The title compound, [Fe2O(SO4)2(C10H8N2)4], crystallizes as two different hydrates, viz. 11H2O, (I), and 15H2O, (II). The complex is binuclear, in which the two FeIII atoms are coordinated in an octahedral geometry to four N atoms from the two bipyridine ligands, to one O atom from the sulfate ion and to an oxide ion on a twofold axis, which acts as a bridge between the symmetry‐related units. The Fe⋯Fe separation is 3.556 (4) Å and the Fe—O—Fe angle is 161.6 (2)° in (I); the corresponding values are 3.544 (1) Å and 165.8 (2)° in (II). In (II), one of the O atoms of the sulfate ion is disordered over two positions. In both compounds, the solvent water molecules form slightly different one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded networks which pass along the c axis of the unit cell. In (I), three solvent water molecules and, in (II), one solvent water molecule, are situated on the twofold axis. In both (I) and (II), the central O atom of the metal complex lies on a twofold axis.  相似文献

In bis[1‐(3‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) (the Cu atom occupies a centre of inversion), [Cu(C9H8NO2)2], (I), and bis[1‐(4‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) methanol solvate, [Cu(C9H8NO2)2]·CH3OH, (II), the O,O′‐chelating diketonate ligands support square‐planar coordination of the metal ions [Cu—O = 1.948 (1)–1.965 (1) Å]. Weaker Cu⋯N interactions [2.405 (2)–2.499 (2) Å], at both axial sides, occur between symmetry‐related bis(1‐pyridylbutane‐1,3‐dionato)copper(II) molecules. This causes their self‐organization into two‐dimensional square‐grid frameworks, with uniform [6.48 Å for (I)] or alternating [4.72 and 6.66 Å for (II)] interlayer separations. Guest methanol molecules in (II) reside between the distal layers and form weak hydrogen bonds to coordinated O atoms [O⋯O = 3.018 (4) Å].  相似文献

In the title compound, [Y(C6H3N2O5)3(H2O)3], the Y atom is nine‐coordinate with a slightly distorted tricapped trigonal prismatic coordination geometry. The YIII ion is coordinated to three bidentate 2,6‐dinitrophenolate ligands and three water molecules. The Y—O bond distances are in the range 2.217 (3)–2.754 (4) Å, with the Y—O distances from the nitro groups being longer than those from the water molecules and the phenol groups. The coordinated NO2 groups are almost coplanar with the benzene rings.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Mn(NO3)(C10H8N2)(H2O)3]NO3, contains a monomeric [Mn(NO3)(bpy)(H2O)3]+ cation (bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine) and a nitrate anion. The MnII ion is coordinated by one chelating bpy [Mn—N 2.241 (3) and 2.259 (3) Å], three water molecules [Mn—O 2.120 (3)–2.188 (3) Å] and a nitrate ligand [Mn—O 2.228 (2) Å] in a distorted octahedral geometry. There are O?H—O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the ligated water molecules and the ligated and unligated nitrate anions, resulting in double columns of stacked cations and anions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C4H10N5)2]·H2O, contains two independent copper N,N‐dimethylbiguanide complex units, each with square‐planar coordination of the Cu atom by four N atoms. The two complexes have different symmetry, with one Cu atom lying on an inversion centre and the other on a twofold rotation axis. The Cu—N bond lengths are 1.923 (2) and 1.950 (2) Å in the centrosymmetric complex, and 1.928 (2) and 1.938 (2) Å in the non‐centrosymmetric complex. The crystal structure is stabilized by N—H⋯O, O—H⋯N and N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds; each water molecule forms four hydrogen bonds involving three different Cu complexes.  相似文献

The title compound, [HgBr(C7H4NO4)(H2O)], was obtained by the reaction of an aqueous solution of mercury(II) bromide and pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (picolinic acid, dipicH2). The shortest bond distances to Hg are Hg—Br 2.412 (1) Å and Hg—N 2.208 (5) Å; the corresponding N—Hg—Br angle of 169.6 (1)° corresponds to a slightly distorted linear coordination. There are also four longer Hg—O interactions, three from dipicH? [2.425 (4) and 2.599 (4) Å within the asymmetric unit, and 2.837 (4) Å from a symmetry‐related molecule] and one from the bonded water molecule [2.634 (4) Å]. The effective coordination of Hg can thus be described as 2+4. The molecules are connected to form double‐layer chains parallel to the y axis by strong O—H?O hydrogen bonds between carboxylic acid groups of neighbouring molecules, and by weaker hydrogen bonds involving both H atoms of the water molecule and the O atoms of the carboxylic acid groups.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C6H4NO3)2(H2O)2], the CuII ion lies on an inversion centre and has an elongated octahedral environment, equatorially trans‐coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate picolinate ligands and axially coordinated by two water O atoms. The complex molecules form layers, which are linked by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the aqua ligands and neighbouring carboxylate groups. An intramolecular hydrogen bond between the coordinated carboxylate O atom and the hydroxy H atom is also observed.  相似文献

In the title compound [systematic name: aqua(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O2,N,O6)manganese(II) monohydrate, [Mn(C7H3NO4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O, the manganese(II) centre is surrounded by one bidentate phenanthroline ligand [Mn—N = 2.248 (3) and 2.278 (3) Å], one tridentate dipicolinate ligand [Mn—N = 2.179 (3) Å, and Mn—O = 2.237 (2) and 2.266 (2) Å] and one water molecule [Mn—O = 2.117 (3) Å], and it exhibits a strongly distorted octahedral geometry, with trans angles ranging from 144.12 (9) to 158.88 (11)°. Extensive intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving coordinated and uncoordinated water molecules and the carboxyl O atoms of the dipicolinate ligand, as well as a stacking interaction involving the phenanthroline rings, are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of [Cu(CF3SO3)(C2N3)(C8H7N5)2]·0.5C2H6O, the CuII atom adopts a distorted octahedral geometry, with the basal plane formed by two N atoms of one dipyrimidinylamine ligand, one N atom of the second pyrimidine ligand and a nitrile N atom of the dicyanamide anion [Cu—N = 1.972 (2)–2.021 (2) Å]. The apical positions are occupied by an N atom of the second ligand [Cu—N = 2.208 (2) Å], and an O atom of the trifluoromethanesulfonate anion [Cu—O = 2.747 (2) Å] at a semi‐coordination distance. Pairs of inversion‐related N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds of the so‐called Watson–Crick type, augmented by two C—H⋯N contacts, link adjacent complexes into an infinite one‐dimensional chain running in the [101] direction.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title polymeric complex, [HgBr(C6H4NO2)]n or HgBr(nic), contains mercury coordinated via two Br atoms [Hg—Br = 2.6528 (9) and 2.6468 (9) Å], two carboxylate O atoms, which form a characteristic four‐membered chelate ring [Hg—O = 2.353 (6) and 2.478 (7) Å], and an N atom [Hg—N = 2.265 (5) Å], in the form of a very irregular (3+2)‐coordination polyhedron. The pronounced irregularity of the effective Hg (3+2)‐coordination is a result of the rigid stereochemistry of the nicotinate ligand. According to the covalent and van der Waals radii criteria, the strongest bonds are Hg—Br and Hg—N. These covalent interactions form a two‐dimensional polymer. The puckered planes are connected by van der Waals interactions, and there are only two intermolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [3.428 (10) and 3.170 (10) Å].  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C2H6NO4S2)(C6H7N)2], consists of monomeric molecules in which the Cu atom displays planar but irregular coordination by three N‐atom donors; Cu—N = 2.1054 (12) (amide N), 1.9514 (12) and 1.9589 (12) Å, and N—Cu—N = 141.24 (5), 111.54 (5) and 107.20 (5)°. Intramolecular Cu⋯O contacts are observed. The packing involves (interconnected) layer formation via C—H⋯O interactions in two directions, three hydrogen bonds combining to form layers parallel to (101) and five to form layers parallel to (10).  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(ClO4)(C5H6N2)2(C12H12N2)]ClO4, was prepared by in situ partial ligand substitution between 3‐aminopyridine and 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine at room temperature. The central copper(II) ion is five‐coordinated by one bidentate 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine molecule, two monodentate pyridine‐coordinated 3‐aminopyridine molecules and one apical O atom from the perchlorate counter‐ion. Intermolecular N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions form a hydrogen‐bond‐sustained network.  相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, [Cr(C4H5NO4)(C6H6N4S2)(H2O)]Cl·H2O, consist of CrIII complex cations, Cl counter‐ions and lattice water molecules. The complex cation assumes an octahedral coordination geometry, formed by a tridentate iminodiacetate dianion (IDA), a diaminobithiazole (DABT) molecule and a water molecule. The planar DABT group chelates the CrIII ion with normal Cr—N distances [2.0574 (17) and 2.0598 (17) Å], but the DABT molecule is inclined to the coordination plane by a dihedral angle of 17.23 (7)°. In the monodentate carboxylate groups of the IDA ion, the coordinated C—O bonds [1.288 (3) and 1.284 (3) Å] are much longer than the uncoordinated C—O bonds [1.222 (3) and 1.225 (3) Å].  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. The molecular chains are also enforced by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl interactions.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the molecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the molecules into sheets. In (III), an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond and two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.26 and 2.10 Å, N⋯O = 2.975 (2) and 2.954 (2) Å, and N—H⋯O = 138 and 163°] link the molecules into sheets.  相似文献

2‐Amino‐5‐nitrothiazole crystallizes from solution in ethanol as a monosolvate, C3H3N3O2S·C2H6O, in which the thiazole component has a strongly polarized molecular–electronic structure. The thiazole molecules are linked into centrosymmetric dimers by paired N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds [H⋯N = 2.09 Å, N⋯N = 2.960 (6) Å and N—H⋯N = 169°], and these dimers are linked by the ethanol molecules, via a two‐centred N—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.98 Å, N⋯O = 2.838 (5) Å and N—H⋯O = 164°] and a planar asymmetric three‐centred O—H⋯(O)2 hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.07 and 2.53 Å, O⋯O = 2.900 (5) and 3.188 (5) Å, O—H⋯O = 169 and 136°, and O⋯H⋯O = 55°], into sheets built from alternating (8) and (38) rings. These sheets are triply interwoven.  相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound, C19H20O2S, corresponds to a chiral sulfinyldienol with two stereogenic centres, viz. the C atom susbtituted by the hydroxy group and the sulfinyl S atom. The molecule displays a V‐shape in the solid state. The dihedral angle defined by the least‐squares planes of the aromatic rings is 72.9 (1)°. The packing pattern exhibits the following intermolecular hydrogen bonds: one O—H⋯O [H⋯O = 1.98 Å, O⋯O = 2.785 (4) Å and O—H⋯O = 166°] and two C—H⋯O [H⋯O = 2.58 and 2.60 Å, C⋯O = 3.527 (5) and 3.347 (5) Å, and C—H⋯O = 164 and 134°]. These define a chain along b.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [MnCl(C28H22N2O2)(C2H6O)], has been determined at 173 (2) K in the non‐centrosymmetric space group P212121. The asymmetric unit contains two molecular units. An intermolecular O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bond is formed between the OH group of an ethanol molecule coordinated to the Mn atom and the coordinated Cl anion, and so polymeric chains of Mn‐containing fragments are formed [O—H⋯Cl = 3.1281 (16) and 3.1282 (15) Å]. The Mn atoms have a pseudo‐octahedral coordination sphere, with the four donor atoms of the Schiff base forming an equatorial plane [Mn—O distances are 1.8740 (13), 1.8717 (13), 1.8749 (13) and 1.8823 (13) Å, and Mn—N distances are 1.9868 (15), 1.9910 (14), 1.9828 (15) and 1.9979 (14) Å]. The axial positions are occupied by an ethanol molecule [Mn—O distances of 2.3069 (15) and 2.3130 (15) Å] and a Cl ligand [Mn—Cl distances of 2.5732 (6) and 2.5509 (6) Å].  相似文献

Both 7‐carboxylato‐8‐hydroxy‐2‐methylquinolinium monohydrate, C11H9NO3·H2O, (I), and 7‐carboxy‐8‐hydroxy‐2‐methylquinolinium chloride monohydrate, C11H10NO3+·Cl·H2O, (II), crystallize in the centrosymmetric P space group. Both compounds display an intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond involving the hydroxy group; this hydrogen bond is stronger in (I) due to its zwitterionic character [O⋯O = 2.4449 (11) Å in (I) and 2.5881 (12) Å in (II)]. In both crystal structures, the HN+ group participates in the stabilization of the structure via intermolecular hydrogen bonds with water molecules [N⋯O = 2.7450 (12) Å in (I) and 2.8025 (14) Å in (II)]. In compound (II), a hydrogen‐bond network connects the Cl anion to the carboxylic acid group [Cl⋯O = 2.9641 (11) Å] and to two water molecules [Cl⋯O = 3.1485 (10) and 3.2744 (10) Å].  相似文献
