine the real crack opening α under the combined mechanical–electric–magnetic loading. The stress, electric displacement and magnetic induction intensity factors of a penny-shaped crack in BaTiO3–CoFe2O4 composites are calculated for different volume fractions and different applied combined loadings.  相似文献

A rigorous solution consistent with a plane wave approximation is given to the boundary problem for Maxwell’s equations for surface optical waves at the boundary with a nonlinear Kerr medium. Exact formulas for the flux intensity (J 0) and energy density (W 0) of these waves are derived depending on the parameters of the adjacent media and the propagation constant (ξ). It is shown that these variables as functions of ξ have minima. Thus, J 0 and W 0 increase sharply as the propagation constant deviates from the minimum value ξmin. Their values are greater, the larger the difference between the dielectric constants of the linear and nonlinear media is. An expression for the propagation velocity of a nonlinear surface wave is also obtained.  相似文献

Electromagnetic scattering from a rough surface of layered medium is investigated, and the formulae of the scattering coefficients for different polarizations are derived using the small perturbation method. A rough surface with exponential correlation function is presented for describing a rough soil surface of layered medium, the formula of its scattering coefficient is derived by considering the spectrum of the rough surface with exponential correlation function; the curves of the bistatic scattering coefficient of HH polarization with variation of the scattering angle are obtained by numerical calculation. The influence of the permittivity of layered medium, the mean layer thickness of intermediate medium, the roughness surface parameters and the frequency of the incident wave on the blstatic scattering coefficient is discussed. Numerical results show that the influence of the permittivity of layered medium, the mean layer thickness of intermediate medium, the rms and the correlation length of the rough surface, and the frequency of the incident wave on the bistatic scattering coefficient is very complex.  相似文献
