A kinetic Monte Carlo simulation is performed in order to study the effect of Sb as a surfactant on the growth of Ge/Si(111). In our model the exchange mechanism between Ge and Sb atoms and the re-exchange mechanism in which the exchanged Ge adatom re-exchange with the lifted Sb atom to return to the surfactant layer, are considered. Our simulation shows the re-exchange process plays an important role on the growth mode transition in Ge/Sb/Si(111)
system. The influences of the substrate temperature and the deposition rate on the growth of Ge/Sb/Si(111) system is discussed. 相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积方法在单晶MgO基片上外延生长了BaTiO3晶体薄膜.为改善薄膜的结晶质量和表面粗糙度,研究并优化了生长工艺中生长温度和激光能量两个参量,并对薄膜样片实行原位退火.找到了BaTiO3薄膜在优先方向上的结晶效果,分析了结晶质量对生长温度的依赖关系和不同激光能量对结晶薄膜的表面粗糙度的影响.利用X射线衍射仪测定结晶效果与特性,原子力显微镜表征BaTiO3薄膜的结晶表面形貌与粗糙度.测试结果表明,在c轴取向生长BaTiO3薄膜,在(001)和(002)方向上都出现强度很高的尖锐衍射峰,具有较好的结晶质量和较小的表面粗糙度,原子力显微镜测定出薄膜的表面粗糙度为0.563nm. 相似文献

A realistic kinetic Monte Carlo (KMC) simulation model with physical parameters is developed, which well reproduces the heteroepitaxial growth of multilayered Ni thin film on Cu(100) surfaces at room temperature. The effects of mass transport between interlayers and edge diffusion of atoms along the islands are included in the simulation model, and the surface roughness and the layer distribution versus total coverage are calculated. Specially, the simulation model reveals the transition of growth mode with coverage and the difference between the Ni heteroepitaxy on Cu(100) and the Ni homoepitaxy on Ni(100). Through comparison of KMC simulation with the real scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) experiments, the Ehrlich-Schwoebel (ES) barrier Ees is estimated to be 0.18±0.02 eV for Ni/Cu(100) system while 0.28 eV for Ni/Ni(100). The simulation also shows that the growth mode depends strongly on the thickness of thin film and the surface temperature, and the critical thickness of growth mode transition is dependent on the growth condition such as surface temperature and deposition flux as well. 相似文献

为了满足生鲜肉品质参数无损检测领域,对轻便式、低成本设备的开发需求,提出一种基于多光谱漫反射技术的生鲜肉品质检测方法。首先根据漫反射近似理论,结合牛肉样品散射系数、吸收系数及折射率等参数,在无线细垂直光束的蒙特卡洛仿真的基础上,对具有一定发散角度LED光源进行了初始化的校正,分别从光源照射位置概率分布、不同角度的照射概率分布、仰角、方向角的概率分布、不同角度光线入射样品时反射引起能量损失及对光子权重的影响,得到在LED光源发散角情况下,不同源探距下的漫反射率与检测深度,确定了光源与检测器之间的最佳距离为15 mm,然后根据此距离,搭建了多光谱漫反射检测平台,检测平台由8组中心波长为470,535,575,610,650,720,780和960 nm的LED光源组成,与所要检测的生鲜牛肉品质参数相对应。同时利用LED光源的发散角,确定了光源到样品表面的垂直距离与每个光源的安装位置,保证光源照射到样品的区域是均匀的。样品的漫射光强经由信号采集与放大电路的处理后传至上位机,并在上位机完成建模与分析。最后为验证该检测系统的性能,以生鲜牛肉新鲜度参数中的颜色(L*,a*,b*)与pH值为指标,利用60个样品进行了试验,分别得到8个光源下的原始光强值与校正后的反射率值,然后将牛肉样品按照3∶1比例分为校正集与预测集,针对原始光强值与反射率值,分别利用多元线性回归(multiple linear regression, MLR),偏最小二乘回归(partial least squares regression, PLSR)与偏最小二乘支持向量机回归(partial least-squares support vector machine, LS-SVM)三种方法,建立各个参数在原始光强与反射率数据两种情况下的预测模型,并得到最佳模型结果。结果表明,利用反射率数据建模结果均好于光强数据结果,其中参数L*,a*,b*的MLR建模结果优于PLSR与LS-SVR,其预测集相关系数分别为0.983 2,0.907 2及0.935 9,预测集误差分别为1.00,2.14及0.67。参数pH值的LS-SVR建模结果优于PLSR与MLR,其预测集相关系数为0.942 0,误差为0.19。最后利用未参与试验的20块牛肉样品对模型进行了验证,颜色L*,a*,b*及pH参数的预测值与实测值的相关系数均大于0.85,结果证明,利用多光谱漫反射技术以及所搭建的多光谱漫反射检测系统对生鲜牛肉品质参数检测是可行的,该方法能够为设计便携式或微型化生鲜牛肉品质的无损检测仪器提供参考与依据。 相似文献

利用甲醇-氢(CH3OH-H2)混合气体为气源,30 nm厚的无定形硅为过渡层,借助于微波等离子体化学气相沉积(MWCVD)成功地将金刚石薄膜生长在不锈钢上,其最低生长温度可至420 ℃,并且甲醇-氢混合气体比传统的甲烷-氢(Ch4-H2)更具优势,测试表明这种金刚石薄膜有希望作为耐磨层在工业上应用。 相似文献

The optical emission spectra(atomic hydrogen(Hα,Hβ,Hγ),atomic carbon C(2p3s→2p2:λ=165.7 nm) and radical CH(A2△→X2П:λ=420-440 nm))in the gas phase process of the diamond film growth from a gas mixture of CH4 and H2 by the technology of electron-assisted chemical vapor deposition (EACVD)have been investigated by using Monte Carlo simulation.The results show that the growth rate may be enhanced by the substrate bias due to the increase of atomic hydrogen concentration and the mean temperature of electrons.And a method of determining the mean temperature of electrons in the plasma in-situ iS given.The strong dependence on substrate temperature of the quality of diamond film mainly attributes to the change of gas phase process near the substrate surface. 相似文献
