用密度泛函理论(DFT)分析了NaP4及其正负离子的低级电子态的平衡结构、振动频率、能量、原子化能、绝热电子亲合能、绝热离子势等, 并与实验所得的阴离子光电子能谱进行比较. 根据计算结果与实验所得的激发能进行比较, 对NaP-4的阴离子光电子能谱中的峰进行了合理的归属.  相似文献

The geometries, stabilities, and electronic properties of Au n La (n = 2–8) clusters have been systematically investigated by using density-functional theory. The results show that the doped La atom prefers to locate at the center site with the number of Au atom increasing from 2 to 8. Furthermore, the Au n La clusters are more stable than the Au n+1 clusters. The charges transfer from La atom to Au atoms at n = 2–4, but charge-transferring is reversed at n = 5.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论方法, 在B3LYP/6-31+G(d) 水平上研究了吡啶、N-烷基吡啶阳离子及其与若干阴离子(F, Cl, Br, , )形成的离子对的稳定构型. 计算结果表明: N-烷基吡啶阳离子的吡啶环与中性吡啶分子类似, 具有芳香性, 烷基对吡啶环结构影响不大; 离子对中阴离子易出现在吡啶环上方以及C(5)—H 或C(2)—H 和 N-甲基附近; 阴、阳离子之间通常存在多重氢键, 并且均有部分电荷转移; 离子对的相互作用能随着N-烷基的增长而减小.  相似文献

在UBP86/LANL2DZ和UBP86/def2-TZVP水平下详细研究了AumNin (m+n≤6)团簇的几何结构和电子性质. 详细地分析了团簇的结构特征, 平均结合能, 垂直电离势, 垂直电子亲和能, 电荷转移以及成键特征. 所有混合团簇中, 镍原子趋于聚集到一起, 形成最多Ni—Ni键, 金原子分布在镍原子聚集体周围以形成最多Au—Ni键. Ni原子较少团簇的电子性质与纯金团簇类似, 呈现一定奇偶振荡. 混合团簇中存在镍到金原子间的电荷转移. Ni原子较少团簇中, 自旋电子主要定域在Ni原子上, Ni原子较多团簇中, Au原子明显受到自旋极化. 混合团簇的分波态密度表明, AuNi混合团簇对小分子的反应活性要高于纯金团簇.  相似文献

The equilibrium geometries, vibrational frequencies, atomization energies, adiabatic electron separations, adiabatic detachment energies (ADE), and adiabatic ionization potentials of the low-lying electronic states for the NaAs4 clusters and its ions were investigated employing the DFT method, and then compared with the photoelectron spectra. According to the computed results, reasonable assignments for the photoelectron spectra of NaAs4^- were suggested.  相似文献

Within the second funding period of the SPP 1708 “Material Synthesis near Room Temperature”,which started in 2017, we were able to synthesize novel anionic species utilizing Ionic Liquids (ILs) both, as reaction media and reactant. ILs, bearing the decomposable and non-innocent methyl carbonate anion [CO3Me], served as starting material and enabled facile access to pseudohalide salts by reaction with Me3Si−X (X=CN, N3, OCN, SCN). Starting with the synthesized Room temperature Ionic Liquid (RT-IL) [nBu3MeN][B(OMe)3(CN)], we were able to crystallize the double salt [nBu3MeN]2[B(OMe)3(CN)](CN). Furthermore, we studied the reaction of [WCC]SCN and [WCC]CN (WCC=weakly coordinating cation) with their corresponding protic acids HX (X=SCN, CN), which resulted in formation of [H(NCS)2] and the temperature labile solvate anions [CN(HCN)n] (n=2, 3). In addition, the highly labile anionic HCN solvates were obtained from [PPN]X ([PPN]=μ-nitridobis(triphenylphosphonium), X=N3, OCN, SCN and OCP) and HCN. Crystals of [PPN][X(HCN)3] (X=N3, OCN) and [PPN][SCN(HCN)2] were obtained when the crystallization was carried out at low temperatures. Interestingly, reaction of [PPN]OCP with HCN was noticed, which led to the formation of [P(CN)2], crystallizing as HCN disolvate [PPN][P(CN⋅HCN)2]. Furthermore, we were able to isolate the novel cyanido(halido) silicate dianions of the type [SiCl0.78(CN)5.22]2− and [SiF(CN)5]2− and the hexa-substituted [Si(CN)6]2− by temperature controlled halide/cyanide exchange reactions. By facile neutralization reactions with the non-innocent cation of [Et3HN]2[Si(CN)6] with MOH (M=Li, K), Li2[Si(CN)6] ⋅ 2 H2O and K2[Si(CN)6] were obtained, which form three dimensional coordination polymers. From salt metathesis processes of M2[Si(CN)6] with different imidazolium bromides, we were able to isolate new imidazolium salts and the ionic liquid [BMIm]2[Si(CN)6]. When reacting [Mes(nBu)Im]2[Si(CN)6] with an excess of the strong Lewis acid B(C6F5)3, the voluminous adduct anion {Si[CN⋅B(C6F5)3]6}2− was obtained.  相似文献

We examine low-energy isomeric forms, static polarizabilities, and optical absorption spectra of Ag n , n = 2–8, and Au n , n = 2–3, clusters using first principles computations within the static and time-dependent versions of the density functional theory. The noticeable decrease in the static polarizabilities of Ag7 and Ag8 compared to the values characteristic of Ag n , n = 2–6, is correlated with the transition from two-dimensional to three-dimensional structures at n = 7. The optical spectra computed within the time-dependent local density approximation for the most stable structures are in good agreement with the available experimental data and the results of earlier theoretical studies. Optical spectra of higher-energy isomers typically present features that are not observed in the experimental spectra. The d electrons affect the spectra of noble metal clusters by quenching the oscillator strengths through screening of the s electrons and by getting directly involved in the excitations. Due to the larger sd hybridization in Au compared to Ag, these effects are more pronounced in Au n clusters.  相似文献

The electronic and structural properties of ReO5 and ReO5 clusters are investigated using density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The lowest energy structures for both the anionic and neutral clusters are determined, and the corresponding photoelectron spectrum is simulated. Our results show that ReO5 can be described as an unusual peroxo molecule, Re(O)3(η2-O2) , while ReO5 is found to be exhibiting the O2 o radical character. Molecular orbital analyses and spin density analyses are performed to elucidate the chemical bonding and the electronic and structural properties in these two rhenium oxide clusters.  相似文献

The focus of this study is on compound clusters and, due to the existence of many phases with different structural properties, tin-based materials have been chosen as the reference case. The clusters considered below are of two types: in the first case the clusters have the skeleton of the pure tin clusters and are doped with oxygen and aluminum atoms with composition Sn x Y y with Y = Al, O, x = 1, 10 and y = 1, 2. In the second case the clusters have a rutile lattice with a columnar or a spherical shape and a size up to 80 atoms and are doped with a number of aluminum atoms up to 20. The calculations are based on the Density Functional Theory (DFT) and the results describe the cluster structure, its binding energy and the density of states (DOS). The general indication of the calculations is that the additive coordinates outside, rather than inside, the pristine skeleton with the formation of hybrid bonds with properties similar to the ones of the host atoms. Also conspicuous effects of hybridization are observed in the electronic structure and, due to these effects, the binding energy may decrease with respect to the one in the undoped clusters.  相似文献

用离子色谱电导检测器对黑泥类化妆品中的阴、阳离子(Na+,NH+4,K+,Mg 2+ ,Ca 2+ ,Cl-,Br-,NO-2,NO-3和SO 2- 4)进行了测定。阳离子分离条件: 阳离子交换柱ICS C25,均苯四甲酸淋洗液浓度2.0 mmol/L ,流速0.6 mL/min ;阴离子分离条件: 阴离子交换柱Shim pack IC A1,淋洗液为2.5 mmol/L 邻苯二甲酸和2.4 mmol/L 三羟基氨基甲烷,流速1.0 mL/min 。结果表明,上述10种离子在较宽浓度范围内有良好  相似文献

The geometric, electronic, and photoabsorption properties of some hydrogenated silicon clusters are investigated. The density functional theory with generalized gradient approximation fimctional is applied. Our study shows that the geometric structures of them relax with their increasing sizes. Synchronously, the polarizations of Si-H bonds become weak slowly but overlap populations increase. In Mulliken population analysis, we find a distinctive passivation effect (some electrons are transferred from outer Si atoms to the central Si with four-coordinate Si atoms). Owing to the quantum confinement, the energy gap and the lowest excitation energy increase with the decreasing sizes. For nanometer scale cluster, the transition from the highest occupied molecular orbital to the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital state is usually prohibited.  相似文献

The accessibility of lithium cations in microporous vanadosilicate VSH-2Cs of composition Cs2(VO)(Si6O14) ⋅ 3H2O was investigated by Single Crystal X-ray Diffraction, Attenuated Total Reflection Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy and Density Functional Theory calculations. The topological symmetry of VSH-2Cs is described in space group Cmca. After Li-ion exchange, the structure of VSH-2Li adopted monoclinic symmetry (space group C2/c) with a=17.011(2) Å, b=8.8533(11) Å, c=12.4934(16) Å, β=91.677(4)°, V=1880.7(4) Å3. The strong interactions between Li ions and oxygen-framework atoms drive the main deformation mechanism, which is based on cooperative rotation of SiO4 and VO5 units around their oxygen atoms that behave as hinges. Exchange of Cs+ by Li+ is incomplete and accompanied by the formation of protonated species to counterbalance the electrostatic charge. The incorporation of protons is mediated by the presence of water dimers in the structural channels. H2O molecules in VSH-2Li account not only as “space-fillers” after the removal of large Cs ions but also mediate proton transfer to compensate the negative charge of the host vanadosilicate framework.  相似文献

Calculated deprotonation energies of acids RCOOH (R = H, Me, CMe3, CH2Cl, CHCl2, CCl3, CH2F, CHF2, and CF3) correlate satisfactorily with experimental pK a values. The enhancing acid strength over this series is associated with the enhancing stabilization of the anionic forms, under the action of solvent inclusive. Carboxylate anions are characterized by a high proton affinity, excess electron density on the oxygen atoms, and low ionization energies of the highest occupied molecular orbitals. The anions of halogenated acids are slightly weaker donors than the anions of nonhalogenated acids. However, the fluorine derivatives have very low unoccupied * molecular orbitals favorable for -dative interaction with metal ions, which can provide additional stabilization of fluorocarboxylate coordination compounds.  相似文献

Homoleptic carbonyl cations of the electron-rich metals in Groups 8 through 12 are the newest members of the large family of transition metal carbonyls. They can be distinguished from typical metal carbonyl complexes in several respects. Their synthesis entails carbonylation of metal salts in such superacids as fluorosulfuric acid and “magic acid” HSO3F? SbF5. Thermally stable salts with [Sb2F11]? as counterion are obtained with antimony pentafluoride as reaction medium. Both the [Sb2F11]? anion and superacid reaction media have previously found little application in the organometallic chemistry of d-block elements. Also unprecedented in metal carbonyl chemistry are the coordination geometries with coordination numbers 4 (square-planar coordination) and 2 (linear coordination) for the cation. Formal oxidation states of the metals, and the charges of the complex cations, extend from + 1 to +3: thus CO is largely σ-bonded to the metal, and the CO bond is strongly polarized. Minimal metal → CO π-backbonding and a positive partial charge on carbon are manifested in long M? C bonds, short C? O bonds, high frequencies for C? O stretching vibrations (up to 2300 cm?1), and small 13C NMR chemical shifts (up to δc, = 121). Prominent examples of these unusual homoleptic carbonyl cations, which were recently the subject of a Highlight in this journal, include the first carbonyl cation of a p-block metal [Hg(CO)2]2+, the first trivalent carbonyl cation [Ir(CO)6]3+, and the first multiply charged carbonyl cation of a 3d metal [Fe(CO)6]2+. In this overview we propose to (a) outline the historical origins of cationic metal carbonyls and their methods of synthesis; (b) present a summary of the general field of carbonyl cations, which has developed over a yery short period of time; (c) discuss the structural and spectroscopic characteritics of metal–CO bonding; (d) discuss the special significance associated with reaction media and the [Sb2F11]? anion; and (e) point to the most recent results and anticipated future developments.  相似文献

Using density function theory (DFT), the Cu-doped Aln (n=1?15) clusters have been stud-ied. The electron a±nity, ionization potential, Mulliken population analysis of Cu, mean polarizability, polarizability anisotropy, dipole moments and HOMO-LUMO gaps have also been calculated on the basis of optimized geometries. The results indicate that there is magic numbers in copper-doped aluminum clusters and electronic characteristic depended on the size of clusters. As n=13, the electron affinity and ionization potential of cluster changed more than 0.3 and 0.6 eV respectively, compared with neighborhood clusters.  相似文献
