Two series of novel platinum(II) 2,6‐bis(1‐alkylpyrazol‐3‐yl)pyridyl (N5Cn) complexes, [Pt(N5Cn)Cl][X] ( 1 – 9 ) and [Pt(N5Cn)(C?CR)][X] ( 10 – 13 ) (X=trifluoromethanesulfonate (OTf) or PF6; R=C6H5, C6H4p‐CF3 and C6H4p‐N(C6H5)2), with various chain lengths of the alkyl groups on the nitrogen atom of the pyrazolyl units have been successfully synthesized and characterized. Their electrochemical and photophysical properties have been studied. Some of their molecular structures have also been determined by X‐ray crystallography. Two amphiphilic platinum(II) 2,6‐bis(1‐tetradecylpyrazol‐3‐yl)pyridyl (N5C14) complexes, [Pt(N5C14)Cl]PF6 ( 7 ) and [Pt(N5C14)(C?CC6H5)]PF6 ( 13 ), were found to form stable and reproducible Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) films at the air–water interface. The characterization of such LB films has been investigated by the study of their surface pressure–area (π–A) isotherms, UV/Vis spectroscopy, XRD, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), FTIR, and polarized IR spectroscopy. The luminescence property of 13 in LB films has also been studied.  相似文献

The platina‐β‐diketone [Pt2{(COMe)2H}2(µ‐Cl)2] ( 1 ) was found to react with monodentate phosphines to yield acetyl(chloro)platinum(II) complexes trans‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(PR3)2] (PR3 = PPh3, 2a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 2b ; PMePh2, 2c ; PMe2Ph, 2d ; P(n‐Bu)3, 2e ; P(o‐tol)3, 2f ; P(m‐tol)3, 2g ; P(p‐tol)3, 2h ). In the reaction with P(o‐tol)3 the methyl(carbonyl)platinum(II) complex [Pt(Me)Cl(CO){P(o‐tol)3}] ( 3a ) was found to be an intermediate. On the other hand, treating 1 with P(C6F5)3 led to the formation of [Pt(Me)Cl(CO){P(C6F5)3}] ( 3b ), even in excess of the phosphine. Phosphine ligands with a lower donor capability in complexes 2 and the arsine ligand in trans‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(AsPh3)2] ( 2i ) proved to be subject to substitution by stronger donating phosphine ligands, thus forming complexes trans‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(L)L′] (L/L′ = AsPh3/PPh3, 4a ; PPh3/P(n‐Bu)3, 4b ) and cis‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(dppe)] ( 4c ). Furthermore, in boiling benzene, complexes 2a – 2c and 2i underwent decarbonylation yielding quantitatively methyl(chloro)platinum(II) complexes trans‐[Pt(Me)Cl(L)2] (L = PPh3, 5a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 5b ; PMePh2, 5c ; AsPh3, 5d ). The identities of all complexes were confirmed by 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses of 2a ·2CHCl3, 2f and 5b showed that the platinum atom is square‐planar coordinated by two phosphine ligands (PPh3, 2a ; P(o‐tol)3, 2f ; P(4F‐C6H4)3, 5b ) in mutual trans position as well as by an acetyl ligand ( 2a, 2f ) and a methyl ligand ( 5b ), respectively, trans to a chloro ligand. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of 3b exhibited a square‐planar platinum complex with the two π‐acceptor ligands CO and P(C6F5)3 in mutual cis position (configuration index: SP‐4‐3). Crystallization experiments with the dinuclear chelate ring complex di‐μ‐chlorido‐bis[(η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)platinum(II)], [Pt2(C15H19O4)2Cl2], containing a derivative of the natural compound eugenol as ligand, have been performed. Using five different sets of crystallization conditions resulted in four different complexes which can be further used as starting compounds for the synthesis of Pt complexes with promising anticancer activities. In the case of vapour diffusion with the binary chloroform–diethyl ether or methylene chloride–diethyl ether systems, no change of the molecular structure was observed. Using evaporation from acetonitrile (at room temperature), dimethylformamide (DMF, at 313 K) or dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO, at 313 K), however, resulted in the displacement of a chloride ligand by the solvent, giving, respectively, the mononuclear complexes (acetonitrile‐κN)(η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chloridoplatinum(II) monohydrate, [Pt(C15H19O4)Cl(CH3CN)]·H2O, (η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chlorido(dimethylformamide‐κO)platinum(II), [Pt(C15H19O4)Cl(C2H7NO)], and (η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chlorido(dimethyl sulfoxide‐κS)platinum(II), determined as the analogue {η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐[(ethoxycarbonyl)methoxy]phenyl‐κC1}chlorido(dimethyl sulfoxide‐κS)platinum(II), [Pt(C14H17O4)Cl(C2H6OS)]. The crystal structures confirm that acetonitrile interacts with the PtII atom via its N atom, while for DMSO, the S atom is the coordinating atom. For the replacement, the longest of the two Pt—Cl bonds is cleaved, leading to a cis position of the solvent ligand with respect to the allyl group. The crystal packing of the complexes is characterized by dimer formation via C—H…O and C—H…π interactions, but no π–π interactions are observed despite the presence of the aromatic ring.  相似文献

The synthesis of potassium (η2‐4‐allyl‐2‐methoxyphenol)trichloridoplatinate(II), K[PtCl3(C10H12O2)], ( 1 ), starting from Zeise's salt and Ocimum sanctum L. oil has been optimized. Starting from ( 1 ), three new platinum(II) complexes, namely (η2‐4‐allyl‐2‐methoxyphenol)chlorido(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐κ2N ,O )platinum(II), ( 2 ), (η2‐4‐allyl‐2‐methoxyphenol)chlorido(5‐nitroquinolin‐8‐olato‐κ2N ,O )platinum(II), ( 3 ), and (η2‐4‐allyl‐2‐methoxyphenol)chlorido(5,7‐dichloroquinolin‐8‐olato‐κ2N ,O )platinum(II), [Pt(C9H4Cl2NO)Cl(C10H12O2)], ( 4 ), containing eugenol and a quinolin‐8‐ol derivative (R‐OQ), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, MS, IR, 1H NMR and NOESY spectra. For ( 1 ) and ( 4 ), single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies were also carried out. Complexes ( 2 )–( 4 ) show good inhibiting abilities on three human cancer cell lines, i.e. KB, Hep‐G2 and LU, with IC50 values of 1.42–17.8 µM . Complex ( 3 ) gives an impressively high activity against KB, Hep‐G2, LU and MCF‐7, with IC50 values of 1.42–4.91 µM , which are much lower than those of cisplatin and some other platinum(II) complexes.  相似文献

A new series of platinum(II) complexes with tridentate ligands 2,6‐bis(1‐alkyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)pyridine and 2,6‐bis(1‐aryl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)pyridine (N7R), [Pt(N7R)Cl]X ( 1 – 7 ) and [Pt(N7R)(C?CR′)]X ( 8 – 17 ; R=n‐C4H9, n‐C8H17, n‐C12H25, n‐C14H29, n‐C18H37, C6H5, and CH2‐C6H5; R′=C6H5, C6H4‐CH3p, C6H4‐CF3p, C6H4‐N(CH3)2p, and cholesteryl 2‐propyn‐1‐yl carbonate; X=OTf?, PF6?, and Cl?), has been synthesized and characterized. Their electrochemical and photophysical properties have also been studied. Two amphiphilic platinum(II)? 2,6‐bis(1‐dodecyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)pyridine complexes ( 3‐Cl and 8 ) were found to form stable and reproducible Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) films at the air/water interface. These LB films were characterized by the study of their surface‐pressure–molecular‐area (π–A) isotherms, XRD, and IR and polarized‐IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The title PtII complexes, viz. (2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)[(1R,2R)‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane‐κ2N,N′]platinum(II) bis(hexafluorophosphate), [Pt(C6H14N2)(C10H8N2)](PF6)2, and [(1R,2R)‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane‐κ2N,N′](1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)platinum(II) bis(hexafluorophosphate), [Pt(C6H14N2)(C12H8N2)](PF6)2, containing an aromatic α‐diimine and a non‐planar diaminocyclohexane, both form a ladder‐type structure, which is constructed via loose π–π stacking on the α‐diimine ligands and hydrogen bonding between the cyclic amines and the counter‐anions. In the former compound, there are two independent complex cations, both of which have a twofold axis through the Pt atom.  相似文献

A new one‐dimensional platinum mixed‐valence complex with nonhalogen bridging ligands, namely catena‐poly[[[bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)platinum(II)]‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2S:S‐[bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)platinum(IV)]‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2S:S] tetrakis(perchlorate)], {[Pt2(SCN)2(C2H8N2)4](ClO4)4}n, has been isolated. The PtII and PtIV atoms are located on centres of inversion and are stacked alternately, linked by the S atoms of the thiocyanate ligands, forming an infinite one‐dimensional chain. The PtIV—S and PtII...S distances are 2.3933 (10) and 3.4705 (10) Å, respectively, and the PtIV—S...PtII angle is 171.97 (4)°. The introduction of nonhalogen atoms as bridging ligands in this complex extends the chemical modifications possible for controlling the amplitude of the charge‐density wave (CDW) state in one‐dimensional mixed‐valence complexes. The structure of a discrete PtIV thiocyanate compound, bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)bis(thiocyanato‐κS)platinum(IV) bis(perchlorate) 1.5‐hydrate, [Pt(SCN)2(C4H8N2)2](ClO4)2·1.5H2O, has monoclinic (C2) symmetry. Two S‐bound thiocyanate ligands are located in trans positions, with an S—Pt—S angle of 177.56 (3)°.  相似文献

The platina‐β‐diketones [Pt2{(COR)2H}2(μ‐Cl)2] ( 1 , R = Me a , Et b ) react with phosphines L in a molar ratio of 1 : 4 through cleavage of acetaldehyde to give acylplatinum(II) complexes trans‐[Pt(COR)Cl(L)2] ( 2 ) (R/L = Me/P(p‐FC6H4)3 a , Me/P(p‐CH2=CHC6H4)Ph2 b , Me/P(n‐Bu)3 c , Et/P(p‐MeOC6H4)3 d ). 1 a reacts with Ph2As(CH2)2PPh2 (dadpe) in a molar ratio of 1 : 2 through cleavage of acetaldehyde yielding [Pt(COMe)Cl(dadpe)] ( 3 a ) (configuration index: SP‐4‐4) and [Pt(COMe)Cl(dadpe)] (configuration index: SP‐4‐2) ( 3 b ) in a ratio of about 9 : 1. All acyl complexes were characterized by 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of 2 a and 3 a were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The geometries at the platinum centers are close to square planar. In both complexes the plane of the acyl ligand is nearly perpendicular to the plane of the complex (88(2)° 2 a , 81.2(5)° 3 a ).  相似文献

The reaction of (1R,2R)‐(–)‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane ( 1 ) [DACH] with the aldehyde (1R)‐(–)‐myrtenal ( 2 ) in MeOH afforded the bidentate diimine ligand, (1R,2R)‐(–)‐N1,N2‐bis{(1R)‐(–)myrtenylidene}‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane ( 3 ) in a high yield. Reduction of 3 using LiAlH4 led to the formation of the desired ligand ( 4 ) (1R,2R)‐(–)‐N1,N2‐bis{(1R)‐(–)myrtenyl}‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane. Treatment of compound 4 with K2PtCl4 or K2PdCl4 yielded the corresponding platinum(II) and palladium(II) complexes, Pt‐5 and Pd‐6 , respectively. The reaction of compound 3 with K2PtCl4 gave the diimine complex Pt‐7 . The cytotoxic activity of the complexes Pt‐5 , Pd‐6 and Pt‐7 was tested and compared to the approved drugs, cisplatin ( Cis ‐Pt ) and oxaliplatin ( Ox‐Pt ). The complexes ( Pt‐5 , Pd‐6 and Pt‐7 ) inhibit L1210 cell line proliferation with an IC50 of 0.6, 4.2, and 0.7 μL, respectively as evidenced by measuring thymidine incorporation.  相似文献

In two linkage isomers, bis[1,3‐dimethyl‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐pyrimidinetrionato]‐C5,O4‐(ethylenediamine‐N,N′)platinum(II), [Pt(C6H7N2O3)2(C2H8N2)], (I), and bis[1,3‐dimethyl‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐pyrimidinetrionato‐C5](ethylenediamine‐N,N′)platinum(II) dihydrate, [Pt(C6H7N2O3)2(C2H8N2)]·2H2O, (II), crystallized from the same aqueous solution containing [Pt(en)(OH)2] and 1,3‐dimethylbarbituric acid (Hdmbarb) in a 1:2 molar ratio, a pair of monodentate dmbarb? anions coordinate to the Pt atom at tetrahedral C atoms for (II), while one dmbarb? anion coordinates at the carbon and the other at a deprotonated enol oxygen for (I). The Pt—C distances in (I) and (II) are comparable: 2.112 (4) Å for (I), and 2.114 (4) and 2.117 (4) Å for (II).  相似文献

Photoactive platinum complexes of stoichiometry [Pt(RCCCR)L]0/+ (R=Me, nBu and L=? CN, ? C≡CPh, ? N≡CCH3, ? Py, ? CO) featuring pincer‐type bis N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligands (RCCCR) were synthesized. Organometallic syntheses of these complexes are facile and achievable through standard laboratory procedures. Control of intermolecular Pt???Pt interaction, π–π stacking, and emission tuning is achieved through suitable choice of the NHC‐wingtip substituent (R) and the auxiliary ligand (L). Exposure to specific volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or mechanical grinding triggers changes in emission colors, which render these complexes photofunctional. Solid‐state structures and photoluminescence results are described herein.  相似文献

Platinum antitumour agents, containing aromatic rings, which are used for targeting DNA in effective therapies for the treatment of cancer. We have synthesized the title metallocomplex with an aromatic ligand and determined its crystal structure. In many cases, complexes of platinum and other metals have a symmetrical structure. In contrast, the platinum(II) complex with pyridine and N‐(9‐anthracenylmethyl)‐1,2‐ethanediamine as ligands (systematic name: cis‐{N‐[(anthracen‐9‐yl)methyl]ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N ,N ′}bis(pyridine‐κN )platinum(II) dinitrate), [Pt(C5H5N)2(C17H18N2)](NO3)2, is asymmetric. Of the two pyridine ligands, only one is π‐stacked with anthracene, resulting in an asymmetric structure. Moreover, the angle of orientation of each pyridine ligand is variable. Further examination of the packing motif confirms an intermolecular edge‐to‐face interaction.  相似文献

The title compound, catena‐poly[[[bis(ethylenediamine‐κ2N,N′)platinum(II)]‐ μ‐chlorido‐[bis(ethylenediamine)platinum(IV)]‐μ‐chlorido] tetrakis{4‐[(4‐hydroxyphenyl)diazenyl]benzenesulfonate} dihydrate], {[PtIIPtIVCl2(C2H8N2)4](HOC6H4N=NC6H4SO3)4·2H2O}n, has a linear chain structure composed of square‐planar [Pt(en)2]2+ (en is ethylenediamine) and elongated octahedral trans‐[PtCl2(en)2]2+ cations stacked alternately, bridged by Cl atoms, along the b axis. The Pt atoms are located on an inversion centre, while the Cl atoms are disordered over two sites and form a zigzag ...Cl—PtIV—Cl...PtII... chain, with a PtIV—Cl bond length of 2.3140 (14) Å, an interatomic PtII...Cl distance of 3.5969 (15) Å and a PtIV—Cl...PtII angle of 170.66 (6)°. The structural parameter indicating the mixed‐valence state of the Pt atom, expressed by δ = (PtIV—Cl)/(PtII...Cl), is 0.643.  相似文献

We have developed six dihydroxidoplatinum(IV) compounds with cytotoxic potential. Each derived from active platinum(II) species, these complexes consist of a heterocyclic ligand (HL) and ancillary ligand (AL) in the form [Pt(HL)(AL)(OH)2]2+, where HL is a methyl‐functionalised variant of 1,10‐phenanthroline and AL is the S,S or R,R isomer of 1,2‐diaminocyclohexane. NMR characterisation and X‐ray diffraction studies clearly confirmed the coordination geometry of the octahedral platinum(IV) complexes. The self‐stacking of these complexes was determined using pulsed gradient stimulated echo nuclear magnetic resonance. The self‐association behaviour of square planar platinum(II) complexes is largely dependent on concentration, whereas platinum(IV) complexes do not aggregate under the same conditions, possibly due to the presence of axial ligands. The cytotoxicity of the most active complex, exhibited in several cell lines, has been retained in the platinum(IV) form.  相似文献

On the Reactivity of Alkylthio Bridged 44 CVE Triangular Platinum Clusters: Reactions with Bidentate Phosphine Ligands The 44 cve (cluster valence electrons) triangular platinum clusters [{Pt(PR3)}3(μ‐SMe)3]Cl (PR3 = PPh3, 2a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 2b ; P(n‐Bu)3, 2c ) were found to react with PPh2CH2PPh2 (dppm) in a degradation reaction yielding dinuclear platinum(I) complexes [{Pt(PR3)}2(μ‐SMe)(μ‐dppm)]Cl (PR3 = PPh3, 3a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 3b ; P(n‐Bu)3; 3e ) and the platinum(II) complex [Pt(SMe)2(dppm)] ( 4 ), whereas the addition of PPh2CH2CH2PPh2 (dppe) to cluster 2a afforded a mixture of degradation products, among others the complexes [Pt(dppe)2] and [Pt(dppe)2]Cl2. On the other hand, the treatment of cluster 2a with PPh2CH2CH2CH2PPh2 (dppp) ended up in the formation of the cationic complex [{Pt(dppp)}2(μ‐SMe)2]Cl2 ( 5 ). Furthermore, the terminal PPh3 ligands in complex 3a proved to be subject to substitution by the stronger donating monodentate phosphine ligands PMePh2 and PMe2Ph yielding the analogous complexes [{Pt(PR3)}2(μ‐SMe)(μ‐dppm)]Cl (PR3 = PMePh2, 3c ; PMe2Ph, 3d ). NMR investigations on complexes 3 showed an inverse correlation of Tolmans electronic parameter ν with the coupling constants 1J(Pt,P) and 1J(Pt,Pt). All compounds were fully characterized by means of NMR and IR spectroscopy. X‐ray diffraction analyses were performed for the complexes [{Pt{P(4‐FC6H4)3}}2(μ‐SMe)(μ‐dppm)]Cl ( 3b ), [Pt(SMe)2(dppm)] ( 4 ), and [{Pt(dppp)}2(μ‐SMe)2]Cl2 ( 5 ).  相似文献

In the ion/molecule reactions of the cyclometalated platinum complexes [Pt(L? H)]+ (L=2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy), 2‐phenylpyridine (phpy), and 7,8‐benzoquinoline (bq)) with linear and branched alkanes CnH2n+2 (n=2–4), the main reaction channels correspond to the eliminations of dihydrogen and the respective alkenes in varying ratios. For all three couples [Pt(L? H)]+/C2H6, loss of C2H4 dominates clearly over H2 elimination; however, the mechanisms significantly differs for the reactions of the “rollover”‐cyclometalated bipy complex and the classically cyclometalated phpy and bq complexes. While double hydrogen‐atom transfer from C2H6 to [Pt(bipy? H)]+, followed by ring rotation, gives rise to the formation of [Pt(H)(bipy)]+, for the phpy and bq complexes [Pt(L? H)]+, the cyclometalated motif is conserved; rather, according to DFT calculations, formation of [Pt(L? H)(H2)]+ as the ionic product accounts for C2H4 liberation. In the latter process, [Pt(L? H)(H2)(C2H4)]+ (that carries H2 trans to the nitrogen atom of the heterocyclic ligand) serves, according to DFT calculation, as a precursor from which, due to the electronic peculiarities of the cyclometalated ligand, C2H4 rather than H2 is ejected. For both product‐ion types, [Pt(H)(bipy)]+ and [Pt(L? H)(H2)]+ (L=phpy, bq), H2 loss to close a catalytic dehydrogenation cycle is feasible. In the reactions of [Pt(bipy? H)]+ with the higher alkanes CnH2n+2 (n=3, 4), H2 elimination dominates over alkene formation; most probably, this observation is a consequence of the generation of allyl complexes, such as [Pt(C3H5)(bipy)]+. In the reactions of [Pt(L? H)]+ (L=phpy, bq) with propane and n‐butane, the losses of the alkenes and dihydrogen are of comparable intensities. While in the reactions of “rollover”‐cyclometalated [Pt(bipy? H)]+ with CnH2n+2 (n=2–4) less than 15 % of the generated product ions are formed by C? C bond‐cleavage processes, this value is about 60 % for the reaction with neo‐pentane. The result that C? C bond cleavage gains in importance for this substrate is a consequence of the fact that 1,2‐elimination of two hydrogen atoms is no option; this observation may suggest that in the reactions with the smaller alkanes, 1,1‐ and 1,3‐elimination pathways are only of minor importance.  相似文献

The reactivity of square planar palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes in trans or cis configuration, namely trans or cis‐[dichlorobis(tributylphosphine)platinum(II)] and trans‐[dichlorobis(tributylphosphine)palladium(II)] with 1,1′‐bis(ethynyl) 4,4′‐biphenyl, DEBP, leading to π‐conjugated organometallic oligomeric and polymeric metallaynes, was investigated by a systematic variation of the reaction conditions. The formation of polymers and oligomers with defined chain length [? M(PBu3)2 (C?C? C6H4? C6H4? C?C? )]n (n = 3–10 for the oligomers, n = 20–50 for the polymers) depends on the configuration of the precursor Pt(II) and Pd(II) complexes, the presence/absence of the catalyst CuI, and the reaction time. A series of model reactions monitored by XPS, GPC, and NMR 31P spectroscopy showed the route to modulate the chain growth. As expected, the nature of the transition metal (Pt or Pd) and the molecular weight of the polymers markedly influence the photophysical characteristics of the polymetallaynes, such as optical absorption and emission behavior. Polymetallaynes with nanostructured morphology could be obtained by a simple casting procedure of polymer solutions. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Bis(8‐quinolinolato‐N,O)platinum(II), [Pt(C9H6NO)2], (I), has a centrosymmetric planar structure with trans coordination. The molecules form an inclined π stack, with an interplanar spacing of 3.400 (6) Å. 8‐Hydroxyquinolinium dichloro(8‐quinolinolato‐N,O)platinate(II) tetrahydrate, (C9H8NO)[PtCl2(C9H6NO)]·4H2O, (II), is soluble in water and is regarded as the synthetic intermediate of the insoluble neutral compound (I). The uncoordinated 8‐hydroxyquinolinium cations and the monoquinolinolate complexes form an alternating π stack. The origins of fluorescence and phosphorescence in (II) are assigned to the 8‐hydroxyquinolinium cation and the monoquinolinolate–Pt complex, respectively.  相似文献

The Reactivity of Dinuclear Platina‐β‐diketones with Phosphines: Diacetylplatinum(II) Complexes and Mononuclear Platina‐β‐diketones Addition of mono‐ and bidentate phosphines or of AsPh3 to the platina‐β‐diketone [Pt2{(COMe)2H}2(μ‐Cl)2] ( 1 ) followed by the addition of NaOMe at ?70 °C resulted in the formation of diacetyl platinum(II) complexes cis‐[Pt(COMe)2L2] (L = PPh3, 2a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 2b ; PPh2(4‐py), 2c ; PMePh2, 2d ; AsPh3, 2d ) and [Pt(COMe)2(L??L)] (L??L = dppe, 3b ; dppp, 3c ), respectively. The analogous reaction with dppm afforded the dinuclear complex cis‐[{Pt(COMe)2}2(μ‐dppm)2] ( 4 ) that reacted in boiling acetone yielding [Pt(COMe)2(dppm)] ( 3a ). The reactions 1 → 2 / 3 were found to proceed via thermally highly unstable cationic mononuclear platina‐β‐diketone intermediates [Pt{(COMe)2H}L2]+ and [Pt{(COMe)2H}(L??L)]+, respectively, that could be isolated as chlorides for L??L = dppe ( 5a ) and dppp ( 5b ). The reversibility of the deprotonation of type 5 complexes with NaOMe yielding type 3 complexes was shown by the protonation of the diacetyl complex 3b with HBF4 yielding the platina‐β‐diketone [Pt{(COMe)2H}(dppe)](BF4) ( 5c ). All compounds were fully characterized by means of NMR and IR spectroscopies, and microanalyses. X‐ray diffraction analysis was performed for the complex cis‐[Pt(COMe)2(PPh3)2]·H2O·CHCl3 ( 2a ·H2O·CHCl3).  相似文献

The platinum(II) mixed ligand complexes [PtCl(L1‐6)(dmso)] with six differently substituted thiourea derivatives HL, R2NC(S)NHC(O)R′ (R = Et, R′ = p‐O2N‐Ph: HL1; R = Ph, R′ = p‐O2N‐Ph: HL2; R = R′ = Ph: HL3; R = Et, R′ = o‐Cl‐Ph: HL4; R2N = EtOC(O)N(CH2CH2)2N, R′ = Ph: HL5) and Et2NC(S)N=CNH‐1‐Naph (HL6), as well as the bis(benzoylthioureato‐κO, κS)‐platinum(II) complexes [Pt(L1, 2)2] have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, FAB(+)‐MS, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, as well as X‐ray structure analysis ([PtCl(L1)(dmso)] and [PtCl(L3, 4)(dmso)]) and ESCA ([PtCl(L1, 2)(dmso)] and [Pt(L1, 2)2]). The mixed ligand complexes [PtCl(L)(dmso)] have a nearly square‐planar coordination at the platinum atoms. After deprotonation, the thiourea derivatives coordinate bidentately via O and S, DMSO bonds monodentately to the PtII atom via S atom in a cis arrangement with respect to the thiocarbonyl sulphur atom. The Pt—S‐bonds to the DMSO are significant shorter than those to the thiocarbonyl‐S atom. In comparison with the unsubstituted case, electron withdrawing substituents at the phenyl group of the benzoyl moiety of the thioureate (p‐NO2, o‐Cl) cause a significant elongation of the Pt—S(dmso)‐bond trans arranged to the benzoyl‐O—Pt‐bond. The ESCA data confirm the found coordination and bonding conditions. The Pt 4f7/2 electron binding energies of the complexes [PtCl(L1, 2)(dmso)] are higher than those of the bis(benzoylthioureato)‐complexes [Pt(L1, 2)2].
