Reactions of group 4 metallocene sources with 2‐substituted pyridines were investigated to evaluate their coordination type between innocent and reductive dearomatisation as well as to probe the possibility for couplings. A dependence on the cyclopentadienyl ligands (Cp, Cp*), the metals (Ti, Zr), and the substrates (2‐phenyl‐, 2‐acetyl‐, and 2‐iminopyridine) was observed. While 2‐phenylpyridine is barely reactive, 2‐acetylpyridine reacts vigorously with the Cp‐substituted complexes and selectively with their Cp* analogues. With 2‐iminopyridine, in all cases selective reactions were observed. In the isolated [Cp2Ti], [Cp2Zr], and [Cp*2Zr] compounds the substrate coordinates by its pyridyl ring and the unsaturated side‐chain. Subsequently, the pyridine was dearomatised, which is most pronounced in the [Cp*2Zr] compounds. Using [Cp*2Ti] leads to the unexpected paramagnetic complexes [Cp*2TiIII(N,O‐acpy)] and [Cp*2TiIII(N,N′‐impy)]. This highlights the non‐innocent character of the pyridyl substrates.  相似文献

The reactions of the Group 4 metallocene dichlorides [Cp′2MCl2] ( 1 a : M=Ti, Cp′=Cp*=η5‐pentamethylcyclopentadienyl, 1 b : M=Zr, Cp′=Cp=η5‐cyclopentadienyl) with lithiated MesCH2?C?N gave [Cp*2TiCl(N=C=C(HMes))] ( 3 ; Mes=mesityl) in the case of 1 a . For compound 1 b , a nitrile–nitrile coupling resulted in a five‐membered bridge in 4 . The reaction of the metallocene alkyne complex [Cp*2Zr(η2‐Me3SiC2SiMe3)] ( 2 ) with PhCH2?C?N led in the first step to the unstable product [Cp*2Zr(η2‐Me3SiC2SiMe3)(NC?CH2Ph)] ( 5 ). After the elimination of the alkyne, a mixture of products was formed. By variation of the solvent and the reaction temperature, three compounds were isolated: a diazadiene complex 6 , a bis(keteniminate) complex 7 , and 8 with a keteniminate ligand and a five‐membered metallacycle. Subsequent variation of the Cp ligand and the metal center by using [Cp2Zr] and [Cp*2Ti] with Me3SiC2SiMe3 in the reactions with PhCH2?C?N gave complex mixtures.  相似文献

Mathematical models are developed to describe the polymerization of ethylene and 1‐hexene with a constrained geometry catalyst (CGC‐Ti) and with bis(cyclopentadienyl)‐zirconium (IV) dichloride (Cp2ZrCl2). Particle swarm optimization is used to fit these models to homo‐ and copolymerization data. The models are also used to describe copolymerizations with mixtures of CGC‐Ti and Cp2ZrCl2 to make copolymers with inverse short chain branching distribution. Copolymer molecular weight and short chain branch distributions, as well as polymerization rates with the dual metallocene system, are measured to test whether they agreed with model predictions. The results show that the two metallocenes do not interact strongly when used as a mixture to make ethylene/1‐hexene copolymers.  相似文献

The superbulky deca‐aryleuropocene [Eu(CpBIG)2], CpBIG=(4‐nBu‐C6H4)5‐cyclopentadienyl, was prepared by reaction of [Eu(dmat)2(thf)2], DMAT=2‐Me2N‐α‐Me3Si‐benzyl, with two equivalents of CpBIGH. Recrystallizyation from cold hexane gave the product with a surprisingly bright and efficient orange emission (45 % quantum yield). The crystal structure is isomorphic to those of [M(CpBIG)2] (M=Sm, Yb, Ca, Ba) and shows the typical distortions that arise from CpBIG???CpBIG attraction as well as excessively large displacement parameter for the heavy Eu atom (Ueq=0.075). In order to gain information on the true oxidation state of the central metal in superbulky metallocenes [M(CpBIG)2] (M=Sm, Eu, Yb), several physical analyses have been applied. Temperature‐dependent magnetic susceptibility data of [Yb(CpBIG)2] show diamagnetism, indicating stable divalent ytterbium. Temperature‐dependent 151Eu Mössbauer effect spectroscopic examination of [Eu(CpBIG)2] was examined over the temperature range 93–215 K and the hyperfine and dynamical properties of the EuII species are discussed in detail. The mean square amplitude of vibration of the Eu atom as a function of temperature was determined and compared to the value extracted from the single‐crystal X‐ray data at 203 K. The large difference in these two values was ascribed to the presence of static disorder and/or the presence of low‐frequency torsional and librational modes in [Eu(CpBIG)2]. X‐ray absorbance near edge spectroscopy (XANES) showed that all three [Ln(CpBIG)2] (Ln=Sm, Eu, Yb) compounds are divalent. The XANES white‐line spectra are at 8.3, 7.3, and 7.8 eV, for Sm, Eu, and Yb, respectively, lower than the Ln2O3 standards. No XANES temperature dependence was found from room temperature to 100 K. XANES also showed that the [Ln(CpBIG)2] complexes had less trivalent impurity than a [EuI2(thf)x] standard. The complex [Eu(CpBIG)2] shows already at room temperature strong orange photoluminescence (quantum yield: 45 %): excitation at 412 nm (24270 cm?1) gives a symmetrical single band in the emission spectrum at 606 nm (νmax=16495 cm?1, FWHM: 2090 cm?1, Stokes‐shift: 2140 cm?1), which is assigned to a 4f65d1→4f7 transition of EuII. These remarkable values compare well to those for EuII‐doped ionic host lattices and are likely caused by the rigidity of the [Eu(CpBIG)2] complex. Sharp emission signals, typical for EuIII, are not visible.  相似文献

A study of the coordination chemistry of different amidato ligands [(R)N?C(Ph)O] (R=Ph, 2,6‐diisopropylphenyl (Dipp)) at Group 4 metallocenes is presented. The heterometallacyclic complexes [Cp2M(Cl){κ2N,O‐(R)N?C(Ph)O}] M=Zr, R=Dipp ( 1 a ), Ph ( 1 b ); M=Hf, R=Ph ( 2 )) were synthesized by reaction of [Cp2MCl2] with the corresponding deprotonated amides. Complex 1 a was also prepared by direct deprotonation of the amide with Schwartz reagent [Cp2Zr(H)Cl]. Salt metathesis reaction of [Cp2Zr(H)Cl] with deprotonated amide [(Dipp)N?C(Ph)O] gave the zirconocene hydrido complex [Cp2M(H){κ2N,O‐(Dipp)N?C(Ph)O}] ( 3 ). Reaction of 1 a with Mg did not result in the desired Zr(III) complex but in formation of Mg complex [(py)3Mg(Cl) {κ2N,O‐(Dipp)N?C(Ph)O}] ( 4 ; py=pyridine). The paramagnetic complexes [Cp′2Ti{κ2N,O‐(R)N?C(Ph)O}] (Cp′=Cp, R=Ph ( 7 a ); Cp′=Cp, R=Dipp ( 7 b ); Cp′=Cp*, R=Ph ( 8 )) were prepared by the reaction of the known titanocene alkyne complexes [Cp2′Ti(η2‐Me3SiC2SiMe3)] (Cp′=Cp ( 5 ), Cp′=Cp* ( 6 )) with the corresponding amides. Complexes 1 a , 2 , 3 , 4 , 7 a , 7 b , and 8 were characterized by X‐ray crystallography. The structure and bonding of complexes 7 a and 8 were also characterized by EPR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The development of a two‐step synthesis of multi‐substituted N‐methoxyamines from N‐methoxyamides is reported. Utilization of the N‐methoxy group as a reactivity control element was the key to success in this two‐step synthesis. The first reaction involves a N‐methoxyamide/aldehyde coupling reaction. Whereas ordinary amides cannot condense with aldehydes intermolecularly due to the poor nucleophilicity of the amide nitrogen, the N‐methoxy group enhances the nucleophilicity of the nitrogen, enabling the direct coupling reaction. The second reaction in the two‐step process was nucleophilic addition to the N‐methoxyamides. Incorporation of the N‐methoxy group into the amides increased the electrophilicity of the amide carbonyls and promoted the chelation effect. This nucleophilic addition enabled quick diversification of the products derived from the first step. The developed strategy was applicable to a variety of substrates, resulting in the elaboration of multi‐substituted piperidines and acyclic amines, as well as a substructure of a complex natural alkaloid.  相似文献

Targeting cancer with small molecule prodrugs should help overcome problems associated with conventional cancer‐targeting methods. Herein, we focused on lysine‐specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) to trigger the controlled release of anticancer drugs in cancer cells, where LSD1 is highly expressed. Conjugates of the LSD1 inhibitor trans‐2‐phenylcyclopropylamine (PCPA) were used as novel prodrugs to selectively release anticancer drugs by LSD1 inhibition. As PCPA‐drug conjugate (PDC) prototypes, we designed PCPA‐tamoxifen conjugates 1 a and 1 b , which released 4‐hydroxytamoxifen in the presence of LSD1 in vitro. Furthermore, 1 a and 1 b inhibited the growth of breast cancer cells by the simultaneous inhibition of LSD1 and the estrogen receptor without exhibiting cytotoxicity toward normal cells. These results demonstrate that PDCs provide a useful prodrug method that may facilitate the selective release of drugs in cancer cells.  相似文献

The title compound ( 1 ), 4‐(1‐benzyl‐5‐methyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐6‐(2,4‐dichlorophenyl)pyrimidin‐2‐amine (C20H16Cl2N6), was synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and 13C NMR and single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes as a colourless needle shaped in the triclinic system, space group P‐1 with cell constants: a = 10.7557(11) Å, b = 12.7078(17) Å, c = 15.511(2) Å, α = 68.029(4)0, β = 86.637(5)0, γ = 87.869(4)0; V = 1962.4 (4) Å3, Z = 4. There are two structurally similar but crystallographically independent molecules (A and B) in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, which is linked via N‐H…Cl hydrogen bond. An intramolecular C‐H…N hydrogen also occurs in each molecule. In the crystal, each of independent molecules forms a centrosymmetric dimer with an R22(8) ring motifs through a pair of N‐H…N hydrogen bonds. These dimers are further connected by intermolecular N‐H…Cl and C‐H…Cl hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite two dimensional supramolecular network lying parallel to the [010] plane. The molecular geometry was also optimized using density functional theory (DFT/B3LYP) method with the 6‐311G (d, p) basis set and compared with the experimental data. Mulliken population analyses on atomic charges, HOMO‐LUMO energy levels, Molecular electrostatic potential and chemical reactivity of the title compound were investigated by theoretical calculations. The thermo dynamical properties of the title compound at different temperature have been calculated and corresponding relations between the properties and temperature have also been obtained. The in vitro antibacterial activity has been screened against Gram‐positive (Bacillus cerus and Staphylococcus epidermidis) and Gram‐Negative (Escherichia coli, Acinetobacter baumannii and Proteus vulgaris). The results revealed that the compound exhibited good to moderate antibacterial activity.  相似文献

A detailed examination of [4+2] cycloaddition reactions between 1,8‐disubstituted cyclooctatetraenes and diazo compounds revealed that 4‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3,5‐dione (PTAD) reacts to form either 2,3‐ or 3,4‐disubstituted adducts. The product distribution can be controlled by modulating the electron density of the cyclooctatetraene. Unprecedented [4+2] cycloadditions between diisopropyl azodicarboxylate (DIAD) and 1,8‐disubstituted cyclooctatetraenes are also described and further manipulation of a resulting cycloadduct uncovered a new pathway to the synthetically challenging bicyclo[4.2.0]octa‐2,4‐diene family. Variation of the substituents resulted in a range of compounds displaying selective action against different human tumour cell types.  相似文献

Silole (1‐silacyclopenta‐2,4‐diene) was synthesized for the first time by the bimolecular reaction of the simplest silicon‐bearing radical, silylidyne (SiH), with 1,3‐butadiene (C4H6) in the gas phase under single‐collision conditions. The absence of consecutive collisions of the primary reaction product prevents successive reactions of the silole by Diels–Alder dimerization, thus enabling the clean gas‐phase synthesis of this hitherto elusive cyclic species from acyclic precursors in a single‐collision event. Our method opens up a versatile and unconventional path to access a previously rather obscure class of organosilicon molecules (substituted siloles), which have been difficult to access through classical synthetic methods.  相似文献

The palladium/copper(I) iodide cocatalyzed coupling reaction of (Z)‐α‐fluoro‐β‐trifluoromethylstannanes ( 1 ) with vinyl iodides ( 2 ) has been explored giving substituted α‐fluoro‐β‐trifluoromethyl dienes ( 3 ) in 33–95% yields. In studies we have conducted so far, a larger number of the configurations of the products remained unchanged (cases 3a, 3e–h ), though in several cases (cases 3b–d ) two configurations of the products were obtained. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A facile and efficient route to 4‐aryl‐2‐[2‐(trifluoromethylthio) aryl]quinazoline derivatives through a tandem directed Rh‐catalyzed C‐H iodination and trifluoromethylthiolation is described. The reaction proceeded under mild reaction conditions, exhibited good functional group tolerance with a broad scope of substrate and excellent regioselectivity in good to excellent yields.  相似文献
