The possibility of ?-caprolactam (CPL) to coordinate to manganese(II), cobalt(II), and nickel(II) rhodanides has been investigated. New complexes trans-[M(CPL)4(NCS)2], where M = Mn (I), Co (II), and Ni (III), have been synthesized. The complexes have been studied by chemical analysis and IR spectroscopy. According to X-ray diffraction, complexes are isostructural to each other and crystallize in monoclinic space group P21/c, Z = 2. For I: a = 6.9457(2) ?, b = 17.7751(6) 0A, c = 12.8999(4) 0A, ?? = 104.2670(10)°, V = 1543.51(8) ?3, ??calc = 1.342 g/cm3, R 1 = 0.0426. For II: a = 6.8925(2) ?, b = 17.8189(8) ?, c = 12.7278(6) ?, ?? = 104.421(2)°, V = 1513.93(11) ?3, ??calc = 1.377 g/cm3, R 1 = 0.0280. For III: a = 6.7804(2) ?, b = 18.4631(4) ?, c = 12.4841(3) ?, ?? = 105.2950(10)°, V = 1507.49(7) ?3, ??calc = 1.382 g/cm3, R 1 = 0.0273. Structures I?CIII are molecular; the metal atom in each of them coordinates four CPL molecules and two NCS groups via oxygen and nitrogen atoms, respectively.  相似文献

A series of new coordination compounds of cobalt(III) trans-dioximates with pyrazine [CoCl(DH)2Pz] · H2O (I), [CoBr(DH)2Pz] · H2O (II), [Co(DH)2Pz2]NO3 · H2O (III), [Co(DH)2Pz2][BF4] (IV), [Co(MgH)2Pz2][BF4] (V), and [Co(NioxH)2Pz2][BF4] (VI), where DH, MgH, and NioxH are dimethylglyoxime, methylglyoxime, and 1,2-cyclohexanedionedioxime monoanions, respectively, Pz is a pyrazine molecule were synthesized. The structures of compounds I, II, and VI were determined by X-ray diffraction. The Co(III) environment in these compounds is octahedral and the pseudomacrocyclic (DioxH)2 fragment occurs in the equatorial plane. This fragment is stabilized by O-H…O hydrogen bonds. The neutral Pz ligand is monodentate in all three compounds.  相似文献

A novel mixed-ligand complexes of Er(III), Yb(III) and Lu(III) with title ligands were prepared and characterized by chemical and elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy, conductivity (in methanol, dimethyloformamide and dimethylsulphoxide). The thermal properties of complexes in the solid state were studied. The mode of metal–ligand coordination was discussed. The title compounds are isomorphic and isostructural in solid state. All atoms in studied compounds lie in general positions but occurrence of inversion on the midpoint of the bond linking two pyridine rings leads to existence in asymmetric unit one complex molecule and half of outer coordination sphere 4-bpy molecule. All chelating carboxylate groups are symmetrically bonded to the metal cations. The molecules of studied compounds are connected to the three dimensional network via O–H···O and O–H···N intermolecular hydrogen bonds. In the structures also exist C–H···O, C–H···Cl weak hydrogen bonds and π····π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Two copper (II) α-Methacrylate complexes with benzimidazole, Cu[CH2 = C(CH3)-COO]2 (C3H6N2)2(1) and Cu2[CH2 = C(CH1)-COO]2(C3H6N2)2(2), have been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and electronic reflectance spectroscopies. ’The single crystal X-ray diffraction study of the two complexes shows that complex 1 has a square planar configuration, while complex 2 has a binuclear cage structure. The crystal structural analyses show that both complexes 1 and 2 are monoclinic. with space group p21/c,a = 0.924 16(8) nm,b = 1.233 02(13) nm,c = 0.989 1(3) nm,β = 91.912 (13),D c = 1.386 g/cm3,Z=2,R = 0.033 9 for the former; anda = 0.905 7(2) nm,b = 2.252 1(5) nm,c = 1.623 5(4) nm,β = 90.11 (2),D c = 1.411 g/cm3,Z = 4,R = 0.056 8, Cu-Cu = 0.266 21 nm for tin latter. Different structural types of complexes 1 and 2 were produced simultaneously in the reaction of copper (II) α-methacrylate with benzimidazole in methanol solution. ’The forming mechanism of the complexes has been summanzed. This paper describes a procedure for the synthesis of two new volatile complexes, Pd(L1)2 and Pd(L2)2, from sterically hindered methoxy-β-iminoketones, where HL1 = C(CH3)2(OCH3)-C(NH)-CH2-C(O)-C(CH3)3; HL2 = C(CH3)2(OCH3)-C(NH)-CH2-C(O)-CH(CH3)2. Element analysis and IR spectral data are given. The results of full X-ray crystal structure analysis of the complexes are reported. The compounds have molecular structures; the crystals of the complexes have different symmetry groups and unit cell dimensions. The Pd(L1)2 complex molecule has a nonplanar structure; the Pd(L2)2 complex has a cis-structure. The geometrical characteristics obtained for the coordination units are as follows: the Pd-O and Pd-N bond lengths and N-Pd-O chelate angles were estimated at 1.960 Å, 93.7° for Pd(L1)2, and 1.984 Å, 1.976 Å, 92.4° for Pd(L2)2.  相似文献

The conditions of synthesis of a new binary complex salt [Co(Cpl)6][Hg2I6] (Cpl is ε-caprolactam ε-C6H11NO) have been developed, and its structure has been characterized. The salt crystallizes in triclinic system, space group \(P\bar 1\), a = 10.1078(4) Å, b = 12.2680(5) Å, c = 13.0782(5) Å, α = 62.872(2)°, β = 72.394(2)°, γ = 76.834(2)°, V = 1367.98(9) Å3, Z = 1, and ρcalc = 2.297 g/cm3. A carboxylate-bridged Co(II)–Gd(III) complex, [(bipy)CoL3Gd(NO3)L3Co(bipy)] (HL =?α-methylacrylic acid, bipy =?2,2′-bipyridine), was prepared and characterized. Single crystal X-ray analysis reveals that the complex assumes a carboxylate-bridged CoGdCo unit. Magnetic measurements showed χm T decreases when the temperature is lowered.  相似文献

Crystal structure of pyridine and methanol axially coordinated 1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octabutyloxyphthalocyaninatocobalt(II)(viz. α-octabutyloxyphthalocyaninatocobalt) [(n-BuO)8Pc]. Co(Py)(MeOH) (1) was determined by X-ray diffraction methods. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z = 4, a = 1.06482(4), b = 3.5487(2), c = 1.79428(9) nm, β=103.246(2)°, V = 6.5792(5) nm3, μ = 0.325 mm-1. The result shows that the ring skeleton of 1 maintains planar conformation, which is similar to that of unsubstituted phthalocyanine but is remarkably different from the saddle shape conformation of 1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octabutyloxyphthalocyaninatocopper (II) [(n-BuO)8Pc]Cu(2), which has no axial coordination. In the structure of 1, the substituents butyloxy groups of 1 somewhat deviate from the ring plane, while pyridine and methanol are coordinated to the center atom Co from opposite sides of the ring plane. In addition, all molecules are stacked along axis a to form one-dimensional molecule chain, the neighboring molecules in the chain overlap to some extent with a benzene ring and a distance of 0.3565 nm.  相似文献

The complexes cis-bis(N-furoyl-N′,N′-diethylthioureato-k 2O,S)nickel(II) and cis-bis(N-furoyl-N′,N′-diethylthioureato-k 2O,S)copper(II) were prepared by the reaction of metal acetate with the corresponding acylthiourea derivative. The complexes were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both complexes show two furoylthiourea ligands bonded to metal to form a four-coordinate complex with square-planar geometry. The antifungal activity of the prepared complexes was studied against the phytopathogenic fungi Botrytis cinerea and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, responsible for important plant diseases.  相似文献

Four heteronuclear complexes, [Ln2Co2L10(H2O)(phen)2] · n(H2O) (Ln = La 1, n = 2; Ln = Nd 2, Sm 3, Gd 4, n = 0; HL = α-methylacrylic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction. The complexes with a discrete Co–Ln–Ln–Co tetranuclear molecule are isomorphous in the triclinic space group P 1 and Z = 1, in which all metal ions are bridged by bidentate α-methylacrylato groups. Magnetic measurements of 1, 2 and 3 show antiferromagnetic exchange interaction between paramagnetic centers.  相似文献

Two new complexes {[Tb(2-IBA)3 · 2,2′-bipy]2 · C2H5OH} (1) and [Tb(2-ClBA)3 · 2,2′-bipy]2 (2) (2-IBA = 2-iodobenzoate; 2-ClBA = 2-chlorobenzoate; 2,2′-bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine) were prepared and their crystal structures determined by X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is composed of two types of binuclear molecules, [Tb(2-IBA)3 · 2,2′-bipy]2 (a) and [Tb(2-IBA)3 · 2,2′-bipy]2 (b), and an uncoordinated ethanol molecule. In molecule (a), two Tb3+ ions are linked by four 2-IBA groups, all bidentate-bridging. In molecule (b), two Tb3+ ions are held together by four 2-IBA groups in two coordination modes, bidentate-bridging and chelating-bridging. In the two molecules, each Tb3+ ion is further bonded to one chelating 2-IBA group and one chelating 2,2′-bipy molecule, resulting in coordination numbers of eight for (a) and nine for (b). The structural characteristics of 2 are similar to that of molecule (b) in 1. The two complexes, 1 and 2, both emit strong green fluorescence under ultraviolet light with the 5D47F j (j = 6–3) emission of Tb3+ ion observed.  相似文献

Two new Cu(II)–hydrazone complexes, [Cu(L)(Hbpe)ClO4]·ClO4·[Cu(L)Cl] (1) and [Cu(HL)2]·1.5ClO4·0.5OH (2) (where HL?=?(E)-N′-(1-(pyridine-2-yl)ethylidene)benzohydrazide and bpe = trans-1-(2-pyridyl)-2-(4-pyridyl)ethylene), have been synthesized and characterized by physicochemical methods. The structures of the complexes have been established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction direct methods, which reveal that the metal ions have distorted square-pyramidal and square-planar geometries in 1, and a distorted octahedral geometry in 2. DNA binding of HL, 1, and 2, performed by UV–vis titration in tris-buffer medium, yielded binding constants, which are 9.5 × 103, 1.88 × 104, and 4.66 × 104 M?1, respectively. Viscosity measurements suggest a surface or groove-binding mode of interaction between CT-DNA with HL, 1, and 2.  相似文献

The complexes [Co(DioxH)2L2][SbF6] · nH2O, where DioxH is dimethylglyoxime monoanion (DioxH?) or 1,2-cyclohexanedione dioxime (NioxH?), L is aniline (An) or triphenylphosphine (PPh3), were isolated from the CoX2 · nH2O-NaSbF6-DioxH2-L system (X = F or CH3COO) in aqueous methanol. The complexes were studied by UV, IR, and NMR spectroscopy and by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of [Co(DH)2(An)2][SbF6] · H2O (I) and [Co(NioxH)2(PPh3)2][SbF6] (II) is stabilized by the electrostatic interactions between the Co(III) complex cations and outer-sphere fluorine-containing anions and by hydrogen bonds between structural units.  相似文献

Two Re(IV)–Cu(II) heterometallic complexes {(CuLα)[ReCl4(ox)]}n (where Lα = N-meso-5,12-Me2-7,14-Et2-[14]-4,11-dieneN4), 1, and (CuLβ)[ReCl4(ox)] (Lβ = N-rac-5,12-Me2-7,14-Et2-[14]-4,11-dieneN4N-rac-5,12-Me2-7,14-Et2-[14]-4,11-dieneN4), 2, were synthesized. The [CuL2+] macrocyclic cation is coordinated from above and below by [ReCl4(ox)]2− units through the chloro-ligands and creates a chloro-bridged heterometallic ReIV–CuII one-dimensional zig-zag chain. Compound 2 can be viewed as a heterobimetallic dinuclear unit, in which the Re(IV)-Cu(II) centers are linked by an oxalato bridge. The magnetic behavior of 1 and 2 has been investigated over the temperature range 1.8–300 K. Compound 1 behaves like a ferrimagnetic {Re(IV)–Cu(II)} bimetallic, one-dimensional chain with intrachain antiferromagnetic coupling. Compound 2 shows a weak antiferromagnetic interaction within the [Re(IV)–Cu(II)] unit along with a strong single-ion anisotropy, D(Re) = −63 cm−1.  相似文献

The two complexes [Ni(oxen)Cu(L)2](ClO4)2.xH2O (L=2,2'-bipyridyl(bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline(phen)) have been synthesized, where oxen is N,N'-bis(2-aminoethyl)oxamido di-anion. The crystal structure of [Ni(oxen)Cu(bpy)2](ClO4)2.CH3OH has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic system, space group P1 with a=12.179(1),b=12.298(2), c=11.476(2) A, a=97.57(1), B=97.52(1), 7=80.29(2), V=1669.04(67) A3, Z=2, Dcalcd=1.667 g/cm3. The structure has been refined to final R of 0.076 and Rw of 0.080, respectively. The complexes have an extended oxamido-bridged structure and consist of Ni(Ⅱ) ion in a square planar environment and Cu(Ⅱ) ion in a distorted octahedral environment.  相似文献
