快递业竞争激烈,构建高效合理的航空货运网络是快递企业提高竞争力的重要手段。“枢纽—辐射”式航空货运网络是整合航空快递资源、提高航空快递资源利用效率、提高快递企业竞争力的有效模式。本文以降低航空快递网络成本、加快航空快递处理时间为目标,从航空快递网络枢纽的选取、指派关系的确定、枢纽个数的选择三个方面研究了航空快递网络模型建立问题,选用遗传算法求解不同枢纽个数下航空快递网络的运输成本,并据此进行枢纽的选取,运用重力模型法进行指派关系的确定,在此基础上运用超效率DEA模型确定枢纽个数。接着,以包含17个节点的顺丰航空快递网络的规划为例,对本文所提出的模型和算法进行了验证,验证结果证实了模型的合理性。本文的研究为快递企业构建航空货运网络提供了科学实用的方法,该方法的使用可以降低航空货运成本,提高效率,从而提高快递企业的竞争力。  相似文献

制定怎样的财政支农专项转移支付制度才能正确引导与矫正工商资本下乡行为?为了探索出能够有效矫正工商资本下乡异化行为的财政制度,文章采用动态博弈的方法剖析工商资本下乡企业的行为。经深入研究发现,国家财政支付制度的实施成效取决于分配制度(“勉励”还是“嘉奖”)及工商资本下乡企业的发展阶段。随着企业的逐渐壮大,在政策机制中融入“嘉奖”制度较事后的“勉励”制度,对于发展农业提升企业利益与反哺农民改善民生的两种行为,可更好的引导工商资本下乡正确与合理的分配资金。  相似文献

The paper describes the designing and testing of a laboratory, computer and calculus based course in mathematics. The laboratory is central to the course and stimulates in the student the need and desire to know more about mathematics. Further, it enables mathematics to be taught in a real world context. Computers are used to take the drudgery out of the mathematics and make it possible to attack real scientific and technical problems. This new approach to calculus is less formal and depends to a smaller extent upon prior mathematical training so that it appeals to a much wider audience. The proposed course, with its emphasis on laboratory measurements, is ideally suited to the exploration of numerical methods and their application to the calculation of derivatives, definite integrals and the solution of differential equations.  相似文献

本文运用流体力学,多孔介质流体动力学,渗流理论等理论知识,结合实验室和现场试验,从理论上对煤层注水预湿煤体机理进行了研究.分析了煤层注水过程,建立起了煤层注水的数学模型;对煤层注水的边界条件进行了描述.由于描述煤层注水的方程组为非线性的,为简化它们,利用了因次分析理论,引入了注水压力,渗透速度,煤水份增加量等无因次量.之后讨论了其解析和近似解.另外:结合实际煤层注水的科研项目,说明了该理论指导煤层注水及设计的作用和重要性.  相似文献

A ship is required to operate for a fixed mission period. Should a critical item of equipment fail at sea, the ship is subject to a costly event with potentially high risk to ship and crew. Given warning of a pending defect, the ship can try to return to port under its own power and thus attempt to avoid an at sea failure. Defects which lead to a failure are detected by inspection, and the task is to select the appropriate frequency of inspection to balance the number of occasions that a ship fails at sea and the number of preventive inspection based returns to port during a mission to correct a defect. The modelling entails using the delay time concept. Expressions are established for the expected number of preventive and failure returns over a mission, and an example given of a cost based balance to select an optimal inspection period. Although addressing ship reliability, the model has relevance to the mission reliability of any repairable equipment with remote main repair facilities.  相似文献

The design of the building that is going to hold the operations to pick-up the female students by private vehicles when classes are finished is presented for an Arabian university. The premises have been designed to maximize the capacity of the parking arrangement and maintain a constant and quick flow of vehicles within complex sociological constraints. Architects, traffic engineers and simulation specialists have concurrently designed a building that has to give service to 4500 vehicles within 1?h. The solution is based on three pillars: just-in-time, to simplify the tasks and laminate the demand so the flow rates are evenly distributed; information technologies, to maximize the probability of the students being ready when the corresponding vehicle arrives; and discrete-event simulation to abstract the complex procedures in a realistic, dynamic way and to visualize the movement so as to transmit credibility on the selected design to all the parties involved.  相似文献

对金融资产收益分布状况的主要研究方法是先提出分布模型,然后进行实验验证;因缺乏必要的机理分析和研究手段单一,使其理论研究和应用研究都受到一定的制约.为克服这些不足,将金融资产收益联系起来看,根据其涨跌周期性构建出随机波浪模型,并利用模型导出随机波浪波高和周期的分布公式.通过实证分析,证明随机波浪模型具有一定的适用性;所用的时频分析方法以及所得结论有益于对金融资产收益分布状况进行更深入的理论和应用研究,也有益于指导市场参与者进行短期和长期交易.  相似文献

We extend the notion of stochastic order to the pairwise comparison of fuzzy random variables. We consider expected utility, stochastic dominance and statistical preference, which are related to the comparisons of the expectations, distribution functions and medians of the underlying variables, and discuss how to generalize these notions to the fuzzy case, when an epistemic interpretation is given to the fuzzy random variables. In passing, we investigate to which extent the earlier extensions of stochastic dominance and expected utility to the comparison of sets of random variables can be useful as fuzzy rankings.  相似文献

An increase in the complexity of modern organisations and their interactions with the environment and each other has lead to a corresponding increase in the complexity of the organizational decision making process and the various factors on which decisions need to be based. Although there is currently much debate amongst both OR academics and practitioners as to how OR should respond to this increase in complexity the public manifestations of this debate have been confined largely to academics talking to each other.This paper is intended to contribute to a rectification of this situation by indicating how OR is currently used in one particular large, bureaucratic, high technology organization, and how it is spontaneously evolving to meet the demands of increased complexity. This discussion is based on an empirical study, and on experience of the author of OR in this and other similar organizations.It is concluded that very few major decisions appear to be directly influenced by OR studies although the latter are frequently used in a ‘justification’ role to support decisions already taken. An increase in awareness is however becoming apparent of the many indirect benefits that may accrue to the organization from the OR process. The nature of these indirect benefits and the ways in which they might be increased are discussed.  相似文献

Container terminals pay more and more attention to the service quality of inland transport modes such as tucks, trains and barges. Truck appointment systems are a common approach to reduce truck turnaround times. This paper provides a tool to use the truck appointment system to increase not only the service quality of trucks, but also of trains, barges and vessels. We propose a mixed integer linear programming model to determine the number of appointments to offer with regard to the overall workload and the available handling capacity. The model is based on a network flow representation of the terminal and aims to minimize overall delays at the terminal. It simultaneously determines the number of truck appointments to offer and allocates straddle carriers to different transport modes. Numerical experiments, conducted on actual data, quantify the benefits of this combined solution approach. Discrete-event simulation validates the results obtained by the optimization model in a stochastic environment.  相似文献

Efficient planning and design of an appropriate reverse logistics network is crucial to the economical collection and disposal of scrapped household appliances and electrical products. Such systems are commonly modelled as mixed-integer programs, whose solutions will determine the location of individual facilities that optimize material flow. One of the major drawbacks of current models is that they do not adequately address the important issue of uncertainty in demand and supply. Another deficiency in current models is that they are restricted to a two-echelon system. This study addresses these deficiencies by embodying such uncertainties in the model using the technique of fuzzy-chance constrained programming, and by extending the model to a three-echelon system. A heuristic in the form of a hybrid genetic algorithm is then employed to generate low-cost solutions. The overall objective is to find economical solutions to the general problem of determining the volume of appliances to be moved between the three echelons of customer base to collection sites, collection sites to disposal centres and disposal centre to landfill centre/remanufacturing centre; and to the problems of positioning the disposal centres and the landfill centre/remanufacturing centres within the problem domain. A case example in China is presented and the quality and robustness of the solutions are explored through sensitivity analysis.  相似文献

出租车司机的社会贡献对于促进城市经济发展和社会进步具有重要的作用,评价出租车司机的社会贡献是激励出租车司机多做社会贡献的重要手段。为了评价出租车司机的社会贡献,本文提出了一种基于实际出租车运营数据的评价方法。本文设计了运营特性、重点区域、恶劣天气、大事件四个体现司机社会贡献的指标,以此构建了出租车司机社会贡献评价指标体系,进而选用了主观赋权法G1法和客观赋权法拉开档次法相结合的赋权方式对指标赋权,并选择四种评价信息集结方法建立了出租车司机社会贡献评价模型。最后,通过实际的出租车运营数据验证了本方法的可行性。本文为评价出租车司机社会贡献提供了一种研究思路和方法,并对政府政策的制定和企业策略的实施具有一定的启示。  相似文献

提出可卸货的移动在线背包问题,即一个装有货物的背包从起点出发对n个指定需求点提供服务,将所装货物在每个点按已知需求量卸下,并将该点数量无法预知的待取回货物装入背包带回起点,如何决策背包对需求点的服务次序及途经需求点是否取回货物,使得取回的货物数量尽可能的多。针对该问题,采用在线理论和方法,建立模型并设计在线算法F,分析需求点待取回的货物数量与背包将该需求点的货物卸下后剩余承载量的差的不同情形,证明F的竞争比并对竞争比的影响因素进行分析,结果表明载货下限越大、需求点个数越多、需求点待取回货物总数越多,算法F的执行效果越好。  相似文献

The fuzzy set theory offers a bridge between the symbolic and numerical processing, allowing managing qualitative concepts useful in the decision-making process related to the seismic risk management and, in general, to the disaster risk management. Its use in the seismic risk evaluation is necessary in the cases where the data required to apply a conventional method of assessing risk are not available or are insufficient. One possible solution, considered in this article, is to replace the missing information by expert opinions and to process the resulting qualitative variables and linguistic qualifications instead of numerical values. This process is based on the fuzzy set theory. In order to achieve an effective management, the risk must be defined as the potential physical, economic, social and environmental consequences which occur due to hazards in a given period of time. From this holistic perspective and using the fuzzy set theory, the proposed numerical method calculates a level of the physical risk and level of the aggravating conditions related to social fragility and to the lack of resilience, to determine a total risk level. In the article are included two examples of application of the proposed method and the obtained results are compared with those corresponding to a conventional method of holistic evaluation.  相似文献

针对以最大程度的拉开被评价对象间差异的综合评价问题,通过分析线性拉开档次法存在的局限性,本文提出了一种基于主客观信息综合判断的非线性拉开档次法,旨在进一步丰富和完善拉开档次法的理论知识。首先对线性拉开档次法进行简单的介绍,并分析了线性拉开档次法的局限性;然后提出前提假设,给出非线性因子选取的原则以及确定指标序关系的方法,并给出排序后相邻指标重要程度比值的选取方法,根据评价原则利用规划模型求解各评价指标的权重系数,利用求得的指标权重采用非线性集结模型计算最终的评价结果;最后用一个算例验证了方法的有效性。  相似文献

If the main goal of educational research and refinement of instructional program is to improve students' learning, it is necessary to assess students' emerging understandings and to see how they arise. The purpose of this paper is to address issues related to assessments of students' mathematical thinking in cross-national studies and then to discuss the lessons we may learn from these studies to assess and improve students' learning. In particular, the issues related to assessing U.S. and Chinese students' mathematical thinking were discussed. Then, this paper discussed the findings from two studies examining the impact of early algebra learning and teachers' beliefs on U.S. and Chinese students' mathematical thinking. Lastly, the issues related to interpreting and understanding the differences between U.S. and Chinese students' thinking were discussed.  相似文献

Emergency service providers are supposed to locate ambulances such that in case of emergency patients can be reached in a time-efficient manner. Two fundamental decisions and choices need to be made real-time. First of all immediately after a request emerges an appropriate vehicle needs to be dispatched and send to the requests’ site. After having served a request the vehicle needs to be relocated to its next waiting location. We are going to propose a model and solve the underlying optimization problem using approximate dynamic programming (ADP), an emerging and powerful tool for solving stochastic and dynamic problems typically arising in the field of operations research. Empirical tests based on real data from the city of Vienna indicate that by deviating from the classical dispatching rules the average response time can be decreased from 4.60 to 4.01 minutes, which corresponds to an improvement of 12.89%. Furthermore we are going to show that it is essential to consider time-dependent information such as travel times and changes with respect to the request volume explicitly. Ignoring the current time and its consequences thereafter during the stage of modeling and optimization leads to suboptimal decisions.  相似文献

为了克服传统事件分析方法解决单一因素、相对简易系统故障引发的事件的不足,利用STEP-FRAM模型对机场停机坪保障车辆的不安全事件进行了系统分析,结果表明:使用这种方法可以找出导致机场保障车辆不安全事件的功能共振及其影响因素,解释事件的原因和过程,从而设计出预防和控制措施,降低机坪保障车辆不安全事件再次发生的风险.  相似文献
