By systematically varying the geometric length and electronic properties of the second ligating ligands of halogen (Cl(-), Br(-), and I(-)) and pseudohalogen (CN(-), SCN(-), and N(3)(-)) anions, we synthesized 11 isomeric/isostructural copper(I) complexes: [Cu(2)(L3-3)I](n) (1), [Cu(2)(L4-4)Br](n) (2-Br), [Cu(2)(L4-4)Cl](n) (2-Cl), [Cu(2)(L3-4)(CN)](n) (3), [Cu(2)(L3-3)(CN)](n) (4), [Cu(3)(L4-4)(CN)(2)](n) (5), {[Cu(2)(L4-4)Br](2)·CuBr}(n) (6-Br), {[Cu(2)(L4-4)Cl](2)·CuCl}(n) (6-Cl), [Cu(2)(L4-4)(SCN)](n) (7α-SCN), [Cu(2)(L4-4)(SCN)](n) (7β-SCN), and [Cu(2)(L4-4)(N(3))](n) (7α-N(3)). These structures are based on a series of isomeric pyridylpyrazole ligands, namely, 3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1H-pyrazole (HL3-3), 3-(3-pyridyl)-5-(4-pyridyl)-1H-pyrazole (HL3-4), and 3,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1H-pyrazole (HL4-4), and their structural features range from 1-D (1), 2-D (2), and 3-D noninterpenetration (3), to 3-D 2-fold interpenetration (4 and 5), to 3-D self-catenation (6 and 7), exhibiting a trend from simple to complex with dimension expansion and an interpenetrating degree increase. The five most complex structures (6 and 7) with self-catenated networks are based on 2-fold interpenetrated networks linked via appropriate second ligating spacers (Cl(-), Br(-), SCN(-), and N(3)(-)), representing a strategy to construct self-catenated coordination polymers through cross-linking interpenetrated frameworks. Moreover, these complexes exhibit strong photoluminescence, which is mainly ascribed to Cu(I)-related charge transfers (MLCT, MC, and MMLCT) regulated by the electronic properties of halogen or pseudohalogen. The topological evolution and luminescence variation presented in this work open an avenue to understanding the luminescence origin and the structure-property relationship of luminescent coordination polymers.  相似文献

Investigation of the constituents of the fruits of Morus alba LINNE (Moraceae) afforded five new nortropane alkaloids (1-5) along with nor-psi-tropine (6) and six new amino acids, morusimic acids A-F (7-12). The structures of the new compounds were determined to be 2alpha,3beta-dihydroxynortropane (1), 2beta,3beta-dihydroxynortropane (2), 2alpha,3beta,6exo-trihydroxynortropane (3), 2alpha,3beta,4alpha-rihydroxynortropane (4), 3beta,6exo-dihydroxynortropane (5), (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-[(1S,4S)-4-[(1S)-1-hydroxyethyl]-pyrrolidin-1-yll-dodecanoic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-[(1S,4S)-4-[(1S)-1-hydroxyethyl]-pyrrolidin-1-yll-dodecanoic acid (8), (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-1(1R,4R,5S)-4-hydroxy-5-methyl-piperidin-1-yll-dodecanoic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (9), (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-[(1R,4R,5S)-4-hydroxy-5-methyl-piperidin-1-yll-dodecanoic acid (10), (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-[(1R,4R,5S)-4-hydroxy-5-hydroxymethyl-piperidin-1-yl]-dodecanoic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (11), and (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-[(1R,4S,5S)-4-hydroxy-5-methyl-piperidin-1-yl]-dodecanoic acid (12) on the basis of spectral and chemical data.  相似文献

By anaerobic incubation of pinoresinol diglucoside (1) from the bark of Eucommia ulmoides with a fecal suspension of humans, eleven metabolites were formed, and their structures were identified as (+)-pinoresinol (2), (+)-lariciresinol (3), 3'-demethyl-(+)-lariciresinol (4), (-)-secoisolariciresinol (5), (-)-3-(3", 4"-dihydroxybenzyl)-2-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxybenzyl)butane-1, 4-diol (6), 2-(3', 4'-dihydroxybenzyl)-3-(3", 4"-dihydroxybenzyl)butane-1, 4-diol (7), 3-(3"-hydroxybenzyl)-2-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxybenzyl)butane-1, 4-diol (8), 2-(3', 4'-dihydroxybenzyl)-3-(3"-hydroxybenzyl)butane-1, 4-diol (9), (-)-enterodiol (10), (-)-(2R, 3R)-3-(3", 4"-dihydroxybenzyl)-2-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxybenzyl)butyrolactone (11), (-)-(2R, 3R)-2-(3', 4'-dihydroxybenzyl)-3-(3", 4"-dihydroxybenzyl)butyrolactone (12), (-)-(2R, 3R)-3-(3"-hydroxybenzyl)-2-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxybenzyl)butyrolactone (13), 2-(3', 4'-dihydroxybenzyl)-3-(3"-hydroxybenzyl)butyrolactone (14), 2-(3'-hydroxybenzyl)-3-(3", 4"-dihydroxybenzyl)butyrolactone (15) and (-)-(2R, 3R)-enterolactone (16) by various spectroscopic means, including two dimensional (2D)-NMR, mass spectrometry and circular dichroism. A possible metabolic pathway was proposed on the basis of their structures and time course experiments monitored by thin-layer chromatography. Furthermore, a bacterial strain responsible for the transformation of (+)-pinoresinol to (+)-lariciresinol was isolated from a human fecal suspension and identified as Enterococcus faecalis strain PDG-1.  相似文献

By utilizing a displacement method, a macrocyclic compound 1, could report the presence of sulfide anion, with the detection limit of 7.0 × 10(-7) mol/L; moreover, no interference was observed from other anions, including SO(3)(2-), HSO(3)(-), SO(4)(2-), ClO(4)(-), I(-), Br(-), Cl(-), F(-), IO(3)(-), HPO(4)(2-), PO(4)(3-), C(2)O(4)(2-), S(2)O(3)(2-), CO(3)(2-), AcO(-), CN(-) and P(2)O(7)(4-), making compound 1 a new, highly sensitive and selective sulfide anion chemosensor.  相似文献

Side chain liquid crystalline polysiloxanes containing benzyl ether linkingunits were synthesized by the hydrosilylation of poly (methylhydrosiloxane) with a series of4-(4-alkoxybenzyloxy)-4'-allyloxybiphenyl monomers [4-(4-methoxybenzyloxy )-4'-allyloxy-biphenyl(M_1), 4-(4-ethoxybenzyloxy)-4'-allyloxybiphenyl (M_2), 4-(4-propoxybenzyloxy)-4'-allyloxybiphenyl (M_3), 4-(4-butoxybenzyloxy)-4'-allylox(M_4), 4-(4-pentoxy-benzyloxy)-4'-allyloxybiphenyl (M_5), 4-benzyloxy-4'-allyloxybiphenyl (M_6)]. The phasebehavior of monomeric and polymeric liquid crystals was characterized by differential scan-ning calorimetry and optical polarization microscopy where the groups are ranged frommethoxy to pentoxy Both the monomeric and polymeric liquid crystals exhibit 1iquidcrystal behaviors.  相似文献

Prolyl endopeptidase (PEP, EC 3.4.21.26) is an enzyme playing a role in the metabolism of proline-containing neuropeptides which have been suggested to be involved in learning and memory processes. In screening for PEP inhibitors from fourteen traditional Kampo formulas, we found that Tokaku-joki-to shows a significant inhibitory activity. Examination of the constituents of the Kampo formula resulted in the isolation of two new compounds, cis-3,5,4'-trihydroxystilbene 4'-O-beta-D-(6-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside (10) and 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone 4'-O-beta-D-(6-O-galloyl-2-O-cinnamoyl)glucopyranoside (16), along with twenty-five known compounds, cinnamic acid (1), protocatechuic acid (2), gallic acid (3), torachrysone 8-O-beta-D-glucoside (4), emodin (5), emodin 8-O-beta-D-glucoside (6), 3,5,4'-trihydroxystilbene 4'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), 3,5,4'-trihydroxystilbene 4'-O-beta-D-(2-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside (8), 3,5,4'-trihydroxystilbene 4'-O-beta-D-(6-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside (9), 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone 4'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (11), isolindleyin (12), lindleyin (13), 4(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone 4'-O-beta-D-(2,6-di-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside (14), 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone 4'-O-beta-D-(2-O-galloyl-6-O-cinnamoyl)glucopyranoside (15), 1-O-galloylglucose (17), 1,2,6-tri-O-galloylglucose (18), gallic acid 4-O-beta-D-(6-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside (19), liquiritigenin (20), liquiritigenin 4'-O-beta-D-glucoside (21), liquiritigenin 7,4'-diglucoside (22), liquiritigenin 4'-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (23), licuroside (24), (-)-epicatechin (25), (-)-epicatechin 3-O-gallate (26) and (+)-catechin (27). Among these compounds, twelve (7-10, 14-16, 18, 19, 24-26) showed noncompetitive inhibition with an IC50 of 22.9, 3.0, 14.9, 2.8, 10.5, 0.69, 8.2, 0.44, 9.39, 26.5, 28.1 and 0.052 microM, respectively.  相似文献

A series of 4-(substituted pyridyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives were synthesized and their hypotensive effects examined. Several compounds, 2-(N-benzyl-N-methylamino)ethyl methyl 1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-(3-nitro-2-pyridyl)-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate (2b), its 4-(4-nitro-2-pyridyl) analogue (2g), 4-(3-trifluoromethyl-2-pyridyl) analogue (2c), 4-(2-trifluoromethyl-3-pyridyl) analogue (3e), 4-(4-cyano-2-pyridyl) analogue (2e), 4-(2-cyano-3-pyridyl) analogue (3d), and 4-(6-bromo-2-pyridyl) analogue (2i), were found to have a hypotensive activity parallel to that of nicardipine; 2c and 3e, in particular, had approximately twice the duration of nicardipine, and 2e had the most potent hypotensive activity of all the derivatives synthesized.  相似文献

Several new acyclonucleoside purine and 8-azapurine analogs have been prepared from 2-amino-4,6-dichloropyrimidine ( 1 ) and 3-amino-1,2-propanediol ( 2a ) and 4-amino-1-butanol ( 2b ), respectively, as the starting materials. The new target compounds are: 2-amino-6-chloro-9-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)purine ( 6a ), 2-amino-6-chloro-9-(4-hydroxybutyl)purine ( 6b ), 2-amino-6-chloro-9-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-8-azapurine ( 7a ), 2-amino-6-chloro-9-(4-hydroxybutyl)-8-azapurine ( 7b ), 9-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-8-azaguanine ( 8a ), 9-(4-hydroxybutyl)-8-azaguanine ( 8b ), 9-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-8-azathioguanine ( 9a ), and 9-(4-hydroxybutyl)-8-azathioguanine ( 9b ). Also, the requisite intermediate pyrimidine derivatives, 2,5-diamino-4-(2,3-dihydroxypropylamino)-6-chloropyrimidine ( 5a ) and 2,5-diamino-4-(4-hydroxybutylamino)-6-chloropyrimidine ( 5b ) are novel.  相似文献

The geometries, energies and vibrational frequencies of various polyborates in both gaseous and aqueous phase were calculated at the B3LYP/aug-cc-pVDZ level. The calculated total symmetrical stretching Raman shifts of B(OH)(3), B(OH)(4)(-), B(2)O(OH)(4), B(2)O(OH)(5)(-), B(2)O(OH)(6)(2-), B(3)O(3)(OH)(3), B(3)O(3)(OH)(4)(-), B(3)O(3)(OH)(5)(2-), B(3)O(3)(OH)(6)(3-), B(4)O(5)(OH)(4)(2-) and B(5)O(6)(OH)(4)(-) were assigned to 877.40, 735.33, 785.22, 792.90, 696.79, 587.72, 599.06, 740.16, 705.01, 551.67 and 521.04cm(-1), respectively. The results can be used as the characteristic frequency for polyborates in aqueous phase at room temperature. At least six types of polyborates B(OH)(3), B(OH)(4)(-), B(3)O(3)(OH)(4)(-), B(3)O(3)(OH)(5)(2-), B(4)O(5)(OH)(4)(2-) and B(5)O(6)(OH)(4)(-), occur in aqueous solutions at ambient temperature. The chemical species distribution and the relevant interaction mechanisms among polyborates in the solutions were also suggested.  相似文献

A new series of linked heterocyclics, 3-[4-(4-chlorophenyl)-6-(3,5-dimethyl-1-phenyl-1H-4-pyrazolyl)-2-pyrimidinyl]-2-(aryl/heteryl)-1,3-thiazolan-4-ones (6a-j), has been synthesized by the one-pot cyclo-condensation of 4-(4-chlorophenyl)-6-(3,5-dimethyl-1-phenyl-1H-4-pyrazolyl)-2-pyrimidinamine (5), aryl/heteroaryl aldehyde and thioglycolic acid. The structures of the synthesized compounds have been confirmed via IR, (1)H-NMR, (13)C-NMR, MS and elemental analyses. Further, all the newly synthesized compounds 6a-j have been assayed for their antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and fungi. The compounds containing moieties like 4-nitrophenyl (6c), 3-nitrophenyl (6d), 4-dimethylaminophenyl (6g), 2-furyl (6i) and 1,3-benzodioxole (6j), at 2-position of thiazolidin-4-one ring exhibited good inhibitory activity against all the tested organisms.  相似文献

Five new alpha-tetralonyl glucosides, juglanosides A-E (1-5) were isolated from the fresh rejuvenated fruit of Juglans mandshurica. Their structures were elucidated as (4S)-4-hydroxy-alpha-tetralone 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), (4S)-4,5-dihydroxy-alpha-tetralone 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), (4S)-4,6-dihydroxy-alpha-tetralone 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), (4S)-4,5,8-trihydroxy-alpha-tetralone 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4), and (4S)-4,5,8-trihydroxy-alpha-tetralone 5-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5) on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidence.  相似文献

ESR study of Mn(2+)-doped sodium hydrogen orthophosphate dihydrate (SHOD) single crystals is done at room temperature. The Mn(2+) spin-Hamiltonian parameters have been evaluated employing a large number of resonant line positions observed for different orientations of the external magnetic field. The values of g, A, B, D, E and a are: 2.0042+/-0.0002, 86+/-2 x 10(-4)cm(-1), 83+/-2 x 10(-4)cm(-1), 238+/-2 x 10(-4)cm(-1), 76+/-2 x 10(-4)cm(-1), 13+/-1 x 10(-4)cm(-1) for site I and 2.0032+/-0.0002, 86+/-2 x 10(-4)cm(-1), 83+/-2 x 10(-4)cm(-1), 238+/-2 x 10(-4)cm(-1), 76+/-2 x 10(-4)cm(-1), 13+/-1 x 10(-4)cm(-1) for site II, respectively. The optical absorption study of the crystal is also done. The observed bands are assigned as transitions from the (6)A(1g)(S) ground state to various excited quartet levels of a Mn(2+) ion in a cubic crystalline field. These bands are fitted with four parameters B, C, D(q) and alpha and the values found for the parameters are B=777 cm(-1), C=3073 cm(-1), D(q)=755 cm(-1), and alpha=76 cm(-1). On the basis of the data obtained the surrounding crystalline field and the nature of metal-ligand bonding are discussed.  相似文献

Novel trisubstituted ethylenes, phenoxy ring-substituted butyl 2-cyano-3-phenyl-2-propenoates, RPhCH = C(CN)CO2C4H9 (where R is 2-(4-chlorophenoxy), 3-(4-chlorophenoxy), 4-(3-chlorophenoxy), 4-(4-chlorophenoxy), 4-(4-fluorophenoxy), 2-(3-methoxyphenoxy), 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy), 3-(4-methoxyphenoxy), 4-(4-methoxyphenoxy), 3-(4-methylphenoxy) were prepared and copolymerized with styrene. The monomers were synthesized by the piperidine catalyzed Knoevenagel condensation of ring-substituted benzaldehydes and butyl cyanoacetate, and characterized by CHN analysis, IR, 1H and 13C-NMR. All the ethylenes were copolymerized with styrene (M1) in solution with radical initiation (ABCN) at 70°C. The compositions of the copolymers were calculated from nitrogen analysis and the structures were analyzed by IR, 1H and 13C-NMR. Decomposition of the copolymers in nitrogen occurred in two steps, first in the 200-500°C range with residue (3.1-6.5% wt), which then decomposed in the 500-800°C range.  相似文献

From the hexane extractive of the nutmeg of Myristica fragrans Houtt, glyceryl trimyristate (1), myristicin (11), methyleugenol (12), elemicin (13), dehydrodiisoeugenol (9), 1-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy)-propan-1-ol (4), 1-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-2-(4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy)-propan-1-ol (6), and a new compound 1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy) propan-1-ol (14) were isolated. The structure of compound (14) was determined to be an analogue of the β-0-4 ether type of dilignols.  相似文献

Six new flavonoids-5-hydroxy-3,8-dimethoxy-3',4':6,7-bismethylenedioxyflavone (1), 3,3',4',5-tetramethoxy-7-(3-methylbut-2-enyloxy)flavone (2), 7-(2-hydroxy-3-methylbut-3-enyloxy)-3,3',4',5-tetramethoxyflavone (3), 7-(2-hydroxy-3-methylbut-3-enyloxy)-3,5-dimethoxy-3',4'-methylenedioxyflavone (4), 7-(2-hydroxy-3-methylbut-3-enyloxy)-3,3',4',5,8-pentamethoxyflavone (5), and 7-(2-hydroxy-3-methylbut-3-enyloxy)-3,5,8-trimethoxy-3',4'-methylenedioxyflavone (6)-were isolated from the leaves of Melicope triphylla. In addition, six already known flavonoids were also detected: 5-hydroxy-3,6,7-trimethoxy-3',4'-methylenedioxyflavone (7), 5,7-dihydroxy-3,3',4',8-tetramethoxyflavone (8), 4',5-dihydroxy-3,3',7,8-tetramethoxyflavone (9), 3,5,6,7,8-pentamethoxy-3',4'-methylenedioxyflavone (10), 3,5,6,7-tetramethoxy-3',4'-methylenedioxyflavone (11), and 3,3',4',5,6,7,8-heptamethoxyflavone (12). The structures of the new compounds were established by spectroscopic methods. Compound 2 displayed ichthyotoxic activity against Japanese killifish (medaka in Japanese) (Oryzias latipes var.) at 10?ppm.  相似文献

An end-to-end differential measurement approach with capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detection (C(4)D) was applied to anion-exchange monolithic capillary column ion chromatography. The column was prepared by thermally initiated radical polymerization of poly(glycidyl methacrylate) in a fused-silica capillary of 320 μm i.d. and modified by quaternary ammonium latex surface coating. Two C(4)Ds were placed near both ends of the capillary column and the output difference between them was measured. With 15 mM potassium hydrogen phthalate used as the eluent, good separation of a mixture of inorganic anions (F(-), Cl(-), NO(2)(-), NO(3)(-)) was achieved. The detection limits of conventional C(4)D are 1.6, 0.28, 0.53, and 0.47 mg L(-1) for F(-), Cl(-), NO(2)(-), and NO(3)(-), respectively. To further enhance the sensitivity, the capacitive impedance from C(4)D was neutralized by an inductive impedance from a piezoelectric resonator. An increase in sensitivity by a factor of 7-8 was achieved in the resonating C(4)D in comparison with the conventional C(4)D. The detection limits of the resonating C(4)D are 0.23, 0.041, 0.065, and 0.059 mg L(-1) for F(-), Cl(-), NO(2)(-), and NO(3)(-), respectively. The response of the resonating C(4)D was analyzed based on an equivalent circuit model.  相似文献

A procedure for calculating the A term and the A/D ratio of magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) within time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) is described. Utilizing an implementation of the MCD theory within the Amsterdam Density Functional program, the A term contributions to the MCD spectra of MnO(4) (-), CrO(4) (2-), VO(4) (3-), MoO(4) (2-), VO(4) (3-), MoS(4) (2-), Se(4) (2+), Te(4) (2+), Fe(CN)(6) (4-), Ni(CN)(4) (2-), trichlorobenzene, hexachlorobenzene, tribromobenzene, and hexabromobenzene are calculated. For the most part, agreement between theory and experiment for A/D ratios and the relative magnitude of A terms is found to be good, leading to simulated spectra that are similar in appearance to those derived from measurements. The A terms are found to be too small whenever comparison with experiment was possible, probably due to the neglect of environment effects on the incident radiation and the relative low accuracy of dipole strengths calculated within TD-DFT.  相似文献

The spin Hamiltonian parameters are: gx=1.9225+/-0.0002, gy=1.9554+/-0.0002, gz=2.1258+/-0.0002, A=(78+/-2) x 10(-4) cm(-1), B=(75+/-2) x 10(-4) cm(-1), D=(191+/-2) x 10(-4) cm(-1), E=(61+/-2) x 10(-4) cm(-1) and a=(22+/-1) x 10(-4) cm(-1) for site I and gx=1.9235+/-0.0002, gy=1.9574+/-0.0002, gz=2.0664+/-0.0002, A=(78+/-2) x 10(-4) cm(-1), B=(75+/-2) x 10(-4) cm(-1), D=(180+/-2) x 10(-4) cm(-1), E=(57+/-2) x 10(-4) cm(-1) and a=(22+/-1) x 10(-4) cm(-1) for site II, respectively. The observed optical bands are fitted with inter-electronic repulsion parameters (B and C), crystal field parameter (Dq) and Trees correction (alpha) and the values found are B=752, C=2438, Dq=765 and alpha=76 cm(-1). The data obtained are further used to discuss the surrounding crystal field and the nature of metal-ligand bonding in the crystal.  相似文献

Two new unusual natural pigments were first isolated from the whole herbs of Selaginella tamariscina. The structure of selaginellin A (1) was established as (R,S)-4-[(4'-hydroxy-3-((4-hydroxyphenyl)ethynyl)biphenyl-2-yl)(4-hydroxyphenyl)methylene]-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-one and selaginellin B (2) as (R,S)-4-[(4'-methoxy-4-(methyl)-3-((4-methoxyphenyl)ethynyl)biphenyl-2-yl)(4-methoxyphenyl)methylene]-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-one, along with four known biflavonoids, amentoflavone (3), hinokiflavone (4), heveaflavone (5), and 7'-O-methylamentoflavone (6). Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral analysis of electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy (ESI-MS), one-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1D-NMR) and two-dimensional-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (2D-NMR) including (1)H-NMR, (13)C-NMR, distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer (DEPT) and heteronuclear multiple bond coherence (HMBC), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques.  相似文献

The present paper covers the simply and highly stereoselective syntheses of (α-S, 4S)-2-dichloromethyl-4, 5-dihydro-α-(4-nitrophenyl)-4-oxazolemethanol (4a), (α-S, 4S)-2-methyl-4, 5-dihydro-α-(4-nitrophenyl)-4-oxazolemethanol (4b), and (α-R, 4R)-2-dichloromethyl-4, 5-dihydro-α-[(4-methylsulfonyl)phenyl]-4-oxazolemethanol(4c) with good yields(80%—90%). A configuration inversion product, (1R, 2S)-2-dichloroacetamido-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1, 3-propanediol (8), was obtained during our attempting to convert compound 4a into (4S, 5R)-2-(dichloromethyl)-4, 5-dihydro-5-(4-nitrophenyl)-4-oxazolemethanol(7).  相似文献
