化学专业师范生教育科研意识与能力现状的调查研究

教育科研能力是当代教育对教师提出的新要求。全面了解当前师范生教育科研意识与能力现状,将有助于师范高校制定合理安排,提高师资培养水平。以6所师范高校2008级化学专业本科生为对象进行调查研究,旨在深入了解化学专业师范生教育科研意识与能力现状,发现存在的主要问题并提出建议。     

师专化学教法课培养学生教育科研能力的研究

要本文通过作者十几年来在化学教学法课中以指导学生写化学教育研究论文为突破口,对学生进行教育科研能力养成教育的探索,意在弥补目前我国师专培养目标中不要求师专生写毕业论文等因素而导致的培养出来的多为“熟练型”（工匠型）教师,而不是“学者型”、“专家型”教师带来的缺憾。     

非化学专业有机化学实验教学中对学生科研思维的培养

研究型大学对学生科研思维的培养至关重要,有机化学实验作为近化学专业类学生重要的基础实验课程,对学生操作技能、创新能力和科研思维培养有重要作用。本文以非化学专业本科生有机化学实验"大学化学实验(O)"的教学实践为例,从学生学习方式、教师教学方法、实验教学内容设置等方面阐述如何在教学过程中完成对学生科研思维的培养。     

注重基础促进交叉尊重选择培育英才 ——北京大学化学学科"拔尖计划"十年

北京大学化学与分子工程学院在实施基础学科拔尖学生培养计划过程中,实行动态管理制度,低年级统一培养,高年级通过制定个性化教学方案和参加科研训练的办法遴选拔尖学生,探索"扎根课堂打好基础,依托科研提高能力,着眼交流开阔眼界"的培养模式,实现"以高水平科研带动创新人才培养"的目标。在基础核心课程中设置平行的英文班和阅读讨论班以适应不同学生的需求。2016年,随着北京大学综合改革计划的推进,进一步明确了"一体化、多层次、开放式、重基础、求创新"的教学指导思想,在注重化学基础理论知识和基本实验方法培养、注重数学和物理基础知识学习的基础上,构建多样化和多模式的立体课程体系,为学生提供适合的课程学习和个性化学术发展途径。     

我国配位化学的开拓者和奠基人 ——戴安邦先生

戴安邦先生(1901-1999)是我国著名的无机化学家,化学教育家,配位化学的开拓者和奠基人。他一生长达70年之久为我国培养无数高质量科教人才,在教学上提出“启发式八则”和“全面教育理论”,影响深远。他在国内开拓配位化学研究领域,建立配位化学研究所和配位化学国家重点实验室,大力促进国内外学术交流,培养了众多学术人才,使我国配位化学和无机化学在国际上占有重要地位。他提倡“基础理论应为科学发展服务,为应用研究储备资料和积累力量”。“解决实际问题推动科学发展”是他的科研思想。“崇实,贵确,求真,创新和存疑”是一个科学工作者应具有的高尚品德。他身体力行,不辞劳苦,从实际中找课题,在科研和教书育人方面贡献了一生。他的品德高尚,为后人作出了榜样。为表彰其功绩,被国家授予奖项约20余项。并获得江苏省劳动模范称号。     

学为人师 行为世范——教学与科研并进中的北京师范大学化学学院

北京师范大学化学学院是中国高校中建立最早的化学院系之一。近百年来，经过几代人的共同努力，为祖国培养了大批人才，取得了丰硕的教学、科研成果，目前化学学院已形成一个学科分布合理、富有特色的教学和科研体系，拥有一支高素质的教研队伍，成为我国培养高水平化学教育和科研人才的重要基地。

以"卓越教师培养计划"的实施为背景,从顺应科学教育范式转变和促进化学教师专业发展2方面分析了化学教师教育的现状,提出了以培养"卓越化学教师"为目标的职前教师教育课程设置问题。着重论述了化学教师的化学科学素养、化学教育实践能力的培养。指出要从关注条块分割的知识体系培养转变为关注教育者的全面发展培养,并从化学学科知识体系、科学与技术哲学、化学教师教育实践等方面进行课程优化,促进职前卓越化学教师既懂化学科学,又懂化学教育,还懂化学教育研究。

利用手持技术改进测定乙醇分子结构实验

利用压强传感器代替排水集气法,改进测定乙醇分子结构实验的仪器装置,并探索最佳反应条件。另外,设计两个空白实验,结合压强变化曲线对实验误差进行相关讨论。     

光谱仪测试范围的扩展

由于石化行业的生产需要，其材质的使用具有多样性和广泛性，经常会出现顾客委托的测试样品的一个或几个元素跨越光谱仪现有测试程序测量范围的情况。本法通过对光谱仪测试原理的认识，根据光谱仪的测试能力及标样的采集，实现了一个或几个元素测量范围的扩展，并对其测量的影响因素进行了研究。     

Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. Dichroism of absorption and polarization of phosphorescence of molecules of the closed form of nitrobenzospirothiopyran

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The results obtained are necessary for the chemotaxonomy of conifers of the family Pinceae.Novosibirsk Institute of Organic Chemistry, Siberian Branch, Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Determination of heats of detonation and influence of components of composite explosives on heats of detonation of high explosives

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

实验教学目的是从解决实际问题出发,以实验技术训练和实验设计思想培养为目标。介绍了将单一的物质分配系数测定实验改进为综合实验,提高了实验效果及实验资源利用率。     

Calculation of enthalpies of hydrogenation of hydrocarbons

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.     

非那雄胺合成工艺改进

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。
