The Er3+/Yb3+-codoped 70TeO2-5Li2O-10B2O3-15GeO2 glass was prepared. The thermal stability, absorption spectra, emission spectra and up-conversion spectra were measured and investigated. The Judd-Ofelt analysis based on absorption spectra was performed in order to determine the Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters Omega(t) (t = 2, 4, 6), spontaneous emission probability, radiative lifetime and branching ratios of several Er3+ transitions. It was found that this studied glass has good thermal stability, broad fluorescence full width at half maximum (FWHM), large stimulated emission cross-section and strong up-conversion emissions at about 532, 546 and 659 nm, corresponding to the 2H(11/2)-->4I(15/2), 4S(3/2)-->4I(15/2) and 4F(9/2)-->4I(15/2) transitions of Er3+, respectively under the excitation at 970 nm. The results suggest that this Er3+/Yb3+-codoped germano-tellurite glass may be a potentially useful material for developing potential amplifiers and up-conversion optical devices.  相似文献

Er3+ doped SrTiO3 ultrafine powders were prepared by solid state reaction in a molten NaCl flux. The structural properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The Stokes emission spectra of Er3+ in SrTiO3:Er3+ ranging from green to near infrared region were investigated under 514.5 nm laser excitation. The green and redupconverted luminescence spectra of Er3+ were measured under excitation into the 4I9=2 level by 785 nm laser. The upconversion mechanisms were studied in detail through laser power dependence and Er3+ ion concentration dependence of upconverted emissions, and results show that excited state absorption and energy transfer process are the possible mechanisms for the upconversion. The upconversion properties indicate that SrTiO3:Er3+ may be used in upconversion phosphors.  相似文献

Optical transitions of Er3+/Yb3+ codoped TeO2-WO3-Bi2O3 glass   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Optical absorption and emission properties of the Er3+/Yb3+ codoped TeO2-WO3-Bi2O3 (TWB) glass has been investigated. The transition probabilities, excited state lifetimes, and the branching ratios have been predicted for Er3+ based on the Judd-Ofelt theory. The broad 1.5 microm fluorescence was observed under 970 nm excitation, and its full width at half maximum (FWHM) is 77 nm. The emission cross-section is calculated using the McCumber theory, and the peak emission cross-section is 1.03 x 10(-21) cm2 at 1.531 microm. This value is much larger than those of the silicate and phosphate glasses. Efficient green and weak red upconversion luminescence from Er3+ centers in the glass sample was observed at room temperature, and the upconversion excitation processes have been analyzed.  相似文献

The absorption spectra and upconversion fluorescence spectra of Er3+/Yb3+-codoped natrium-gallium-germanium-bismuth glasses are measured and investigated. The intense green (533 and 549 nm) and red (672 nm) emission bands were simultaneously observed at room temperature. The quadratic dependence of the green and red emission on excitation power indicates that the two-photon absorption processes occur. The influence of Ga2C3 on upconversion intensity is investigated. The intensity of green emissions increases slowly with increasing Ga2O3 content, while the intensity of red emission increases significantly. The possible upconversion mechanisms for these glasses have also been discussed. The maximum phonon energy of the glasses determined based on the infrared (IR) spectral analysis is as low as 740 cm-1. The studies indicate that Bi2O3-GeO2-Ga2O3-Na2O glasses may be potential materials for developing upconversion optical devices.  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了上转换白光荧光粉AlF3-YbF3:Er3+/Tm3+。通过XRD物相分析可知:上转换白光荧光粉AlF3-YbF3:Er3+/Tm3+是由三方AlF3相和正交YbF3相组成;利用发射光谱研究了该荧光粉的上转换发光性能,并且分析了当固定Er3+离子掺杂浓度时,Tm3+离子掺杂浓度对上转换白光荧光粉AlF3-YbF3:Er3+/Tm3+色度的影响,进而提出其上转换能量传递机制。结果表明:在980 nm激光激发下,波长为410 nm的紫光峰、550 nm的绿光峰和660 nm的红光峰分别对应于荧光粉中Er3+离子的2H9/2→4I15/2,4S3/2→4I15/2和4F9/2→4I15/2能级的跃迁,而波长为360 nm的紫外光峰、450 nm的蓝光峰、700 nm的红光峰,分别对应于荧光粉中Tm3+离子的1D2→3H6,1G4→3H6和1G4→3F4能级的跃迁,Er3+离子发出的光与Tm3+离子发出的光最终混合成色坐标为x=0.32,y=0.36的白光。此外,通过980 nm半导体激光器和EPM 2000 Dual-channel Joulemeter/Power meter测得该荧光粉最大上转换效率为6.90%。  相似文献

Up-conversion luminescence characteristics under 975 nm excitation have been investigated with Tb3+/Tm3+/Yb3+ triply doped tellurite glasses. Here, green (547 nm: (5)D(4)-->(7)F(4)) and red (660 nm: (5)D(4)-->(7)F(2)) up-conversion (UC) luminescence originating from Tb3+ is observed strongly, because of the quadratic dependences of emission intensities on the excitation power. Especially, the UC luminescence was intensified violently with the energy transfer from the Tm3+ ions involves in the Tb3+ excitation. To the Tb3+/Tm3+/Yb3+ triply doped glass system, a novel up-conversion mechanism is proposed as follows: the energy of (3)G(4) level (Tm3+) was transferred to (5)D(4) (Tb(3+)) and the 477-nm UC luminescence of Tm3+ was nearly quenched.  相似文献

beta-NaYF4:Ln3+ (Ln = Eu, Tb, Yb/Er, and Yb/Tm) hexagonal microprisms with remarkably uniform morphology and size have been synthesized via a facile hydrothermal route. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and photoluminescence (PL) spectra as well as kinetic decays were used to characterize the samples. It is found that sodium citrate as a shape modifier introduced into the reaction system plays a critical role in the shape evolution of the final products. Furthermore, the shape and size of the products can be further manipulated by adjusting the molar ratio of citrate/RE3+ (RE represents the total amount of Y3+ and the doped rare earth elements such as Eu3+, Tb3+, Yb3+/Er3+, or Yb3+/Tm3+). Under the excitation of 397 nm ultraviolet light, NaYF4:xEu3+ (x = 1.5, 5%) shows the emission lines of Eu3+ corresponding to 5D0-3 --> 7FJ (J = 0-4) transitions from 400 to 700 nm (whole visible spectral region) with different intensity, resulting in yellow and red down-conversion (DC) light emissions, respectively. When doped with 5% Tb3+ ions, the strong DC fluorescence corresponding to 5D4 --> 7FJ (J = 6, 5, 4, 3) transitions with 5D4 --> 7F5 (green emission at 544 nm) being the most prominent group that has been observed. In addition, under 980 nm laser excitation, the Yb3+/Er3+- and Yb3+/Tm3+-codoped beta-NaYF4 samples exhibit bright green and whitish blue up-conversion (UC) luminescence, respectively. Up-conversion luminescence properties of a Tm3+/Yb3+ codoped oxyfluoride glass-ceramics under 980 nm excitation are investigated. Intense blue emission centered at 476 nm, corresponding to 1G4-->3H6 transitions of Tm3+ was simultaneously observed in the transparent oxyfluoride glass ceramics at room temperature. The intensity of the blue up-conversion luminescence in a 1 mol% YbF3-containing glass-ceramic was found to be about 40 times stronger than that in the precursor oxyfluoride glass. The reason for the intense Tm3+ up-conversion luminescence in the oxyfluoride glass-ceramics is discussed. The dependence of up-conversion intensities on excitation power and possible up-conversion mechanism are also evaluated.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法合成了稀土离子Er^3+-Yb^3+共掺杂的纳米TiO2晶体粉末,利用XRD,UV-VIS吸收光谱及上转换发射光谱对其结构和光学特性进行了表征.以致病性嗜水气单胞菌为实验菌株,以980nm激光为激发光源,考察了室温下Er^3+-Yb^3+共掺杂纳米TiO2的光催化杀菌性能.结果表明,稀土离子掺杂的纳米TiO2可以通过上转换发光的途径增加TiO2对可见光的利用率,从而实现TiO2在可见光和近红外光范围的光催化氧化杀菌作用.  相似文献

采用1,3-丁二醇低热结晶法制备了ZrO2∶Er3+,Yb3+纳米晶.常温下,用980nm的红外激光激发可以观察到很强的ZrO2∶Er3+,Yb3+纳米晶红光发射,用荧光光谱仪记录了该上转换光谱.X射线粉末衍射(XRD)结果表明,ZrO2∶Er3+,Yb3+纳米晶属于立方晶系.研究了纳米晶的上转换发光机理,根据晶体场理论对Er3+的2个上转换能级进行了Stark分裂计算,对2个能级之间的谱线进行了归属,进一步证实了980nm激发Er3+离子的上转换经历两个过程:一是连续吸收2个980nm光子的过程,二是吸收980nm光子,电子转移到亚稳态能级后,再吸收980nm光子的过程  相似文献

Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped TeO2-B2O3-Nb2O5-ZnO (TBN) glasses were prepared. The absorption spectra and upconversion luminescence spectra of TBN glasses were measured and analyzed. The upconversion emission bands centered at 530, 546 and 658 nm were observed under the excitation at 975 nm, corresponding to the transitions of 2H11/2-->4I15/2, 4S3/2-->4I15/2 and 4F9/2-->4I15/2 respectively. The ratio of red emission to green emission increases with an increasing of Yb3+ ions concentration. According to the quadratic dependence on excitation power, the possible upconversion mechanisms and processes were discussed.  相似文献

以Ba(NO3)2、NaBH4、Er2O3和CeO2为原料, 在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)表面活性剂辅助下, 采用水热法制备了β-BaB2O4 (β-BBO)纳米棒, 稀土离子Er3+单掺杂的β-BBO(β-BBO:Er3+)及Er3+和Ce3+/Ce4+共掺杂的β-BBO(β-BBO:Er3+/Ce3+/Ce4+)纳米棒. 通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、拉曼光谱、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和光致发光(PL)光谱分别对样品的物相、结构、形貌、成分及光致发光性质进行了表征. 研究结果表明: 微量稀土离子掺杂并不改变β-BBO的结构, 制得的纳米棒尺寸均匀, 长度在200-500 nm 之间, 直径在10-20 nm 之间; β-BBO:Er3+和β-BBO:Er3+/Ce3+/Ce4+纳米棒在400nm光激发下, 在可见光范围内都观察到中心波长为515和542 nm的绿光. 对发光机理的初步研究表明: 发光分别对应于Er3+的2H11/2→4I15/2, 4S3/2→4I15/2跃迁, 铈离子以Ce3+和Ce4+两种形式存在于体系中, Ce3+对Er3+起敏化作用, 可以显著增强β-BBO:Er3+/Ce3+/Ce4+纳米棒的发光强度, 存在Ce3+→Er3+的能量传递过程.  相似文献

采用微波辐射法合成了具有上转换发光特性的六方相纳米粒子NaGdF4: Yb3+,Er3+(UCNPs), 其晶粒大小约为65 nm, 且粒子在980 nm的激发光下显示绿光(550 nm). 进一步在NaGdF4: Yb3+,Er3+纳米晶的表面包覆了一层二氧化硅层, 进行氨基功能化后获得了表面共价结合氨基基团的粒径为70 nm的上转换发光纳米微球NaGdF4: Yb3+,Er3+@SiO2-NH2(UCNPs@SiO2-NH2). 通过共价键将UCNPs@SiO2-NH2与多克隆抗体免疫球蛋白联接, 将标记后的多克隆抗体应用于传统的免疫组化检测子宫内膜腺细胞中基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-4(TIMP-4)蛋白的表达. 结果表明, 微波合成的稀土上转换发光纳米材料形貌规则且粒径均一, 包覆硅壳后材料具有良好的分散性和水溶性, 荧光强度高且稳定, 在980 nm激发光下对生物组织无背景荧光, 可以很好地检测组织中蛋白质的表达.  相似文献

Yttrium tungstate precursors with novel 3D hierarchical architectures assembled from nanosheet building blocks were successfully synthesized by a hydrothermal method with the assistance of sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate (SDBS). After calcination, the precursors were easily converted to Y(2)(WO(4))(3) without an obvious change in morphology. The as-prepared precursors and Y(2)(WO(4))(3) were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and photoluminescence (PL) spectra, respectively. The results reveal that the morphology and dimensions of the as-prepared precursors can be effectively tuned by altering the amounts of organic SDBS and the reaction time, and the possible formation mechanism was also proposed. Upon ultraviolet (UV) excitation, the emission of Y(2)(WO(4))(3):x mol% Eu(3+) microcrystals can be tuned from white to red, and the doping concentration of Eu(3+) has been optimized. Furthermore, the up-conversion (UC) luminescence properties as well as the emission mechanisms of Y(2)(WO(4))(3):Yb(3+)/Ln(3+) (Ln = Er, Tm, Ho) microcrystals were systematically investigated, which show green (Er(3+), (4)S(3/2), (2)H(11/2)→(4)I(15/2)), blue (Tm(3+), (1)G(4)→(3)H(6)) and yellow (Ho(3+), (5)S(2)→(5)I(8)) luminescence under 980 nm NIR excitation. Moreover, the doping concentration of the Yb(3+) has been optimized under a fixed concentration of Er(3+) for the UC emission of Y(2)(WO(4))(3):Yb(3+)/Er(3+).  相似文献

以尿素为沉淀剂,采用低温水热法结合煅烧过程制备出MgAl2O4∶Er^3+,Yb^3+上转换荧光粉,并对样品的结构、微观形貌及上转换发光性能予以表征。结果表明,随尿素加入量的增大,产物主形貌由六角片状结构向纳米棒状转变,经1100℃煅烧可得纯相镁铝尖晶石结构,且Er^3+和Yb^3+能有效进入MgAl2O4晶格并占据Mg^2+位置形成均匀固溶体。在980 nm光激发下,MgAl2O4∶1.0%(n/n)Er^3+,x%(n/n)Yb^3+(x=0~8.0)荧光粉表现出在524、545 nm处绿光以及658 nm处的强红光发射,红绿光强度均在5.0%(n/n)Yb^3+掺杂时达到最大,但红绿光强度比却在7.0%(n/n)Yb^3+掺杂时达到最大值5.2,这归因于Er^3+-Er^3+之间交叉弛豫(CR)在红光发射过程中所起的重要作用。通过控制荧光粉中Yb^3+的掺杂量,能初步实现对于黄绿光色度的有效调控。  相似文献

Er3+-doped Al2O3 nanopowders have been prepared by the non-aqueous sol-gel method using the aluminum isopropoxide as precursor, acetylacetone as a chelating agent, nitric acid as a catalyzer, and hydrated erbium nitrate as a dopant under isopropanol environment. The different phase structure, including three crystalline types of (Al, Er)2O3 phases, α, γ, θ, and an Er–Al–O stoichiometric compound phase, Al10Er6O24, was observed for the 0.01–0.5 mol% Er3+-doped Al2O3 nanopowders at the sintering temperature of 1,000 °C. The green and red up-conversion emissions centered at about 523, 545 and 660 nm, corresponding respectively to the 2H11/2, 4S3/24I15/2 and 4F9/24I15/2 transitions of Er3+, were detected by a 978 nm semiconductor laser diodes excitation. With increasing Er3+ doping concentration from 0.01 to 0.1 mol%, the intensity of the green and red emissions increased with a decrease of the intensity ratio of the green to red emission. When the Er3+ doping concentration rose to 5 mol%, the intensity of the green and red emissions decreased with an increase of their intensity ratio. The maximum intensity of both the green and red emissions with the minimum of intensity ratio was obtained, respectively, for the 0.1 mol% Er3+-doped Al2O3 nanopowders composed of a single α-(Al,Er)2O3 phase. The intensity ratio of the green emission at 523 and 545 nm increased monotonously for all Er3+ doping concentrations. The two-photon absorption up-conversion process was involved in the green and red up-conversion emissions of the Er3+-doped Al2O3 nanopowders.  相似文献

采用微波法和溶胶-凝胶法制备了(Y2O3:Er3+)粒子. 微波法制备过程中烧结温度降低到600 ℃. 980 nm激光激发下得到550 和660 nm两个上转换发射带. 微波法制备的上转换材料得到了强的红光发射和弱的绿光发射, 溶胶-凝胶法制备的材料得到了强的绿色发射和弱的红光发射. 结果表明, 微波促进了S6对称性的形成, S6对称性促进了红光的发射.  相似文献

采用沉淀法在不同温度下合成了纳米上转换发光材料Y2O2S∶Yb,Er,运用XRD、TEM和上转换发光光谱对其进行表征。结果表明,使用该法在700℃即能合成纳米上转换发光材料Y2O2S∶Yb,Er,随着合成温度的升高,产物的粒径从60到120nm逐渐增大。上转换发光光谱显示该材料主要有2个发射带,其中红光发射的中心波长位于668nm,绿光发射的中心波长位于525和550nm。此外,对材料的上转换发光过程进行了探讨。  相似文献
