The evolution of radiation-induced absorption (RIA) of light at λ = 1.55 μmis compared after pulsed action of ionizing radiation at different probe light power in an undoped-silica-core Panda-type birefringent optical fiber and in an isotropic optical fiber drawn from the same preform before embedding the stress-applying rods.High efficiency of RIA photobleaching by the probe light at λ = 1.55 μm is revealed in the birefringent fiber.  相似文献

Transparent and colorless lead fluoride crystals with sizes of 20 × 20 × 20 (ram3) are irradiated with several doses of γ-rays from a ^60Co source. Their transmittance spectra before and after irradiation are measured, and a new parameter ΔT = Tb - Ta is defined to evaluate the irradiation damage. Three optical absorption bands peaking at 27Onto, 37Onto and 50Onto are found in the plots of AT versus wavelength, and their intensities increase with the irradiation dose. These optical absorption bands, except the one at 27Onto, can recover spontaneously with time. Thermal annealing treatment can enhance this recovery of the transmittance, while the optimum annealing temperature for different samples depends on the irradiation dose.  相似文献

The light emission spectra of a discharge excited by the high-frequency and microwave radiation sources in mixtures of sulfur with buffer gas (argon or neon) were experimentally studied. Various stages of changing the characteristic spectra in the process of discharge development were revealed. The temperature dependences of the absorption spectra of sulfur saturated vapor were measured up to 1000 K. A linear shift of the absorption line from the violet to the green region with temperature was found. The absorptivity rises steeply and reaches of 3 cm-1 at T=1000 K. The analysis shows that the same temperature dependence is observed for the maximum of the emission line. The filtering of light by colder sulfur vapor in the vicinity of the walls is supposedly responsible for the increase in the optical absorption at shorter wavelength. This explains the nontrivial increase in the wavelength of maximum of the spectral radiant intensity with temperature.  相似文献

利用铯原子D2线的调制转移光谱的鉴频特性,实现了光栅外腔式主振荡器-功率放大型(MOPA)半导体激光器相对于铯原子62S1/2F=4→62P3/2 F’=5超精细跃迁的偏频锁定,在100 ms内激光频率的相对起伏小于±280 kHz.相对于一般的饱和吸收锁频方法而言,调制转移光谱在锁频中的应用不仅彻底消除了Doppler背景对锁频的影响,而且还避免了对激光器直接进行频率扰动而带来的附加频率噪音.  相似文献

添加剂对LiBr溶液吸收蒸汽过程中的强化机理   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
利用吊板法测量了加有正辛醇和异辛醇这两种添加剂的溴化锂溶液的表面张力 ,利用激光照相的可视化方法研究了在静池吸收过程中添加剂对溴化锂溶液吸收水蒸汽的强化影响 .实验结果显示液体添加剂和蒸汽添加剂都能显著地降低溴化锂溶液的表面张力 ;蒸汽添加剂不仅和液体添加剂一样可以在吸收表面引起马拉戈尼对流 ,而且对吸收具有更好的强化效果 .根据对实验现象的分析 ,得出了添加剂对吸收的强化机理 :由于溶液表面层对液体添加剂或蒸汽添加剂的表面吸附作用 ,造成吸收界面处表面张力分布不均匀 ,从而在吸收界面引起马拉戈尼对流现象 ,强化了吸收过程中的传热、传质性能  相似文献

提出了一种含有光锥光子晶体防反射层和四棱锥光栅背反射层的a-Si薄膜太阳能电池结构,吸收层厚1μm,总厚度为1.45μm。根据光子晶体及亚波长光栅的衍射特性,利用严格耦合波方法对器件参数进行了优化。计算结果表明:当光锥结构倾角θ=72°、晶格常数T1=1 200 nm、介质底半径r=100 nm时,防反射层的透射率较高,在300~600 nm波长范围内,该薄膜太阳能电池的吸收效率比不含防反射层电池提高了11.54%;当四棱锥光栅结构周期L=1.2μm、占空比f=0.38、槽深h5=560 nm时,背反射层的反射效果较好,在600~850 nm波长范围内,电池的吸收效率提高了3.75%。所设计的薄膜电池结构在波长为300~750 nm、入射角为0°~75°范围内的吸收效率均在80%以上,平均吸收效率达92%,满足太阳电池对宽频谱、广角度的光俘获的要求。  相似文献

Electromagnetically induced transparency and absorption of a monochromatic light controlled by a radio frequency field in the cold multi-Zeeman-sublevel atoms are theoretically investigated. These Zeeman sublevels are coupled by a radio frequency(RF) field. Both electromagnetically induced transparency and electromagnetically induced absorption can be obtained by tuning the frequency of RF field for both the linear polarization and elliptical polarization monochromatic lights. When the transfer of coherence via spontaneous emission from the excited state to the ground state is considered, electromagnetically induced absorption can be changed into electromagnetically induced transparency with the change of intensity of radio field. The transparency windows controlled by the RF field can have potential applications in the magnetic-field measurement and quantum information processing.  相似文献

The radiation absorption cross section of indium–tin oxide (ITO) semiconductor nanoparticles of various sizes placed in various media is calculated in the region of plasmon resonance. The photoabsorption cross sections calculated within the framework of the Mie theory and in the dipole approximation are compared with each other and with the available experimental data. The limits of applicability of the dipole approximation are determined. The prospects of using these nanoparticles as an active material in optical plasmon sensors are assessed.  相似文献

采用时域有限差分法数值求解麦克斯韦-布洛赫方程,研究了当存在静电场时少周期脉冲激光在4,4'-二(二正丁胺基)二苯乙烯(BDBAS)分子介质中的传播过程,得到了分子的动态双光子吸收(TPA)截面并且展示了其光限幅行为. 由于静电场的存在打破了BDBAS分子的对称性,因此激光在传播过程中,其频谱同时出现了偶次谐波和奇次谐波. 随着静电场强度的增加,分子的动态TPA截面增大,同时光限幅效应更为明显.  相似文献

采用分光光度计分别测量了受不同剂量X射线照射后继续培养48h时的人上皮样喉癌细胞株Hep-2的培养基RPMI1640的紫外吸收光谱,分析了该培养基中蛋白质的紫外吸收特性.结果发现:各组培养基的吸收光谱存在明显的差别,新鲜培养基RPMI1640(10%胎牛血清)233nm处的吸收峰在细胞生长过程中位移至235nm,275nm处的吸收峰位移至278nm.反映出各组培养基中芳香族氨基酸中各种氨基酸如色氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸的含量的变化,说明癌细胞在生长过程中对这几种氨基酸的改变不是按等量比的.实验还发现细胞培养基的吸收光谱强度与各剂量组细胞数基本成正相关,进而与细胞所受X射线照射的剂量有内在的联系.这些结果将为利用光谱技术研究人喉癌最佳X射线放射剂量奠定基础.  相似文献

Absorption coefficient is a physical parameter to describe electromagnetic energy absorption of materials, which is closely related to solar cells and photodetectors. We grow a series of positive-intrinsic-negative(PIN) structures on silicon wafer by a gas source molecule beam epitaxy system and the investigate the absorption coefficient through the photovoltaic processes in detail. It is found that the absorption coefficient is enhanced by one order and can be tuned greatly through the thickness of the intrinsic layer in the PIN structure, which is also demonstrated by the 730-nm-wavelength laser irradiation. These results cannot be explained by the traditional absorption theory.We speculate that there could be some uncovered mechanism in this system, which will inspire us to understand the absorption process further.  相似文献

A coherent feedback scheme is used to enhance the degree of squeezing of the output field in a cavity optomechanical system. In the feedback loop, a beam splitter (BS) plays the roles of both a feedback controller and an input–output port. To realize effective enhancement, the output quadrature should take the same form as the input quadrature, and the system should operate at the deamplification situation in the meantime. This can be realized by choosing an appropriate frequency-dependent phase angle for the generalized quadrature. Additionally, both the transmissivity of the BS and the phase factor induced by time delays in the loop affect optical squeezing. For the fixed frequency, the optimal values of transmissivity and phase factor can be used to achieve the enhanced optical squeezing. The effect of optical losses on squeezing is also discussed. Optical squeezing is degraded by the introduced vacuum noise owing to the inefficient transmission in the loop. We show that the enhancement of squeezing is achievable with the parameters of the current experiments.  相似文献

研究了酸性染料氯酚红与蛋白质的结合反应。在pH为4.00的邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲介质中,氯酚红与蛋白质通过分子间作用力形成复合物。使最大波长约为340nm的共振光散射光谱得到加强。基于这一现象可以测定低至0.020mg·L~(-1)的血清白蛋白,工作曲线在0~0.75mg·L~(-1)范围内呈线性关系。此方法的稳定性好,灵敏度高,用于人血清试样中总蛋白的测定,与常用的双缩脲法基本一致,且灵敏度高。  相似文献
