In the crystal structure of the title compound, C9H9NO3, there are strong intramolecular O—H⋯N and intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds which, together with weak intermolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, lead to the formation of infinite chains of molecules. The calculated intermolecular hydrogen‐bond energies are −11.3 and −2.7 kJ mol−1, respectively, showing the dominant role of the O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. A natural bond orbital analysis revealed the electron contribution of the lone pairs of the oxazoline N and O atoms, and of the two hydroxy O atoms, to the order of the relevant bonds.  相似文献

In the title compound, C28H30BrN3O4, the molecules are linked by C—H⋯Br and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds into one‐dimensional chains, which are arranged into a three‐dimensional network through a combination of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and two kinds of π–π interactions between the benzene rings of the anthraquinone units.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C25H30FN3O·0.5CH3OH, contains four symmetry‐independent steroid and two methanol molecules. The conformations of the independent steroid molecules are very similar. Intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds create two independent chains, each of which links two of the independent steroid molecules plus one methanol molecule via a co‐operative O—H⋯O—H⋯O—H pattern. Intermolecular C—H⋯O and C—H⋯F interactions are also observed.  相似文献

In the title compound, C10H9N2+·C9H5INO4S·2H2O, the 4,4′‐bipyridine molecule is protonated at one of the pyridine N atoms. These moieties self‐assemble into a supramolecular chain along the a axis through N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. The quinolinol OH group acts as a donor with respect to a sulfonate O atom [O—H⋯O(sulfonate)] and acts as an acceptor with respect to a C—H group of ferron [C—H⋯O(hydroxy)], forming a supramolecular chain along the b axis. These two types of supramolecular chains (one type made up of bipyridine motifs and the other made up of sulfoxine motifs) interact viaπ–π stacking, generating a three‐dimensional framework. These chains are further crosslinked by C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds involving water molecules.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the molecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the molecules into sheets. In (III), an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond and two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.26 and 2.10 Å, N⋯O = 2.975 (2) and 2.954 (2) Å, and N—H⋯O = 138 and 163°] link the molecules into sheets.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C10H8O2, contains two planar symmetry‐independent molecules linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked into infinite chains of rings, formed by a combination of O—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, and additionally reinforced by π–π stacking interactions. Adjacent chains are connected by weak C—H⋯π interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C2H10N2O2+·2Cl, is built up from one 2‐hydroxyethylhydrazinium(2+) cation and two Cl anions. The molecular structure is stabilized by O—H⋯Cl and N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure is stabilized by one N—H⋯O and three N—H⋯Cl interactions, and the three‐dimensional network of hydrogen bonds stabilizes the crystal packing. All five hydrazinium H atoms are involved in hydrogen bonds to Cl anions. The Cl⋯H contact distances range from 2.122 (15) to 2.809 (14) Å.  相似文献

The molecules of the title compound, C11H14BrNO2, are assembled into a two‐dimensional network by a combination of hydrogen bonds and stacking interactions. The phenyl rings are stacked along the c direction by displaced π–π interactions, forming a lipophilic layer. The aliphatic amide residues are interconnected along [100] by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming hydrophilic layers.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C21H21NO2, strong N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds exist. The keto–amine form is favoured over the enol–imine form in the tautomerism. Six‐membered chelate rings formed by intramolecular hydrogen bonds increase the stability of the whole molecule. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds link adjacent units together, forming an infinite one‐dimensional chain parallel to the a axis.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compound, C15H21N3O3S, have a markedly polarized electronic structure; the carbocyclic ring adopts an envelope conformation and the overall molecular conformation appears to be controlled by two intramolecular hydrogen bonds, one each of the O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O types. The molecules are linked into C(6) chains by an intermolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond, and pairs of these hydrogen‐bonded chains are linked by a π–π stacking interaction.  相似文献

Molecules of 2‐(2‐nitrophenylaminocarbonyl)benzoic acid, C14H10N2O5, are linked into centrosymmetric R(8) dimers by a single O—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.78 Å, O⋯O = 2.623 (2) Å and O—H⋯O = 178°] and these dimers are linked into sheets by a single aromatic π–π stacking interaction. The isomeric compound 2‐(4‐nitrophenylaminocarbonyl)benzoic acid crystallizes in two polymorphic forms. In the orthorhombic form (space group P212121 with Z′ = 1, crystallized from ethanol), the molecules are linked into sheets of R(22) rings by a combination of one N—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.96 Å, N⋯O = 2.833 (3) Å and N—H⋯O = 171°] and one O—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.78 Å, O⋯O = 2.614 (3) Å and O—H⋯O = 173°]. In the monoclinic form (space group P21/n with Z′ = 2, crystallized from acetone), the molecules are linked by a combination of two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.09 and 2.16 Å, N⋯O = 2.873 (4) and 2.902 (3) Å, and N—H⋯O = 147 and 141°] and two O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 1.84 and 1.83 Å, O⋯O = 2.664 (3) and 2.666 (3) Å, and O—H⋯O = 166 and 174°] into sheets of some complexity. These sheets are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by a single C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.45 Å, C⋯O = 3.355 (4) Å and C—H⋯O = 160°].  相似文献

Molecules of the title compound, C16H22O4S, have twofold crystallographic symmetry and are stabilized by strong intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and very weak intermolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming layers normal to the c axis. The molecular structure is compared with those of the Se‐ and CH2‐bridged analogues.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Ni(CH5N3S)2(H2O)2](C4H3O4)2·2H2O, the Ni atom lies on a center of symmetry and is coordinated by N and S atoms from two thiosemicarbazide ligands and the O atoms of two water molecules in a distorted octahedral geometry. In the asymmetric unit, the three components are linked together by one O—H⋯O and two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The packing is built from molecular ribbons parallel to the b direction, stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen bonds, and by one N—H⋯S and two N—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The ribbons are further connected into columns by N—H⋯O interactions and then into a three‐dimensional network by three O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The molecules of N,N′‐bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)ferrocene‐1,1′‐diyldicarboxamide, [Fe(C12H11N2O)2], contain intramolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds and are linked into sheets by three independent C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The molecules of the isomeric compound N,N′‐bis(3‐pyridylmethyl)ferrocene‐1,1′‐diyldicarboxamide lie across inversion centres, and the molecules are linked into sheets by a combination of N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions between pyridyl groups.  相似文献

The title complex, C8H6O4·2C6H7N, consists of two crystallographically independent 1:2 clusters of benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid and 4‐methylpyridine. Each cluster, the components of which are linked by O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, is almost planar by alignment of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Herring‐bone ribbons of clusters are formed by other C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, and these ribbons are further packed to form a laminar structure by π–π interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, C25H30NO+·Cl, the molecules are linked by a combination of intermolecular N—H⋯Cl and O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The absolute configuration of the new stereogenic centre (the C atom adjacent to the N atom on the phenol side) is determined to have an R configuration.  相似文献

In 2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxy‐5‐nitropyrimidine, C6H8N4O4, the molecules are linked by one N—H⋯N and one N—H⋯O hydrogen bond to form sheets built from alternating R(8) and R(32) rings. In isomeric 4‐amino‐2,6‐dimethoxy‐5‐nitropyrimidine, C6H8N4O4, which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in P, the two independent molecules are linked into a dimer by two independent N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. These dimers are linked into sheets by a combination of two‐centre C—H⋯O and three‐centre C—H⋯(O)2 hydrogen bonds, and the sheets are further linked by two independent aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C14H9NO3)(H2O)2], which crystallizes with Z = 18 in the space group R, pairs of complexes are linked into dimers by three O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Strong O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the dimers into one‐dimensional chains that further assemble into tubes through π–π and C—H⋯π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C14H19N3OS, is in the thioketo form, with the thione S and hydrazine N atoms cis with respect to each other so that the S atom is involved in inter‐ and intramolecular hydrogen bonds simultaneously. Intermolecular C—H⋯S and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds result in one‐dimensional polymeric chains of molecules along the a axis. A weak C—H⋯π ring interaction binds the polymeric chains together.  相似文献

The crystal structures of 2′,4′‐dihydroxy‐3‐methoxy‐α,β‐dihydrochalcone, C16H16O4, and 2′,4‐dihydroxy‐α,β‐dihydrochalcone, C15H14O3, have been determined. In both compounds, the structure consists of two nearly planar six‐membered aromatic rings connected by a propanal chain, which is bent in the methoxy compound and almost straight in the other compound. In the crystal structures, the molecular units of both compounds are linked by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form infinite one‐dimensional chains. Hydrogen bonds and C—H⋯O contacts in the crystal structures were studied by topological analysis of charge density based on Hartree–Fock calculations. Almost all of the investigated C—H⋯O contacts should be characterized as weak hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
